The plane was clean and comfortable. The crew were very pleasant. The food was the best plane food I’ve ever had.

Check in Pariisissa oli vanhanaikasta. Jos on matkatavara menossa rumaan, tai haluaa boardingpassi paperiversiona joutuu odottamaan että check in avautuu.

Henkilökunta oli ihan ystävällistä. Koneeseennousu oli hidas. Tarjottavat ovat nolla-arvoisia, vain lasi vettä ilmaiseksi, ei ole toimiva konsepti ollenkaan.

Flight was canceled!

Finnair siirsi lentomme vuorokaudella eteenpäin. Ilmoitus tuli tuntia ennen koneen lähtöä kun oli jo toimitettu matkalaukut koneeseen ja tultu turvatarkastuksesta läpi ja odoteltiin koneeseen nousua lähtöportilla. Käsittämätöntä, tieto ylibuukkauksesta oli varmasti tiedossa paljon aikaisemmin. Kari ja Marja Alatyppö

Palvelu oli erinomaista, kone oli siisti ja aikataulut pitivät hyvin. Ihan pieni suma syntyi koneeseen noustessa kun eri boarding-ryhmät sumppuuntuivat putkeen. Pieni tauko boarding-ryhmien välissä olisi tehnyt siirtymästä vielä asteen sujuvamman.

Tehokasta, mukavaa, uutta ja miellyttävää. Homma toimi. Hyvät unet!

Lento 3h myöhässä. Informaation kulku hidasta ja sekavaa.

The flight was very comfortable but we ended up paying an extra $300 more for each ticket for seats and baggage. We should have been told in big bold letters that there would be extra charges for everything else.

Vähän myöhässä muuten kaikki sujui loistavasti

Kone oli kolme tuntia myöhässä.... Meitä pompoteltiin portilta toiselle. Ilmastointi oli olematon.

There was family that was not seated together, some seated in business class and some in economy that kept having meetings in the business class area in the aisles and hovering over other business class passengers seats. The crew was ignoring this and never attended to this matter despite the obvious discomfort of other passengers. Also for business class there was no service until after more than 1 hour in the air. I did however see the steward go to economy several times with coffee several times during this hour. The staff was friendly when they did finally decide to provide service, that I liked.

Lento myöhässä 9h ja lähtö seuraavan vuorokauden puolella. Ei mitään tietoa finnairilta kuinka toimitaan, miten yöpyminen hoidetaan, mitä korvataan jne. Surkea suoritus.

Asiakkaita suositellaan menemään kentälle hyvissä,ajoin, mutta finskin lähtöselvitys ja bag drop portit avautuvat, aina, liian myöhään. (munchen)

Tämä nykyajan "turvatarkastusteatteri" on aivan absurdia matkustajien kiusaamista. EI voi mitenkään olla perusteltua että joutuu jonottamaan yli 2 tuntia sitä että käsimatkatavarat tutkitaan. Matkustajista 99.99999% on rehellisiä asiallisia ihmisiä eikä heidän kiusaamisensa moisella teatterilla edistä mitenkään lentoturvallisuutta. Parannusehdotus turvallisuuspäällikölle potkut tehtäviensä hoidon täydellisestä epäonnistumisesta. Esim lennollani 2 oli vain läpivalaisulaitetta käytössä ja jonossa tuhansia ihmisiä. Ilman lennon myöhästymistä olisimme missanneet lentomme tämän pelleilyn johdosta! Kyllä moiset tarkastukset pitää pystyä järjestämään siten ettei matkustajan tarvitse seisoskella jonossa tuntikausia. ( tämä jonottaminen tarkoittaa myös sitä ettei kukaan voinut käyttää kentän palveluita, eli myös heidän business kärsii tästä typeryydestä)

Tarjoilu

Koneen kapteeni ei kertonut mitään muuta lennosta kuin lähtiessä lennon kesto. Olisin halunnut tietoa esim lentoreitistä.

Lento oli lähes 3 tuntia myöhässä emmekä saaneet mitään tietoa mistään. Emme saaneet myöskään vouchereita.

Finnair arpoi edellisenä iltana check-in:ssä mieheni riville 29 ja minut riville 16 eikä näitä voinut muuttaa. Finnair rahastaa kaikesta, vaikka ei tietääkseni ole ’halpalentoyhtiö’. Mustikkamehumukillinen on ainut, mikä kuuluu hintaan. Menolennolla KLM tarjosi suolaisen ja makean välipalan kaikkine juomineen (kahvi, mehu, virvoitusjuoma, olut, viini). Kännykän voi ladata. For free.

Nopeaa toimintaa, kaikki sujui hyvin.

Matkatavaratietomme puuttuivat järjestelmästä. Turhaa vaivaa moisesta asiasta. Valitin suoraan Finnairille.

Kaikki toimii suunnitellusti, ruokaa tai viihettä en käyttänyt.

Järjestelyt toimi oikein hyvin matkakumppanin boarding pass dokumentti katosi turvatarkastuksen jälkeen puhelimesta jokin spammi yritti latautua , mutta passilla koneeseen 😊 Kone ilmeisesti hiukan kovassa käytössä, istuin muhkurainen. Henkilökunta oikein palvelualtista ja ammattitaitoista ☺

Check-in jonoa oli aamulennolla, mikä on pienellä lennolla ymmärrettävää. Kaikki muu toimi mainiosti.

Henkilökunnan ystävällisyys oli hyvää, mutta pienille reittilennoille Suomen sisällä olisi mukavaa saada pikku suolaista.

Delay

Ilmainen kahvi olihan kiva. Lento myöhässä yli 2 h Hesan päässä odotettiin rappusia. Huh huh. On se vaikeeta!

Lähtö myöhästyi 55min. Oli lähellä että olisimme odottaneet 1,5h koneessa, mutta saivat uudelleenreitityksen.

Henkilökunta oli tosi ystävällistä ja muutenkin koko koneessa oli hyvin rauhallinen tunnelma. Tosin kone oli hyvin vajaa.

Ei mitään hyvää Finnairilla, ei edes ruokaa tai snackseja lennoilla. Ja lennot myöhässä, kuten tämäkin oli taas.

Erinomaiset ja viihdyttävät lentäjät mutta lento lähti myöhässä

Customs at CDG airport was sooooo slow that we nearly missed our connection with maybe 3 minutes to spare.

Folks never want to sit readily when others are boarding.

A really excellent and comfortable experience. No wifi in my section of business class though - would have made it perfect.

More meals in flight - one meal is not enough for an 8hr flight

Boarding and online chkin was very good, food was not to the expectations.

The cabin crew was friendly. But boarding takes forever and the flight gad long delays on both inbound and outbound flight

It was so helpful to be able to board the plane front and back. It makes it so much faster. It was also helpful announcements were made in French and English. I cannot thing of anything that would have made that short flight better.

This airline will need to work hard to earn my trust back because i felt physically and emotionally unsafe throughout the experience, many times."

Miinukset: "People may think,that the delay of the flight has set my mood for this review but I can ensure it has most definitely not. With all the bad weather, I was already very happy to connect right on time in Paris. However, a long haul A380 flight with such a tight seat configurstion is almost embarrassing for an airline. The in flight entertainment is at a very poor level, not only with the screen being very small and outdated, many of the movies are only available in French and the international selection very limited. The food was not much of a delight, whereas the presentation was nice. However, in all the 7 h between the services, nobody came around with refreshments in a completely booked flight, neither was announced that a trolly would be set for self service in the galley. Lucky the ones who got up and found out about. In terms of amenities, again, the airline is lacking of originality and saves cost. Bottom line: you get from A to B, but there are so many better competitors in the market, which I shall definitely consider on my next travel."

Miinukset: "Hundreds of people missed their flights. Delta had us into Paris with an hour and a half to get to connecting flight. Missed flight due to huge delay in passport approval. They seemed completely unprepared."

Miinukset: "It was one problem after another during check in. And it was difficult to find help in English so I couldn't really tell what was going on. In the end I was tucking to get checked in because they were insisting I use a kiosk but I was telling them that the kiosk said to see an attendee. It was not efficient and I felt like a burden asking for help when there was nothing else I could do on my own."

Miinukset: "Downgrade without notice or consent separating family. Paid full fare for family to travel business class together. AF without our knowledge downgraded one member, separating a mother from her 3 year old daughter. They offered no compensation, no apology, and CDG ground crew was terribly rude. All anyone said was, nothing to be done, now please Leave"
Miinukset: "Each time the space in this planes is smaller. Surprising, it was very hot all the time."

Miinukset: "Seat to seat space OK for anyone under 4 ft tall. Pressed intoth seat framein front, I couldn't even turn or get my feet under the seat to extend."

Plussat: "The lounge is great, however the food is substandard to nearly every other lounge that I have used."
Miinukset: "The food on the plane is even worse, The staff were ok but not overly going out of their way to help with any issues, also they could at least pretend to smile."

Plussat: "The flight crew was excellent in accommodating the passengers. One specific flight attendant was very patient in dealing with a continuously demanding passenger by being helpful and firm at the same time; a difficult combination of skills."
Miinukset: "The ground crew in CDG was very disappointing and unprofessional and very specifically in the luggage area. When I was told that my carry on luggage exceeded the allowed weight I argued that my luggage was weighed in Cairo and that it was less than the 12 Kg allowed weight. The Air France attendant then waved with annoyance to speak with her supervisor. When I approached her supervisor, who was speaking with another Air France employee, she looked annoyed and said just just to to booth #7 or 8 that handles excess luggage issues. My reaction is to avoid traveling through CDG in the future and I will focus on flying with Lufthansa."

I couldn't fly because it was canceled in advance, remember? So why in the hell do you send me this rubbish questions???!?

When it was finally time to land, we briefly touched down before going back up into the air and circling for an additional half hour because another plane was at our gate. Miinukset: "The flight was delayed. Then, after flying to Berlin, the staff said we couldn't land there because of weather. They decided to fly us to Leipzig-Halle (another city a two hour drive away) and said they would provide busses to take us back to Berlin. But then, when we got to Leipzig, they said oh we might be able to fly you back to Berlin, just let us refuel. So we all sat in the plane for an hour and a half while they did that. Then, they announced that they couldn't go back to the Berlin airport because there were too many planes landing there. So they told us to get off the plane, go into the arrival hall and we would get more information there. When we got out of the plane, we were greeted by an information lady who informed us that no trains were running at that hour (it was about 11:30pm), and Eurowings would not provide us with accommodation or transportation back to Berlin. The information staff told us that our options were to personally pay for either a taxi back to Leipzig (two hours away!) or rent a car, or wait until morning to take a bus or train. I was able to stay with a friend in the city, and paid to take a bus to Berlin the next day, but what about everyone else who didn't know people in Leipzig and had to fend for themselves? As a young woman traveling by myself in a foreign country, landing in an unexpected city in the middle of the night, it could have been a potentially dangerous situation. I am extremely frustrated with Eurowings. I paid them to take me to Berlin, and they didn't. I talked to customer service on the phone, and they told me that I should make my own travel plans to return to Berlin and they would reimburse me later. Aside from the fact that there weren't buses, trains or flights running till the next morning - I shouldn't have to make my own travel plans! My plans were to fly Eurowings from Duesseldorf to Tegel, and they should be responsible for getting me there. I am never flying Eurowings again, and sharing the story with any friends who travel in Europe. They absolutely do not care about their customers."

Miinukset: "The boarding system in Olbia is chaotic. We were "boarded" to be kept in the building like cattle, then got into a bus waiting for about 20 min. before we were driven to the aircraft that was standing about 200 m from a gate where we could have boarded walking over. Very poor organization"
Miinukset: "The entire process to get on a bus to go to flight was delayed by over 15 minutes so the ticket agent could fix one person's flight. There were over 40 people waiting to board the bus. Terrible."

Plussat: "Once we were all aboard the completely booked out flight, it didn’t take long to take off. The captain apologised for the delay and kept us up to date with our progress during the short flight. Staff were efficient and friendly."

And, while I understand that it isn’t possible to cater for all allergies on a short flight, there are enough people with food intolerances to have a few options other than wheat based snacks."

We did not purchase the entertainment, but it looked like selections were adequate."
Miinukset: "Food menu was not accurate. Items listed not available. Food prices were too high. $15 Euro for a reheated fish dinner and small beverage is ridiculous. Carry on bags were weighed. Very difficult to meet carryon weight when carrying necessary electronics and chargers along with prescriptions and the recommended change of clothes. Made the trip stressful. I am used to meeting carryon SIZE requirements but the weight requirement was extremely irritating and unexpected. I would not have been able to do a one bag carryon of my clothing with the weight restrictions. It essentially forces a passenger to check their bag ($65 minimum)."
Miinukset: "The service of the airline was horrible. They lost our bags and refused to show any empathy towards us or the multiple other passengers that also lost their bags from our flight. I will never fly Eurowings again."

Miinukset: "I travelled with my two children and they have given us three completely separate seats. I tried to ask the crew to help but they refused, both ground crew and in flight crew. We have flown with both Wizz Air and Easyjet this summer and those airlines have always assigned us seats together. Lufthansa did also. No idea why it was not possible for Eurowings. Also, crew were completely unhelpful, did not want to lift a finger for us. Luckily, a kind lady switched seats with me so I could sit next to my youngest son. Would definitely think twice about flying Eurowings again..."

The crew at the airport is as unpleasant as easyjet's (And Ryanair) policy on cabin baggage which is smaller than other low-cost airlines. Systematically angry customers and bad atmosphere on boarding. Crew on board nice.

Miinukset: "Boarding - why do EasyJet put you through the boarding gate only to then have you queueing on a staircase or air bridge? They do this every time, so you end up with no seat. Also, check in was really slow, even though we were only doing a bag drop as we'd checked in online."

They are telling that first in the gate and then they charge for extra £50 for hand luggage. I'm going to avoid flying easyJet in the future."

Plussat: "Clean plane with reasonable knee room. Crew was polite and friendly. Bag drop was fast and friendly.. Flight left a little last due to ATC issues but landed at the scheduled time."

Plussat: "Ground staff worked hard to make up time due to layr inbound flight. On board it was like first class service having ore ordered food and drink."

Miinukset: "We did not like having to pay an extra 16 euros per person for carry on. Other planes allow a carry-on and a personal item. Did not appreciate this last minute extra charge. This should all have been explained when we purchased our tickets. I probably would not fly on EasyJet again for this reason."

The gate we were at did have an air-bridge, but for some reason the plane was not able to be brought to the air-bridge. i have never heard such a stupid reason for a delay in my life!"

Miinukset: "Don’t be even one minute late for the 40 minute pre-flight deadline or you will not get on the plane. All personnel are trained to say no! They canceled all but one flight that was 12 hours later so we had to go to another airport. They charged us over $120 per ticket to change."

As for aircrew 1 of the female crew was miserable as sin and unhelpful to most passengers"

Miinukset: "Due to a late arrival in Mykonos by Eastjet caused me to miss my next Easyjetflight to Berlin. This left me stranded in Gatwick for 24 hours and I had to pay a fare increase on top of it! That's total BS! I had to stand in line at customer service for over 45 mins only to be told that there was nothing they could do. Gatwick is freezing cold and I was forced to put on many layers of my clothes just to prevent freezing. It was suggested that I get a hotel room. I was on a tight budget and couldn't afford a hotel, so I was forced to sleep in the terminal. I had a hotel reservation in Berlin for the night that I slept in the airport and lost a day and a half of mt vacation that I can't recover. All in all it cost me an additional 70 euros to re-book as well as $150 for my hotel room and 20 euros on cheap airport food. Im really pissed!"
Plussat: "It was fairly efficient and landed on time, and the onboard crew seemed fine, if slightly disinterested."
Miinukset: "I used to think Easyjet were the most comfortable and relaxed budget airline but after a shouty girl at the boarding queue I then had to squeeze into a seat smaller than I remembered."
Miinukset: "The easyjet app is really not good. I only received updates through Kayk app on my phone about delays that were constantly increasing and decreasing in time. At one point, there was a delay for 1.5 hrs, but suddenly, the delay changed to just 30 minutes. If I hadn't of had my other app, I would have never known. Secondly, the easyjet app didn't save the fact that I had checked in. This caused an issue when I wanted to access my boarding pass getting onto the plane. I tried to see it, but the app said my plane had taken off and so I couldn't access it and therefore, wasn't sure of my seat number. Next time, I'd just appreciate a paper boarding pass because the issues that occur on the phone are too numerous."

Miinukset: "I didn't love taking a bus to and from the plane but maybe that is fairly standard in Europe. I wish there was wifi/USB plug on the plane or at least tvs. I didn't have any food or see any entertainment offered so I cannot speak to that!"

Miinukset: "Boarding was a hassle for not only for us " family of 4" but also for a lot of customers. So basically one of the boarding workers went through the line and ask how many luggage do we have. My dad said she already checked once while we were waiting by the gate. Anyway we made the line and basically the 2 nd time that she checked our loggage and I said we r 4 ppl and each one carry on and she said that besides carry on we had 2 back pack which we fit laptops . She checked and left and when we start boarding the said oh wait here you have 2 back pack so we need to pay for each carry on €60. She not only pulled us out of the line but also asked too many customers to go out of the line and fit even their small purse inside carry on. I was so mad cuz she already asked 2 times Before boarding and she didn't say anything. And during boarding she made us to leave the line and got the back packes inside the carry on . We travelled 3 countries in Europe w one back pack and one carry on. This was my first time ever experiencing this . I would never ever take any flight w easy jet again."

Miinukset: "There was a rowdy bachelor party group on the flight that was obnoxious. We paid extra to have our luggage checked so we could use the overhead bins for our backpacks. Were told by the crew we could not use the overhead bins for larger backpacks since they needed them for other luggage. Then someone else put their backpack up in the overhead bin and the flight crew told us that was their option."

Miinukset: "When we arrived at the check-in counter we checked in together with my husband. I told the check-in counter personnel that we would like to sit together. My husband was put in seat 1F and I was put in 2F. We didn't look at the boarding passes until we reached the plane and saw this. The row where my husband sat was empty (row 1) so I don't know why i was put on row 2 when we could have sat together on row 1. This is very bizarre. Furthermore I had to walk half way down the aisle to put my suitcase because all the overhead lockers were full. The flight attendant who was overseeing all this was very rude and kept telling me that I need to walk all the way down to find a space to store the luggage. She could have offered to have a look with me and try to squeeze it somewhere closer than half way down the plane."

Plussat: "Everyone can has to put liquids and cream into a small bag, which is so unreasonable. All my liquids are less than 100ml, they forced me to throw many things away! I never had any flight experience like this before!"
