Miinukset: "Every flight (to and from India) seems to have the chicken option run out. Why not order accordingly? Had a bad seating experience. LH.com showed that I had completed the boarding process. But when I went to the counter, my seat was changed without my consent (to a worse seat), and I was told that the online process wasn't complete!! Then the website should say accordingly. It's really annoying when this happens. I think the ground crew in New Delhi duped me. At one point, my call button for my meal was ignored for ~30 minutes on the plane. And then I was told there was no more chicken, and handed a veggie wrap. One wonders whether I could have gotten chicken 30 minutes ago!"

Miinukset: "Not enough time to make connection even though customer service said an hour was enough. Security line was too long. We missed our first flight. Customer svc rep said we had enough time but we weren't the only ones to miss. He made it seem like it was our fault."

Miinukset: "Terrible plane: old propeller plane, bouncing in the wind. Inbound flight was late and I guess plane wasn't cleaned in between; had empty coke bottle and wrappers in my seat pocket. Felt like cutting costs and corners everywhere. This was the regional partner, not UA"

Plussat: "The flight attendants were always friendly and attentive. No comparison to some other airlines I have flown with. Food was excellent and entertainment as well. Boarding went great especially when considering that the capacity of the plane is for 440 passengers."
Miinukset: "The seats are very close to each other, so when the person in front of me move their seat back I had to ask him not to."

Miinukset: "The security line at the Berlin airport was very long. It took almost 40 minutes and the airline was not providing information / assurances that the plane would wait."

Miinukset: "Worst crew, at one point when they start serving lunch they left like 10 people waiting and waiting to be served also, they start to put together some lunch one by one, took maybe another 1/2 hour for some people to get food, i was the last one to get served but when they got some leftovers from some other people they put that on my tray for me, they run out of food in the plane, of course i refused the lunch but no other option for me was given, again WORST crew ever, never flight Lufthansa again, NEVER"

Plussat: "My flight was business and it was excellent the staff was great and I think his name is Peter"

Plussat: "The food was okay and the crew did their best to make us comfortable once we were on board. We flew business class, so that was probably a factor."
Miinukset: "Everything else was horrible. When we got to the airport, they didn't even know we were coming. They sent us to two other airlines, assuming we were flying with a partner airline, then tried to shift the blame onto Kayak. When -- and ONLY when -- we pointed out that we'd actually booked directly through Condor and Kayak had only served as the intermediary, they gave us a direct line to call. Then their agent said "You can't always trust the people at the desk, you know." Oh, really? If I can't trust your own agents, who can I trust, exactly? It turned out that we had an initial flight to Minneapolis, which was NOWHERE on the itinerary, on Sun Country. The Sun Country folks, thankfully, were enormously helpful and we made our flight with 2 minutes to spare. But it doesn't end there. We'd paid for business class all the way, but only got it on the interseas portions of our flights. And they lost our luggage on the way home, to boot. Take home lesson? NEVER FLY WITH CONDOR. I'll walk to Europe before ever booking with them again. And I'll make sure that all my friends and colleagues, all of whom travel extensively, know of our experience."

Plussat: "The water and small coffee cake was nice to have on this connecting flight."
Miinukset: "First, I had issues with checking into my flight online, which lead to me having to print my boarding pass at the airport. Since I had a separate flight with Eurowings that sent me from Munich to Paris, which was not connected with this flight, I came in directly into the airport and no where near a Kiosk to check in or print out my ticket/boarding pass. I explained to numerous employees my situation and they casually exclaimed I should be able to make it in. Once I got into the airport I could barely get through security since I did not have my boarding pass. I kept explaining I don't have a boarding pass because I could not check into my flight to obtain it. Then when they finally let me through with only 10 minutes to spare before my flight's gate would close, I finally reached the boarding desk only to be told I had to wait because out of the two men who were scanning boarding passes, they were too busy to help me. I then had to explain three times that I had already paid for and booked my flight, however, I could not check in online and was having an issue with an error that stated I was missing information, even though there was nothing marked in red or anything marked to edit, so each time I tried it denied me. I also tried calling for customer support and did not get a hold of anyone because the lines were too busy. After explaining all of this to the man at boarding, he made me wait an additional 5 minutes before helping me check into the flight and print out my boarding pass. I was treated like a stand-by customer and I did not appreciate it since I paid for this flight and tried to check in 24 hours prior. I was expecting much more from Lufthansa, as my boyfriend recommended this flight company to me, but I was extremely disappointed in so many ways it makes me question whether I want to fly this airline again for future trips abroad."

Miinukset: "Lufthansa cancelled our return flight from Rome two days ahead of departure. Spent the whole day trying to contact them by calling from Rome on American phone which ended up costing over $100, eight times the.l hold was over an hour after which Lufthansa just hanged up. Here is German "reliability, responsibility, and organization" in action!"

Plussat: "Both airports were great, food and shopping extremely convenient. very clean airports as well"
Miinukset: "#1 at Venice, allow the customers who checked in online to drop bags faster by giving them a separate line. And the online payment for bags was not user-friendly Venice should have a bus shuttle for the older folks from the Water Taxi to the terminal and one person to monitor the security at this location at all times. A few more signs in multiple languages at the security checkpoint would have made the line go faster. Same thing at the ticket check-in counter."

Plussat: "All meals provided were pretty bad. The premium economy seats are worth the extra money."

Plussat: "The crew was very nice"
Miinukset: "My suitcase did not arrive with me at Dulles. It should come today."

Plussat: "Wonderful flight, way more comfortable but in the other economy class I've been on"

Plussat: "Comfortable seats 2-4-2 seat formation means less stress if you have a window seat Good food Good storage options"
Miinukset: "Crew seemed curt and unfriendly Very small pocket on the back of the seat in front of you Decent movie selection but could have been better"

Miinukset: "Poor cabin crew behavior. Gate agent kind of reprimanded passengers to carry only one bag to cabin almost shouting at people in Frankfurt."

Plussat: "I like the Tampa airport MUCH better than Miami or Orlando that are chaotic and offer less assistance to the traveler. I hope you continue to offer flights to and from Tampa from Frankfurt."
Miinukset: "I would like for long flights if the staff would remind and encourage all travelers that there is time for rest and quiet. Some people are loud by nature or because they come from a certain area and talk all 9 hours of flight, very annoying, disturbing the flight of others with unnecessary continuous conversation."

Plussat: "Spent to much on the bus, bus was crowd. 2 hours delay. Without clear information of the reason."
