Miinukset: "The head flight attendant was very brusque with clients/passengers - demanding we hand back trays in a certain way, demanding people do not get up and stand during a 3 hour flight. At one point she rushed along the aisle to the front of the plain, bumping and hurting my shoulder, but did not bother to apologize. In front of me, was a mother with a child with special needs. The mother had to stand up for some time to have the child curl up and lie in a comfortable position - the attendant rudely commanded her to sit down and strap the child to the seat, instead of finding out how they could help. She could have achieved it with a better attitude and choice of words. The crew did not bother beyond the bare minimum - it was painful to observe."

Bravo! Other airlines leave one to navigate alone. Thankyou Lufthansa. Food was decent on both flights in this day of many 'No food' local flights."

Miinukset: "My reservation was cancelled - I found it at DME.. An email, which Lufthansa Moscow promised to send me, had never come. My carry on, while weighted 7 kg, and was, I believe of standard size was not approved. Again, there was an unnecessary on my mind, second TSA-like check at FRA. Lufthansa could just bring me by bus to the departure gates. I believe that police officers with openly carried machine guns INSIDE of TSA secured zone at FRA is too much (though I am not a law enforcement person)."

Miinukset: "The airline went on strike the day I was supposed to fly, so at 4:30 in the morning I arrived to the airport and learned that my flight got cancelled. The evening before there were no info about cancellation on internet. But a representative re-booked my trip on the same day with 2 different companies from the other airport and provided a free taxi. So I arrived to my final destination only 3h late. So my ratings will go only to "overall" as OK. On the other flights with Lufthansa the "Entertainment" and "Food" are usually Excellent"

Miinukset: "I had a short transit time in Munich (40 minutes). Munich website promises that this is possible and that gates are close to each other and if the first flight is late, then someone will help you to your next flight. My first flight was about 10 mins late. Although assistance was provided to people connecting to some of the other flights, no-one helped me with my connection. I asked two ground staff and was just told to make my own way to the next gate, which was not close. It was in a different terminal! After literally running through two terminals, I did not make it to the gate in time and had to wait for the following flight which got me home over three hours late. Lufthansa did give me a five euro meal voucher though (which doesn't buy very much in an airport cafe)."
Miinukset: "It was a problem with one passenger, she came from another row and take two seats close to me and my daughter, she wanted to fly with comfort, so I told her it is not nice, this is not her seats and I have a kid with me and she should share wirh another people too, butshe was freeked out because I did a comment, than she asked me what country I'm from and I told: Russia. So she told me she could see why I so unclever...all Russian the same and laughing on me. I didn't expect so racist behavior and I stopped any conversation and complained to flight attendant. And I was double surprise! She went to her talked with her and than tell me that she could take any place she wants and she never told me any racist words, and maybe I'm a lier. I was so upset and I told a passenger that I can go to court when get back to US, she was really scared now and start sorry! But it was to late to sorry! When I asked flight attendant to sorry, she told she do not sorry!!! The flight was Monday October 3rd 2016 Lufthansa 459 San Francisco -Munich, name of flight attendant Eva-Katherine Pfaffel, the passenger seat 44 Diana or E I think, they didn't provide me information about name or her seat. The flight attendant told me it is not big dealing, maybe for Germany it is ok, but in US it is really rude, original I'm from Russia, my daughter too, additionally she is black, it will be really good if I never feel this again, I was in really helpless situation. It is really unpleasant when you spend money and get neglect."

Plussat: "Crew was very good on all flights. Packages, containing playing cards and some other items that were given to children during flights, were a nice touch. My husband changed his seat to accommodate a lady who was flying with her daughter, and was acknowledged by the crew and was offered a few extra snacks. Nice touch."

A half hour delay ensured due to the slow boarding process. Seemed to have no clue how to board efficiently. Seats a little cramped in economy. Passenger who was disabled - could not stand on his own - was seated in an aisle seat and passengers had to climb over him to get in and out the entire flight. Should have been seated in a different seat since he never stood up."

Flight attendant never caught fact that person in isle seat was blocking our row ( I was on window seat) with a huge back pack . Poor safety and cabin service by flight attendants ! U satisfactory ! And Very unsafe !!"

Miinukset: "I had no idea that the flight you booked me on require extra 40 euro fees for check-in luggage. To add insult to injury, the Aegean flight required check-in at a Lufthansa counter which would not accept payment for the luggage fee. I had to wait in a long line of 30+ passengers at the Aegean counter"
Miinukset: "Check in was chaotic and unfair with people cutting in line and inefficient lengthy waits. The baggage policy was confusing and a pain to pay the extra cost because you had to go to another counter and wait in line yet again."

Miinukset: "The plane was so small I couldn’t fit my legs in the seating. Very uncomfortable for a 4 hour flight and with an hour delay it was five hours of being a sardine. I’m not an overweight person at all."
Plussat: "Check-in counter mentioned that our ticket did not include checked baggage, but she only charged for one bag (will be checking on my ticket and discussing with Aegean's corporate if I bought the correct ticket with checked bags). Boarding was easy and the crew was very nice and helpful throughout the flight. I was glad that they served a small meal - food was good...we're not talking about a restaurant meal. Seats were good and just wish there was some in-flight entertainment."
Plussat: "Clean and up to date aircraft; professional, polite and pleasant flight crew; and although I fly ALOT, that may be the smoothest, softest landing I've ever had, including all the BA flights I've taken, and it's my understanding they track the quality of every landing their pilots make."

Miinukset: "The main problem is that when I bought the ticket, it wasn't clear luggage wasn't included but only carry on items. I had to pay extra. It was a surprise. I assumed that 1 small suitcase was included."

Miinukset: "That my bags had to be checked for an outrageous price of 50 euros per bag."
Miinukset: "I'm a photographer on a 3 week trip. I have luggage. Unless you take the ferry, there are limited airline options to Cyclades. Aegean really doesn't want you if you have luggage. Felt like I was being scolded. True, I'm trying to be frugal and avoid a big investment in shock-proof luggage and/or checked baggage fees, but as long as it fits under my seat, what's the big deal? I'm sure I easily weigh at least 70 pounds less than the person sitting next to me, so the extra 4 kg in a backpack that I (female) can personally carry shouldn't be an issue. Then, there's no jetway. You leave the gate to board a bus that takes you to a plane on the tarmac where you must climb a rather large flight of metal stairs. Reverse direction, It takes quite some time and a few crew members to assist those with disabilities to deplane. All the time the rest of the passengers are waiting in the bus to get to their connections. Would only ever fly this airline again if it was the only option to get where I want to go."
Miinukset: "They locked the bathrooms whenever the staff were passing around drinks, food, or collecting garbage. They claimed it was due to "safety" but every staff was easily walking around passing around drinks. There was no turbulence. Even when multiple people tried to get up to go to the restroom, they sent them away. Finally, when they unlocked the bathrooms after a good 30 mins, there were HUGE lines. They did this multiple times. It doesn't make sense to lock the bathrooms that long. People need to use the restroom and then they create larger lines which is more dangerous because even more people are standing up at the same time. Doesn't make sense. Will probably not use this airline again if this occurs again."

Miinukset: "With Kayak I booked Tel Aviv to Malta with 1 hour stop in Athens. The first flight was delayed by an hour hence making me lose my second flight. Aegean then booked me on a flight to Catania (Italy) for a different connection to Malta. Only that this Aegean flight was also delayed by an hour making me miss the second connection. Eventually I arrived in Malta 15 hours later than scheduled. Aegean customer service reps were extremely unhelpful and made this 10 times more difficult. I missed a whole vacation day, amassed roaming telephone charges and on top of that missed a reservation for Dinner in the Sky Malta."

Miinukset: "I felt robbed. They made me pay extra for my luggage and norwere on my ticket did it say I had no right to take my luggae of 20 kg. It is really wrong to do that to people"

Plussat: "Boarding was efficient but we sat on the plane for over an hour before leaving. Then when we deplaned, we were not told that we are not connected to a tube and would have to go down stairs to go to a bus which will bring us to the airport. The weather was blistering cold ! The same taxi in and out delay happened on the connecting flight to London and we arrived London at 2pm instead of 10:30am. Food was mainly carbohydrates. Entertainment was absent except for a screen showing a trailer of featured locations in Athens."

Miinukset: "The boarding process...it was a zoo. All customers are in line boarding at the same time and the gate agent did nothing to prevent it. The cost for a checked bag was 45 Euro which seems awfully high to me. Perhaps it's cheaper if you book it beforehand as opposed to at the airport."

Plussat: "Everything about our experience was as good as could be expected. Or better actually. Immediately felt we were in good hands from the time we got in the check in line. Highly competent people with a great, affable attitude."
Miinukset: "The boarding gets extremely hectic. When we were getting on our flight they kept us in a hot bus for 15 minutes before letting us out to board the plane. It's also very difficult to get someone from customer services to help - they seem to pass the buck to someone else always and you're left running in circles."
Miinukset: "You cannot charge someone 200 euros for a flight then dump a 40$ unnecessary bag check fee on them, it's quite deceptive. I will never be flying Aegean again."

Miinukset: "My complaints go to something not directly linked to the flight crew. 1. When boarding, I like to see when passengers are called in groups relating to distant seats in the plane such that they do not step over each other during luggage placement. That is more comfortable than let the crowd enter randomly. 2. I notice people enter the cabin with 2, even 3 pieces of luggage. Even though each one has proper dimensions, they overload the overhead compartments and it is hard for everybody to place his/her belongings in a suitable way. 3. The rows in the airplane seems to have gotten closer ti each other. It is not the airlines fault, except perhaps when choosing whose airplanes to buy...but again, there are only two major contenders in that segment. For overseas flights, it is pretty uncomfy. 4. Lastly, unboarding the plane could also be performed (enforced by the crew) to be in a more civil fashion rather than haveing5 a stampedo - again calling separate grouos of rows in the name of fairness, or simply vacating it row by row from the front to back."

Miinukset: "Rang twice for attendants when I dropped my phone behind the seat. Instructed at beginning of flight to not attempt to retrieve an item behind the seat and to have an attendant helped. No one responded to me, so I got it myself. Wasn’t a big deal, but I don’t appreciate being soundly ignored"
Miinukset: "My parents were traveling, they dont speak english and I verified with Austrian airlines that they would be assisted at the gates and that they had the correct visas for each airport they had a layover in. I was assured there would be no problems. Upon boarding they were not able to get on their flight. I have never had so many communication issues and frustrations in the middle of the night with an airline. disappointed."

We arrived to the gate to start the boarding and they just told us wait here for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes we were asked to wait another 20 minutes. Only when we missed the take off time by 10 minutes they bothered to update us and inform us that the flight is being delayed in 2 hours."

Eventho I have marked it on my ticket I need kosher food it wasn't available. It is upsetting. It would be a must at every company, regardless of the service to have name tags for the employees!!! Mostly the flight attendants were kind, but as soon as i asked for something it seemed like they don't want to help or work at all. I understand I have traveled on the economy class but shouldn't make a difference how you treat the travelers. The pillows were dirty!!!!! Not only one, because I have asked for more......most of them! It is disgusting! Something must have been wrong with the headphones because the volume was on max when i tried to watch the move but barely could hear anything. I have flew with Lufthansa most of the time and in the future will chose them. Very disappointing that sooo many little things are interrupting a vacation."

In the end, the purpose of my trip was lost due to the incredible delay and I did not travel in the end. Poor Communication and Poor Handling of Passengers and our Concerns. Czech Air (booking owner) should hold Belavia (operating aircraft) accountable for this poor performance ... not the weather delay, but how they handled (or didn’t handle) passengers and communications."

Flight from Almaty-Minsk was delayed (no explanation) , so we could no longer fly from Minsk to Paris, and the end we waited 9 hours for a completely different airline to fly us. So instead of landing in Paris at 10:25 in a morning, we landed at 18:00 so we lost practically whole day in Paris, for what we are very grateful! (Will never choose this airline again)."
