The Layoever in ISTANBUL WAS TOO SHORT. We did not have enough time to cross the entire airport, back through security check and then cross again. It is not reasonable and not right for the airline to sell tickets with unreasonable layover times or to have a representative fast track the process.

Miinukset: "Passport Control at Ataturk International was a nightmare with hundreds of people ahead of us in the queue. No Police to secure the area, so people rushed the line pushing us aside and jumped the queue, this happened repeatedly. I would advise people NOT to fly into this airport and expect to make your connecting flight, because it doesn't play out well at all. We were in line for 2 hours and witnessed people pushing, shoving, yelling at strangers and generally acting like animals. I found the whole experience highly disturbing."
Plussat: "Turkish airlines is the only airlines I fly with for many reasons. Their quaility is a lot better than most of the airlines out there. ( I've flown with many) Although it does tend to be a little bit more expensive it's deffinetly worth it in my opinion."
Miinukset: "However, unfortunately I have noticed a decline in their service. The food was not as great as it usually is. I had salmon and it was very dry. With the amount of money given to the flight they could have paid attention to it more. It also happened to be my birthday on the flight and my friend who was flying with me called the airlines to ask if there was anything special that can be done. Happily they said that they did do celebrate birthdays and anniversarys. Sadly though nothing was done. Overall was it horrible I would say no but they are starting to loose quality"

Miinukset: "Our flight was LAX > Istanbul > Oman The connection in Istanbul was canceled. The transfer desk was very overwhelmed by the volume of customers. After 3 hours of waiting I finally got someone to get us on a flight to Qatar and then to our final destination Oman. That person then left work before printing the tickets and I had to start all over again. It was a very stressful and tiring ordeal and cost us an entire day of our vacation."

My twelve hours from Miami to Istanbul turned out to be less because of the amazing service I recieved. Miinukset: "We went in LGA to the Baggage drop off and the employee there was super rude. On the flight to New York with Delta we had to check our carry ons at the gate because it wasn't enough room for bags in the airplane.so we asked when we checked our one suitcase if we can/should check our carry ons to avoid having to do it at the gate. The delta employee told me sure no problem. He checks in my one suitcase I purchased gives me the tracking paper and says ok have a good flight. I asked him so what is with our carry ons and he told us that that would cost 25$ and we can't check those in at the drop off?!?We ended up taking the carry ons with to the gate and then off course there wasn't enough room on the airplane that we had to check it in. And surprise it was free?? We had never issues with Lufthansa, icelandair etc. with checking our bags at drop off to not needing to carry it around and than still end up to check it at the airplane. Every airline has been more than happy that we volunteer to check our bags that they don't have the trouble at the gate."

Miinukset: "LAX security is awful. We never left the airport (arrived LAX from Sydney AU) yet were forced thru security again. Had to remove shoes, was scanned and "frisked" by TSA to get to Denver. To go to Australia, Denver TSA waived the removal of shoes, skipped the scan for the metal detector and no one touched me, ditto for LAX on the trip to Sydney. Where's the uniformity or standards for TSA?? Why did I have to be subjected to this garbage on the way home?? This is why I despise flying. It makes no sense to me. This ruined what was a great vacation."

Oh! And our bag was misrouted, because that was just how things went those 2 days. All in all a 6 hour trip turned into 18 hours. I could have driven home in that amount of time!"

Crew seemed lazy...they would not bring water to travelers very often...and when I called a flight attendant with the button call and politely asked if I could have some water, she seemed pretty annoyed and told me I can just stand up and go take my water in the back where they store food. NOT A GOOD SERVICE FOR $2,500!!!! It’s outrageous!! Seats become smaller and smaller...and you keep asking about my experience...$2,500 to travel seating in a miniature seat with no leg room is a bit much...and I know no flight company cares about this...we have no choice...either take that or don’t travel, right?"

Miinukset: "The flight was transferred to a smaller plane, either because there were few passengers (the first story we heard) or because of mechanical problems on the original craft (the second story). Business class was oversold as a result, and boarding was delayed for an hour while they waited for enough BC passengers to accept 800 euros for the downgrade to economy plus. They repeatedly threatened to cancel the flight rather than raise the offer. Eventually enough knuckled under and we were allowed to leave. Some no doubt missed connections because of this petty brinkmanship. The funny coda is that because the plane was so undersold, anyone in economy that wanted their own row could have one, while economy plus was packed with the embittered and downgraded."
Miinukset: "Bought these tickets almost a year in advance. Never given the option to select seats. Both my husband and I were stuck in the middle seats or not together on each leg of our flight. Food was horrible on every leg. Husbands tv did not work. I am petite and seats too small even for me. never again will o give this airline my money."
Plussat: "I always try to fly with Lufthansa when I do go to Germany to visit my family. At times they might be more expensive then others but you don't pay extra for everything. Also I got a great price at Kayak. The service was excellent and I do love the fact that Lufthansa is now flying directly from Denver to Munich makes it so much easier."

Arrived almost 2 days late (the original was direct, the United had layovers) and missed a planned trip to Neuschwanstein castle. Flying from Munich- The entertainment screen was broken, completely unusable. After a hard reset by the flight attendant several times... Still broken. She said she thought it would fix itself once we were at cruising altitude. Nope. Notified the flight attendant who said vaguely "I'll see what I can do..." Never came back to check, never got offered any sort of compensation (even something like a free mixed drink would have been nice), offer to move seats, nothing. So- ten hours with no entertainment/nothing to watch, just a malfunctioning screen. Food was mediocre. We boarded late, and left almost 1 hour late because they had to wait for an employee (who was not working, just getting a ride back) to board. Literally there and back with Lufthansa was a fiasco. On top of it, we have been back for 3 weeks and are still waiting to hear back from Lufthansa customer service. Apparently they only communicate by email with complaints. Not over the phone. So after repeated emails, just radio silence. Terrible airline."

Miinukset: "Seated near and next to me were about 9 German men who had begun their vacation to Colorado in the airport bar prior to the flight. I was seated in a middle seat "J" (I believe) in row 37 or 39. The men were receiving from the stewardesses repeatedly two glasses at a time and kept going back to the galley and getting two glasses of wine at a time Although they were loud, congregating in the aisle around rows 37 and 39 they were not limited in what they could drink. The two on either side of me were disrespectful of my personal space and were very inappropriate. I got up and went to the galley behind my seat to ask the stewardesses to get me another seat. During this time the guys kept coming back to this galley for more wine still taking two at a time. The stewardesses explained that the plane was full. Others complained also. I then asked the stewardesses if since they were over serving these guys, would they trade one of their jump seats with me. At this point they cut the guys off and got the pursar. She talked to them and ignored my personal safety concerns and said no one gets on a plane drunk (yeah, right) and that they would now behave and were asleep. That's why they are still talking at the top of their lungs and standing in the aisle? I asked. I wish I had video recorded this, I did not as others with kids in the aisles across from me did. Miinukset: "The overseas Lufthansa flights have the least space of all the flights and trains I took throughout my trip, including other Lufthansa flights within Europe. The bathrooms were more cramped and fewer in number for an overbooked flight, boarding was disorganized and delayed, the passengers in front of me put their seats all the way back for most of the flight, and seriously, just a few more inches of space would make these long flights 104% better. I think everyone would be happier to fly on less awful planes, including the poor crew who has to deal with miserable passengers."
Plussat: "Without the help of the attendants at the gate waiting to take us to the connecting flight, we would not have made it! So grateful for their help! Food was very good for airplane food and movie choices were excellent."

A l'enregistrement à punta cana il a fallut négocier pendant une heure et demander à parler à un responsable car la personne voulait nous faire payer nos deux bagages en soute 200 dollars alors qu'ils étaient compris dans notre réservation. Cela nous a fait perdre du temps avec notre petite fille de 3 ans. L'escale de 2h à New York est trop courte, les files d'attente sont très très longues pour le contrôle des passeports et aussi pour la douane. Il a fallut négocier avec beaucoup de personnes pour demander à passer devant, et aux États-Unis cette pratique n'est pas du tout appréciée, et tout ca avec ma fille dans les bras. Nous sommes arrivés 30 min avant le décollage àla porte d'embarquement, juste au moment de d'embarquer, mais le vol a finalement été retardé d'une heure. Et enfin nous avions demandé à été placés ensemble côté hublot, à l'enregistrement on nous a dit oui évidemment mais au premier vol on était même pas à côté ( il a fallut négocier encore une fois) et au deuxième nous étions dans la rangée du milieu. Bref ce voyage retour à été très stressant et épuisant !

Yet KLM prides itself as being punctual. Not the KLM that I have been flying!"

Furthermore I couldn’t use the check-in kiosks because my name was listed as Reidmr instead of Reid, which meant that my boarding pass did not match my passport. Overall this caused unnecessary delays that were compounded by the fact that I couldn’t use my TSA precheck. My main problem on the plane was that I had to struggle to get water served to me. It’s always so dry on planes and I would have liked to be able to get more than one tiny glass of water at a time. Also, would have loved a window at my window seat. Plus no WIFI!?"
Plussat: "Short-hop flight, fit for purpose."
Miinukset: "Old airplane with not really comfy seats. No outlets for charging devices. Very old entertainment screen."
Plussat: "From pre-boarding, to boarding, to the food, and the attentiveness, everything was top notch! The cleanliness of the plane was only topped by the friendliness of the crew."
Miinukset: "The flight was marked at almost 11hrs but ended up being only 9...not a negative other than it meant not spending as much time on board!"
Plussat: "Of the multiple international airlines I recently flew with, I would have to say KLM was by far the best. Relaxing atmosphere, comfortable seating, great in-flight entertainment, although I have the go-go in-flight data/entertainment plan with t-mobile (highly recommended), the flight included a decent selection of movies, television programs, etc. The food far exceeded typical "airline quality," even for an international flight - and included a fabulous little snack box with locally sourced gourmet and specialty items such as chocolate from Belgium, fine cheeses from France, and crackers from England. Drinks = gratis, and crew was exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to make flight as pleasant as possible."

Plussat: "Efficiency and speed of boarding was acceptable. I have no complaints about that aspect. The Comfort+ seats were worth the upgrade, pretty comfortable and reasonable legroom unless you have a big carry on stowed under the seat in front of you."
Miinukset: "The first announcement they made to all of us in the economy section was thay they did not have any headphones for anyone but business class. I was told when I booked the seat that the headphones would be complementary. So I did not bother to bring any assuming they were going to keep their word; I figure I'd make it work and watch a movie without sound. If that isn't bad enough midway through my nine hour flight my monitor went out and would not turn back on."
Plussat: "Loved this 747! Crew was professional and food was very good."

Lento 3h myöhässä. Informaation kulku hidasta ja sekavaa.
Vähän myöhässä muuten kaikki sujui loistavasti
Kone oli kolme tuntia myöhässä.... Meitä pompoteltiin portilta toiselle. Ilmastointi oli olematon.
Finnair on lentoyhtiönä nykyään aivan perseestä! Siirtävät esim lentoja 2 päivällä eteenpäin eivätkä kerro matkustajille edes syytä! Laitoin kyselyä asiakaspalveluun jo maaliskuussa 2022 ja lentomme oli 27.5 ja en ole vieläkään saanut vastausta miksi lentoa siirrettiin.
Lento myöhässä 9h ja lähtö seuraavan vuorokauden puolella. Ei mitään tietoa finnairilta kuinka toimitaan, miten yöpyminen hoidetaan, mitä korvataan jne. Surkea suoritus.
Asiakkaita suositellaan menemään kentälle hyvissä,ajoin, mutta finskin lähtöselvitys ja bag drop portit avautuvat, aina, liian myöhään. (munchen)
Tämä nykyajan "turvatarkastusteatteri" on aivan absurdia matkustajien kiusaamista. EI voi mitenkään olla perusteltua että joutuu jonottamaan yli 2 tuntia sitä että käsimatkatavarat tutkitaan. Matkustajista 99.99999% on rehellisiä asiallisia ihmisiä eikä heidän kiusaamisensa moisella teatterilla edistä mitenkään lentoturvallisuutta. Parannusehdotus turvallisuuspäällikölle potkut tehtäviensä hoidon täydellisestä epäonnistumisesta. Esim lennollani 2 oli vain läpivalaisulaitetta käytössä ja jonossa tuhansia ihmisiä. Ilman lennon myöhästymistä olisimme missanneet lentomme tämän pelleilyn johdosta! Kyllä moiset tarkastukset pitää pystyä järjestämään siten ettei matkustajan tarvitse seisoskella jonossa tuntikausia. ( tämä jonottaminen tarkoittaa myös sitä ettei kukaan voinut käyttää kentän palveluita, eli myös heidän business kärsii tästä typeryydestä)

Edelleen toivoisin edes kahvia maksutta, Air France osaltaan tarjoaa jopa pientä syötävää ja muuta juotavaa.
Koneen kapteeni ei kertonut mitään muuta lennosta kuin lähtiessä lennon kesto. Olisin halunnut tietoa esim lentoreitistä.
Lento oli lähes 3 tuntia myöhässä emmekä saaneet mitään tietoa mistään. Emme saaneet myöskään vouchereita.
Nopeaa toimintaa, kaikki sujui hyvin.
Matkatavaratietomme puuttuivat järjestelmästä. Turhaa vaivaa moisesta asiasta. Valitin suoraan Finnairille.
Kaikki toimii suunnitellusti, ruokaa tai viihettä en käyttänyt.
Järjestelyt toimi oikein hyvin matkakumppanin boarding pass dokumentti katosi turvatarkastuksen jälkeen puhelimesta jokin spammi yritti latautua , mutta passilla koneeseen 😊 Kone ilmeisesti hiukan kovassa käytössä, istuin muhkurainen. Henkilökunta oikein palvelualtista ja ammattitaitoista ☺

Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Kaikki ok.
Check-in jonoa oli aamulennolla, mikä on pienellä lennolla ymmärrettävää. Kaikki muu toimi mainiosti.
Henkilökunnan ystävällisyys oli hyvää, mutta pienille reittilennoille Suomen sisällä olisi mukavaa saada pikku suolaista.
Friendly and professional crew
Kun Finnair ei tarjoa muuta kuin mehua ja vettä niin olisi mukavaa että edes voisi ostaa jotain vähän laadukkaampaa syötävää kuin nuudeleita!
Ilmainen kahvi olihan kiva. Lento myöhässä yli 2 h Hesan päässä odotettiin rappusia. Huh huh. On se vaikeeta!
Lähtö myöhästyi 55min. Oli lähellä että olisimme odottaneet 1,5h koneessa, mutta saivat uudelleenreitityksen.
Ei mitään hyvää Finnairilla, ei edes ruokaa tai snackseja lennoilla. Ja lennot myöhässä, kuten tämäkin oli taas.
Lentoemäntä joka oli Lennon takaosassa oli todella mukava!
Tässä odottelen laukkua vieläkin niin missähän olis parannettavaa!

Lentokentällä saimme apua kahdesta pisteestä.
Tällä lennolle kaikki sujui hienosti. Henkilökunta toimi ammattitaitoisesti ja lentäjät olivat huippu ammattilaisia, nousut ja laskut olivat hallittua. Kiitos Finnair.
Jokin ongelma saapuessa jolloin bussikuljetus ja kävely toisesta päästä kenttää… kangasmaski käskettiin vaihtaa kesken lennon vaikka osa oli ilman saapuessakin koneeseen Lentolippujen kaivaminen oli haastavaa,sitten keksin liittää finskin appiin
Minulla oli aivan kova nälkä ja halusin ostaa lentokoneessa leivän mutta valitettavasti minä olen nuori enkä omista luottokorttia ja en saanut koneesta mitään koska normaali electron maksu kortti ei kelvannut eikä käteinen kelvannut..
