Miinukset: "I did not enjoy the turbulence, which I suppose is unavoidable. More importantly, I felt quite guilty about the greenhouse gas emissions of my flight. I have decided to cut down on my air travel as much as possible as a way of reducing my carbon footprint."

Plussat: "Of the multiple international airlines I recently flew with, I would have to say KLM was by far the best. Relaxing atmosphere, comfortable seating, great in-flight entertainment, although I have the go-go in-flight data/entertainment plan with t-mobile (highly recommended), the flight included a decent selection of movies, television programs, etc. The food far exceeded typical "airline quality," even for an international flight - and included a fabulous little snack box with locally sourced gourmet and specialty items such as chocolate from Belgium, fine cheeses from France, and crackers from England. Drinks = gratis, and crew was exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to make flight as pleasant as possible."

You are expected to pay for any and all food or drinks, including water. The airline could at least offer free water. The meal quality was mediocre for the price paid, and their stock ran out pretty fast."

Miinukset: "We booked flights with more than 75 mins connection time in Madrid but then the airline changed their schedule which reduced our connection to less than 55 mins. I was traveling alone with my 5 & 7 year old and we had to run non-stop from our 1st domestic flight to the international one, changing terminals, passing passport control (huge lines), and another security. No help from Iberia at all in terms of providing any assistance like a shuttle bus, quick passage thru passport or security. And they were nonchalant in terms of “if you miss your connecting flight, it’s your problem...”. Come on, we paid $4,500 for 3 tickets, and deserve better customer service than this, specially when you changed the flight schedule for your operational reasons!"

Other thoughts: the plane was old, my seat had a lump in it, zero entertainment, food was over priced. (3 Euro for a tiny water). This may seem petty but ultimately the appearance and function of the plane represents their company as a whole. From my first impressions, I’m thinking as a passenger is: I just hope the age and appearance of the plane isn’t reflective of their repairs and maintenance work as well."

I found this to be very helpful, since on the trip over I was in the wrong side had to bother people to move so I could get to the correct side of the aircraft. C'mon folks, it's 2017, one wall outlet with two kids sprawled on the carpet next to it isn't enough. The 'grab a snack' box had one crumpled cellophane package of peanut butter crackers. Yum."
Miinukset: "The plane was delayed in WA DC and the staff did nothing to help with transfers in Addis Ababa and I missed my connection."
Miinukset: "It began going downhill at the United Lounge, where I put two chairs together to get a little sleep since my flight was scheduled to leave at 12:30am. I was summarily woken up and told that it wasn't appropriate to sleep in a lounge. I complained at the front-desk (politely) and was told ... "This is a lounge". Oh and yes, the Wifi wouldn't connect and the food was stale ... so I left, and found a very nice sofa in the concourse. On the flight, service was non-existent, whoever was in the galley was clattering things about, despite the fact that this is a short red-eye flight ... the coffee was awful. The steward forgot to give me my coat and I had to ask twice AFTER we landed and were leaving the plane to get it. By contrast, Lufthansa has daybeds and a special quiet area to snooze, and offer pillows and blankets. Clearly, the Germans are louche compared to Americans."

Since it was an overnight flight i expected to sleep most of the time. When I was resting suddenly one of the attendants literally scream in my ear to ask if I wanted chicken or beef??? I was like" can you see I was sleeping? To me that was rude. Also they didn't coordinate to serve drinks they took more than usual to serve. No one even ask if we want more drinks or not. Hope they do better"
Miinukset: "I was flying home the day after having broken my L5 Vertebrae. I was held up in security because of the patch the doctor put on my back and although the TSA employees were very nice and friendly I almost missed my flight. While boarding, the staff took the opportunity to berate me for being late. While I understood why, it was really unprofessional to speak to a passenger like that without the full context. It didn't help that I was really cranky. Never had a bad experience with united before so I was very disappointed."

Miinukset: "Got to Chicago and there was an earlier flight (3 hours)leaving for Duluth. We asked if we could get in it and they said no you have to stay with you luggage. Got to Duluth and believe it or not our luggage came on an earlier flight. Apparently someone lied to us about having to stay with you luggage"
Plussat: "delay after delay, then NO crew to guide us into the terminal?!?! we're getting married tomorrow so this is quite upsetting..."
Miinukset: "disrespectful of my time"
Miinukset: "We paid extra to have seating together in an upgraded to business class. We paid an additional $89.00 each for this option on top of our airfare. When we got to the boarding gate and we were ready to have our ticket scanned we were told, "unfortunately, you two won't be able to be seated together, we had a seat change that affected your seating." then we were asked to go to the counter at the gate to see what could be done, but there was nothing that could be done, the flight was full. So our money was collected but due to the mess up on seating and loss of our $600.00 epi pen medication we didn't take the flight."
Plussat: "Liked the leg room. Flights were on time"

Miinukset: "That you don't at least get one show that is free on flight. A cooking show is what was the choice, but no control over the volume. And I can't read lips. So that really sucked."

Miinukset: "Not AirEuropa’s fault but they left before we arrived in Zurich because Delta flight 66 was so late that our 3-hour layover became the AirEuropa flight left before the Delta flight arrived and deplaned."

Miinukset: "I'm curious with Air Europa for not thoroughly detailing me at the time of booking about the extraneous and very unreasonable check-in baggage fee for €60!! For checkin in 1 bag at the counter! The website was deceptive in its wording with 1 baggag is free and the rest has a fee. Therefore, i understood that i didn't have to purchase a check in luggage fee. That right there is living expense that I depended on for my trip. Thanks Air Europa! The check-in agent and another Air Europa representative at the Madrid airport did little to anull my fee that I felt mislead about. That was terrible customer service! I tried to give my flight a chance, but the touch down landing was probably one of the worst jolted sloppy touchdowns I've experienced. I looked around to see other's surprised reaction. I don't know of how Air Europa stocks or current state of economy are; but after dropping €60 for 1 checked in luggage, I'd expect a free beverage or light snack provided. Even the hot tea was €2.50. Im not happy and warning other's not to use this airline."

If it WAS disclosed it certainly wasn't in plain site on the mobile app. I checked back on the app to see if I had missed it disclosed somewhere but I still couldn't see it. So it's almost false advertising. Kayak should protect its users. Also, our checked bag that we paid the extra money for arrived late! After our flight was delayed over an hour by the way! Kayak should protect its customers better. Or at least make sure they're informed"

Miinukset: "Late, disorganized boarding, group pf adolesccentes traveling behind me were very rowdy and on an early morning flight they have to be asked by the flight personnel to be respectful to the other passengers"
Miinukset: "We flew twice in 2 weeks. One way the delay was 40m, back - 1 hour"
Miinukset: "Everything, no communication, poor handling of the situatition, gate attrndant really rude and looked unprepare or untrainned."
Plussat: "The flight itself was comfortable. The Airbus planes are fantastic."
Miinukset: "I was squeezed in the middle of a row. If I was able to check in ahead of time I would choose a better place to start with. The check in just didn't work!"

Plussat: "As indicated above the boarding procedure, the crew, and the food provided very positive experiences."
Miinukset: "The principal negative experience which made the overall flight experience very disappointing was the lack of leg room. I am 6 feet and about 4 inches tall, therefore flights are never very comfortable. However, out of many airlines I have used Air Europa provides the least amount of leg room. The flight was very uncomfortable. It lasted nearly 12 hours, but I never came close to being able to take even a short nap. This was the worst flight experience I have had. There should be an advisory to warn tall individuals like myself."
Miinukset: "Very old plain for a 13 hour trip... It was a very painfull trip. The entertainment was poor and from my seat I couldn't see a thing! The crew elas not very strick considering rules: I was forced to warn a passenger to turn off his Phone when we had already took off. He was in a call for almost 15 minuts since we turn on our seat belts!"

Miinukset: "I got "upgraded" to first class. Where the spacing between seats was smaller than USA economy seating. After jamming my knees in I was told being upgraded didn't entitle me to free food or drinks. Yup wanted to charge for a bag of peanuts. Adding insult to injury takes about an hour to get your bag when you finally get off."
