Since the BUD-TLV flight got cancelled a week ago, I never made it to Israel. I have postponed the trip by a week. Also on the new flight by WizzAir there was a delay. Horrible airlines.
We couldn’t land in Mykonos, so landed in Athens without getting any further informations how to get to Mykonos then.
Could be better when check-in on desk at the airport that 2 people who voyage together to have the 2 seats close to each other not 8 and 15.
Everything was all in order with the flight

We had a 4 hour delay and wizz Air provided no help or information at the airport.
$40.00 check in fee if not checking on line, even though we ALL have to check in at counter too. 2.50€ for a water, but at terrible exchange rate for Huf. Uncomfortable at best for 6 hours. Zero entertainment. Crew are nice😃

They made them to buy new tickets because they didn’t accept those that I bought online.!! When I asked why they it happen they lady From call center turned the phone off."
Plussat: "Hats off for the pilots! They did a great job to land the plane during the night on a very-very thick fog. Actually, we were the first plane to land safely in CLJ airport in three consecutive days apart all the other diverted landings to other airports."

Whatever she was doing she wasn’t helping the cart so I only got my food 20 mins before landing approach. Air pressure was weird too, nice American lady next to me had problems with her ears more than usual."

Miinukset: "Extremely small and uncomfortable seats even for a small person."

Miinukset: "I was charged $45 US dollars to print my boarding pass!!! I’m used to only being able to check in 24 hours before my flight. I found out that I cannot print my boarding pass within 48 hours of my flight. I was monitarily RAPED and will be disputing these charges! Boo on you Wizz Air....aka f*ckwads."

Miinukset: "They are not organized. This company doesn’t have a transparent policy. Because I didn’t checked in on time I had to pay 35 euros. I was there 2 1/2 hours early and I almost missed the flight. I’m extremely upset"

Miinukset: "-Crew were very rude, check in crew and flight attendants -Luggage and checking in fees not advertised enough. Too many people getting their money stolen by Wizz Air. - Boarding extremely chaotic and not organized."

Miinukset: "I had no what so ever notice that an online check in is required during my booking ,therefore i had to pay a 35 EUR fine for airport check in . Moreover , on the way back we had a long delay from Luton to Kosice without informing us about this delay and the reasons ,expected time of flight..."
Miinukset: "There was a mix up and the Wizz Air website did not work. Therefore, I couldn't check in a get my seats booked. I also could not prepay for my luggage so they overcharged me at the airport and had an attitude about it. My luggage was given three different prices quotes. I am very upset their website didn't work and they ripped me off at the airport."
Plussat: "I liked that I got to my destination in one piece."
Miinukset: "The plane was creaky, there was a ton of turbulence, the flight attendants even got nervous which was very disquieting."
Plussat: "Wizz air has great deals and you will get to your destination which is a effective way to travel. Unfortunately the seats are not always comfortable and everything else costs extras for food, seat choice, bags, water, drinks, or anything else you’d desire during flight."
Miinukset: "The seats don’t lean back and do not have a lot of cushion."

Miinukset: "The fact that they didn't notify us regarding the cancellation of the flight, and moved us to an earlier flight."

Plussat: "Flight was on time unlike outward trip which was just under 2 hrs late"
Miinukset: "Very rude boarding staff on ground. Tried to charge me for the hand luggage but did put a small luggage sticker on when I didn't respond. Seats do not recline so most people slept on the pull down tray as a pillow."

Miinukset: "I didn't receive my online check in details so I couldn't check in. I was abroad so chasing up details I should have been provided with / were never told that I should have, were not on the top of my to do list. I only found out that I had to check in online and that I hadn't been provided with these details when I arrived at the airport. I spent 30 minutes on hold before the problem was rectified and I was given my online check in details but it was now top late to check in online (by 5 minutes ). The flight was delayed due to a number of things - a late arrival, people being let onto the plane slowly, people not sitting down and allowing the plane to taxi and leave. This had a knock on effect of making the plane land late and for me to miss my connection (train) so basically through last minute.com not providing me with the correct details regarding the flight and the flight then being delayed it tripled my whole journey back home."

Miinukset: "No hand luggage Normal luggage is the most expensive in the market ! No customer services ! Do ur self a fav and don't book it"
Miinukset: "Despite long delay, there were no announcements by the staff about the delay until we were already almost 40 minutes past our original departure time. No water or food was distributed to the passengers despite the delay. Delay was not wizzair's fault but there was no customer service to speak off."
Plussat: "Magazine was pretty good. Staff were smiley and nice."
Miinukset: "Boarding was announced as last call 5 minutes after the gate was announced. Seats were uncomfortable with little legroom. Even for a value airline."
Plussat: "There really isn't a lot to like except the base ticket fare."
Miinukset: "They ticketing agent lost my luggage, after misreading the "package" I had to purchase just to check a bag. They had a push cart in which they sold perfumes and cosmetics. They charged for everything, including coffee and water."
Plussat: "If you are just looking to get from point A to point A and don't expected anything additional you will be ok on this flight."
