I wouldn’t have booked a flight with such a short layover had I known how far apart the gates were and that we’d have to go through security again. I would suggest not offering flights with such short layovers."

They said after I stow my carry ons to corn to the back and get a drink and use the bathroom to cool down as we were just about to take off to taxi to the runway. The crew was absolutely great and the I. Flight entertainment and food was great. We just wish our luggage had made it back too. We are still waiting to see where our luggage is - if in Europe still or Dallas."
Miinukset: "I would say that other passengers had their kids behind us and they kept screaming and kicking our chairs. We told the woman to tell her kids to stop but all she said was “they are a child” when all they needed to do was just tell their kid to stop. Flight attendants saw and knew but I don’t know what they could do to help when they can’t help with bad parenting. I wish there was a clear way to upgrade to first class on a trip as it was difficult to find out how."

Miinukset: "I am only 6 ft but knees hit the seat in front. Tray table hits my stomach even without the recline on front seat. Woman across aisle from me couldn't get out of her seat when the person in front reclined. This should just be illegal, period! Food was not very good. Entertainment options was limited."
Plussat: "Flight attendants were great, friendly, courteous and responsive. The relaxation and mediation program was great! Boarding was fluent and easy."
Miinukset: "No matter what you try to order on the airplane is totally disgusting. If it's not overloaded with cheese and tomato sauce then it's overcompensated with spices (salt or chili). I will never understand why it is so hard to provide simple, fresh and enjoyable meals. Chairs in economy are rarely cleaned up and one can see on the cushions that they are worn out and have lost their padding making the seats very uncomfortable. There was no foot rest available (which is such a simple addition that helps a lot) and the "holder pocket" on the seat in front was a simple net completely useless. Tables were dirty suggesting they were never cleaned and disinfected. Knowing that the highest source of viruses are the tray tables and the pockets in front I would expect attention to be focused on those- it not only impacts the health of the traveler but more important that of the crew. Why is it so hard to think of this business two fold: make revenue but mostly be kind to humans."
Miinukset: "Headphones not working properly in the whole economy class! Only one of the headphones was working... WOW, Lufthansa, never seen anything like this! Second serving of food was the worst I have been served on an airplane - a stale pizza. On a number of occasions I asked the hostess for a piece of bread and a glass of wine - she promised to be back and never was."

It was mentioned that it was international flight but they have refused to honor those rules. I have used the same bag on other airlines and did not have any problems."
Plussat: "The flight itself was fine, about what you'd expect from a short-duration flight on a major airline."
Miinukset: "I wished to change to an earlier flight with plenty of seats available. the Lufthansa ticket agent stated the only way, as I had booked a "light" fare, was to pay a full-price one-way economy ticket--plus luggage--for about 380 euros with no credit for my current ticket. After booking a day-room at a local hotel, I checked in on-line and discovered for 115 euros I could have upgraded to business class, with luggage included, and been accommodated on schedule changes. My suggestion to Lufthansa is if they intend to rip their customers off it's best NOT TO LET THEM FIND OUT ON THEIR OWN WEBSITE, or if they're simply too incompetent to match marketing offers to their booking department they could save considerable income and reputation by closing the ticket office. As it was, the impression was a low-class money grab. It's not like they can count on their partnership with United to make them look good."

Plussat: "The coach seats were much more comfortable than Air Canada's. The flight was without incident. Staff were great! Accommodating, friendly and efficient!"

Miinukset: "At the Pisa airport I had to pay € 40 for a baggage I had already paid when buying the ticket, the counter staff told me after I explained that I had paid for it, otherwise I could not carry my suitcase, so I had I have to pay my suitcase again and now I have to do all the cumbersome procedures so that my money is refunded"
Miinukset: "Stood in one line for over a half hour to find out I was in the wrong line and had to go to another line. Why not have someone asking or a few signs to direct people? Kiwi was horrible to deal with. I booked a priority flight but they only gave me non-priority but changed their documentation to look like it was priority. Went back and forth too manny times."

Miinukset: "This flight was over one hour delayed, waiting in line to board with no information, after landing we took a long tour of the Frankfurt airport, meaning between landing and getting out of the plane was about 1 hour again and when I picked up my suitcase it was all broken! So not a good experience at all!"
Plussat: "Main steward was a nice guy."
Miinukset: "Delay to get on flight of nearly an hour with no information. Delay getting off flight whilst at gate in London of over an hour after being told 10 minutes. Further 30 minutes even after the delay to get bags. A lot of the delays are the airports fault and not the airline but could do more to communicate with passengers. Also seems like Ryanair are now purposefully splitting people if they don't pay for allocated seats. Always get seats together with easyJet but not Ryanair and you could tell by the splitting of other people there wasn't an attempt to seat together. On the way over I was sat next to the partner of the person my girlfriend was sat next to."

Miinukset: "My flight was cancelled for no good reason minutes before boarding. No compensation was offered as to hotel or food. Hence, I had to pay for food until the next flight the following day. (Only flight per day) and had to wait at the airport overnight. The flight for the following day was delayed by 2 hours...with no explanation. A very unhappy customer!!!"

Miinukset: "RyanAir will charge to check in early,but then if you don't check in during a specific window of time, they charge you even more and it has to be done electronically 2 hrs before flight! If they are going to take a punitive approach to the very first interactions with customers, then charge for checked bags at a rate/weight that is also punitive and deviates from competition norms it is unlikely your first-time customers will ever use your airline again. Additionally, the boarding process at Lisbon was ridiculous. All passengers were sent through the gate to an enclosed warehouse with no AC to stand and wait until the plane was ready. Why wouldn't you just wait until the plane was ready?! I will never fly RyanAir again. We spent an additional $190 for two people to check in and check two 33lb bags (1 bag per person)."
Miinukset: "What can you expect from Ryanair? They treat their passengers like kettle when boarding. Specifically we had to stand and in a hot anghar before boarding for 40 mins. No seats, water or idea why we have to wait there rather than the airport. I experienced it so many times and tell myself never again. if I have an option I never fly with them."
Plussat: "Clean plane and comfy seats"
Miinukset: "The hostess selling goods during the flight using the loudspeakers. That was crazy, never seen that before. The airline must be desperate for income. I was trying to watch a BBC programme on my BBC iplayer and she was too loud (I could hear and I had headphones) The boarding at Stansted airport is just too badly managed. incredible that you are required to check-in your size and weight restricted hand luggage after they have boarded a few passengers. Then you waste time waiting for it to come out."
Miinukset: "Stop trying to sell me things every 10 minutes. I just want to get some sleep. Provide something for free, like peanuts or pretzels, as a nice gesture."

Plussat: "I have a double ticket reservation , they refused to cancel one and gove me a credit for it !! Even booth reservation to the same distenation on the same day and almost the same hour !!!!"
Miinukset: "My flight was delayed more than six hours and they never offer me an alternative solution and I lost my connection flight. The worst experience ever."
Miinukset: "The checkin process was not simple. I was sent to customer service twice, given misinformation twice and the agents were generally unhelpful. It cost 75 euros to check baggage for this flight. I have been traveling throughout Europe for several weeks and this by far the most complicated mode of transportation. Flight was delayed, baggage was slow. They charge a fee to checkin? Avoid this airline if possible."
Plussat: "It was a plane with a seat that flew from point A to B."
Miinukset: "The extra charges are absolutely ridiculous. 45 euro if you didn't check in online ahead of time. 15 euro to print your boarding pass at the airport. Another 35 euro to check your bag, which you must do unless you are a midget and have the tiniest bag ever. When you're traveling you don't have access to a printer. All of a sudden the cost of your flight more than doubles. I won't fly RyanAir again."
Plussat: "Punctuality, cheery crew, decent leg room compared to some other airlines, inability to recline seats (great!)."
Miinukset: "Lack of seat-back pocket in front for book, newspaper etc."
Plussat: "I opted for priority seats for €13.00 and reckon they were worth it. Quick boarding, guaranteed our carry-on would be carried on by us. I paid for more checked weight than I needed, but that was my own fault, and only cost me €15.00 extra."
Miinukset: "The practical need to preselect baggage weight."
Plussat: "As long as you are aware of a few things, flying on Ryan Air was great. You must check in a certain number of hours before your flight to aviod an additional check-in fee. I checked-in from the hotel computer the day before my flight. You should pre-pay for checked baggage and seat selection with priority boarding when you book the flight if you want those 2 items when flying on Ryan Air. If you dont want to pay for a checked bag, ensure you check the airline website to make sure your carry on bag meets the size requirements for carry on baggage. My flight was on time, they offered a selection of food and drinks for purchase during the flight. The staff was friendly. Everything was great."
Plussat: "One of the best Ryanair experiences overall. Really can't complain. An issue seemed to develop at check-in when only one counter was open for about 200 people, but luckily that was resolved."
