Miinukset: "Boarding was a free for all. My seat was near the front of the plane but the crew directed me to enter at the back of the plane. There were people entering from both the front and the back, meaning people were stuck trying to get past each other in the tight aisle. It was difficult to find space in the overhead compartments for carryon luggage due to people bringing too much stuff - the crew should have stepped in and helped. The food was a bad chicken sandwich with condiments that I could not eat."

Plussat: "Nothing, really; the seats—even those in business class–have a no-frills design, with hardly any recline to speak of. Okay for flights as short in duration as this one (about 50 minutes)."
Miinukset: "The delay in boarding, much of which was due to the fact that the plane wasn't ready for boarding in time because the tech service was delayed. It would seem this was at least in part something within the sphere of factors the airline is able to control. Also, there was an irritating, rumbling noise, sounding almost like an old propeller engine, during much of the plane's ascent. You'd think there would be some maintenance necessary."

Miinukset: "We were in the middle at the very back of the plane. It was quite bouncy for some time during the flight. The stewardess informed us that that was typical for seats at the back of the plane. It is not easy to choose your seats when you buy the ticket online, but I would prefer a calmer location. Also I was squeezed when the person in front of me leaned back in her seat. Service was excellent, however."

They weren't particularly large people, just average men but their arms were in my space all the time. Also if I drop something, I cannot pick it up, there's no room. For transatlantic flights the seats should be bigger."

Miinukset: "Delays and cancellations required me to go through security 4 times, deal with 4 different check in agents (at 3 different locations) and 2 international calls to Lufthansa customer support before being able to rebook my ticket. It took 3 hours to get rebooked, and just barely made it to the new flight. Lufthansa Agents at airport were rude, would often make me wait while they did other things, and then just tell me that they couldn't rebook me, and I needed to go to another line."

Plussat: "The crew was pleasant, and the food just fine. The entertainment options of movies or music or news were quite good."
Miinukset: "The first plane left too late to make the connection. The Lufthansa staffer who reorganized my trip considered two options and picked the best one. However, she didn't stress to me how far the next gate was at another terminal -- luckily I asked someone else who helped me get a bus. I am not fluent in German so that may have added to my uncertainty. And my suitcase, which she said she was making sure would get to me in Marseilles, did not come for 24 hours."

Plussat: "It was a relatively short flight. Boarding went well and efficiently. Flight crew was attentive."

Miinukset: "Departure gate was not shown on the ticket. By the time we found a LH rep we were told that the flight was operated by United. After we found a United rep and started walking towards the gate we came across the passport control area that had a huge crowd waiting in line. I saw that we literally had 15 min left, while the long line would take us 20-25 min to get through. We had to jump through the lines and cut in front of people explaining everybody our predicament and making people upset. Got back stressed and tired"

Miinukset: "no order in boarding and no chairs in Panama airport. Had to stand for 2 hours before boarding."

Miinukset: "No seating area at or near the gate we boarded at, and as boarding was delayed, many people ended up standing for some time because we did not wish to wander too far and then be late for boarding."

Plussat: "Very friendly and accommodating crew, efficient service, nice breakfast pastry for the short flight to Frankfurt"
Miinukset: "Would have been nice to have an entertainment option, but I had a book, so the 2.5 hrs went fast enough."

Miinukset: "The seat pitch is inhumane. I could barely fit into the seat without hitting my knees on the seat in front. And that was before the person ahead of me reclined. It's not like Lufthansa is a budget airline. It's a full-fledged major carrier charging full-fledged prices. Seriously, I was expecting more."

Plussat: "Attention on the counter and at the boarding gate were excellent"
Miinukset: "The in flight entertainment system was broken, they changed me seats however that one wouldn't lean, after that went back to the original seat. In the second flight a baby was crying and they did nothing to remediate the situation for those that were around him. In the end I had a very bad flight"

Plussat: "Crew worked hard to make the journey pleasant, including the second crew for my connection to New York JFK, a much longer flight. Even some of the food was edible."

Miinukset: "Agents in Budapest were not pleasant at all."

Plussat: "The crew was great, food options were solid so was entertainment"
Miinukset: "I purchased online usage and was charged but wasn't able to access online services at all. I asked the crew if they could refund me but they were unable to help me out. So I was charged $25 for a service I was unable to use and unfortunately I was counting on being able to use the online service for work."

Miinukset: "Umm. It was cancelled due to union workers striking. It was great to spend our last day in Barcelona stressing over whether we could get back home."

Miinukset: "I arrived at airport with my connecting flight at 9pm, there was no way to check my luggage until 4am. I could not go to transit hall until someone took my luggage so I was able to board but no place to leave luggage like other airlines, that was not fun since the transit halls had the sleep pods I could have used"

Plussat: "The BOS MUC leg is operated by Lufthansa by one of their new A340-600 aircraft. This is a fantastic aircraft. Great seating. Good monitor quality. Good sound quality. Overall, my favorite jet. Premium Economy on Lufthansa a good value."

Miinukset: "Food looked awful. I have decided not to open transparent package with sandwitch."

Miinukset: "Lufthansa's boarding process is horrific. No order at all. It was just a free for all. Everybody all at once trying to get in instead of calling peiple up by sections or rows."

Plussat: "Flying Lufthansa was a good choice on my part - boarding was easy, the entertainment selection was wonderful (when I did take advantage of it), landing was very smooth and we exited fairly quickly."
Miinukset: "Though this isn't a complaint directed to Lufthansa specifically, it's worth mentioning that I had paid for a $700 seat and only had access to half of it. A woman who sat next to me decided to not only to claim the arm chair between us (which is not a huge issue), she also decided to have her arm take up over a third of my personal space. For 10 hours, I was squished and no arm push-back proved to be successful at reclaiming my seat territory. Luckily, I slept 75% of the time (though very very uncomfortably). I'm flying home on Wednesday and hope my luck will be a little bit better this time around."

Plussat: "The flight started with a visit in the recently renovated KLM crown lounge in Amsterdam airport. I liked the various seating options and of course the upstairs bar. The service on board was attentive and efficient, the food options I really liked (especially the Chinese dish) but also the little touches like the nuts & gouda cheese which were served in small porcelain bowls. The seat itself was very comfortable when sitting and the structure gives a lot of privacy. However for couples or friends travelling it's a bit cumbersome to have a conversation even when sitting in seats next to each other. Overall my expectations were fulfilled."
Miinukset: "This seat is not ideal for sleeping for taller persons (I'm 185cm tall) as the space to put the feet is very narrow and it's uncomfortable when lying on the back (as one cannot put them in the natural resting position). Cabin temperature could have been a bit lower for my taste. Crew needs better training with regards to transfer procedure in Chengdu."

Miinukset: "The seat I had with no seats in front of me was very small. Much smaller than the other economy seats because the tray table and video screen were in the armrests. Paid extra for the legroom by ended up losing it side to side. Really had to squeeze into the seat."

Miinukset: "Nothing good to say about this flight. The plane was old with no entertainment. The sits where very compact and not comfortable at all. The food was a sweet bread and water. The flight attendants were rushing and will take a while if you needed anything. I felt like I was taking a bus with graffiti all over the place."

Plussat: "She was cheerful and genuine. I have dietary restrictions but was unable to preorder a meal. She went out of her way to find an available meal for me. I also saw her bring other passengers extra snacks and drinks."

Miinukset: "Delay can occur sometimes but it wiuld be better to be explained its reason and the estimated time for boarding. The customer service at CDG airport was the worst ever and all people standing boarding desk were useless without any mind what they are doing."

Plussat: "The cabin crew were pretty good. That's about all that was good."
Miinukset: "I paid almost $400 for upgraded seats. When I got to the airport-- no seats-- both ways!! i didn't even have regular seat assignments. I had to choose from the last few seats available. The ticket agent, the gate agent and the cabin crew all did nothing to make up for the fact that their system screwed up and stuck me in a cramped coach seat in the back of the plane for 11 hours-- TWICE! Beyond that, KLM must have one of the oldest fleets in the sky. Both ways LAX->AMS->LAX, I was on a 30-35 year old 747 with no wifi, no power and a ten-year-old entertainment system. Never again."

Miinukset: "Information on KLM website and flight status said 50 minutes delay and was never updated with the true status. 3 hours before we took off. KLM blamed the fog at Manchester but to be honest most other flights seemed unaffected. Put up in an IBIS hotel and fed substandard food and shitty hotel room with an Aircon unit that clunks into action every 30 seconds keeping me awake. It's external so I can't switch it off. Being given a 10 Euro voucher for food at the airport when most food and a drink will cost you 12 to 15 euros."

Plussat: "The very dirty plane was cleaned at Dar-es-salaam and became less dirty. The pilot kept us updated periodically through the flight. The flight attendants were very pleasant."
Miinukset: "The plane was very dirty when we landed in Dar-es-salaam. The plane did get cleaned a little bit in Dar-es-salaam however I was still missing a pillow and blanket which I had to actively seek out. Seating was not very comfortable as there was a box attached to the leg of the seat in front of me, making it necessary to keep my feet at an uncomfortable angle through the long flight. I did not enjoy the food."

Miinukset: "Late Cabin extremely warm Full flight and centre seat means no room to relax or carry out work"

Miinukset: "Pet was left behind at vacation destination as pet's reservation (made and confirmed through KLM) was not found at check in. Waiting for Customer Care to help get pet home and take responsibility for situation and getting no response. Very dissapointed, considering law suit."

Plussat: "Fortunately, the plane was not full, so people could spread out a bit to create extra room. The food was really good! (surprisingly)."
Miinukset: "KLM's new configuration for this type of plane made the seats even narrower than before. While leg room was reasonable, the 3 abreast seating meant a lot of discomfort, especially in the row right in front of the restroom."

Plussat: "Flights left on time, arrived ahead of time. Seats comfortable. Baggage arrived quickly. No charge for wine/beer, although I do not imbibe when flying long distance. Food ok for airline food."
Miinukset: "Unable to pick seats in advance,, were assigned seats that did not recline for 11 hour flight. One bathroom not functioning. Very limited movie choices for inflight entertainment. Seat belts much shorter than other airlines, so very confining, unable to loosen to relax in any position other than sitting straight in seat. In Rome had to check in & go through security at Terminal 5 then get bussed to Terminal 3. Only airport where we had to take out all electronics, including converter plugs, headphones, etc, place in a flimsy clear plastic bag ( that broke ) to go through security. Line to check bags pretty slow for number of passengers. Glad we had plenty of time."

Miinukset: "The food was the worst airline food I have ever been served. I could not eat it. This is very disappointing for an airline like AirFrance which usually serves very good meals."

Miinukset: "It is very difficult to get around CDG airport with a disabled person. There is no shuttle. By the time we got to check in, we were ten minutes late. They would not check us in, and we paid over $700 to change tickets to the next flight. When I complained, I was told to stop being rude or I would get no ticket at all. My mother is 94 years old and we did the best we could given the circumstance."

Plussat: "Sometimes you get surprised, with this specific flight, we had an excellent young and perfect cabin crew. Thanks, Joon!"

Miinukset: "Bording far away, got my cabin luggage and everyone elses into the cellar because ¨it didn´t fit in the plane¨. There was plenty of room, I had breakable stuff in my luggage, didn´t get the chance to choose. No entertainment AT ALL. Confort: no leg space at all. Not an AirFrance plane, subcontracted. Lousy food."

Plussat: "I am a 70 year old woman with reduced mobility. The flight attendants made sure that I was given an aisle seat and they helped me find a seat with two empty ones next to me. The crew could not have been kinder."
Miinukset: "There is nothing I did not like."

Miinukset: "It was all good, only in comparison with Turkish airlines and etihad it is not at par."

Plussat: "I didn't feel cramped in a Window Seat. Two meals were served during the flight. It was nice to get back to being fed something other than skippy snacks on an airline flight."
Miinukset: "I was ignored over and over again as ice cream, drinks and snacks were offer by the crew. It would have been nice if some would ask me before falling asleep if I wanted to be roused for snacks and desserts. After being on back to back flights of more than 10 hours each it would be considerate for the crew to be aware of my length of travel and to make sure they don't assume my resting my eyes is the same as me being asleep. Even when I was awake it appeared I was being overlooked, ignored and left out of complimentary services I saw other receiving....my bad for not asking to be noticed."

Miinukset: "No entertainment or usb plugsto charge."

Miinukset: "Airport handling is catastrophic. A lost bagage created the twins to be locked. Half an hour and we could not enter. Delays and huge mess in front of police checkpoint. No announcement and no care for passengers approaching departure time. And to top it all no announcement of any delays. Had to cheat my way through the priority line and run a sprint through security and beyond. Reached the gate to note that there was a delay of 5 minutes.... Grrrr"

Miinukset: "Seating was cramped and uncomfortable for a tall person."

Miinukset: "Planes where not updated. I would like planes to be more up to date like other companies."

Miinukset: "We waited quite a while to check in our luggage at the Birmingham airport. Staff showed up at the counter only 2 hrs before the flight."

Miinukset: "I struggled to check in online line not user friendly site And then I went to the airport early and stood in a question for 1h50min to check in and they where difficult with because my bag was exactly 24kg and asked me to remove something I have flown oven over 50times I my life and this would be the firest and last time with air France"

Plussat: "Amazing movie choices, lots of new stuff. Friendly and available staff at all times. Clean, new plane."

Miinukset: "Food serving is too small. Headphones should already be available before I arrive at my seat. Seat is comfortable, but not suitable for flight."

Plussat: "As usual, great staff, no delay, comfortable seats. We were offered champagne, wine, liquor with our delicious meal and given a choice of 2 entrees. A complimentary pillow, blanket and headphone are given and all that in economy class!"

Miinukset: "Aircraft entertainment screens were not working at all at a lot of seats. Airbus 330-300 was dated and the cabin amenities were in disrepair. But overall the flight satisfied everything that was needed!"

Miinukset: "They took an extremely long time clearing away the dirty dinner trays, which meant that the tray table had to be down. This made it near impossible to get up to use the restroom or to stretch."

Plussat: "Plane was clean & crew were kind"

We paid extra for our seats and were very disappointed at being stuck in the middle where it is difficult to move or get up. It would have been nice to be able to actually"

Miinukset: "3:30 hrs delay lost my convection no one to talk to or any help they gave me nothing I had to stay overnight at my expense n pay new ticket hotel food taxi etc nobody will help or respond for anything"

Miinukset: "The seats for a 5-hour flight couldn’t recline. The plane was freezing, there was no entertainment on the flight, and the seating wasn’t evenly distributed. There were many economy rows with only one person, then rows right next to that full with three people. The food wasn’t good either."

Miinukset: "TV didn't work. A female attendant made me store my hat but didn't make a male passenger."

Miinukset: "If you're going to charge for a checked bag on an international flight, it would be nice if you made that clear on the ticket purchase. A tiny link buried in the information section "See baggage information for additional fees that may apply" doesn't make it abundantly clear that you're going to be hit with an $85 charge each way (ultimately $380 for my wife and me round-trip). Sneaky and dishonest!"

Plussat: "It was a cheap way to get to Lisbon with no frills."
Miinukset: "The boarding process was a mess with everyone waiting in front of the gate starting 10 minutes or so before the boarding time. The seats didn't recline at all."

Miinukset: "It did not included luggage cost which means i had to pay additional cost. You SHOULD state it in booking pages (NOT LINK). If i knew it i would never use TAP. I found direct flight, cheaper. I want you to pay back."

Plussat: "I only liked the price of the fare....everything else matched the price of the fare. Cheap and bad."
Miinukset: "First of all I fly all the time at least once a week. This is my first time experiencing roaches on an aircraft!. I tried calling someone but I was looked at and ignored because I wanted to ask top change seats. I didnt want to cause a scene and affect the airlines reputation with people freaking out or feeling uncomfortable so I just moved to another aisle. Service very mediocre and plane was old."

Miinukset: "The seat doesn't turn into a proper bed. The passenger is inclined and not really laying down. The were also had bread crumbs from the other flight and the table compartment was filthy."

Plussat: "Seats had more room than our other flights (think the plane might be a bit older.) Staff or board were efficient and friendly Food was better than on other flights."
Miinukset: "Asked for a wheelchair assist and it didn't show up. I went ahead, not realizing there would be a second security line after the first one and immigration. At that point, I had trouble walking. Staff their found a wheelchair for me. This may be more airport operations in Lisbon - but I bet TAP has a lot to do with that. Seat control for video and movies didn't work."

Miinukset: "Unfriendly crew, ridiculously small plane, but tolerable for a short flight."

Plussat: "Arrived safely."
Miinukset: "Delay waitng for the chocks to block the wheels. although the flight was short - the delivery of juice was rushed. And all was finished and cleaned up very very early in the flight. I dont understand the need to get the drinks delivered with such speed - it does not help passenger stress levels."

Plussat: "I love airbuses and the 2x4x2 layout so that was wonderful. Flight was right on time and generally a very easy process"
Miinukset: "The crew was very unfriendly, throwing things at you. We spilled tea and they just chucked some napkins without asking if we needed any assistance. The televisions also did not work at all throughout the flight"

Plussat: "The flight attendant, while a bit surly, moved me to an empty row. She seemed cranky while suggesting a way to stow my backpack in the overhead bin too. Mayne just an off day. Easy to check in online and print a boarding pass at the airport."

Plussat: "Food was good... Flight was decent. flight attentands were nice."
Miinukset: "we were 2 people flying, 1st person got a message from TAP that the flight schedule was changed to 1hr earlier, i was not informed about this until late night. Then once we got to the airport for the earlier flight, they said that the flight was delayed atleast one hour. Flight numbers were not changed so i guess they just combined 2 flights together to save or something, so we ended up missing hotel breakfest and ended up waiting in the airport for more than 2 hours because of bad communication."

Plussat: "Food and service was awesome. There were plenty of blankets and pillows to go around for a comfortable flight."
