Kun Finnair ei tarjoa muuta kuin mehua ja vettä niin olisi mukavaa että edes voisi ostaa jotain vähän laadukkaampaa syötävää kuin nuudeleita!
Ilmainen kahvi olihan kiva. Lento myöhässä yli 2 h Hesan päässä odotettiin rappusia. Huh huh. On se vaikeeta!
Lähtö myöhästyi 55min. Oli lähellä että olisimme odottaneet 1,5h koneessa, mutta saivat uudelleenreitityksen.
Henkilökunta oli tosi ystävällistä ja muutenkin koko koneessa oli hyvin rauhallinen tunnelma. Tosin kone oli hyvin vajaa.
Ei mitään hyvää Finnairilla, ei edes ruokaa tai snackseja lennoilla. Ja lennot myöhässä, kuten tämäkin oli taas.
Erinomaiset ja viihdyttävät lentäjät mutta lento lähti myöhässä

Tällä lennolle kaikki sujui hienosti. Henkilökunta toimi ammattitaitoisesti ja lentäjät olivat huippu ammattilaisia, nousut ja laskut olivat hallittua. Kiitos Finnair.
Jokin ongelma saapuessa jolloin bussikuljetus ja kävely toisesta päästä kenttää… kangasmaski käskettiin vaihtaa kesken lennon vaikka osa oli ilman saapuessakin koneeseen Lentolippujen kaivaminen oli haastavaa,sitten keksin liittää finskin appiin
Minulla oli aivan kova nälkä ja halusin ostaa lentokoneessa leivän mutta valitettavasti minä olen nuori enkä omista luottokorttia ja en saanut koneesta mitään koska normaali electron maksu kortti ei kelvannut eikä käteinen kelvannut..
Very small plane, not much legroom. No organisation to boarding and no in-flight snacks provided as standard apart from water/juice.

Miinukset: "Checking in was a nightmare of inefficiency. I couldn't use self-check-in for my bad because I was flying to America and for some reason, this meant I had to hand my suitcase to someone rather than just putting it on the conveyor belt. There were about 8 people ahead of me, and yet it took a solid hour of standing in line waiting to get to the counter. How it could possibly have been so insanely slow is beyond me. When it was finally my turn to submit my bag it literally took 30 seconds. And yet I had to wait an hour. Grade: F-"

Miinukset: "Finnair had the worst leg room I've ever had in 50 years of traveling. It was so TIGHT that my knees were pressing up agains the seat in front of me the whole 8 hours of flight, even though I am only 5'7"! I felt really sorry for those passengers who were taller. Finnair also lost my checked in bag and delivered it 36 hours later without providing any compensation. Coming back the flight was delayed due to mechanical reasons, which caused a number of passengers miss connecting flights. This is one of the things that can happen to any airline, but only Finnair failed to provide an agent to take care of the passengers who missed their flights. So, after a 2 hour delay and 7 hours of traveling in the air, the stranded passengers had to find an agent in JFK who would rebook their flights. One of the worst traveling experiences. Will never travel Finnair again!"

While I was given another boarding pass, I had to have another layover in St. Petersburg, and fly to Moscow from there. The flight turned out to be much longer, and much more exhausting. My overall experience was unpleasant."

Miinukset: "Abigail in MLA (Luqa Intl Malta), one of the sassiest and unhelpful agents I have met. Ask for payment for baggage, does something with my credit card- then tells me I need to go to another desk to pay. So inefficient. This on top of her and her gate buddy screwing around at the desk throwing things at each other. Professionalism is not here. To top it off, the plane sat on the tarmac for 40 minutes and we just about missed our connection. Dirty plane too, gum stains on carpet and dirty seats. Will not fly with these clowns again."

Miinukset: "They delayed our flight from Gatwick to Riga with no information given to passengers. Many of us had a connecting flight with Air Baltic from Riga to Helsinki- which we asked if they will wait for us, the crew member said because the flight was also with Air Baltic, they will wait for us. We got there 10 minutes before take off, and the gate has already closed. Furthermore, we got to the Air Baltic counter, we were given 5Euro meal vouchers even though we will be staying at the Riga airport for 9 hours. Also they gave us terrible customer service attitude, which we definitely do not deserve after being delayed, and causing so much trouble on their behalf. Definitely do not recommend flying with Air Baltic again. I've never been this angry with any air line."
Miinukset: "on the website i ordered and payed for a meal, and automatically it went to the last and the shortest leg of the flight. it did not ask which leg i was interested in. so i phoned their customer service to get this fixed, they said they cannot fix it and closed the phone on me. on the website is said that from israel you cannot do advance internet checkin, and when i arrived at the checkin they said that i should have done this advanced check in, and since i didn't i need to go to their ticket office and pay a penalty of 35$ per passenger. there also was no warning on the website of any such penalty. i will never fly with them again if i can help it."

Miinukset: "They overbooked the flight and without any apologies on their behalf or without even informing me, they stop me and my fiance at the gate and just told is that we can not go to the flight I book and prepay 4 month at advance! The only solution that they can offer me was to travel from Riga to Moscow and than to Tel Aviv. It become 12 hours traveling across 4 countries ( we arrived form Stockholm) instead of 5 hours flight as it was supposed to! I'm not recommending to travel with that company it can not be trusted!"

Plussat: "It's very inexpensive, especially if you fly with only with a carry-on luggage. On-board service has always been excellent."
Miinukset: "The check-in process is horrible, regardless of the airport you are flying from. It's just the trademark of Air Baltic. I learned my lesson and pay extra to use the priority check in line, as well as boarding. Otherwise you end up staying in a VERY long line. This time I was bumped from the seat that I picked when booking my flight, which was still assigned to me when I checked in online. No explanation or heads-up, I was just handed a paper boarding pass when I checked my bag, and only after I was past security line I realized that I was bumped from row 4 to row 10. I was able to get a seat in row 4 again at the gate, but not the same seat. Also, there was no priority boarding, even though I paid for it. Given this experience I will only fly this airline if I can get away with a carry on, thus avoiding the check in desk altogether."

Miinukset: "Flight was delayed approximately 45 minutes as a result of late arrival of aircraft - surprising since it was a morning flight.. I am 6ft2, leg room is VERY tight. I slept most of the flight so cannot speak to food or entertainment. Watch out for the fees! 5 euro per leg for a seat assignment 60 euro to check bags."

I couldn't figure out how to check baggage online through Kayak, and it cost €40 at the airport. It got me where I needs to go, but with the baggage fees, it turned out to be about the same price as other airlines, and I wouldn't recommend the planes for people with any flying anxiety."

Why can't it be taken and given back at the entrance."

Miinukset: "After having no issues with my carryon on my first Norwegian flight of the day, I was forced to pay 650 NoK to check my carryon as we were boarding my flight from Oslo to New York. This was just ridiculous because my bag fit in the overhead bins just fine and there we’re many empty overhead bins"
Plussat: "The seats were comfortable, and I like the large windows with the tinted glass."
Miinukset: "The boarding procedure could be better organized. Also, I don't like the idea that even water has to be purchased with a credit card."

Miinukset: "No WIFI on long flights (which likely have business travelers traveling in the middle of a business day) is a very big No-No in 2019. Especially on a brand new planes there is no excuse, the pre ordering of food on the flight is a fine idea just ensure the all interfaces to book the flight makes this VERY clear that’s required."

Also the plane was well kept but still showed signs of wear you would expect on a 60 year old 747 not on a newer 787."

While I get that it is a budget carrier and they use a request your services via the entertainment system model, they were all behind the curtain all the time. Not even offering water occasionally. Really? Also, I don’t understand why they promote larger windows with dimming functions if the are going to override the controls. While I understand being courteous to other in the plane who might be sleeping, what good is ordering a window seat if the window is put and left in a darkened state the entire flight? An above the clouds sunset opportunity missed. Annoying!!!"
Plussat: "The only male flight attendant was very helpful and polite."
Miinukset: "The rest of the crew were inattentive and rude. It was bad enough to be delayed an hour, but the inattentiveness was ridiculous. I placed an order for a beverage, a pack of crisps and a set of headphones at the beginning of the flight. I didn’t receive them until almost 3 hours into the flight. I figured they were busy with meal service and what not in the beginning of the flight so I was patient, and I saw some people receiving their orders kinda late as well. After the 2nd hour, I started clicking the call attendant button. The female flight attendants walked by multiple times and ignored my attempts to flag them down. Finally, the male attendant came over and resolved the situation, but by then we had been in the air for 3 hours. Worst service I’ve experienced on any airline. Also, for a plane called a Dreamliner, those seating arrangements are a nightmare for anyone over 5’8”; I was uncomfortable the entire flight. It’s a plane, not a bus in a third world country; it’s shouldnt be that damned cramped and crowded."

Miinukset: "15/9/2018 Amsterdam - NYC 1. Baggage check only opened two hours before departure so it was an hour wait to check a bag 2. Flight left 80 minutes late 3. Flight sat on tarmac at JFK for 50 minutes waiting for a gate because we arrived late"

Miinukset: "My wife and i paid the minimum to board so of course we didn't expect any amenities. But i would think that coffee and especially water would be complimentary anywhere. We were fine without food but I mean how do you have an 8 hour flight and not offer water to passengers unless they request to pay for it."

The airline neglected to offload my checked luggage, refused to do accommodate me with a change fee and now has lost my bag and has no idea where it is."
Plussat: "787 Aircraft is nice. Decent selection of in-flight entertainment options. The main reason to fly Norwegian is low cost."
Miinukset: "Boarding was delayed 30 min because Norwegian isn't very well organized. The boarding lounge at Gatwick has half the capacity of the aircraft, so people were packed in to a tiny space until boarding actually started. In-seat USB charger didn't work."
Plussat: "Seats were comfortable"
Miinukset: "Staff were not friendly. I specifically heard one attendant who had swapped out a meal for a passenger say out loud "she didn't like her vegan meal so she wanted another one" in front of the passenger. I found that rude and accusing. I know I did not pay for food and I expected that. However, I think that's a bit austere for a 10 hour flight. Not even water offered for non-paying passengers. I don't know how you expect people to be healthy and ok on such a long flight without water.. Will not be flying Norwegian again."

I mean c’mon, who pays for water on a long haul flight? Is that a joke? Who comes up with these pricing strategies? A transatlantic budget airline? Stop ripping off travelers just to make a quick buck.. Evil are those who negotiate partnership deals like this without keeping your customer in mind. You are in the service industry for crying out loud! - If any of such amenities are not offered on long haul flights, that needs to be EXPLICITLY NOTED IN BIG BOLD LETTERS DURING BOOKING. - Very poor understanding of customer behaviour and flight booking.. - Price discrimination by having to pay for standard amenities on long haul flights is evil and unethical"

They changed the airplane day before and I paid for the extra space so when I was on the boarding they changed my seat to a worst one, then the food was horrible, they don't refill the catering at Amsterdam so the flight from BCN to AMS bought almost everything

I've flown MANY airlines and have never had deal with lost luggage so I was expecting more from the airline to do everything possible to located it or compensate us for their mistake, especially when we had to pay an additional $50 USD to check-in our luggage (that ultimately ended up lost). I would not recommend this airline."

Luckily (?) the plane turned out to be 45 minutes late, so the eternity it took to have the rookie who finally showed up to look blankly at her computer screen, apprently hoping it would receive Divine instructions on how to work her way through the ONE PERSON in line in front of us, in order to stamp our pre-printed boarding passes did not cause us to miss the last flight of the day from Amsterdam to Dublin. Now lets talk about the torture device that Ryanair uses as a passenger seat. . ."

Miinukset: "they forced me to check in my small han luggage even though i would have put it under my seat which does not disturb anybody and wors with every other airline. + 1h delay without information. result: I was home at 1am in the morning instead of 11h30."
Miinukset: "Added way to many costs for EVERYTHING. We were the only ones in line to check a bag and it took 30 minutes to do so because the computers needed to be turned on. The seats were uncomfortable and felt unclean. And we think it was absurd to pay to sit with someone you book a flight with."
Plussat: "Seat was surprisingly comfortable, even with me being 6'0. Legs had a little room to spread out."
Miinukset: "No free drink. The flight was delayed by 15 minutes, and the board didn't update on boarding time until the plane got there. First time flying ryanair, so I didn't want to leave to get a drink. Ended up paying a few euro's because I was so thirsty on the flight."
Plussat: "We got to the airport three hours prior to our flight and hey didn’t even have the check in counter open. They only do it an hour prior. So we had to sit there and just wait. Then they do not provide gate number until about it 20 mins before boarding. It’s saves you some peace of mind purchasing priority but the seats are cramped and I just found it to be a blah experience"

Plussat: "This was our first Ryann air experience and we are very satisfied with the service. The airplane leaved at time and arrived ten minutes earlier. The ratio between what you paid and what you get is much better than the one from American airlines."

Miinukset: "We were not informed until 2 days before our flight that we needed a printed copy of our boarding pass. At this point we were well into our trip and had to spend time finding a way to print out our boarding passes. Our flight was delayed by about an hour and a half and there was no one at the gate ahead of time that we could speak to. We also found out the day before our flight from a Blog that as passengers with US passports we had to get a stamp on our printed boarding pass prior to going through security. Had we not seen this on a random website we would not have known this either and would have showed up at the gate only to be turned away."

Plussat: "Boarding was ridiculous from both ends of plane with people from back end squeezing past people from front end to find their seats. They list my checked backpack on a flight from Amsterdam to Spain. It took 5 days to get it back. Crazy!"

Miinukset: "The entire experience with Ryanair was bad. Once I checked in for my flights, I was never given an opportunity to print out my boarding passes which created myself and 5 friends to pay 18 euros to print the boarding passes out at the airport. The "boarding pass" button didn't even work. The gate agent was not friendly at all and wasn't helpful. I tried calling Ryanair to dispute the boarding pass charge and their customer service was even worse. I will NEVER take Ryanair again."

Miinukset: "I didn't like having to pay for water. I also have a carry on size bag that fit in all other airline overhead compartments. Ryan air has smaller maximum size bags meaning I had to check my bags for quite a fee."
Miinukset: "Takes economy flight to a whole new level of economizing. No space, no recline on seats. But it was a short flight."
Miinukset: "Packed us in to prepare us for boarding like cattle. The plane landed, unboarded and boarded us so quickly that there was no cleaning between flights. Even the cost savings wasn't that great."
Miinukset: "You don't know your gate until right before your flight. Then you stand in line quite a while before boarding. They said to get to the airport 3 hours early for security but the people weren't there to take our bags so we spent that hour sitting outside security. You have to pay for any drinks even soda."

Miinukset: "I did an online check-in the day before flight and chose to allow the airline to choose my seat so I could save a bit of money. I had a connecting flight and had 1 hour layover when arriving in Amsterdam to get to my gate for flight to Dublin. I did not have boarding passes and was told I could get them at the Gate since I checked in online. Got to the gate, they said there was no record of me checking in online, so I would have to pay €50 per person (my husband and I) in order to get on the flight. I needed to get to Dublin so I handed over the money, then was told I couldn't not get on the flight and had to be rebooked for a flight 4 hours later. I then had to go to the ticketing desk where I was told my only option was to pay a fee of €200 (€100 per person) in order to rebook my flight. All in all I am very upset with how everything happened, I am out a ton of money. The original cost for both tickets was €87, and I paid an additional €200 on top of that just to get where I needed to go, on my questionable acts on behalf of the airline."

Didn't expect a refund for the flight, but also Couldn't get a refund on ANY of the EXTRAS I'd booked for checked bags, preferred seating or early boarding. The were rude on the phone after waiting 3 hours on chat to talk with them. Will never fly with them again."

It was awkward and difficult to sort out the stuff I had to take out of the bag for security sake. When I got on board the bins overhead in my area - I took a picture - were empty. I am disgusted by this treatment and the lying of the RyanAir Amsterdam ground staff. Unacceptable. These people should be penalised."

Miinukset: "We had priority and the forgot to give us seat assignments. We missss our flight despite being there 2 hours early due to security (not Ryanairs fault). But it took us 3 hours to be reticle ted because they use a subcontracted staff who was closed. We were told to get our baggage and recheck, after waiting 50 minutes were told that our bags made our original flight-even thought that is against FAA regulations. Went back to ticketing and the Sipervisor told us that our bags did not make the flight and to go back to get them. Another 45 minutes and we were again told that they made the first flight. Happily they actually were at our destination when we arrived. Never again. And we paid more in change fees Han the ticket cost"
