Miinukset: "I did not enjoy the turbulence, which I suppose is unavoidable. More importantly, I felt quite guilty about the greenhouse gas emissions of my flight. I have decided to cut down on my air travel as much as possible as a way of reducing my carbon footprint."

Plussat: "Of the multiple international airlines I recently flew with, I would have to say KLM was by far the best. Relaxing atmosphere, comfortable seating, great in-flight entertainment, although I have the go-go in-flight data/entertainment plan with t-mobile (highly recommended), the flight included a decent selection of movies, television programs, etc. The food far exceeded typical "airline quality," even for an international flight - and included a fabulous little snack box with locally sourced gourmet and specialty items such as chocolate from Belgium, fine cheeses from France, and crackers from England. Drinks = gratis, and crew was exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to make flight as pleasant as possible."

There was a seat for one of us (we overheard same conversation at counter next to our - 2 passengers, one available seat)... Explanation was they had technical problems with original plane and they had to replace it with smaller one and everybody else used online checkin in last 48 hours...Everybody else used online checkin?! Is that the rule? Last 48 h of my trip in Peru i did not have internet access, but if it's the only way to get your seat, you paid for months in advance, then I would find some solution. At the end, staying persistent in our request,we were on the scheduled flight (some "miracle" happened and we got 2 seats, next to each other, as same as couple from counter next to us)"

I have traveled extensively for almost 20 years and have NEVER dealt with such a terrible company with such shady employees. It was unbelievable and we aren't the only ones. Just take a peek at their social media accounts. They don't allow reviews anymore but there is a community of people who have been stranded in South America by LATAM and the link is easily found. They seem to have a ploy to try and get people to buy extra tickets. Seriously a scam. Stay away!"
Miinukset: "-Crew kept trying to take my plastic cup and looked at me like I was crazy for wanting to reuse it. No concept of sustainability or waste. Very troubling. -The attendants skipped my row when handing out M&M bags. When I alerted an attendant to this, again I was looked at like I was crazy, and he said that they were not distributing chocolates. I said that everyone else around me had M&M's. He then said that they had run out, which I found difficult to believe, given that they flight was at a max 75% full."

Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."

Passenger in seat near man on floor (diabetic but no one tells us anything) needs to lay across four seats with oxygen for heart issues for remainder of trip with staff and doctor on board nearby. Nevdr informed what was happening, never offered to move our seats or move iIl passengers. Glad all turned out ok. Could have given them more privacy and better informed other passengers."

Miinukset: "TSA lines at SFO Terminal 3 are a zoo, precheck included. United gates had no facilities available to plug in a charger. C'mon folks, it's 2017, one wall outlet with two kids sprawled on the carpet next to it isn't enough. The 'grab a snack' box had one crumpled cellophane package of peanut butter crackers. Yum."
Miinukset: "The plane was delayed in WA DC and the staff did nothing to help with transfers in Addis Ababa and I missed my connection."
Miinukset: "It began going downhill at the United Lounge, where I put two chairs together to get a little sleep since my flight was scheduled to leave at 12:30am. I was summarily woken up and told that it wasn't appropriate to sleep in a lounge. I complained at the front-desk (politely) and was told ... "This is a lounge". Oh and yes, the Wifi wouldn't connect and the food was stale ... so I left, and found a very nice sofa in the concourse. On the flight, service was non-existent, whoever was in the galley was clattering things about, despite the fact that this is a short red-eye flight ... the coffee was awful. The steward forgot to give me my coat and I had to ask twice AFTER we landed and were leaving the plane to get it. THEY WERE WRONG! . we wasted 15 mins for luggage that we then found out did not need to be picked up as it was routed direct to Vancouver. This almost made us miss our next flight and caused us a lot of stress. We had specifically asked the crew to check as we thought it was ticketed to Vancouver but they insisted WE WERE WRONG"

Bottled water purchased AFTER passengers had passed main security (in the terminal) not permitted on the plane. Flight attendants were completely unhelpful and passengers had to find space in the overhead compartments for their carry-on luggage by themselves."

Plussat: "I had no complaint when I flew from Newark to Lima.flight attendants were nice and respectful they knew what they were doing. My travel back to the States were different. Since it was an overnight flight i expected to sleep most of the time. When I was resting suddenly one of the attendants literally scream in my ear to ask if I wanted chicken or beef??? I was like" can you see I was sleeping? To me that was rude. Also they didn't coordinate to serve drinks they took more than usual to serve. No one even ask if we want more drinks or not. Hope they do better"
Miinukset: "I was flying home the day after having broken my L5 Vertebrae. I was held up in security because of the patch the doctor put on my back and although the TSA employees were very nice and friendly I almost missed my flight. While boarding, the staff took the opportunity to berate me for being late. While I understood why, it was really unprofessional to speak to a passenger like that without the full context. It didn't help that I was really cranky. Never had a bad experience with united before so I was very disappointed."
Plussat: "There were lots of empty seats so plenty of room to spread out. I think the meal was good, but I can't remember for sure"

Miinukset: "One of the stewards spoke ill and loudly of a passenger he was irritated with as passengers were exiting the plane in Houston, which I found to be incredibly unprofessional."

Miinukset: "Got to Chicago and there was an earlier flight (3 hours)leaving for Duluth. We asked if we could get in it and they said no you have to stay with you luggage. Got to Duluth and believe it or not our luggage came on an earlier flight. Apparently someone lied to us about having to stay with you luggage"
Plussat: "delay after delay, then NO crew to guide us into the terminal?!?! we're getting married tomorrow so this is quite upsetting..."

Miinukset: "We paid extra to have seating together in an upgraded to business class. We paid an additional $89.00 each for this option on top of our airfare. When we got to the boarding gate and we were ready to have our ticket scanned we were told, "unfortunately, you two won't be able to be seated together, we had a seat change that affected your seating." then we were asked to go to the counter at the gate to see what could be done, but there was nothing that could be done, the flight was full. So our money was collected but due to the mess up on seating and loss of our $600.00 epi pen medication we didn't take the flight."

Plussat: "Clean airplane. Great crew. Happy with the trip from takeoff to landing. Our landing was very rough due to strong winds on runway. At one point, plane was a little sideways. But with the great crew in control of the plane...Safe landing. Scary...but lived to tell."
Miinukset: "That you don't at least get one show that is free on flight. A cooking show is what was the choice, but no control over the volume. And I can't read lips. So that really sucked."
