Fast, good loads in and out, totally worth of price.

Miinukset: "Despite a delay of 1 hour waiting in the aircraft on the tarmac, there was no offer of water to passengers. Food options were very limited and they couldn’t take payments by cards meaning passengers without cash couldn’t purchase food."

Miinukset: "As always delay and on buda airport pretty chaos during off board but not due ryanair staff but wrong airport organization"
Plussat: "Seats on the plane are really, really, really uncomfortable. I usually try and avoid using Ryanair because of this. at 6' tall the leg room is only just possible, there is no neck support as the seat back does not cater for tall people and seating being non reclining means that it is impossible to shift the my weight during the flight, bearable for shorthaul, but at 5 hours plus it is a penance. Like I said, I'd fly with any other carrier to avoid this, circumstance meant it had to be ryanair."

Plussat: "It is the worst airline on Earth. They barred me from flight, removed my name from the system so that I can't board because they say that I can't travel with EU residence card with which I travelled to all Schengen countries with other airlines. They lied to me and didn't return my money too."

Miinukset: "Worst plane I've ever flown on, so uncomfortable!"
Plussat: "Once departed, the flight was about as average as any Ryanair flight can get. Crew were friendly and apologised on numerous occasions for the delay, and on arrival deboarding and getting to the terminal was swift and had no delay."
Miinukset: "Ground Crew Blue Handling was trialling a 'new process' of boarding & luggage handling which went into action the day I flew April 26th. This resulted in a passenger boarding the wrong flight and bags loaded onto the wrong plane. This led to a 40-minute delay in departure while they sorted this out."
Plussat: "Crew was nice and professional."
Miinukset: "Boarding is always late and take long time. Maybe come with some better system to make it quicker. I'm not happy with prices for suitcases but that kinda doable."

Miinukset: "We could have been boarded on time instead of early so we could sit a bit more to wait"
Miinukset: "We missed our flight because ryanair had originally put gate A7 when we got there (we arrived about an hour and a half early). And then later, they changed the gate to A9. When we realized what had happened the plane had already boarded (although not yet taxied) and they would not allow us to board. We had to buy another immediate flight and spend 100 euros each unexpectedly. Terrible experience."

Miinukset: "2 hour delay and no information, even changed boarding gate and did not inform passengers who was already waiting."
Miinukset: "Waiting room was cramped. Waiting passengers who needed to use the restroom were only allowed to go one at a time"
Plussat: "2 hours late. Didn't tell us in English why. Changed Gates the times. Say on plane when we finally boarded for 45 minutes."

Miinukset: "So many add on expenses, additional 47 Euro for a checked bag, 15 Euro to pick our seat, etc.. Tickets ended up being more expensive than Olympic Air, even though they were more affordable on the surface. We ran 20+ minutes late, Boarding was a zoo. We were told we couldn't take a small back pack on the plan and had to check it, once on board there was more than enough room to put it under my feet. others had the same size bag or bigger."
Plussat: "To really enjoy flying budget carriers, it’s imperative to purchase upgrades like more seat room and premier boarding. It’s so worth it!"
Miinukset: "It was snowy and windy when we boarded, a jetway would have been better."
Miinukset: "The smell on the toilet was horrendous"
Plussat: "You can load and unload from the plane on both ends."
Miinukset: "They do not offer a complimentary drink and small snack for any flights, short or long. Anything other than a seat comes with a price tag."
Miinukset: "Too many lines and standing. Security, especially, took forever."
Plussat: "I liked that we received an alert mail from them several days in advance telling us to check in and pay for our checked luggage. Bags paid for in advance were reasonably priced."
Miinukset: "Clerk could not print boarding passes at the airport check in counter. Four clerks at check in counter, but only one could check in passengers for our flight. Long, outside walk from the plane to the terminal in Budapest."
Plussat: "This is a good airline. I like how cheap the tickets can be"
Miinukset: "What I didn't like at all is the fact that you charge 15 euros just to print a boarding pass!! My phone broke, I was in a bad situation with this already and then asking for 15 when I need the back up the most?!! It's really messed up when you take advantage of people in need of help"

Plussat: "We arrived at airport there were no machines for boarding passes, stood in several lines trying to check in. Could not check in front m home as your site had glitches and every time info. Was put up n the info was changed so rather than have false info. We decided to book at airport .when we got to the desk we could see our intinary on the screen but she wanted qn additinal 500 euro to book us. We had already paid for tickets and baggage fees from our hotel in Venice had once more tried booking the n ,would not accept childrens info. Because they were under 16 so decided to do at airport. She was rude told us we could not board air place. Asked why ans too late need 500 more euros , said no orher flight our problem , sat in airport all day with 2 yound kids me at 83 years old. Had to make other arrangements .found another airline to Madrid, had to cancel car reservations, also further bookings with your airline to Madrid.. we had one from Talous to Madrid. Very disappointed with your service and very costly for us."

Miinukset: "The check-in was long, lots of standing in cramped spaces, and the rep wasn't friendly or helpful. The website was difficult to utilize and app wouldn't download. It doesn't make sense that you must pay 30 euro before you get to the airport and it seems as if you are checking in. But then you find out you have only paid for luggage and not checked-in. Every time I went to website to check-in got diverted back to main check-in page. So, I had to pay 63 euro for them to print. T boarding pass which is absurd! I ended up paying double what I originally paid. I would not fly them again And would recommend that people just pay extra $50 or so for a better quality of airline, seating, customer service, and fees explained up front. These outrageous surprise fees are crazy!"
Miinukset: "If we must have random allocated seats and be separated could it be at least boarding on same door. I use my Ryanair app for both of us for check in and it makes boarding chaotic when one is in front and the other at the back"

Miinukset: "It was not clearly stated anywhere that a boarding pass must be printed beforehand, as most companies allow use of mobile passes or downloading of the boarding pass onto the phone. Their website did not allow downloading of the boarding pass on the phone and I was charged a 15 Euro fee for "checking in" at the airport when I had already checked in online. I will not be flying with this airline again, the other airlines are cheaper when considering all the ridiculous fees and poor customer service."
Miinukset: "Cramped seats did not recline; all drinks, including water, had to be paid for; plane did not have a jet bridge and passengers had to walk up and down stairs to embark and disembark. This airline takes No Frills to an entirely new level."
Miinukset: "Long wait standing outdoor for boarding in covered but open and windy stalls. Crammed to the brim in tight seats. Too many carry-ons for the space available. Rowdy passengers, traveling in groups and standing/partying in the aisle --crew not enforcing a minimum level of respect for others. Landing delayed for over one hour: weather forced to change airport --not their fault, but poor coordination with ground crew at destination and long wait for parking and stairs."

Miinukset: "Too many handlagguages of the people, so I needed to check in my bag..... and got it back broken! :-( the service for handling the replacement of broken bags is a kathastrophy!!!!"

Miinukset: "At gate they removed our handbags with checked baggage because no space is available inside. But when we boarded more than half of the overhead storage was empty! This was a 45min trip and this attitude costed us another 1h wait time in the airport because we had to move and wait for the bags at the baggage claim area etc... total waste of time"
Plussat: "Prices UNTIL the small print and extra charges set in"
Miinukset: "We hadn't used Ryan Air before. A friend had warned us against them. Once in Athens we had no Internet and missed an email to check in online. We arrived at the airport 1 hr 50 minutes ahead og the flight to be told that since we were checking in less than two hours without printed boarding passes all 5 family members would have to pay $60 each as a penalty for not doing so. $300 dollars extra for not knowing the unethical biz practices. Read all of the policies before booking! We will blog and try for a refund but WHAT AIRLINE TREATS CLIENTS LIKE THIS??? Charley and Laura Santa Cruz California"

Miinukset: "Everything is an upcharge...bag check, food, seating choice...and then bombarded with trinket purchase, donation to charity, beverage and food purchase... Rough landings on both legs of the trip...like pilots still training on how to land. Weather was clear and beautiful, so was not condition- related."

Plussat: "Horrible! They charge 45 dollars if you don't check in 24 hours before online and also another 45 for one normal bag.. And food and anything Is additional. Could have flown a premium airline w decent service for the add ons!"
