Not expected from Lufthansa, especially as I have had great experience with Lufthansa earlier."

Plussat: "Dinner was good fairly interesting and wholesome. I appreciated having real silverware, albeit only 3/4 of normal size. But for an 8:35 flight, most people would have already eaten. In contrast, 'breakfast' was a muffin, small cup of sliced fruit, and a granola bar. For a flight leaving at 8:30 pm and arriving at 10 AM, I would think breakfast, not dinner, would get the emphasis. Did get some free wine with dinner."

Will avoid having to fly United in the future and will make sure I am indeed getting on a Lufthansa plane."

I could not go to transit hall until someone took my luggage so I was able to board but no place to leave luggage like other airlines, that was not fun since the transit halls had the sleep pods I could have used"

I asked if I could have a meal and yes, they would prepare one for me. Very gracious. I also had a problem that my luggage transferring from another airline in London, with a very short layover, did not make my flight. Aeroflot personnel at SVO Moscow took care of this and my luggage was delivered the next day in perfect shape."

I wound up sitting in the last row, middle seat, with a broken TV that was "rebooting" the whole flight. I couldn't recline my chair because I was up against the back wall. When I politely said that I paid more for a window seat, and asked to look for an empty seat, the flight attendant brought over a security guard, and warned me that if I continued to "complain", that I would be asked to leave the plane. I kept my mouth shut, and demanded my upgrade fee back from Just Fly after the flight returned. Very rude crew."

Thet were not gracious and pretty unpleasant. The drinks the handed out were flat. The kosher food was still frosen when they handed it out (frozen chicken salad!! Yuck!!) We did not understand a word the pilot said."

Plussat: "Unlike most airlines now, Aeroflot gave me 1 full meal on the flight between Milan and Moscow and 2 meals betwen Moscow and LA. They also made regular water and coke servings, as well as coffee and tea -- and a moist towelette, slippers and individual movies for the economy class. I recommend Aeroflot for their overall friendliness and consistent service!"

Miinukset: "Hello, Everything was ok, flight was good, except my 1 luggage was lost. I filled out all docs at the airport. My case # is SVOSU38652 from Dec.26. Luggage lable - SU922285. Aeroflot representative told me that they are in process to find my luggage. Unfortunately, they haven't found my case. I will send complain letter to Aeroflot. The airline refused to provide compensation for this loss. Is it anyway to get compensation for my lost luggage? Thank you for your assistance in this matter. Miinukset: "Bad weather in Minsk delayed flight more than 7 Hours and Belavia staff did not communicate the reasons for delays to passengers for more than 3 hours into delay. In the end, the purpose of my trip was lost due to the incredible delay and I did not travel in the end. Poor Communication and Poor Handling of Passengers and our Concerns. Czech Air (booking owner) should hold Belavia (operating aircraft) accountable for this poor performance ... not the weather delay, but how they handled (or didn’t handle) passengers and communications."

Minsk airport doesn't have many flights but waiting for baggage was pretty long. I would rate this flight (28 Dec) as poor"

WTF And I had to go through the hell to retrieve my bags!!! Me-----> Not Happy :("

The system charged y credit card for a seat reservation and then crashed with an error, both on my phone and laptop browser. When I called at 9:00 am (when their offices are open) to ask for help with what happened, I received no answer other than, "the check in system has just closed. I am unable to help you in any way". I booked another flight with another carrier, and did not take this flight., not do I plan to book with them in the future That being said, it is not the job of the employee to defend a poorly working system. Services need upgrade asap."

Plussat: "The added touches make all the difference! We didn’t expect free food and was delighted to receive breakfast. The chairs were much more comfortable than any other plane I’ve been on due to the adjustable head rest, and as a regular flyer to Cyprus, this made a difference. The sweets served just before landing is an excellent idea and something that we do need due to our ears, so this was appreciated. staff were attentive and pleasant."

Miinukset: "Flight was rescheduled for 3 hours later than original departure. Check in opened less than two hours before the rescheduled flight time so everyone was stuck waiting at check-in for hours. We couldnt even go in and relax inside at restaurants or the gate because online check in wasnt available. Then the flight was further delayed with no news about when the new take off would be or why the delay. Finally boarded a tiny plane that had propellers and a loud take off, if you easily fright on planes probably not the best choice for you. And then someone started smoking on the flight and the attendants had to announce again that smoking wasnt allowed. On and off throughout the flight it smelled like someone was smoking so I wonder if it was even coming from the cockpit."

Miinukset: "The internet support. I spent meny hours trying to check-in and upgrade my case allowance from 20kg to 32kg, and failed. When I tried to change the baggage weight to 32kg a charge was added for NOT taking the case PLUS the extra for the 32kg case! The cost of a case is reasonable and I would advise to pay the extra £5 for 32kg for most flights. The on-line Seating Selection is also unreliable, I was seated next to an empty seat which had been showing to be unavailable on-line! A response to my query which I sent to Blue Air arrived when I was in the air on the flight! It only repeated the baggage section of the Confitions document! Thank goodness for the excellent airport check-in staff and the Flight Crew!"

It was incredibly stressful and frustrating especially when I checked in online before arriving at the airport. We had to rush and run through the airport and board at final call. In fact it would put me off flying with Blue Air again."

We had 1 extra bag and they would not even listen to our situation. They charged me $600 for an extra bag. I will never fly Norwegian Airways again. No consideration for their passengers. The bottom line - do not fly Norwegian Airlines..."

Many hours before my flight they knew the flights were delayed yet I did not receive one text or e-mail to let me know. I was at the airport for 9 hours. 9. Worst part is that I'm not even the only one."

The airline neglected to offload my checked luggage, refused to do accommodate me with a change fee and now has lost my bag and has no idea where it is."

Miinukset: "We were diverted to Dulles because of weather, which is no one' fault, of course. We were assured on the flight that there would be buses ready to take us to New York or accommodation for us if the roads were too dangerous. We went through immigration and were greeted by a resounding silence on the part of Norwegian. No representative, no message, no announcement, no luggage, which we STILL have not received a week later. All efforts to get in touch with Norwegian were fruitless. Never, never, never will I give them my business again."

Miinukset: "I got to the airport at 8:45 for a 10:25 flight with carry on only. Carry on I have used with Norwegian in the past, and was actually packed minimally as this trip is only 4 days. The person at the kiosks who did the weighing of luggage was barely understandable. No one was helpful, instead it was like some game t weigh the bag and tell someone it was a kilo over. After I stood in line for 45 min, the bag weighed in at 8.6 kilos!! Clearly under the requirement, but as I was told to stand in line I was forced to check that bag and pay $65 (and to pay you had to move to a separate line that took another 30 min). As you can imagine 40% of the plane was in the same spot and then even with the flight boarding, no Norwegian staff assisted all of these passengers to get through security. Miserable!"

Plussat: "The whole process from Departure to Arrival was one phenomenal experience. Crew was super attentive and very client focused. Norwegian has proven to be a top class service provider and is evidence that low costs and good client service does not have to be mutually exclusive."

Miinukset: "On Monday September 11th I flew from Stockholm Arlanda to JFK on Norwegian flight DY7005. I was seated in 3J in the premium cabin. The couple in front of me began drinking excessively as soon as the aircraft reached cruising altitude. They were served by a flight attendant (who I then found out was the crew supervisor) called Vinnie, who served them doubles of vodka, cognac and bailey's, smiling and laughing with the passengers and giving them high fives. About 4 hours into the flight, the passenger in seat 2J turned around in his seat and began to harrass me. He claimed that we had friends in common and worked in the same industry and that we should work together. I remained polite and indicated that now was probably not the best time but that we should discuss it at a later date. Please note that I had never seen this man before in my life. I was working on my computer and put my headphones back on. He then began to shout and swear at me, saying that I disrespected him, I assume by not engaging him in conversation. He threatened me and at one point tried to swing at me from his seat. His partner then tried to calm him down. A flight attendant that was passing at the time (middle aged black woman) said something to the effect of "I don't know if YOU GUYS are from New York but you all need to calm down", somehow assuming that I was in collusion with this other passenger. I said to the lady "miss I don't know this man" but she ignored me and kept on walking. After this initial incident and seeing that the in flight staff were not interested in addressing this man's behavior, I put on my headphones and sunglasses and pretended to sleep. I could hear him issuing threats and swearing loudly. This went on for about 30 to 45 minutes (I was listening to a podcast and could hear him over the commentary) and then he again turned around in his seat and tried to touch me. At this point I panicked and grabbed my items and headed for the galley. I noticed that the lady in the seat next to me had vacated her seat and was having a concerned conversation with one of the flight attendants. I asked for the purser and a younger black fight attendant told me that "he was resting". I told her to get him and she turned to her counterpart and said "he's pissed off" as if I was over reacting to some sort of minor situation. The purser (Vinnie, who had been serving up doubles and high fives) arrived and told me that it was unlimited drinks in the premium cabin and there was nothing that he could do about that, and that they had cut him off after he started antagonizing me. I asked why it was that he would knowingly supply a passenger with over ten drinks, jeopardizing the wellbeing of other passengers, and he again responded that it was unlimited drinks in the premium cabin. The younger female flight attendant then told me that the cops would be waiting for the passenger on arrival - when in fact, the port police department was never notified, nor was the Norwegian"

Plussat: "The engine purred like a kitten. Seats, free videos, easy access to order drinks & food w tap of your finger. Friendly, courteous greets you w a warm smile. Spacious airplane."
Miinukset: "Norwegian airlines needs to tell their customers that their luggage was left behind in Stockholm. We are exhausted from the long travels & are even more pissed off when multiple customers kept waiting for their luggage. I felt even more horrible to the family that was taking a cruise the next day. Can you believe Norwegian airlines are closed on Sunday. Couldn't talk to customer service until Monday when they opened. Bad customer satisfaction;("

Miinukset: "Boarding process at Arlanda airport in Sweden was a giant confusing mess. Everyone got herded into two different boarding areas and there was little explanation on what was going on."

Plussat: "Seats not good option of games very poor. No drinks no wifi. No phone service at all from entering the plain. Was on the ground before take off for 2 hours with no phone service no internet service . I will never use or recumbent this airlines"

Miinukset: "My 2 year old having to sleep on the seats in the JFK airport. While we wait to see if anyone will help us. Paid for a ticket to Madris Spain, had to connect from PHX, they were having issues so i called in to NWA asking what my options were hours before the flight. The rep told me to call back the next day. I called back once stranded at JFK and the next representative says, because i didnt call prior to 30 minutes before my check in time she statez the pre ious representative notated she advised me. I assure you if she did I would have simply rescheduled for the next flight. The rep goes on to tell me, no, they will not put us on stand by and (her monotone and bluntness and lack of empathy for me flooding money and being stranded was appalling. I am on limited funds with a baby, they dont care that i will be out of thousands of non refundable charges. They don't care that my return flight home is booked from Spain. Not JFK. We are completely screwed here."

Miinukset: "My young daughter was denied a ticketed seat on an 11:30 Norwegian air flight to Oslo, being told that her 10:33 arrival at the gate -- due to multiple protracted delays on earlier connecting flights to get her to the gate -- made her "too late" and the computers would not permit the gate agent to get her on board no matter how much extra she was willing to pay. She was simply told to get the next flight 24 hours later, killing 15% of her vacation. The gate agent said to my hysterical child that she was so sorry for the hours lost in prior connecting flight delays and recognized the plane my daughter was to be on was still one hour from pushback from the gate, but she couldn't overcome the computers having closed out the flight at precisely 60 minutes before scheduled departure so there was nothing a human could do. This is the epitome of machines gone crazy!!"

Plussat: "The Dreamliner was lovely, seats comfortable with enough space The entertainment system was good, easy to use but USA biased of course"
Miinukset: "My expectations were high! So maybe that's why I am so disappointed. Should have been warned as the app is terrible, hardly ever works. OK we were delayed an hour, it happens. The food and drink service was awful. So very average hot meal 2 hours into the flight. Hardly "nice and tasty". If you're going to do the talk you got to deliver. Then nothing for 7 hours! Even trying to get water was not easy. I paid £50 for a bag and this terrible service. We get to Oakland and there's nowhere to dock! We wait 40 mi ms just to get out. More problems at Immigration There's no other flights but it takes over 2 hours go get through. This plane does this flight 4 times a week. Get it sorted. Could have been great. Couldn't recommend this service"

Miinukset: "When I checked in, I asked in London if it was best to take care of Customs for the VAT refund. I was told by ome of your employees to take care of the bags first. Then at customs I was asked to show the items I bought, but my bag was already checked with the items. That suggestion costed me many hundreds of dollars and let me fuming tp be honest."

Plussat: "I've flown with Norwegian quite a few times now, and I'm continually really impressed by how awesome their flight attendants and crew members are! They really go the extra mile to make sure you're comfortable during your flight."

Miinukset: "I think your website is very confusing. I tried to figure out if i had paid for a meal and i couldn't figure that out. When i got on the plane I asked the flight attendant and she said i had and that a lot of people had the same question. I explained that the website and the email confirmation just don't tell you anything."
