Lufthansa used to be one of the top international flights but it seems like this company is going downhill pretty fast. The need to renew their aircraft’s, costumer service needs needs to be improved and many other things

Un-embarking in the middle of nowhere (tarmac) and being transported by bus is not very pleasant.
Left 40 mins late and consequently missed a Lufthansa connection at Munich - which didn’t wait for a number of us. Pretty damned annoying
The food in the morning could be better .
Everything was very good, but my luggage was lost.
Amazing flight and amazing crew
Overbooked flight. No seat for me. I had to stay extra day because of it. No customer service available for a whole that time. I spent 3h trying to get in touch with them. No luck.
My luggage got delayed, trying to reach out the airline and no updates for me where my luggage is and when it will be delivered to me.

In addition, the flight wasn't full so my travel companion got to enjoy a full row to himself while I enjoyed an empty seat next to me to stretch out. The food was very good. The staff came by quite a few times to offer orange juice or water. The entertainment syren was excellent. I watched four full movies on the trip and have in mind at least a couple more for the return leg."

The flight was 2h delayed in NYC because of the mess at the gate coating me a missed connection to Denmark (not that it was necessary have Lufthansa put any effort in speeding up.my transfer like pick up at the gate, gate information before I left aircraft or even as I approached a desk I. Frankfurt as the conneecting flight was late too). On top of that mess I have not gotten my speciality meal and eintertaiment system was malfunctioning the entire flight. Crew could not be bothered with bringing over water and didn't exactly respond to call button."
Miinukset: "The legroom was awful, especially for a nine-hour flight. The video screen kept rebooting."
Plussat: "The crew was incredibly joyful, happy and patient. Always a smile throughout the long flight. Very willing to help. Nice new planes, liked the lower galley for restrooms. Very much appreciated the warm face towels at beginning of flight...would really appreciate a warm face towel at end of flight too. Good amount of water available throughout the flight, sometimes airlines are way too limited on amount of water they make available. Appreciated the wine and aperitif as well. Excellent flight! Would try to fly Lufthansa again!"

Plussat: "The amenities were a nice touch (headphones, blanket, pillow) and nice selection of current movies. The captain made timely announcements to update us where we were flying over and what our expected arrival time was in German and English."
Miinukset: "I was surprised that there were at least four dogs on the flight, some without a carrier. I didn't care for one of the meals which was mixed peppers with onions, cheese and potatoes. I thought the meals were overly salted but what airline's meal isn't."
Plussat: "Everybody in bilbao was very helpful as I had a problem with the boarding pass that they solved, very thank full for the service"
Plussat: "The flight from DTW to FRA was made that much better by a particular flight attendant who actually remembered it was my first time flying. She checked with me personally as we were disembarking in FRA to see how my flight was. I unfortunately did not catch her name, but she was the highlight of the flight. If I fly again, I will definitely fly Lufthansa for flight crew like her. I skipped the evening meal as I was feeling unwell, but I had the breakfast. The fresh fruit, and especially the watermelon was delicious. There just wasn't enough of it."
Miinukset: "The seat cushion was rather stiff and made the 8-hour-long flight just a tad uncomfortable."
Miinukset: "Adjusting the reading lights needs to be more straight forward. It is always hard to find out how to turn the lights off. I like to sleep on planes and every plane seems to be different."
I upgraded to business class and service was excellent. Only negative thing was poor selection of entertainment.
I was booked in economy and was upgraded to business class by bidding for the upgrade. The business class experience was excellent. The seat was very spacious and comfortable. The meal service was provided by trolley service so each course was chosen at your seat so you could view each selection. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The only negative thing was the entertainment selection. There were few movies to choose from in comparison to other airlines I have flown.
There was no flight. It was canceled. We were rebooked, but we are not sure if Kayak helped us or if it was SAS.
The crew was amazing and we would go out of our way to fly SAS again
Easy on boarding. No food or free water/soft drink but it was a short flight so that was fine. Seats were average.
This was the best flight I have ever been on. It was such a pleasant surprise that every passenger got a blanket, a pillow, and two whole meals! There was a camera option for the seat back screen where one could see forwards and downwards without a window seat. But the best part was the crew, both on and off the flight; they were so incredibly helpful that I can't say enough good things. Thank you, SAS!
Last minute booking was a breeze
Don't choose KAYAK. They put you into a difficult position which is next to impossible to solve.
Kayak offered terrible service, and was unwilling to come up with better alternatives to fix their mistake. Don't choose KAYAK, if the airline cancels the flight, KAYAK only makes effort to avoid any accountability.

Plussat: "Loved the service. Nice small plane. Very easy boarding. This is a quick inter-city flight. The plane is small and agile. It did some pretty nimble turns and sharp banking that might be a little too exciting for some."

She was rude to people sitting in the exit seats, rudely demanding attention while she rushed through the safety guidelines. She then very rudely told me I had to pay for what I was trying to order, even though I was reading it off the menu? She acted as if I was stupid because I don’t speak swedish, but she did not speak the language of our destination, and it was a connecting flight."

No customer service at all. 1st attendant wouldn’t let us check-in at the counter, and 2nd attendant made us check in our carry-on despite it only being 2kg over. We could’ve moved some items around. When we boarded the plane, we saw multiple people whose carry-on looked suspiciously over the weight limit. We felt singled out. It was obvious that this airline only cares about profit and does not care about the customer. Attendants were rude and not helpful. Needless to say I will nit fly with this airline again."

But, it was after hours on the airline number phone number and the fly.com customer service could not help with finding an alternate connection from Oslo to FRA. It was frustrating to then have to wait at Oslo airport for another 4 hours before the new connecting flight."
Miinukset: "Our ticket said economy, but it was a specific set of economy that did not include any baggage. If we were warned prior we could have purchased it for significantly cheaper. Our ticket was not clear and it cost us 175usd for two bags at the airport. Very disappointing"

The woman making the announcements on the plane was extremely soft spoken and the PA system was static-y so I could neither hear nor understand any of the announcements. The refrigeration system for the food also broke down on the plane so we weren't fed our second meal. Instead, they chose the cheapest and most unappealing snack of plain almonds to give us. Despite confirming our luggage situation with us at the first airport repeatedly (because of our connecting flight) SAS still temporarily lost our baggage when we arrived at our final destination and caused us to stay an additional hour at the airport after already having spent an exhausting day travelling."

I was very focused on making sure I had two checked bags paid for online when purchasing the tickets. I don't know if it's some glitch in your website or that it was just confusingly worded/phrased, but I did think I had bought the higher level package that allowed for two checked bags."
Could be better when check-in on desk at the airport that 2 people who voyage together to have the 2 seats close to each other not 8 and 15.
I received an email that the flight would be delayed for few hours. For that reason I arrived only one hour later from the original departure, still 3 hours before. The check in was closed and I was able to bring my big suitcase at the gate instead. I already paid 90 euros for that as a part of my initial reservation . At the gate I had to pay additional 65 euros. I will never again fly with Wizzair.

To be safe I purchase the extra allowance for large carry on which I paid £19 for on my outward journey. When clearing the check-in gates on my outward journey in London the check Inn clerk informed me that I did not have to pay the large carry on allowance. According to her in my bag but it's been classified as small. On my return journey I decided not to purchase the carry on allowance and I was told that I should have purchase it online instead I had to buy it at the airport at a premium. I won't fly with Wizz Air again."
