The flight was half an hour late, which is the new normal in Europe. Friendly crew.

It was the long delay and standing that was tiring. Then the rushing around to catch the connecting flights was exhausting for everyone I am sure. Airport was crowded. The crew didn't update us on our connecting flights while we were stuck waiting for the bus to take us to the terminal, which caused more anxiety.
My bag was delayed as of now by one day, maybe more. Besides, the flight was delayed by one and a half hours.
Security lines were crazy, even in Fast Track.
One flight attendant was amazing, 1st class although she wasn't even in business class. Somehow felt others were tired or mind somewhere else, so not really good service. Choice of food was basic, but good choice of drinks. Plane was comfortable and I think pilot was a woman, which is a nice change. Excellent that there are dividers in the middle seat in business class. Corona restriction rules, like mask wearing rules is extremely wise. Other airlines removed it, but I like better your choice better. Feels safer.
Vegetarian option was below average with almost raw ravioli, seats were very small for a business class unlike lufthansa which had nice wide seats. Entertainment particularly indian was awful.
Inwouldnt change anything on short flights within EU
No entertainment only on BYOD even in business. Business is super basic from a seating and comfort aspect.

Plussat: "It was totally bad experience due to cancellations of the flights which I already booked to SJC airport in CA. The first confirmed Lufthansa flights No: LH 1305/ LH 488 ISTANBUL to SAN JOSE via FRANKFURT were cancelled. Then my family in USA contacted the airline and agreed about FLIGHT TK 005 / UA 1883: IST-ORD-SJC. At the checking counter in Atatürk Airport I got the last shock of being Lufthansa didn’t issue a ticket for the flight and the time was running fast and l had no contact neither with my family nor anybody else at the airport therefore i had to purchase a ticket to SFO via Frankfurt. In another word it was very bad experience."

You need a written contact with your neighbor about the foot placement - space is so narrow, you need to take turns if you would like to come off the plane without back injuries 4. New custom: serve coffee AFTER breakfast 5. Nobody walked around with water or juice between the meals - you had to wake your neighbor since climbing over someone is no longer possible [either] 6. If you have 2 beverages on your tray and your neighbor needs to get out, you need a third person to assist (impossible to get out of your seat with 2 beverages in your hands (we tried it!) - just too narrow (even for a European Teenager) 7. It was not clearly visible who boards where. An Economy couple standing patiently in line at the Wong boarding line was sent back to the end of the long economy line - although NOBODY was in the business line"

Miinukset: "The second leg (Oslo-JFK) however was a completely different story. The airline dropped the ball in so many ways here. 45 minutes past departure time and they are still boarding people. This was mostly do to the gate agents arbitrarily forcing people to needlessly check bags that would have been fine on board (while simultaneously forcing them to pay for checking thos bags, unbelievable money-grab on the part of the airline). Flight crew made no announcements whatsoever on the delay until 30 minutes past departure time. As an obvious result, bags then took a tremendous amount of time to arrive at claim."

Plussat: "The cost is about 50% of other airlines due to no lay down seats. The Boeing 787 Dream Liner, is a very new and nice aircraft from Stockholm to Ft. Lauderdale. The flight from Stockholm to FLL was pleasant, and the food and drink OK, with good quality box meals, drinks, and three main coarse choices in the beginning and 2 hours before landing in Premium Economy. When coming back to NA and taking off in the morning it is OK with about 30 degree lay back seats."
Miinukset: "Once we landed in Stockholm we had only 1 hour and ten minutes once we landed to get off the plane, clear customs, check in for a new boarding pass (we were told the flight was closed), through customs again, and then a long line where we were thoroughly security interviewed. Once done with the interview process, we were then sequestered with ~ 300 others in an overcrowded area without adequate bathrooms or seating. We had contacted the airline and got conflicting data each of the 4 times on the timing being adequate from both the booking company and Norwegian Air, but did get on, albeit over one hour late in departure time."
Plussat: "Small airport, easy to get into, drop off SIXT rental car, and clear entry. Flight from Split to Stockholm on Boeing 737 was pleasant, and all one class."
Miinukset: "Could not check in for the the 2nd leg, Stockholm to Ft. Lauderdale. Split airport is terribly over crowded and uncomfortable without adequate space to sit, bathrooms to service the amount of people, AC to handle the heat load with the number of people, etc. That being said, the check in, security, and gate people are professional and very pleasant."
Miinukset: "When we tried to register for our flight, I was greeted with the fact that the name on the flight reservation was different than the name on the passport. The name on the flight reservation was Jim; the name on my passport is Francis James Donnellan. They charged me $60 to correct what they perceived as an inconsistency between the two documents. I found this frankly quite bizarre. I have literally flown around the world; I've taken many flights to Europe, the Far East, across the country, etc. and have never run into this as a problem. Over 50 years of travel, to be charged $60 by Norwegian for a perceived name inconsistency struck me as odd to say the least. Primera handled this "problem" without a charge and with a much better and more positive attitude toward it. Norwegian did not give an explanation as to why this was such an issue; the key point made was that James was not the same as Jim. Again, nothing in my experience suggested that there should be a problem here. My father's middle name was James, and he was always called Jim. Same with me. If they are in fact two different names as was suggested by Norwegian, no one over of my 75 years of life ever called attention to it. I wonder what would've happened if I had been referred to throughout my life as Frank, with the name on my birth certificate being Francis."

There was no where to charge electriconics (which was unfortunate for a 9hr flight), and we waited on the tarmac in Newark from 9:10-10:40 because there "was no parking" for our plane. Lastly, (probably more Newark's fault) we waited another hour and ten minutes for our luggage at claim."
Miinukset: "I did not like that I had to pay hundreds of dollars to change my flight because I had gone to the wrong airport. While I understand that it is my responsibility to have that information, it was simple human error (having flown into a different airport) that lead to the mistake, which should have been forgiven seeing that I called the airline, and informed them of the mistake. As the customer, I feel that the airline is not responsible for such mistakes, but do believe that there should be room for good will and customer service. The fact that the airline was not willing to help to make a change affordable (I was quoted $600+ to make the change) sadly is what determined if I will continue being a customer, and rely this airline. I won't. I also did not like that every other item during the flight had to be purchased as most other international flights include these expenses with the purchase of the ticket. Again, I understand that the airline has it's policies, but you might want to try seeing it from the passenger's perspective rather than just from a monetary one. Having to deal with such costly changes at the last moment of my trip was very unpleasant; I almost didn't have enough money to get home. These are my thoughts/suggestions/reflections on my experience with Norwegian. - Ms. Clark"

Imagine this sound and vibration 109 plus times on an 11 hour flight. Fresh food and several kinds of liquor sold out in first 90 minutes of takeoff what was left was chips, candy an instant soup. Bottom line: I’ll buy a more expensive ticket on a traditional carrier from now on"
Plussat: "Crew is really cheesy and too basic and non stop acting like doing me a big favor! No one is answering the phone for days to reschedule cancelled flight which is a theft and a crime and I had to buy a new ticket on another airline."

Once we got on the plane, there was an option to bye food however most of the food was unavailable on our flight. The only thing we could purchase on a 7 hr flight was chips and corn nuts."

Miinukset: "Information about system for ordering food was very problematic. I was not informed that I needed to order food 3 online days in advance. I tried to order it while checking in online because I realised only at that point that it was likely I would have to order in advance...I was charged but did not receive what I ordered. One crew member was nice, the others were not. When checking in at the airport the staff desk attendant was very rude. Too many hidden costs. Paying for extras like food and luggage does not make the price economical."
Miinukset: "Great experience. I knew that they charge extra for literally everything, so I had my food, water, jacket. Plane was partially empty - great extra space. Highly recommend, but be aware of their strict policy to avoid unpleasant surprises."

Plussat: "Even though we were in the economy section we had a wonderful experience. Two good meals were served and there were plenty of options on the in flight entertainment system. All the flight attendants were very nice and attentive. I would definitely recommend Norwegian."

Miinukset: "Flight was about 20-30 minutes late in departing and there were absolutely no announcements and no-one at the boarding counter to keep customers informed. People were left standing in a a crowded room which was too small for all the passengers while no announcement was made. Even when they finally boarded, there was no recognition of the flight being late and no apology. One we were on board, the cabin crew then made a rather abrupt and rude announcement telling the passengers to board quickly otherwise we would lose our slot time and be delayed by a further one hour. Fortunately that additional delay did not happen. However, I did not appreciate the passengers being berated for "slow" boarding when the flight was boarded 20-30 minutes late."

One of the flights Crew has moved my Handbags and changed its location without asking me or asking for my permission and i was sitting just underneath the Capine (seat 14 B) and after that has been pretending to be asked before and she did a seen out of it
To board in Manchester at the airport they treated us very badly, we did not like the airport. During the flight they allowed drunk people to board and spent the entire trip violating safety regulations, yelling and bothering the rest of the passengers. They gave them more alcohol inside the plane and in the end one of them fell down the stairs when getting off the plane causing serious injuries with a lot of blood. A very unpleasant trip

Miinukset: "A little late to take off, the interior of Ryanair planes is perhaps the most visually offensive environment that I experience in my life. Flew BA not long ago and remembered how nice a flight can actually be. Oh, also Ryanair staff seem like they’re recruited on their ability to be uncommunicative and not to care about it. Amazingly consistent in this respect, but to their credit, you know what to expect."

Plussat: "The ground crew personnel were great!"
Miinukset: "My flight was cancelled for no good reason minutes before boarding. No compensation was offered as to hotel or food. Hence, I had to pay for food until the next flight the following day. (Only flight per day) and had to wait at the airport overnight. The flight for the following day was delayed by 2 hours...with no explanation. A very unhappy customer!!!"
Plussat: "Good costumer service, clean and comfortable airplane."
Miinukset: "The flight was late, did not leave at the scheduled time."
Miinukset: "Everything was great!"
Plussat: "When we took off the plane stayed to hot"
Miinukset: "There was no complimentary food or drinks. The airline attendance checking people in chose different passengers they would make pay to check bags. Bags were checked even though overhead compartments weren't full. The plane was half an hour late leaving. The seats didn't recline."

Plussat: "Clean plane and comfy seats"
Miinukset: "The hostess selling goods during the flight using the loudspeakers. That was crazy, never seen that before. The airline must be desperate for income. I was trying to watch a BBC programme on my BBC iplayer and she was too loud (I could hear and I had headphones) The boarding at Stansted airport is just too badly managed. incredible that you are required to check-in your size and weight restricted hand luggage after they have boarded a few passengers. Then you waste time waiting for it to come out."
Plussat: "Departed and landed on time"
Miinukset: "No soap in bathroom and did not allow me to sit with my travellers. Seats were far apart and the entire plane was separated from their known people which led to chaos. The airline charges to select seats next to one another."
Miinukset: "Stop trying to sell me things every 10 minutes. I just want to get some sleep. Provide something for free, like peanuts or pretzels, as a nice gesture."

Plussat: "I have a double ticket reservation , they refused to cancel one and gove me a credit for it !! Even booth reservation to the same distenation on the same day and almost the same hour !!!!"
Miinukset: "My flight was delayed more than six hours and they never offer me an alternative solution and I lost my connection flight. The worst experience ever."
Plussat: "Crew was friendly. Initial price was good."
Miinukset: "No reminder was sent prior tothe flight to remind us that online check in was mandatory. Never did Ryanair inform us that failure to comply is subject to a substantial monetary penalty. In our case the charge for not checking in online represented about three times the original ticket price! Long lines at the gate, long lines outside, no jet bridge, and forced to check carry on luggage. This was our first and LAST Ryanair flight."
