Lentojen peruuttaminen ja siirto aiheutti ylimääräistä tressiä ja lisäsi matkakustannuksia mm. Ylimääräisten hotellikulujen muodossa. Momondon käyttämä Tripmonster on nimensä mukainen hirviösysteemi, jonka tiedoittaminen ja etenkin tavoitettavuus on aivan luokatonta tasoa. En enää suostu ikinä ostamaan matkaa Momondon kautta jos he käyttävät Tripmonsteria.

Long drawn out boarding process with multiple delays and unnecessary security checks. No priority for business class passengers. Poor food for business class my remote stopped working mid flight and the attendant suggested I deal with it for the remainder of the flight even though they’re were multiple empty seats in the cabin. Flight crew barely spoke English which shouldn’t happen on a international flight. Overall mediocre for the money I spent. I will stick to Qatar Airways from now on for my travel needs.

We also received care bags with lip balm, socks, slippers and a night mask as well as a toothbrush and toothpaste. The flight did not seem like 12 hours. Thankfully."

We had to sprint from the transit security area, through the crowded main terminal, to gate 705 to our sole connecting flight to Miami. A bus or other form of transportation should be provided to gates that are very far away. We were the last ones to board. Private security staff at the gate prior to boarding the bus to take us to the plane confiscated my Bluetooth headphones under the assumption that they fell under TSA's prohibited electronic devices (which they do not). When on board the plane, I noticed another passenger with similar headphones which were not confiscated- selective enforcement."

We went through more than four security checks and we were only transferring planes in Istanbul. Terminal was short on places to sit and had excessive duty free shopping. Walks in terminal went on for miles. With the flight gate only posted 35 minutes ahead of departure, this was a problem."

Miinukset: "Poor crew service--amazingly slow (my general THY service experience has been great, but in this leg crew did not respond to calls for almost 20-30 minutes). After meals, most people took their own empty trays to return them behind (because the crew had not picked up after 30+ minutes). The meals arrived cold as well. My entertainment set froze after 4 hours in a 13 hours trip, and was not attended to after repeated calls. One conscientious Turkish stewardess was very helpful in the 9th hour (literally), even if the entertainment did not come back on. To top these, I was sandwiched between a teenager on front and teenagers on right, who were loud and generally weird (obviously not the airlines fault). So, it ended up being a mediocre experience overall."

She talked with intonation like I did something wrong and she is thereto discover it. I believe better workplace for her would be to supervise some prisoners, not welcoming guests at international airports. All other officers (including other security control ones) were looking overwhelmed by work flow, but still polite and friendly."

But thankfully, lady who works for American Airlines solved my problem on the phone in couple of minutes easily. After that, when we were boarding to the aircraft, there was a cabin attendant lady. She came to us and ask me and my mother if we can talk English.I answered her with yes we can, but she demands to talk with my mother. And English is not her native language, but it doesn't prove that she doesn't know it. She tried to ask questions to her like, "where were you today?" so we couldn't really understand the reason for her to ask those questions in the first place. So we couldn't really say anything. While we were talking about my mother's English, the all aircraft was watching us, and trying to figure out what was going on. After all, she made us to sit there and wait her to replace us with other passengers. We waited the whole aircraft to be seated, then she took us to another seat with my mother. I can understand that it is her job but I'm not sure, if it had to be that much discomfort. We got pretty upset about it and it affects our flight quality. Plus, while cabin crew serving beverages, they didn't really ask us anything. We needed to call them for our order. To be honest, I would never flight with Delta. It was a disappointment."

We were traveling with others who were on a connecting flight to Newark and were delayed. SAS were so helpful in getting them another flight Flight attendants were helpful and friendly. Plane was spotless and comfortable. Food was horrible.
This is NOT a review for SAS or Kayak. It's a review for their booking service Chat Deal. I booked a flight via Kayak thru Chat Deal on SAS. Chat Deal incorrectly put my business name on the ticket, picking it up from the credit card, instead of my name which I had properly filled out on their form and proofed it carefully at checkout. That took an act of God to correct. Then, unfortunately, I failed my Covid test and couldn't board the flight to Sweden from Maimi. SAS stated I had to go thru the booking service for credit. Chat Deal was horrible to deal with and offered no help. They said my only option was to re-book. The problem with that is my trip was for a business meeting. I have no reason to fly to Sweden again as this was a one-time thing. Chat Deal had no interest in trying to resolve my issue. They say phone calls are monitored for quality purposes? Then listen to my recorded calls and judge for yourself if you want to use them. I like Kayak as a search engine, but they should remove Chat Deal from their roster of booking providers. I suspect SAS is a fine airline, but they should remove Chat Deal as well. I should have read their reviews before booking through them. The writing was on the wall. My bad.
Flight was delayed, changed to a different time and extra stops. Extra 5 hours without food provided on flight at all.
SAS seems to like setting up flights that aren't ready to take off and then causing passengers to have to go through multiple transfers to get to their destination. The transfers also don't include the upgrades you paid for previously if their with a different airline. It is better to pay the extra hundred or so dollars to fly with an actual proper airline like Air France. Expect surprises if going with SAS.
Everyone boarded and then we sat for well over an hour with occasional updates from crew that the airport was slow loading luggage. It's hard to believe the airline or airport are serious about COVID prevention when they deliberately leave customers in crowded conditions. First international flight I've had where passengers were charged for beer, wine, and even water.

So that was pretty annoying..."

Finnair says its operated by american airlines and american says its operated by Finnair, so they’ll decided to give me ZERO answers to all my needs. Shockingly poor service in every sense
Heathrow boarding is a disaster. Gate was not posted until 20 minutes before boarding. We had to run thru Terminal 5 to a train where crowds were waiting. We were seriously crushed boarding the train to the next terminal. When we arrived at the gate, we had to walk down three flights of stairs to board a bus. The bus drove for ten minutes to a waiting plane where we had to climb up stairs with our bags to board the plane.

Tuntui kuin lentokenttävirkailijat olisi olleet TET-harjoittelussa. Ongelma ei tietty ole Finnairin henkilökunnassa vaan Münchenin kentän virkailijoissa. Oli kuin kaikki olisivat ensimmäistä päivää töissä. Todella heikkoa toimintaa.
Henkilökunta oli ihan ystävällistä. Koneeseennousu oli hidas. Tarjottavat ovat nolla-arvoisia, vain lasi vettä ilmaiseksi, ei ole toimiva konsepti ollenkaan.
Ostettiin lentolippu yhdessä, ei siis pitänyt olla epäselvää, että ollaan pariskunta. Meidät kuitenkin sijoitettiin istumaan koneessa kauas toisistamme. Pärjäämme toki itsenäisesti, mutta moinen homma vaikuttaa lähinnä kiusanteolta. Eikä suinkaan asiakaspalvelulta. Terveiset siis Finnairille tai muille, jotka olivat järkkäilleet istumapaikat.
Finnair siirsi lentomme vuorokaudella eteenpäin. Ilmoitus tuli tuntia ennen koneen lähtöä kun oli jo toimitettu matkalaukut koneeseen ja tultu turvatarkastuksesta läpi ja odoteltiin koneeseen nousua lähtöportilla. Käsittämätöntä, tieto ylibuukkauksesta oli varmasti tiedossa paljon aikaisemmin. Kari ja Marja Alatyppö
Palvelu oli erinomaista, kone oli siisti ja aikataulut pitivät hyvin. Ihan pieni suma syntyi koneeseen noustessa kun eri boarding-ryhmät sumppuuntuivat putkeen. Pieni tauko boarding-ryhmien välissä olisi tehnyt siirtymästä vielä asteen sujuvamman.

Kone oli kolme tuntia myöhässä.... Meitä pompoteltiin portilta toiselle. Ilmastointi oli olematon.
Finnair on lentoyhtiönä nykyään aivan perseestä! Siirtävät esim lentoja 2 päivällä eteenpäin eivätkä kerro matkustajille edes syytä! Laitoin kyselyä asiakaspalveluun jo maaliskuussa 2022 ja lentomme oli 27.5 ja en ole vieläkään saanut vastausta miksi lentoa siirrettiin.
Lento myöhässä 9h ja lähtö seuraavan vuorokauden puolella. Ei mitään tietoa finnairilta kuinka toimitaan, miten yöpyminen hoidetaan, mitä korvataan jne. Surkea suoritus.
Asiakkaita suositellaan menemään kentälle hyvissä,ajoin, mutta finskin lähtöselvitys ja bag drop portit avautuvat, aina, liian myöhään. (munchen)

Edelleen toivoisin edes kahvia maksutta, Air France osaltaan tarjoaa jopa pientä syötävää ja muuta juotavaa.
Koneen kapteeni ei kertonut mitään muuta lennosta kuin lähtiessä lennon kesto. Olisin halunnut tietoa esim lentoreitistä.
Finnair arpoi edellisenä iltana check-in:ssä mieheni riville 29 ja minut riville 16 eikä näitä voinut muuttaa. Finnair rahastaa kaikesta, vaikka ei tietääkseni ole ’halpalentoyhtiö’. Mustikkamehumukillinen on ainut, mikä kuuluu hintaan. Menolennolla KLM tarjosi suolaisen ja makean välipalan kaikkine juomineen (kahvi, mehu, virvoitusjuoma, olut, viini). Kännykän voi ladata. For free.
Nopeaa toimintaa, kaikki sujui hyvin.
Matkatavaratietomme puuttuivat järjestelmästä. Turhaa vaivaa moisesta asiasta. Valitin suoraan Finnairille.
Kaikki toimii suunnitellusti, ruokaa tai viihettä en käyttänyt.

Lähtöselvitys hidas vimeisimmillä tuli kiire lähtöportille
Check-in jonoa oli aamulennolla, mikä on pienellä lennolla ymmärrettävää. Kaikki muu toimi mainiosti.
Teneriffan matkaselvitys tosi hidas ja ruuhkainen
Henkilökunnan ystävällisyys oli hyvää, mutta pienille reittilennoille Suomen sisällä olisi mukavaa saada pikku suolaista.
Kun Finnair ei tarjoa muuta kuin mehua ja vettä niin olisi mukavaa että edes voisi ostaa jotain vähän laadukkaampaa syötävää kuin nuudeleita!
Lähtö myöhästyi 55min. Oli lähellä että olisimme odottaneet 1,5h koneessa, mutta saivat uudelleenreitityksen.
Henkilökunta oli tosi ystävällistä ja muutenkin koko koneessa oli hyvin rauhallinen tunnelma. Tosin kone oli hyvin vajaa.
Erinomaiset ja viihdyttävät lentäjät mutta lento lähti myöhässä

Not the best crew. Extremely annoying with mask wearing. Even when I was eating and drinking they would come up to you to tell you to wear your mask. Extremely annoying.

I also paid extra to be in the exit row, to have people constantly congregating in front of us.The food was also mediocre."

Plussat: "There is a nothing to mention that was memorable or comfortable."
Miinukset: "I asked for an upgrade as we are on our honeymoon. The ground staff only wanted to get us on the plane and not try in anyway to recognize us. Our seats were very poor quality, you should immediately replace them! I would have rather stood than sit on the flight. The in flight entertainment is so poor. Absolutely disappointing especially with the head sets not working because of poor ports of connection. The food was absolutely tragic. You should fire your catering company. I expect more from your airline and I was disappointed all the way through. I hope you can provide my wife and I better service and an upgrade when we fly back to Washington DC on Flight AF 0054 from CDG to IAD. I work in the luxury hotel sector, and even the door men and room attendants have more autonomy to wow our guests. Flying AF does not want me to spend any more money with your airline in the future."
Plussat: "The crew and the food were great!"
Miinukset: "The seats weren’t very comfortable. You could tell the plane was a little dated. There was no WiFi and nowhere to charge your devices."
Miinukset: "The conditions were very cramped. The entertainment system was quite old and had very little selection. My entertainment system actually stopped working all together. I called for assistance from my seat a couple of times, but nobody came."
Miinukset: "2 hours delays from LAX to CDG then additional two hours delay from CDG to CAI, this is disappointing"

Miinukset: "When I purchased my flight ticket , I purchased with a checked bag (23 kg /50 #) how ever ( who will fly to Ukraine with a 10kg suitcase) I booked for a KLM flight , they used (partener airlines ) when I arrived to LA I flew with Delta , they checked my Suitcase at no cost all the way to my final destinations , that was expected ! When I was going to return , they made me payed 120 dollars ( in Kiev , Ukraine (UIA) , I was very disappointed and I really will love an explanation about all this !"
Plussat: "1. The flight attendant staff was very polite and cheerful. 2. The plane was clean and comfortable."
Miinukset: "1.The entertainment monitor did not function well enough to be able to watch. 2.The headset only function on one ear. 3. You could not hear announcements over the PA system"

Miinukset: "Long delays to go through security screening and then further delays as the plane was still being fueled at departure time."
Plussat: "The only thing that I like about the flight was that it was easy to boarding"
Miinukset: "The food was not heat correctly it was cold and I felt that the crew rush to give out the food. The seats are terrible, if the person in front of you reclines you won’t be able to see the screen if your watching a movie and you will see the top of the persons head."
Plussat: "Friendly crew, good meal and entertainment"
Miinukset: "Boarding agent forced me to check in my carry-on even though the carry-on fit in the cage and fullfilled all the requirements. I specifically called Air France prior to the flight to make sure I won’t have any issues as my 1st flight was operated by Delta and I wanted to confirm the luggage requirements were the same. My carry-on weighted only 5 kilos. I was extremely upset the way I was treated w/ the boarding agent behind the counter in Prague. On the top of that, her and the supervisor were very rude to my mom as they told her she had an extra carry-on which wasn’t the case. She traveled w/ a small briefcase where her mask for sleep apnea was. This is not considered an additional carry-on. The boarding agent (Czech lady and her supervisor) were not only rude but obviously lacked knowledge as well. My carry-on suitcase would easily fit in the overhead bin plus there was plenty of space inside the plane as it the flight wasn’t completely full."

Plussat: "1. Entertainment - Decent movie selection. I wished the angle of the screen in economy could be adjustable as well. Turkish Air does it better. Once the seat ahead of me reclines I dont have too much hope of saving my eyes from the awkward angles."
Miinukset: "1. Boarding - Learn from maybe Turkish Air who allocate people zones based on where you are seated in the plane. People seated all the way in the back should be allowed to board first and fill the plane back to front. Makes it less likely for you stand around waiting for people as well people all the way in the back making contact with every possible human already seated in the aisles. 2. Comfort - Window seats are too hot, middle aisle seats are too cold 3. Thankfully they do have halal offering. Now if they will even let me choose that I am allergic to seafood. Glad for the chicken. Nothing to boast about."
Miinukset: "Flight was delayed, seated in the last row and non adjustable seating, so very little leg room. Dis-enbarkment was very slow."
Plussat: "From the boarding, to the friendly hostesses to the food and the business class seat, I was impressed all the way. My first time to fly Air France business to the US and it was great. I recommend it!"
Miinukset: "I just expected better toilet bag for business but what was given out was just basic."
Miinukset: "Airplane delay to take off 1 unknown reason After landing in Paris 50 min sitting inside airplane moving around Late for flight transfer. Sitting in Paris airport 5 hours. Customer service no working. Never fly Air France anymore !"
Plussat: "Food has improved a lot on business class. Meals are more creative."
Miinukset: "Water bottles not given out unless ou ask for it. Crew needs to better trained with how to handle business class..."
Miinukset: "1/ the transfer crew needed 50 mn to enter my son’s visa number in her computer and she almost let us miss our flight 2/ we were separated (party of 3, my son being 5 YEARS OLD) - how can they allow a boarding and expecting my 5 year old to do a 10 hours flight BY HIMSELF???? 3/ no kids menus, even if I had ordered it before 4/ food in general was very mediocre 5/ crew was unprofessional and they acted bored"

Miinukset: "Boarding process is total chaos Took 40 mins to.check in at desk , pre ordered for wheelchair Never showed ...total zoo Beds advertised as lie flat bu they are NOT 180 degree flat , legs hang down - bad for circulation"
Miinukset: "Plane was canceled at the last minute with a transfer desk literally assaulted by 100s of people. Only 3 persons on the desk. No lane for sky priority. Queued for nearly two hours before some airport employee gave us instructions to travel by train without any other information or tickets etc. Had to buy my ticket. Couldn’t recuperate my suitcase. Had to wait for it the next day for three hours. Up to this hour I don’t know how I am going to be reimbursed (train and plane)."

Plussat: "You can't go wrong with delta when it comes to customer satisfation. It's the primary reason I'm okay with paying extra money for delta flights"
Plussat: "The time of the flight was great as well as the arrival time and subsequent connections to Paris. Enjoyed the rather full line of in flight beverages!"
Miinukset: "Leaving late seemingly without reason from Paris - chaotic boarding line in Paris with difficult to hear PA. Seats were ok'ish but than again, it's a 45 minute flight. The sandwich was gross and I'm somewhat known as a person who eats everything!"
Plussat: "Premium Economy on AF Boeing 777 on this route is not "a little less than Business", but rather "a little more than Economy". Seats, in a 2-4-2 configuration, are hard but OK, as well as the pitch. Good screens and entertainment."
Miinukset: "With the main meal, AF serves only "ordinary wine", This looks and tastes cheap. On the same route and class, Vietnam Airlines serves premium wines, a nice touch that would not cost fortunes to AF! Also, the "Asian" choice for the main course did not look and taste like the real thing."
Plussat: "Service was much better than on the flight from MIA to CDG 3 weeks before - that was very poor. Entertainment was excellent - great selection of movies. Premium Economy was definitely worth the upgrade cost."
Miinukset: "Boarding was a complete debacle - no control over who went where. Sky Priority line was full of 50 people who weren't Sky Priority, and there was only one person checking passports. The two people at the desk didn't care when I noted this. We were called to the desk in advance of boarding to check passport information. When we got to the check in line, we were taken aside for more passport checking, even though we are US citizens with Trusted Traveler status in the GOES program. We were one of the first people at the departure lounge, and one of the the last to board."
Plussat: "Not much"
Miinukset: "Plane late departing allegedly because of cleaning the plane, but why was the cleaning done that late? Also, ground crew remarkably uninformed about what was going on in the plane. Poor communication between plane and ground crew. No explanation from pilot as to continuing reason for delay even after we boarded. Departure time, 1.00 pm, boarded at 1.10, actual departure time 1.45, causing me to almost miss my connection and definitely causing my bags to miss the connection."
Plussat: "Lovely crew, clean toilets"
Miinukset: "It's an a380, stains everywhere, aisles between seats narrow even for business, caos at CDG, no clear queues, ground staff shout at passengers, food selection good but huge gap between describtion and reality, in JFK we waited for 30 minutes cause the docking spot was too narrow for the captain, sky priority? The economy got their bags before 1st and business."
