Ticket flight selling should more detail at each a few countries when transit to Vietnam Ho Chi City. Unfortunately, I could not take this flight which was July 22 because i have to transfer airport in Japan. So that, I had to pay another ticket one way to Vietnam and in difference day.
The Manila to Japan leg were great, so was the Japan to Chicago… but it all went downhill from Chicago. Our connecting flight from Chicago to Philadelphia was cancelled, then our baggages were loaded onto a different flight than our actual rebooked flight. We made arrangements for us to pock-up our mis-routed luggages that arrived at Phildelphia a day after our flight. However, AA delivered the baggages, so we got a hold of our baggages at the end the day already.
Only thing i have to said is rough landing and food is not great so does the entertainment.

Overall, very good trip. I would definitely fly with Japan Airlines again. Food choices are Japanese-centric, flying back to Los Angeles after being in Asia two weeks, something different would have been nice. But overall, very good.
The delay was 6 and half hours… They didn’t provide any comfortable space to stay. We needed to worry about PCR test and everything, so at least they could provide reasonable offers which is that we could use JAL lounge or somewhere we could relax and stay.

The quality of Qatar airways has dropped significantly compared to 2019. Same flight (origin, destination). For an economy flight I was blown away in 2019 by their attention to the traveler and details to make it comfortable. In 2022 it is just like any other airways herding “people”.
Food was not upto the mark. Boarding at Boston and Doha was chaotic. Overall experience was not up to the mark

Flights were punctual and aside from major delays, went as planned. The kindness and responsiveness of the crew made the flight more bearable. What can I say? Everything went very smoothly. To me, a sign of competent management and good work ethic among Qantas employees. Very impressed. Good job Aussies!"

Miinukset: "vegan food was awful and poor nutrition, cold, huge plane with light panels so high up in the ceiling that when and if you turned them on to read, it was bothersome and intrusive to others, poor choices of movies, few currents ones, seats, though leather, had been used too many times before me and were not comfortable, had to put my seat up so person behind me could eat aisles so small I could not walk and stretch if carts would being used, aisle handles don't raise so when my companions had to go to the bathroom, I had to ask the person in front of me to raise their seat!!?? Insufficient leg room better trip on my return mostly because of the plane, it was smaller and better seats..it was a 380"

Plussat: "There was clear communication at the Gate Lounge as to why the plane was delayed, what was being done about it, and what to expect. The crew also tried quite hard to be helpful whilst on board the flight."
Miinukset: "The cabin seemed tired overall, not very comfortable and lacking in newer amenities such as USB outlet, charger, wifi. The food was terrible - barely edible I would say. I was not offered an alcoholic drink throughout the flight and when I requested a wine, it never arrived. The trolleys seemed to be piled high with rubbish."
Plussat: "The in-flight entertainment was packed full of recent big movies. I was travelling with my partner on separate tickets due to us having different final destinations. The Qantas staff was able to re-arrange our seats together for the long flight over the Pacific. We also got to celebrate New Year's twice, since we crossed the International Dateline."
Miinukset: "I was not a fan of the A380 prior to my flight, and was even less of a fan after. The boarding in Melbourne was chaotic- for some unexplained reason, Qantas felt the need to quarantine the seating area around the gate. This led to a minor stampede as all 5,000 passengers thought the flight was boarding. The Qantas staff at Melbourne, from the check-in desks, to the boarding crew were all apparently over-whelmed. It wasn't any better upon arrival at LAX- the baggage area was chaos as our arrival apparently caught the LAX baggage handlers by surprise. I had a four-hour layover in LAX, yet still managed to miss my connecting flight after an excessive delay getting our checked bags, the line through customs, and rechecking in through the TSA - and that was WITH an expedited screening pass."
Plussat: "The service on flight was excellent. Attendants were very helpful and professional. I was pleasantly surprised with the food, especially for an international flight. They were also very helpful with seating when it came to putting me and my partner next to each other and in seats with extra legroom (we did pay for it so I guess it was expected)"
Miinukset: "Customer service over the phone was HORRIBLE! I waited almost 2 hours on the phone and got NOTHING accomplished! Purchased my seats online, then got a notification saying it didn't go through. Called to fix the issue, but the man on the phone put me on hold for almost an hour! Only to accidentally put my partner and I in different rows. When I complained at the lack of professionalism from him over the phone, he offered some sort of compensation. When I agreed, he transferred me to his supervisor who said they do not compensate in any form! So why offer it then?! I then called the reservation department like I was told to, and they said they would look into the issue and call me back. This was about a month or two before my flight, and even though it's been a week after my flight, I have yet to get that call I was promised (nor the compensation). WORST PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED! As for the flight, my only complaints are the messy boarding process and the uncomfortable seats in economy. Although you can't really expect more from old planes such as these."
Plussat: "registration was easy and well organized. Kosher food was perfect and served timely. Crew was polite and helping immediately. Everything was comfortable, except the quality of earphones ."
Miinukset: "The food was terrible. By the time the meal cart came to ou row, all the got meals was out and we have no choice and was served with the cold ham salad that looks like left overs, both my son and I lost our appetite looking at it. The crew didn't apologize and gave the impression that we either take it or too bad. Won't be recommending this airline."
Plussat: "Luckily the flight was only 3 hours"
Miinukset: "Most uncomfortable seat (smallest, least leg room would not recline, no padding) that I can remember. Baby not just crying but screening in the seat behind me and crew did nothing."

Miinukset: "online check in did not work at 9pm before the flight- i was unable to select a seat woman at the check in counter was not friendly. i also asked if it was possible to have a window seat and she said " i dont think there are any available" *prints boarding pass* rather than "let me check" *checks seats* food options were limited- in past experiences with qantas i wouldve assumed meal was chicken or beef and a vegetarian option. this flight was fish pork or beef. fish and pork are polarizing proteins for many people. fish is also malodorous."
Tuntui kuin lentokenttävirkailijat olisi olleet TET-harjoittelussa. Ongelma ei tietty ole Finnairin henkilökunnassa vaan Münchenin kentän virkailijoissa. Oli kuin kaikki olisivat ensimmäistä päivää töissä. Todella heikkoa toimintaa.
Check in Pariisissa oli vanhanaikasta. Jos on matkatavara menossa rumaan, tai haluaa boardingpassi paperiversiona joutuu odottamaan että check in avautuu.
Kone lähti myöhässä ja henkilökunnalla turha puheripuli kovaäänisiin
Finnair siirsi lentomme vuorokaudella eteenpäin. Ilmoitus tuli tuntia ennen koneen lähtöä kun oli jo toimitettu matkalaukut koneeseen ja tultu turvatarkastuksesta läpi ja odoteltiin koneeseen nousua lähtöportilla. Käsittämätöntä, tieto ylibuukkauksesta oli varmasti tiedossa paljon aikaisemmin. Kari ja Marja Alatyppö
Palvelu oli erinomaista, kone oli siisti ja aikataulut pitivät hyvin. Ihan pieni suma syntyi koneeseen noustessa kun eri boarding-ryhmät sumppuuntuivat putkeen. Pieni tauko boarding-ryhmien välissä olisi tehnyt siirtymästä vielä asteen sujuvamman.
Finnairilla hyvä henkilökunta, kaikki sujui tosi hienosti lennolla.
lentoemännät hoiti tehtävänsä hyvin. Koneen ilmastoinnissa oli vikaa, tuli vilu.
Lento aivan täynnä ja bourdauksessa ei mitään järjestystä. Tuntuu siltä, että Finnair sijoittaa pariskunnat erilleen ilman erillistä maksettua paikkavalintaa.

Lähtöselvityksessä oli vain yksi henkilö, mikä ei vastannut lainkaan tarvetta, koska hän oli ERITTÄIN HIDAS - ja hieman tyly (?). Passeja hän pyöritteli todella kauan ja tavasi hitaasti kirjain kirjaimelta nimemme niistä ja vertaili kuvia meihin. Tuntui todella oudolta. Lisäksi tarranauhat taisivat loppua kesken ja hän joutui hakemaan niitä muualta. Meillä (kolmen hlön perhe) oli ainoastaan yksi laukku menossa ruumaan, mutta virkailija yllätti meidät vaatimalla myös käsimatkatavaramme ruumaan, koska tilaa olisi kuulemma liian vähän. Luonnollisesti olimme pakanneet kaiken säännösten mukaan ja tässä hässäkässä ruumaan joutui myös elektroniikka, jotka olimme jättäneet käsimatkatavaroihin. Virkailija ei huomannut kysyä asiasta, emmekä me kiireessä muistaneet sitä. Lisäksi jouduin todella vaatimalla vaatimaan, että sain yhden laukun käsimatkatavaroihin, koska sairastan diabetesta ja astmaa ja olin pakannut matkalla mahdollisesti tarvitsemani lääkkeet ko. laukkuun. Ehdin jo hieman hätääntyä asiasta, kunnes virkailija "armollisesti" tuli sen verran vastaan, että antoi minun valita yhden kolmesta laukustamme matkustamoon. Ymmärrän tilantarpeen, mutta olisi ollut todella järkevää kertoa jonossa odottaville etukäteen, että tällaista vaaditaan, jotta muutenkin todella tiukalla ollut ollut aika ei olisi kulunut turhaan säätämiseen turhautuneitten jonottajien odottaessa selän takana. Asian olisi mielestäni voinut myös hoitaa hieman kohteliaammin. Lisäksi huomasin koneessa, että hyvin harvan kohdalla oli vaadittu jättämään matkustamoon tarkoitettuja laukkuja ruumaan - ainakin lähes kaikilla oli yksi laukku/hlö mukana. Hämmentävää. Yllättävää kyllä kone pääsi kuitenkin lähtemään matkustajien puolesta ajallaan, vaikka jonottavat pitivät sitä mahdottomana. Lento sujui muuten hyvin, paitsi jalkatilat olivat todella surkeat verrattuna menomatkamme koneeseen.
Kone oli kolme tuntia myöhässä.... Meitä pompoteltiin portilta toiselle. Ilmastointi oli olematon.
Finnair on lentoyhtiönä nykyään aivan perseestä! Siirtävät esim lentoja 2 päivällä eteenpäin eivätkä kerro matkustajille edes syytä! Laitoin kyselyä asiakaspalveluun jo maaliskuussa 2022 ja lentomme oli 27.5 ja en ole vieläkään saanut vastausta miksi lentoa siirrettiin.
Lento myöhässä 9h ja lähtö seuraavan vuorokauden puolella. Ei mitään tietoa finnairilta kuinka toimitaan, miten yöpyminen hoidetaan, mitä korvataan jne. Surkea suoritus.
Asiakkaita suositellaan menemään kentälle hyvissä,ajoin, mutta finskin lähtöselvitys ja bag drop portit avautuvat, aina, liian myöhään. (munchen)
Tämä nykyajan "turvatarkastusteatteri" on aivan absurdia matkustajien kiusaamista. EI voi mitenkään olla perusteltua että joutuu jonottamaan yli 2 tuntia sitä että käsimatkatavarat tutkitaan. Matkustajista 99.99999% on rehellisiä asiallisia ihmisiä eikä heidän kiusaamisensa moisella teatterilla edistä mitenkään lentoturvallisuutta. Parannusehdotus turvallisuuspäällikölle potkut tehtäviensä hoidon täydellisestä epäonnistumisesta. Esim lennollani 2 oli vain läpivalaisulaitetta käytössä ja jonossa tuhansia ihmisiä. Ilman lennon myöhästymistä olisimme missanneet lentomme tämän pelleilyn johdosta! Kyllä moiset tarkastukset pitää pystyä järjestämään siten ettei matkustajan tarvitse seisoskella jonossa tuntikausia. ( tämä jonottaminen tarkoittaa myös sitä ettei kukaan voinut käyttää kentän palveluita, eli myös heidän business kärsii tästä typeryydestä)
Lento oli tunnin myöhässä.
Koneen kapteeni ei kertonut mitään muuta lennosta kuin lähtiessä lennon kesto. Olisin halunnut tietoa esim lentoreitistä.
Lento oli lähes 3 tuntia myöhässä emmekä saaneet mitään tietoa mistään. Emme saaneet myöskään vouchereita.
Finnair arpoi edellisenä iltana check-in:ssä mieheni riville 29 ja minut riville 16 eikä näitä voinut muuttaa. Finnair rahastaa kaikesta, vaikka ei tietääkseni ole ’halpalentoyhtiö’. Mustikkamehumukillinen on ainut, mikä kuuluu hintaan. Menolennolla KLM tarjosi suolaisen ja makean välipalan kaikkine juomineen (kahvi, mehu, virvoitusjuoma, olut, viini). Kännykän voi ladata. For free.
Matkatavaratietomme puuttuivat järjestelmästä. Turhaa vaivaa moisesta asiasta. Valitin suoraan Finnairille.
Järjestelyt toimi oikein hyvin matkakumppanin boarding pass dokumentti katosi turvatarkastuksen jälkeen puhelimesta jokin spammi yritti latautua , mutta passilla koneeseen 😊 Kone ilmeisesti hiukan kovassa käytössä, istuin muhkurainen. Henkilökunta oikein palvelualtista ja ammattitaitoista ☺

Henkilökunnan ystävällisyys oli hyvää, mutta pienille reittilennoille Suomen sisällä olisi mukavaa saada pikku suolaista.
Friendly and professional crew
Kun Finnair ei tarjoa muuta kuin mehua ja vettä niin olisi mukavaa että edes voisi ostaa jotain vähän laadukkaampaa syötävää kuin nuudeleita!
Ilmainen kahvi olihan kiva. Lento myöhässä yli 2 h Hesan päässä odotettiin rappusia. Huh huh. On se vaikeeta!
Lähtö myöhästyi 55min. Oli lähellä että olisimme odottaneet 1,5h koneessa, mutta saivat uudelleenreitityksen.
Henkilökunta oli tosi ystävällistä ja muutenkin koko koneessa oli hyvin rauhallinen tunnelma. Tosin kone oli hyvin vajaa.
Ei mitään hyvää Finnairilla, ei edes ruokaa tai snackseja lennoilla. Ja lennot myöhässä, kuten tämäkin oli taas.
Erinomaiset ja viihdyttävät lentäjät mutta lento lähti myöhässä

Jokin ongelma saapuessa jolloin bussikuljetus ja kävely toisesta päästä kenttää… kangasmaski käskettiin vaihtaa kesken lennon vaikka osa oli ilman saapuessakin koneeseen Lentolippujen kaivaminen oli haastavaa,sitten keksin liittää finskin appiin
Minulla oli aivan kova nälkä ja halusin ostaa lentokoneessa leivän mutta valitettavasti minä olen nuori enkä omista luottokorttia ja en saanut koneesta mitään koska normaali electron maksu kortti ei kelvannut eikä käteinen kelvannut..
