Miinukset: "Carry ons are too big! People should not be allowed to bring a piece of luggage inside the cabin. They are very heavy and some people cannot even lift them to place them in overhead compartment. Makes boarding slower and more complicated. Seats need to be a little wider. If a big person sits next"

The gates kept changing. I got up to move to the correct gate at least four times during the night. The next mornings flight was behind schedule as well. I want compensation for my poor delta experience."
Plussat: "First time with AmExp Delta so no baggage fee, zone 1 boarding. seats are fine, newer aircraft, snacks were good and entertainment was good and easy to use. Staff and attendants were friendly p. All good"

Plussat: "All the staff are sincere in serving. It must be a direct result of the great management at the top. If the employees were unhappy and rude that also would be a direct reflection of the management. I use the same flight often and let the staff know I appreciate them."

Not sure how, but even though I bought virgin Australia ticket and flight, I ended up on delta. Terrible sitting, even though after I paid for tickets I was charged extra for more leg room and priority boarding, I got neither, they advertised free texts in flight, it didn't work either."

Miinukset: "Flight was delayed for an hour. That left around less than 30 minutes to on-board. More than 20 people missed their connecting flight too. The staff was way too confused. After asking what are the options no one knows how to reschedule and all kept saying that can only happen once you land to calgary."
Plussat: "Flight was on time, flight crew was kind and helpful, pilot was smooth and kept us informed of the flight status."

Plussat: "The new delta seats are super uncomfortable and zero legroom. When you put the seat back back the butt part goes forward and your knees are crunched in front of you. The cushion also angles down its horrible. They gave a couple rows extra room and now charge more for them while crunching every other seat together."

We got free alcoholic drinks, and big plush seats! We left right on time and got there early! Overall a great experience!"

Thumbs up for KLM crew, planes and Schiphol Airport, though short on staff and a little late everything went smooth, including the flight.
Problems with the in-flight wi-fi (none) and the flight info (none). However, movies worked fine and the selection is exceptional.
The flight that you gave us, JQ7 from Melbourne did not exist. Therefore we had to stay in Melbourne for another 24 hours and find another new route and flights to return to Heathrow. All a strain and stress. Your service to us for the return journey useless. So far, I have not found that you have corrected any of your failings and therefore it could also happen again to others tomorrow, next week, or next month. The return journey was a total disaster.

Miinukset: "One of the senior stewardesses we're very rude. Whether it's her personal opinion or KLM's policy, it's unreasonable to think that a 3 years old child could or should hold her pipi over 20 minutes, while they slowly and inefficiently trying to give out food. Several parents were there with the request to let us through to the toilet with small children and she smiled in our face and said "no, we will finish first and than you can go". She might be not fit for the job anymore, but KLM can't afford this kind of treatment."

The de-planing process could have been better in Buenos Aires - it took a long time before the aero bridge was connected - not the fault of Air France..
It was so helpful to be able to board the plane front and back. It makes it so much faster. It was also helpful announcements were made in French and English. I cannot thing of anything that would have made that short flight better.

Miinukset: "Air France’s apathy towards its customers is shocking. Traveling with three children , our flight was delayed by 3hrs resulting us arriving in Paris after 1AM. With the airport shuttle(CDVAL) to our airport hotel closed, they offered no assistance despite of my request. Simply asked us to take a taxi (when all taxi stands are abandoned at 2AM). Beware if traveling with family."

Miinukset: "Boarding was slow and tedious. People still crowd around the boarding area despite there being row for the zones. Why they don't board from back to front is beyond me. The food was mediocre at best."

My entertainment was broken and they had no solution but giving me $30 to use at the duty free shop the same day as the flighty. I paid extra for premium seating in an exit row and that was their idea of fair compensation. The crew ran out of vegetarian food so I didn’t eat anything but cold stale bread. The crew was non-existent most of the flight."

Miinukset: "The chairs, for whatever reason, after just not that comfortable. Too squishy and they make noise when you adjust your position. I fidget a lot on flights so I felt like I was making a lot of noise. Also the plane didn't have cold air, do you get toasty pretty quick."
Plussat: "The time of the flight was great as well as the arrival time and subsequent connections to Paris. Enjoyed the rather full line of in flight beverages!"
Miinukset: "Leaving late seemingly without reason from Paris - chaotic boarding line in Paris with difficult to hear PA. Seats were ok'ish but than again, it's a 45 minute flight. The sandwich was gross and I'm somewhat known as a person who eats everything!"
Plussat: "Staff was responsive, effective and pleasant; Nice selection of digestifs too. Food was decent and, in airline level, even good."
Miinukset: "The audio system is outdated with unreliable touch-screen that makes it frustrating to navigate."

Miinukset: "It's an a380, stains everywhere, aisles between seats narrow even for business, caos at CDG, no clear queues, ground staff shout at passengers, food selection good but huge gap between describtion and reality, in JFK we waited for 30 minutes cause the docking spot was too narrow for the captain, sky priority? The economy got their bags before 1st and business."

Miinukset: "Our first leg from Paris was delayed and we missed our flight to Dubrovnik. We then had to hire a car and drive 6 hours to ensure we wouldn't lose a day more of our holiday."

Miinukset: "2 crew members, one named Terri were quite rude and short with us. I even heard her say she was ready to get off the flight. She also asked everyone around me if they liked their flight but did not ask me. She basically threw my coffee condiments at me and dismissed my concerns about the food. I was unsure if the fruit was expired and she quickly dismissed my question without any real explanation."

I thoroughly enjoyed the service and attention from the crew from my flight with British Airways. Will try to book with them anytime I can.
Check in catastrophic. Over an hour….in Business Class line. Access to one Lounge had a long, moving queue. Access to the other had a shorter queue, but once inside, an even longer queue to get anything to eat or drink. Arrived at Heathrow T5 on-time, but Passport Control is a disgrace; a national embarrassment. Officious stewards, enormous queues, random barriers, non-working e-Gates and so on
4 of us split across the row with people in between us. Narrow body trans-continental flights just aren't economy class friendly. It was hot, cramped and long.
Plussat: "Only the speed of the flight. The seat was terrible! No pitch, no room, squeezed in like sardines. The crew spent most of their time hawking BA products. Embarrassing."
Miinukset: "More room! It was excruciating, and I am not a large person. The boarding process was chaotic and confused. Took a very long time. The only good part of the flight was that the pilot provided a smooth and quick (thankfully, because the rest was pretty miserable) time in the air. BA has become worse than Ryanair."

Additionally, the connection time at LHR was too short. While we made the flight (having to run) but our bags did not, which was an annoyance."

Miinukset: "I didn't like that it delayed my plans and it was unexpected and they did not inform us until I go to the airport , for 30 minutes in the air we had to wait 6 hours"
Miinukset: "I experienced several delays on my journey to Zurich and so my itinerary was changed. When I started my journey to Madison, there were apparently then multiple bookings, which caused confusion, and had to be sorted out. Luckily I had left plenty of time to get through security and customs."
Miinukset: "Daylight savings. Wrong time. Missed flight. $450 to rebook new one-way. What a nightmare!"

Miinukset: "2 hours stuck on the plane before leaving from London to Columbus, in flight entertainment had to be restarted twice on same flight. I missed my connection to Madrid from Chicago because the airline lost the plane that was already at Chicago. My luggage arrived in Lyon 3 days late and I was never given any information on reimbursement for the clothes and toiletries I had to buy."

Miinukset: "The way that my brand new suitcase was damaged on the flight and BA just said that handles are excluded from bag damage. Thus, they can do what ever they want with your bag's handles, manhandle it and not take any responsibility. My suitcase was clearly damaged by the way it was handled since i booked it in till i received it again and they just said sorry...there is nothing we can do for you!!! Now that is is poor customer service."

Miinukset: "The boarding started late (30 min before supposed departure), took much longer than expected because we needed to use the bus. Then we waited another hour on the tarmac. We were told it would be only a few minutes. Then we were told we would make up for the lost time, but that wasn't true and an additional half hour was lost on a holding pattern at LHR. We missed our connection. The instructions were unclear on what to do (contradiction between flight attendants and ground crew). By the time we picked up new boarding passes, we had already missed that flight as well and had to go to the customer service, which took another 45 min. Flight entertainment didn't work the first hour. There was a high pitched beeping sound during the whole flight (not the regular airplane noise)."
Miinukset: "You charged me for coffe after flying all night"
Plussat: "An air steward called Frank was super cheerful and helpful. Really set a good note to the flight."
Miinukset: "Food was not great. Seat in Traveller Plus is hard and impossible to sleep on. Entertainment system had the same options as in August and the incomplete box sets."
Plussat: "I was amazed by the flavour and quality of the food. As well, having complimentary drinks available anddd to the experience that made it special. I felt that I was treated as a valued client rather than just a person to fill the seat. That you to British Airways for making my travels a high quality experience."
Miinukset: "Not even a drink of water from Rome to London! Things have really changed in the last two years!"
Plussat: "Not much - the entertainment choices were good and the flight was safe and smooth. Plus my bag turned up from Helsinki, Heathrow, Singapore, sydney"
Miinukset: "The biz class seats on BA are just horrible. The biz class service - BA aren’t even trying to match other airlines. A stingy snenities kit and a blanket doesn’t come close to qantas or emerites. The food is an embarrassment - microwave dinners over heated is a a generous description. Crew do as little as possible (they don’t want to be they’ve either)"

Miinukset: "Southwest Airlines style seating with a foldable tray table over a middle seat. Sold as a business class cabin at a high price for an hour and a half flight but we left feeling ripped off. No boarding order and overall chaos boarding. I feel that for the price and being advertised as business class I was taken for a ride so to speak, and not in a good way. This would not qualify as business class on any other airline irregardless of how short the leg was."
Miinukset: "The woman who worked the British Airways desk in Helsinki and checked our bags is not suited for a customer service position. The screens on the British Airways long haul planes are tiny and difficult to operate. A 2,5 h flight where you can't even get water complimentary is appalling. Honestly all of your competitors offer a snack and beverages complimentary even if the flight is only 45 min. The boarding for London to Dallas flight was very confusing and could have been made easier with grouping the boarding instead of tons of people piling up to rush in at once."

Plussat: "The window seat of this plane is so closely placed to the window that you can hardly sit straight up and down. Food is non existent and one drink offered in 4.5 hours is bad service"

Plussat: "Those little cookies were good and that's about it. The second half of this trip was a disaster and the crew, agents, and American Airlines should be ashamed at how they treat people just trying to go about their normal business lives. Makes me wish SouthWest had more flights."

If they would have pulled they faces out of their personal cell phones they might have been able to be helpful. Worst. Attitudes. Ever."

Miinukset: "I would never use American Airlines again. Horrible service at the check-in service at Barcelona Airport. I travel around the world for work and each year I fly to more than 12 international locations but never had a horrible experience like this. My carry-on bag is 21” carry-on bag that I traveled in more than 20 countries for the past 3 years but American Airlines staff members at the check insisted that my carry-on bag does not fit the FAA regulations and they threatened me multiple times when I protested their attitudes. I am an avid traveler and I know my rights as a traveler but the American Airlines staff members were extremely rude and insisted that I have to check-in my carry-on bag. The real issue was that regardless of the size of the carry-on bags, they were forcing almost all passengers to heck-in their carry-on bags a clear indication of money-making scheme. When I protested their attitude, they threatened me saying that I pose a security risk and that they would not check me in but I stabbed my grounded insinuated that my bag fits the FAA regulations. I booked this flight from Bristish Airways and this was a code shared flight, I called British Airways in December 22nd and confirmed the measurements of my carry-on bag but when I told American Airlines about the Bristish Airways, they told me “they don’t care, this American Airlines not British Airways”. It was humiliating, it was disrespectful, and it was unacceptable!!!! At the end, I removed one sweater from carry-on and the issue was resolved but after this experience, I will never never fly with American Airlines and never recommend anyone to use American Arilines especially their Barcelona flights and connections."
Miinukset: "On both segments of the trip American changed my seat which I. I’d not realize until boarding. Way to late to protest. You pay for preferred seating but then get bumped to a lousy seat with no explanation. Likely because I was a single traveler and an American employee wanted my seat. Better not happen on the return flight"

Plussat: "Purser Rockland Albrecht and his crew went out of their way to make our over night flight BA as comfortable as possible. Found us better seats and checked in to see that all was well on a busy flight. Service has certainly improved!"

Miinukset: "Business class, Boeing 767-300 The seating configuration was 1/2/1 I would give these seats on a scale from 1 to 10 a 5, this was a very basic B/C seat, without a TV screen integrated to the seat in front of you, instead the flight crew hand out individual passenger entertainment systems, that are a pain to deal with and get in the way of everything your trying to do (ie eat, work, sleep.) I’m only 5’9 and I found when the seat was in the bed mode, the seat slopped down very slightly, and your feet would end up underneath the side table to the row of seats in front of you. As i wear a size 13 shoe, i found that space to be rather cramped especially for my feet."

Miinukset: "This was a code shared operation. Iberia issued my ticket but flight was operated by American Airlines. That made it difficult to reserve my seat in advance, and impossible (literally!) to reserve a special request meal. Online request wouldn't work so I called Iberia. They said they couldn't reserve the meal, I needed to call American. So I called American, they said they couldn't reserve the meal (even though the plane would be catered by their contracted food service-go figure THAT out!) and I should call the travel agent. Called the travel agent, who said I needed to call Iberia! Apparently no one could (or would) be responsible for my satisfaction. So the message here is: Beware the Code Share!"
