A very special treat that we got two snacks each which were very much appreciated as it was an early morning flight and we didn't get a chance to get breakfasts."
Plussat: "Seats in economy are never comfortable. And someone also reclines their seat. But overall bathrooms were clean and food was good. Really no complaints about the flight itself or the crew!"
Miinukset: "Carry ons are too big! People should not be allowed to bring a piece of luggage inside the cabin. They are very heavy and some people cannot even lift them to place them in overhead compartment. Makes boarding slower and more complicated. Seats need to be a little wider. If a big person sits next"

Miinukset: "The flight was delayed twelve hours and was not given any compensation even though i had to stay the night at the airport with no blanket or pillow and no freebies of any sort. The gates kept changing. I got up to move to the correct gate at least four times during the night. The next mornings flight was behind schedule as well. I want compensation for my poor delta experience."
Plussat: "First time with AmExp Delta so no baggage fee, zone 1 boarding. seats are fine, newer aircraft, snacks were good and entertainment was good and easy to use. Staff and attendants were friendly p. All good"

Not sure how, but even though I bought virgin Australia ticket and flight, I ended up on delta. Terrible sitting, even though after I paid for tickets I was charged extra for more leg room and priority boarding, I got neither, they advertised free texts in flight, it didn't work either."

Miinukset: "Flight was delayed for an hour. That left around less than 30 minutes to on-board. More than 20 people missed their connecting flight too. The staff was way too confused. After asking what are the options no one knows how to reschedule and all kept saying that can only happen once you land to calgary."

Problems with the in-flight wi-fi (none) and the flight info (none). However, movies worked fine and the selection is exceptional.
The flight that you gave us, JQ7 from Melbourne did not exist. Therefore we had to stay in Melbourne for another 24 hours and find another new route and flights to return to Heathrow. All a strain and stress. Your service to us for the return journey useless. So far, I have not found that you have corrected any of your failings and therefore it could also happen again to others tomorrow, next week, or next month. The return journey was a total disaster.

Whether it's her personal opinion or KLM's policy, it's unreasonable to think that a 3 years old child could or should hold her pipi over 20 minutes, while they slowly and inefficiently trying to give out food. Several parents were there with the request to let us through to the toilet with small children and she smiled in our face and said "no, we will finish first and than you can go". She might be not fit for the job anymore, but KLM can't afford this kind of treatment."

The de-planing process could have been better in Buenos Aires - it took a long time before the aero bridge was connected - not the fault of Air France..
It was so helpful to be able to board the plane front and back. It makes it so much faster. It was also helpful announcements were made in French and English. I cannot thing of anything that would have made that short flight better.

Miinukset: "Air France’s apathy towards its customers is shocking. Traveling with three children , our flight was delayed by 3hrs resulting us arriving in Paris after 1AM. With the airport shuttle(CDVAL) to our airport hotel closed, they offered no assistance despite of my request. Simply asked us to take a taxi (when all taxi stands are abandoned at 2AM). Beware if traveling with family."

With the hundreds of dietary and religious food restrictions you would think having a vegetarian option would be much more attainable.. They also didn’t make an announcement about our flight being late."

Miinukset: "Boarding was slow and tedious. People still crowd around the boarding area despite there being row for the zones. Why they don't board from back to front is beyond me. The food was mediocre at best."
Miinukset: "I have never been in a situation were a flight has been delayed due to the co-pilot suffering a knee injury prior to take off. A request for a doctor on board after an hour or so and then having to leave the plane and then re-board after about 40 minutes was quite bizarre."

Miinukset: "Everything. The crew seemed to skip over me and my husband multiple times. So we sat there with garbage the whole flight. My entertainment was broken and they had no solution but giving me $30 to use at the duty free shop the same day as the flighty. I paid extra for premium seating in an exit row and that was their idea of fair compensation. The crew ran out of vegetarian food so I didn’t eat anything but cold stale bread. The crew was non-existent most of the flight."

Miinukset: "The chairs, for whatever reason, after just not that comfortable. Too squishy and they make noise when you adjust your position. I fidget a lot on flights so I felt like I was making a lot of noise. Also the plane didn't have cold air, do you get toasty pretty quick."
Plussat: "The time of the flight was great as well as the arrival time and subsequent connections to Paris. Enjoyed the rather full line of in flight beverages!"
Miinukset: "Leaving late seemingly without reason from Paris - chaotic boarding line in Paris with difficult to hear PA. Seats were ok'ish but than again, it's a 45 minute flight. The sandwich was gross and I'm somewhat known as a person who eats everything!"
Plussat: "Staff was responsive, effective and pleasant; Nice selection of digestifs too. Food was decent and, in airline level, even good."
Miinukset: "The audio system is outdated with unreliable touch-screen that makes it frustrating to navigate."

Miinukset: "It's an a380, stains everywhere, aisles between seats narrow even for business, caos at CDG, no clear queues, ground staff shout at passengers, food selection good but huge gap between describtion and reality, in JFK we waited for 30 minutes cause the docking spot was too narrow for the captain, sky priority? The economy got their bags before 1st and business."

Miinukset: "Our first leg from Paris was delayed and we missed our flight to Dubrovnik. We then had to hire a car and drive 6 hours to ensure we wouldn't lose a day more of our holiday."

Baggage claim was very slow
The flight was three hours delayed and instead of having us wait to board we waited two hours in the plane before take off. For the future if they know connection flights are delayed they should have us wait outside

Miinukset: "I would blame this on myself but had a second incident with CheapoAir. The date was wrong and neither cheapoAir NOR AA would help me to fix it without extravagant fees. Ended up eating the ticket."
Plussat: "The window seat of this plane is so closely placed to the window that you can hardly sit straight up and down. Food is non existent and one drink offered in 4.5 hours is bad service"

Plussat: "Those little cookies were good and that's about it. The second half of this trip was a disaster and the crew, agents, and American Airlines should be ashamed at how they treat people just trying to go about their normal business lives. Makes me wish SouthWest had more flights."
Miinukset: "The agents at the connecting flight were absolutely the worst ever. Management would not even acknowledge who he was or me and didn't care to help in any way. If they would have pulled they faces out of their personal cell phones they might have been able to be helpful. Worst. Attitudes. Ever."

Plussat: "Nothing!!! This was a horrible flight experience!!! I will never use American Arilines again especially their Barcelona connections."
Miinukset: "I would never use American Airlines again. Horrible service at the check-in service at Barcelona Airport. I travel around the world for work and each year I fly to more than 12 international locations but never had a horrible experience like this. My carry-on bag is 21” carry-on bag that I traveled in more than 20 countries for the past 3 years but American Airlines staff members at the check insisted that my carry-on bag does not fit the FAA regulations and they threatened me multiple times when I protested their attitudes. I am an avid traveler and I know my rights as a traveler but the American Airlines staff members were extremely rude and insisted that I have to check-in my carry-on bag. The real issue was that regardless of the size of the carry-on bags, they were forcing almost all passengers to heck-in their carry-on bags a clear indication of money-making scheme. When I protested their attitude, they threatened me saying that I pose a security risk and that they would not check me in but I stabbed my grounded insinuated that my bag fits the FAA regulations. I booked this flight from Bristish Airways and this was a code shared flight, I called British Airways in December 22nd and confirmed the measurements of my carry-on bag but when I told American Airlines about the Bristish Airways, they told me “they don’t care, this American Airlines not British Airways”. It was humiliating, it was disrespectful, and it was unacceptable!!!! At the end, I removed one sweater from carry-on and the issue was resolved but after this experience, I will never never fly with American Airlines and never recommend anyone to use American Arilines especially their Barcelona flights and connections."
Miinukset: "On both segments of the trip American changed my seat which I. I’d not realize until boarding. Way to late to protest. You pay for preferred seating but then get bumped to a lousy seat with no explanation. Likely because I was a single traveler and an American employee wanted my seat. Better not happen on the return flight"

Miinukset: "American Airlines lost my bags and my wife’s bag and give almost zero resolution to the problem. I was told multiple times that it would be at our hotel the next day only to never show up. We Continued to be lied to about our bags."
Plussat: "Purser Rockland Albrecht and his crew went out of their way to make our over night flight BA as comfortable as possible. Found us better seats and checked in to see that all was well on a busy flight. Service has certainly improved!"

Miinukset: "Business class, Boeing 767-300 The seating configuration was 1/2/1 I would give these seats on a scale from 1 to 10 a 5, this was a very basic B/C seat, without a TV screen integrated to the seat in front of you, instead the flight crew hand out individual passenger entertainment systems, that are a pain to deal with and get in the way of everything your trying to do (ie eat, work, sleep.) I’m only 5’9 and I found when the seat was in the bed mode, the seat slopped down very slightly, and your feet would end up underneath the side table to the row of seats in front of you. As i wear a size 13 shoe, i found that space to be rather cramped especially for my feet."

I am sick of looking at fat bald heads during the entire flight. Wifi also sucks."

Miinukset: "There wasn't any in flight entertainment systems and the app they said you need to watch movies wouldn't download. Pretty boring over all"
Plussat: "Great team of flight crew members but boy it will be a long time before I want to travel through London Heathrow again."
Plussat: "Seats were new."
Miinukset: "A lot less leg room than Southwest. Very cramped. Boarding crew in PHX was very uptight and stressed. Not sure why as everything seemed in order."
Plussat: "The actual flight was fine, no surprises. Food was better than average in Economy, crew was very attentive."
Miinukset: "This was a code shared operation. Iberia issued my ticket but flight was operated by American Airlines. That made it difficult to reserve my seat in advance, and impossible (literally!) to reserve a special request meal. Online request wouldn't work so I called Iberia. They said they couldn't reserve the meal, I needed to call American. So I called American, they said they couldn't reserve the meal (even though the plane would be catered by their contracted food service-go figure THAT out!) and I should call the travel agent. Called the travel agent, who said I needed to call Iberia! Apparently no one could (or would) be responsible for my satisfaction. So the message here is: Beware the Code Share!"

Miinukset: "The flight was late leaving and most of the passengers needed to catch connecting flights, so there was some anxiety as the crew didn't have any information as to whether or not we'd be able to connect."

Plussat: "The seat space was good and the flight ended without incident."
Miinukset: "The flight was delayed which happens, but there was no communication as to why or how long it would be or any other information. In flight the crew were barely visible as I had to ask for refreshments and then they brought it around for everyone. Next was cleanup which took way longer before it showed up."
Miinukset: "The plane are old. The over head bends are smaller than any plane built recently. The enteratianment system has issues and the headphone noise comes out blurred (I overheard other people having the same problem), the staff is rude, the food was awful, and I was late arriving on both flights (we never left on time)."
Plussat: "Flights were very good. I was concerned about the buy food on board option but it worked well. The food was good and it cost less than buying in the airport and bringing on board. Using the charge card to pay wend smoothly and seemed not to slow the process at all. Good job Air Canada."

Miinukset: "Air Canada changed this flight to a red eye. And didn't let us know until months later by then we had booked our accommodation they don't allow refunds so we had to go regardless. But let me tell you we would have cancelled if possible"
Plussat: "Take off take off and landings were on time or early."
Miinukset: "I could not find the AC outlet that was supposed to be there. I only noticed under the seat When deplaning."
Miinukset: "This was a terrible flight. We were delayed and rerouted to Toronto but not given enough information. We spent an average for an hour waiting for take off each time."
Miinukset: "serious delays and the staff were not very friendly. Weren't willing to go above and beyond for travellers that had been sitting in airports all day! Probably one of the poorest crews i have encountered on Air Canada."
Miinukset: "Ended up missing this connecting flight to Calgary . Our plane left 45 minutes late from Phoenix because of a gas spill so when we got to Vancouver from Phoenix, we had to go through customs which took extra time. When we first landed in Vancouver and before we even got off the plane, we had 5 minutes to board onto our next flight which obviously was not going to happen. We rushed through customs and still might have been able to board our flight at the last possible minute except the staff at the airport led us to somehow get out of the secure area and have to go through security again before going to our gate. That took so much extra time. This never should have happened. When you get off the plane and have a connecting flight, there is always a way to get to the gate to board without having to go through security again. When we finally made it to our gate for our connecting flight, our plane had left and we were told to go to the air canada service desk. There was about 10 to 15 of us that had missed our connecting flight because of this so the 2 staff at the desk were trying to help us all but had to wait for their manager to come and confirm they could give us another flight which took quite a bit longer than I thought. We ended up getting booked on standby on a flight straight from Vancouver to Saskatoon in 2 hours which was our final destination, but never was told that because of all this headache, we should have grabbed our luggage. We thought our luggage was going to go on without us on the flight we missed but apparently if you do not get on your flight they don’t send your bags which makes sense. We also had thought for a second that maybe our luggage didn’t go on the flight from Vancouver to Calgary but if it didn’t then someone would most likely put it on the flight to Saskatoon. We should have asked about it but they should also have mentioned it when we were in a panic. And I understand you can’t put extra people on a flight that is booked, but what if the plane we were on standby for was full and we had to wait even longer .. could have taken us a day to get home when this wasn’t our fault we missed our flight, but was air Canada’s."
Plussat: "Organised zones for boarding"
Miinukset: "i am à French National ( France) living in UK. After a confusing conversation from the officer not understanding that I was not travelling to France ( assumption) I was asked to show evidence I had the right to enter UK !!!! I explained I lived there permanently ; I was then asked why French hate English so much!!! To which I explained only narrow minded people would believe so and that the style of her comment were not appropriate . I explained my children were half French half British and that her comment was offensive ."
Plussat: "The staff were great!! So friendly and helpful although it was an hour wait to get to customer service she was very helpful in getting me on a flight hours earlier than the one I was booked on. She was very empathetic to the fact I was supposed to be in Calgary at 10:30am and the flight I was booked on wasn't going to get me there until 11:30pm"
Miinukset: "All day I had been reset for flights I were going to miss. When I fianally made it to Toronto and I get put on the 3rd flight to leave for Calgary...thankfully for the last noted above. In the end I missed my ride from the airport and had to rent a car. It made for a very long day!! Although the staff were friendly I just felt shuffled all day"
Plussat: "its was smooth"
Plussat: "Very nice and attentive on board crew Acceptable space and seat comfort in regular economy New and well working entertainment system"
Miinukset: "Boarding process was poorly organized, crew started the passport checks too late and caused delays on the boarding since people were still stuck in the passport lineups when their zone was boarding. All my documents were re-checked despite a "doc ok" stamp from the first go."
Plussat: "Since it was very hard to sleep in the airport due to issues caused by air canada, I slept almost the entire flight."
Plussat: "It was a normal flight. Only one hour."
Miinukset: "Snack options could have been better, only a biscuit."
Plussat: "Liked everything about this new class of service on Air Canada. Seat was comfortable with good recline that didn't interfere with fellow passengers. Food was excellent, entertainment system was well stocked, flight attendants were friendly and high energy. Even got to use lounge and fast-track security lane at Heathrow."

Plussat: "I flew roundtrip to Japan on Air Canada business class. Buying a ticket late, I noticed it was only $500 or so more for business class. We did have to touchdown in Canada coming and going, but short and efficient hops. On the way back, it probably saved time because we were cleared in Canada so arriving back in Philly was like a domestic flight. Great Food and service. The trip to Japan on their new Dreamliner business class featured an amazingly designed pod - super comfortable, lay flat for sleeping, But has good layout and table space if I had wanted to work on laptop. Thumbs up!"

Plussat: "Missed scheduled flight from Toronto to Calgary. The staff at the desk in Toronto were most helpful and kind. A new boarding pass was printed for the next flight and she assured me that my checked luggage would accompany me from Toronto to Calgary. They also printed a boarding pass for my next flight to Lethbridge. On arrival in Calgary flight personnel ask all patrons to remain seated to allow those of us who had a connecting flight to depart first. I certainly appreciated this kind suggestion and it allowed me more time to reach my next departure gate."
Miinukset: "Prior to arriving at the desk I was anxious about missing the flight to Calgary and it was a very long trek in the airport and I had to clear customs and security."
Plussat: "Entertainment was good"
Miinukset: "If you're about to serve continental breakfast it doesn't mean that one little sweet pastry is doing that. Not good!"

Plussat: "The landing of the aircraft was second to none when we landed in Calgary."
Miinukset: "The seats we were sitting in were uncomfortable. There seemed to be a ridge near the back of the seat cushion and it was very uncomfortable for the entire trip."
Plussat: "I approached Air Canada and changed my flight to fly directly from Vancouver to Saskatoon and eliminate several hours of waiting in the airport and another stop."
Miinukset: "I had to pay a change fee."

Miinukset: "The sound quality of the onboard entertainment is shameful espwcially for thisi day and age. The image quality wasn't great either."

Miinukset: "Our 6:30am flight was cancelled without any notice, no phone call, no email to tell us. Took over an hour to get through on the phone to see if we could reschedule to the next available flight"
Plussat: "The service was excellent. Our flight into Calgary was delayed due to bad weather in Newark so we missed our connecting flight. Because of this, the airline payed for our hotel room and for a portion of our meals. Everyone was so helpful and kind when it came to answering our questions and helping us make our experience an easier one."
Plussat: "On time, excellent flight."
Miinukset: "There was only a very limited choice of movies to select from."
Miinukset: "It was late arriving in from TO. We had to pre board due to a handicapped companion and there was no time to settle with all the rest of the passengers shoving to get on due to the lateness. The majority of the flight was through turbulence. No one helped with placing bags for the handicapped in the overhead. They did not call for the wheelchair at arrival nor was there an attendant att arrival to push the chair up the ramp."
Plussat: "Food has to be paid for on board- and the quality is not that great. Friendly staff willing to please"
Miinukset: "Flight was delayed by almost an hour from Calgary to Toronto (technical - computer issue). On the return flight from Toronto, the flight was also delayed (seat issue)."
