Lentojen peruuttaminen ja siirto aiheutti ylimääräistä tressiä ja lisäsi matkakustannuksia mm. Ylimääräisten hotellikulujen muodossa. Momondon käyttämä Tripmonster on nimensä mukainen hirviösysteemi, jonka tiedoittaminen ja etenkin tavoitettavuus on aivan luokatonta tasoa. En enää suostu ikinä ostamaan matkaa Momondon kautta jos he käyttävät Tripmonsteria.

Totally looked down at people who wasn't in the business class... The Aircraft has no AC that you could adjust air blowing on you! It was incredibly hot the whole time !"
Plussat: "The food and beverage selection, as well as the service in business class was excellent. Initially I dreaded the long layover of 8 hours. But I found the Turkish Airlines Business Lounge. It was so spectacular that I didn't want to leave it. I found a small movie theatre equipped with leather oversized recliners and slept. I was told that the 2 story lounge is 6000 square meters."

Miinukset: "New US regulations requiring tablets and laptops to be stored in checked baggage were not relayed to me. I booked the trip in February and the new regulations went into effect in March, but I was never notified. When we got to Istanbul from Brussels and made our way to the gate, we had to go through a security checkpoint where I was informed that my tablets would be confiscated and given back to me once we landed. They had a claim area set up next to our baggage claim turn-style to get tablets and laptops back, but it took us 30 mintues to get our tablets (only 5 mintues to get our baggage). Again, I realize they're only doing their jobs and this regulation is new, but the system they put in place for it and their total lack of communication for customers who had already booked trips was awful. Also, at the checkpoint I was told my tablets would be confiscated and my passport had a sticker put on it. I moved down the line where I was told they would take my tablets and the next guy told me I was clear to go. I asked for verification and he ushered me along, so along I went. Then, while sitting in the plane waiting to leave, a group of 5 or 6 people came on board and searched me out, saying they didn't have a record of my tablets being handed over. I told them I was told to move on at the second checkpoint and they gave me a look as though I was lying, but then said it wasn't my fault and made me retrieve them from my bag and hand them over. It wasn't a huge deal, but it sure did make me look like an idiot in front of everyone else on the flight who could see it happen. The whole reason we brought our tablets was to read books on the flight, and a 13 hour flight doesn't exactly go by quickly. I udnerstand they're just doing their job, but they should have sent an update to people on these flights."
Plussat: "We liked how easy it was for English speakers - English announcements, English-speaking attendants, good signage at airports."
Miinukset: "Our luggage did not transfer in Istanbul (1 hour layover) and didn't arrive in Warsaw for nearly 48 hours (actually 45 hours)."
Plussat: "The crew was friendly and efficient"
Miinukset: "Wifi was broken on 2 out of four flights, same with remotes for the entertainment system. Boarding by bus was not good."
Plussat: "At least there was a good selection of movies"
Miinukset: "The crew just couldn't get it right, half our section didn't get the hot towels before takeoff, the attendant had run out half way down the aisle then forgot to come back. Distribution of food was handled like it was the first time the crew was attempting it in a moving plane. They couldn't get orders right, handing out vegetarian dishes when non-veg dishes were requested. Running out of ice for the drinks."

Too many people were changing seats with permission from the air hostesses . The air hostesses missed me 3 times for food and beverage . They passed right by me . They weren't organized at all. I had to call them to remind them to give me some food and drink. Plus when boarding they only announced it in Turkish and not English"

Miinukset: "Departure time is always ten tative with Turkish. Even though they clearly were expecting a late departure, passengers weren't notified. When boarding time was pushed back 30 minutes, it was already 22 minutes overdue (and it started much later then eve n the pushed back time). Terrible standards/"

Miinukset: "checking in at Beirut Int. Airport as a first image for the turkish airline was fair. the lady on the counter wasn't friendly and responsive to my simple question concerning the seat. entertainment TOUCH mode of the screen wasn't working properly."
Miinukset: "I was sat right in the middle of 10 children while people all around me had empty seats next to them. They could lay down and sleep while I got elbowed for 9 hours by a 10 year old."
