When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

Seat belts much shorter than other airlines, so very confining, unable to loosen to relax in any position other than sitting straight in seat. In Rome had to check in & go through security at Terminal 5 then get bussed to Terminal 3. Only airport where we had to take out all electronics, including converter plugs, headphones, etc, place in a flimsy clear plastic bag ( that broke ) to go through security. Line to check bags pretty slow for number of passengers. Glad we had plenty of time."

Miinukset: "Other members of the crew were snarky to passengers and dismissive of questions from passengers during the early stages of the delay. We were all trapped on board for about 4 or so hours without much communication from the crew or captain which made me very anxious. We arrived 5 hrs late and it put my whole trip in jeopardy. Based on this experience, I eont be inclined to use this airline again for future trip planning. This airline will need to work hard to earn my trust back because i felt physically and emotionally unsafe throughout the experience, many times."

Miinukset: "Boarding agent forced me to check in my carry-on even though the carry-on fit in the cage and fullfilled all the requirements. I specifically called Air France prior to the flight to make sure I won’t have any issues as my 1st flight was operated by Delta and I wanted to confirm the luggage requirements were the same. My carry-on weighted only 5 kilos. I was extremely upset the way I was treated w/ the boarding agent behind the counter in Prague. On the top of that, her and the supervisor were very rude to my mom as they told her she had an extra carry-on which wasn’t the case. She traveled w/ a small briefcase where her mask for sleep apnea was. This is not considered an additional carry-on. The boarding agent (Czech lady and her supervisor) were not only rude but obviously lacked knowledge as well. My carry-on suitcase would easily fit in the overhead bin plus there was plenty of space inside the plane as it the flight wasn’t completely full."

Miinukset: "Boarding was not too well organized and I followed Security's direction who put me in wrong line and I wasn't able to board with my priority group. Sitting in exit row with no floor storage so this delay made it hard to find overhead storage above my seat. (Grrrr) Entertainment system didn't work which made the flight feel LOOONG. (They offered an in-flight credit, but I'd paid for premium exit row seat and had to choose between moving to working system in crowded middle seat or keep premium, exit seat. I decided to have them move me to a seat with a working entertainment system, which were available and they'd offered, but never happened.) When I got home, I discovered the gift I purchased with in-flight credit and my own money wasn't the one I'd requested from Duty Free catalog so now I have to figure out how to solve this problem. (COULDN'T GET IT RIGHT.) Premium exit row seat was narrow, due to in-seat tray table & entertainment system, but seatbelt mounts and thinly padded seat made it even more uncomfortable on a long flight."

It was not efficient and I felt like a burden asking for help when there was nothing else I could do on my own."
Plussat: "We were on a 9 hour flight which is pretty exhausting on its own. However, Air France provided you with a pillow and blanket, as well as headphones, so that you can make the best of the long trip."
Miinukset: "The chairs, for whatever reason, after just not that comfortable. Too squishy and they make noise when you adjust your position. I fidget a lot on flights so I felt like I was making a lot of noise. Also the plane didn't have cold air, do you get toasty pretty quick."

Poor communication between plane and ground crew. No explanation from pilot as to continuing reason for delay even after we boarded. Departure time, 1.00 pm, boarded at 1.10, actual departure time 1.45, causing me to almost miss my connection and definitely causing my bags to miss the connection."

Plussat: "I like that they still feed you and provide alcohol for free, even on a 40 min flight (unlike BA)."
Miinukset: "At one point during the flight I took a video out of my window with my camera, a member of the cabin crew barked at me in French. In bewilderment I asked her in English to repeat herself and she sarcastically repeated what she had said, in French, I asked for her to speak in English (which she had done to me previously on this Paris to London flight) yet again she scolded me in French. I was left absolutely none the wiser and it left a bad taste in my mouth."
Miinukset: "Poor communication. Did not know was airfrance the booking was completed with Austria airline. In the ticket was not the information. Also, airfrance could not find me in their systems I was late to board the plane. Terrible messy and confusing time for me."
Miinukset: "Couldn't adjust the seat and the cushion wasn't comfortable neither seat or back. The bottom back was like a board across the bottom and hurts."

Flight, although it arrived on schedule, was unable to taxi to the to dock at gate due to lack of ground crew. I have experienced on-time arrivals only to wait on the tarmac until ground crew arrives is unacceptable."

Miinukset: "Flight was a half hour late. Pilot could have communicated with passengers. Gate 35X at National Airport is a terrible situation. We go down stairs to deplane, then wait for a bus to take us to the terminal. Not acceptable."
Miinukset: "Flight got delayed. We paid for assigned seating for our almost 85 yo mom. And the change in flight no one asked for to get seated in the front of plane. Instead she was seated all the way in the back. It was physically exhausting for her."

Plussat: "Well the food was very good. Which i didn't expect how good it was. And the crew were nice people."

Miinukset: "American knew it had a problem and never resolved it - delaying our flight by minutes every few minutes - we had 38 text messages indicating a change. In addition the crew "aged out" so we had to get a second crew - waited for that. the first plane had a mechanical, the second plane had a mechanical - more lengthy delays then finally the last plane was fine - but was again delayed by yet another hour for a total of 7 hours delay. Our compensation? Non existent."

Miinukset: "American Airlines baggage check-in at Paris CDG was total chaos. It took 1 1/2 hours. They need a systems analyst to review their process; especially for customers using their ticket kiosks during check-in when the lines get long. There's never a problem when the lines are small (duh !!). The staff involved in baggage check did well considering the poor process flow they had to deal with. The entire flight crew was great. It is management that is falling down on the job."

Miinukset: "Employees seemed like they didn’t like working for American. Flight was delayed and nobody informed us about it until it was past the past the boarding time. Missed connecting flight and booked on flight 5 hours past original departure time. Sat in an aisle seat and stewardess kept bumping my arms."

Miinukset: "The landing, having to check my luggage and receiving it banged up when I saw more spaces for my luggage on the overhead compartment, the pilot not mentioning turbulence, no entertainment, flight attendants not being observant for persons not buckled in, last but certainly not the least...the flight delay."

Miinukset: "No seat back entertainment. 45 mins flight from San Antonio to Dallas had seatback entertainment. But 2hr flight from Dallas to Cozumel had no seatback entertainment. Go figure."

Miinukset: "The boarding system was HORRIBLE, I had seats at the front of the plane but I was Group 8 on both planes. It would have made sense to have the people at the front board first instead of last"
Plussat: "The flight crew was professional, friendly and competent. They served the dinner as early in the flight as possible."
Miinukset: "This was a plane with central screens along the aisle, and the airline chose to broadcast a sci-fi action movie with almost constant flashing blue light, and violent action scenes. This was first of all a movie that many people, including me, would never choose to watch, but since it was on the aisle screens there was no getting away from it. It was also unsuitable for children, even without sound. But mainly, I object to the showing of any film in that situation - only aisle screens available, and on a night flight where most of the passengers are trying to sleep. I was awakened several times by the flashing lights. Other things: one of the bathrooms was not very clean, and the plane felt like the usual cattlecar, with just 3 seats on each side of the aisle, which is unusual and unpleasant for a transatlantic flight."

Miinukset: "They did not let us board because the connection time was not enough for our bags - no one took accountability and they finally rescheduled us on a flight the following day after 3 hours on the phone. Terrible"
Miinukset: "Just a suggestion, if you get new planes it is very comfortable when the seats have a bending headrest. It really helps to hold the head, especially nice for red eye flights."
Miinukset: "Gate agent said there was a maintenance problem that just needed maintenance to sign off. Over heard maintenance work while boarding that could not get message on computer of problem. Pushed back and sat on tarmac for 10-20 minutes as pilot said they worked through maintenance issue."
Plussat: "all the experience"
Miinukset: "We waited on tarmac to depart from San Jose Cabo because of an AA paperwork screw up! Tower didn't have same flight info as pilot. The pilot apologized and crew was nice - but I missed my next flight and the replacement flight was delayed 2 hours. Bummer of a way to end an amazing vacation!!"
Plussat: "I really like the extra leg space compared to the previous flight on AA to Paris. The food was good. The attendants were very pleasant and professional. The boarding process was speedy."
Miinukset: "Not coming back for beverage refills. It really irritated me that the person in front of me kept her seat pushed back when we were getting ready to land. She only put it in upright position when told to do so, but when the attendant past by, she promptly pushed it back again."

"DO NOT FLY WITH THIS AIRLINE! To start with, we were charged an extra $100 for our carry-on baggage apparently being overweight. This was not something we were told about prior to flying or we would have packed differently. During our layover in Portugal, we were delayed. Once they started to board, we got on the bus and drove out to the plane. Upon arriving at the plane, there were already two other busses there that had not even offloaded yet since they were apparently still servicing the plane. We had to stand in a crowded bus for about 45 minutes packed in like sardines. So much for social distancing and covid concerns! The plane itself was uncomfortable and the service terrible. I have flown across the Atlantic many many times on other airlines and have always received amazing service. This was not the case with TAP. Other than a small glass of water, we were only served drinks one time. There were no refills or additional service, which for a 9-hour flight is unheard of. I hated every minute of my time with TAP and will never fly with them again even if someone offered me a free ticket."

Plussat: "Very helpful gate attendants. The food was delicious and the movies were all current and kept us entertained for nine hours!"
Miinukset: "Very cramped legroom. Cabin was extremely hot. There was a man binge drinking in the seat across the aisle. He should’ve been cut off at some point, but he kept drinking. He was a worry."

Miinukset: "The only issue was they’re weren’t any outlets to charge your phone or laptop"
Plussat: "Punctuality, service and confort"
Miinukset: "The entertainment is very poor. The programs are not on demand and the screeen is old, small and very poor quality. The A330-200 I flew from Boston to Lisbon was excellent and had the new lie flat seats and on-demand entertainment. Big difference between the two airplanes."

Plussat: "The flight itself was good."
Miinukset: "The only thing that I felt was not appropriate was that they made me check in my carry-on at the gate. Apparently, the airline requested 55 passengers to check their carry-on bags...but they just selected the first people who were closest to the gate. I purposely did not check a bag because I had limited time to make a train connection at my final destination, plus I had to go thru customs and I knew that in itself would be time consuming. I explained this to the airline staff, but they did not care. I think they should have first asked for volunteers; and if still needed, then randomly select people to check in the carry-on. Also they only were making people with the “suitcase” carry-on to check them in....anyone with a duffle-looking bag was not even bothered. Luckly, I’m mange to make my train connection, but I was running to do this...not fun at all."
Miinukset: "Very warm in cabin, no means of controlling air flow. Seat space very cramped. Very tall person next to me in my space"
Miinukset: "Passenger was refused at check in because, according to the counter clerk, the ticket was not purchased in the country of residency but online in US. As a result, i lost the money, the passenger did not fly, and no refund was issued. this is the first time i ever heard of such BS. Not happy."
Plussat: "On time!"
Miinukset: "That I had to pay for my check in bag on my return trip. Was told the ticket I booked didn't include check in bags. Whan my trip going to Portugal on Azores Airlines did. Someone shout step in and change this practice. Very confusing for the traveler"

Miinukset: "Wasn't told that baggage wasn't included in my fee. Had to pay 170 Euros at the airport to check our two bags. Really really frustrating, and beyond an exorbitant price to charge for bags..."

Miinukset: "Boarding from a bus at the main TAP airport for so many travellers and a long trip. Hei! Is not an economy charter!"
Plussat: "The food was good. I have Celiac Disease and they accommodated my gluten free necessities with GF bread!! Wow."
Miinukset: "The entertainment for an international flight (9 hours) was horrendous. The tiny TVs were actually fuzzy and it is set up so that you cannot actually choose your movie. It is like watching TV where you may tune in to a movie 20 minutes into it playing instead of starting whatever movie you want from the beginning. To make matters worse, there was no plug-in in case you wanted to watch entertainment of your own on phone/iPad."
Plussat: "On time and waited for our connection from Miami without any fuss"

Miinukset: "This was the worst flight I've ever experienced. There was an incessant, loud high-pitched buzzing noise for the entire duration of the flight (we were seated in the very back row so it was particularly loud for us, but others further up said it was bad for them too). Also, we had straight turbulence for over two hours. I've never gotten sick on a plane before, and my husband never gets motion sickness, but we both threw up (and I think several others did, too). I don't blame the crew for any of this, as I know most, if not all, of it was out of their control. However, I would be very nervous to flight TAP again due to this experience."
Miinukset: "This airline company was looking like a scam. I was refused the flight. Then promised compensation, which was then refused again. Treated like kettle. Simply corrupt company."

Miinukset: "Food and entertainment needs to be better. The transfer over to cologne from Portugal was a bit hectic due to customs and we just made it in time for our flight. Need a better system to verify the passports."

Miinukset: "My flight got delayed and i ended up getting stuck in Lisbon for 20 hrs. Not happy about that."
Plussat: "Entertainment! Loved having such a wide selection of things to watch on the screen at my seat. Such a nice luxury to be able to watch a movie, a show, check the status of the flight/plane/distance/time/map, and more."
Miinukset: "The food wasn't that appetizing. It actually gave me upset stomach for the rest of the flight. I was in the bathroom 3x during the flight and I usually don't use the restroom more than once during any given flight. I didn't like that when asking for a drink of water, they only give a half full cup of room-temperature water. On an 8 hour flight, I get dehydrated and could drink 2 water bottles alone. I don't like to be a nuisance to the attendants so I only asked for water twice. I just wish they would provide small personal bottles per customer. I also have never flown on TAP before so I wasn't aware of anything like how to call an attendant using the touch-screen or even that watching movies was free. It should be said over the intercom at the beginning of the flight."
Plussat: "It is comparatively inexpensive for business class."
Miinukset: "You get what you pay for! Boarding was very disorganized. Lot of standing around for no good reason. Food and drink service was mediocre -- they ran out of stuff."
Miinukset: "First flight was delayed by just a half an hour and we arrived in Portugal. We had a connecting flight to AMS with also TAP and had a two hour window to make the next flight with the same company (TAP). We were in line for passport and then security and talked to several TAP employees and they said we would be have time and wouldn't have a problem catching the second flight. Well, we got through the lines with 30 min before our next flight and they wouldn't let us on. Customer service and organization of the airline is really poor. The aircraft had minimal room and no entertainment. We got on our next flight five hours later and all they gave us was a $10 food voucher. So poorly managed."
Plussat: "Great service on board, very attentive crew. Great food (Yes, it was good), modern aircraft."
Miinukset: "The boarding process at Terminal could be easier and simpler. They told us to set up lines way before the actual call."
Plussat: "Overall flight was great and crew very polite"

Plussat: "The staff was very nice. Only bad incident was the misinformation on getting the D Tax. We went early to the airport to do it but could not get it because of erroneous information form the check in agent."
Miinukset: "When we checked our bags the check in agent did not let us take out bags after getting the boarding pass so we could get the D Tax refund at Customs. She said it was not necessary. She was wrong. French customs wanted to see the merchandise which we no longer had. When we complained at TAP we were told do it in Lisbon. Again in Lisbon we could not get the D tax because that custom agent wanted to see the merchandise which was being transferred to our Lisbon - Newark flight. We loss refunds of over $400. This problem ruined a perfect trip."
Plussat: "I was very impressed with the Ground crew who met me off the plane and had already arranged for me to go on a later flight with Emirates. If it had been possible to let me know when I was on the first flight that my onward travel had been arranged then it would have been perfect."
Miinukset: "my TAP Portugal flight from Lisbon to Heathrow was so late I missed my connection to AbuDhabi."
Plussat: "The plane arrived in Lisbon without falling out of the sky prematurely."
Miinukset: "The process of checking my bag was brutal. It took an hour and half of waiting in line because the staff's management of the flow of people was so chaotic. Finally, a staff member realized that certain passengers were at risk of missing their flight and invited those passengers (like me) to jump to the head of the line. Otherwise, no communication from the staff to the queue of anxious people."

Plussat: "The crew was fine. Plane clean and comfortable. Would fly again."
Miinukset: "Agent at the gate wouldn't let me do a medical pre-board. When I checked it, the ticket agent said it wouldn't be a problem, I should just ask at the gate. The agent there said there would be no reason to board early even though I have a doctor's note. She said I could board with everyone else and was extremely rude and dismissive. Thank goodness the ticket agent helped me out (by putting me in a seat where I'd be first to board), but if he hadn't, it would have been a terrible experience."
