I didn't pay a few hundred dollars extra for this."

Miinukset: "The seats don't recline very far and on the a380 the window is a very long way from the seat making it impossible to lean against. - so difficult to get a reasonable test. The food was not great. Perhaps not qatar's fault(?) but we bought duty free alcohol in Brussels and took as carry on then after a layover in Doha we were advised Australian regulations prohibited us from taking it on board for the final leg - even though it was still sealed in the duty free bag. We were forced to check it protected only by some lightweight clothing and a thin back pack we had been using as cabin luggage. Fortunately it made it undamaged - but it would be better if we had been informed of this at Brussels."

Once the boarding began, someone, I presume the gate agent, essentially gave a countdown to hhow many minutes were left until the flight could have an "on time departure". I travel nearly every week so I value being on time. However, a minute by minute call to hurry up on a flight that was sold out was over the top. There was mumbling among the passengers, to the point of someone joking "Free cookies and water if we make it on time?" Just a bad gate experience, but bad enough that peopoe were commenting, and I waited for someone from the cockpit to del\part so I could mention it to them."

I never again i would took Delta because I call a day before my departure to see if they would help me changing my flight by morning and they couldn’t they told me that i have to pay $300 dollars."

Miinukset: "For the amount of passengers boarding, they started the boarding process way too late which resulting in a delay taking off. The entire boarding process felt sloppy, disorganized, and hectic. They allowed passengers to board that were seated at the end of the plane while some 1 was boarding, causing tons of congestion. The boarding process was the slowest I have ever experienced in all the flights I’ve been on. The crew was ok, but slightly snappy/rude like typical New Yorkers. The flight from ft. Lauderdale to New York was much more pleasant."

Miinukset: "Delta employee who drive shuttle to connection stopped to drop off a passenger and proceed to chat w other workers thereby getting me to my gate late and missing my connection and getting me to Florida almost 3 hours later than planned. Agents at desk in JFK were rude. There was another Delta employee also on the shuttle who was the only one who seemed to show concern. He alerted the driver, called the boarding gate and led me to it."

Plussat: "I felt the entire flight crew was there to make my trip more pleasant. The plane was new and had free video and usb outlets to charge my devices."

Plussat: "Many passengers did not have seat assignments and we also ran out of over head storage resulting in many additional bags to be checked at the gate(mine included) but the crew and staff at the desk inside laguardia work quickly and efficiently to get everyone boarded and we ended up landing 15 minutes early."
Miinukset: "Seating was extremely cramped and the in flight wifi quality was poor, couldn't even watch an hour long movie (on a 2+ hour flight) because of the amount of buffering."

Miinukset: "Flight was scheduled to leave early, the plane arrived, but they couldn't turn the plane around fast enough. We left the gat late, then pilot said we would still be arriving half an hour early. We arrived about 45 minutes late, and that was a problem because our connecting flight was due to depart now in 15 minutes. Lightning forced the airport to shutdown, which was great, we had a chance to catch our flight, but we were stuck in the airplane, and we couldn't get to our gate until the all-clear. I know this is not Delta's fault, but they did arrive quite late on a flight that, according to them, would be early. They also never communicated to the other flight that there were several passengers catching that connection. So by the time we had ran to catch our connection they had closed the ramp. Lightning hit again, and they shutdown the airport once again, so the airplane was still at the gate for about an hour, and they did not allow the 20+ passengers to board that plane, which was right there. So frustrating. The only thing that saved it was that our new flight was the new airbus, and although it left an hour and a half later, the comfort level was phenomenal."

Miinukset: "When we arrived in LGA, the luggage conveyor belt was broken and luggage was piled up and driven to another terminal. As a result half of our luggage did not arrive on our flight but arrived on subsequent flight. However, one bag was nowhere to be found and Delta staff could not clarify the issue. They did find it next day and delivered to the FLL airport, but we had to get a cab and go to the airport to pick-up as we could not take a chance of it not making it to us before the cruise departure. I am extremely disappointed"

Our Izmir-Munich flight was delayed so much that we missed our connecting flight. We stayed here over-night. Today we were on stand by, but there was no room on today’s flight. We’re now stuck here. Lufthansa has been very unhelpful. How long we’re going to be stuck here? It’s absurd. I had to be at work today.
Bing comfortable on the seats. But there were too many people . But need to work the customer service and translation..

Miinukset: "I would highly recommend both Lufthansa and Austrian adjust their entertainment systems. They seem not to weight much the top films with, say 75% Rotten Tomatoes reviews or higher. Even if there were fewer options for cost reasons, I would think they'd still have more watcher enjoyment. Rather than pad the list with the likes of Boss Baby or Going out in Style or even a mediocre 60% offering in the Fast and Furious franchise. Wonderful crew, though, can't say enough about how polite and attentive they are."

Plussat: "Crew worked hard to make the journey pleasant, including the second crew for my connection to New York JFK, a much longer flight. Even some of the food was edible."
Miinukset: "At the boarding que there was a Lufthansa employee singling out carry on bags for gate check, when they would clearly fit in the overhead. She addressed me and others in a curt and arguably rude tone of voice and mannerisms. No further instruction was given for the gate check process, hence I rolled the small suitcase to the entry of the aircraft, where the Purser asked why I would wish to check the bag. When I recounted the story, he chuckled and said, bring it aboard, there is no reason to check that bag."

There was already a group forming a line at zone 4 for a good 15mins and another group created another line just 5mins before boarding and the 1st group had to re-queue. A few of us voiced out to the floor crew but they did nothing. Earphones. Could be supplied first since the flight is suffisent for a movie.

Miinukset: "Poor timing - no reason for a 40 minute delay at take off (plane was fully boarded in time) Old aircraft, shabby, dirty and cramped seats. Coming from my connecting flight from Barcelona, I could clearly tell the different in the quality (and cleanliness) of the aircrafts."

Miinukset: "Delayed flight, horrible baggae policy when the flight is actually operated by a partner of the company you bought the ticket from and not the actual company. Dirty seats, no in-flight entertainment whatsoever (not even a magazine)."
Plussat: "He missed it due to having a 32 minute layover, which he ran all the way to board."
Miinukset: "he had no choice but to look at the closed door of his flight, and wait an additional 7 hours and they didn't even give him a voucher for food. I'm his mother, I'm currently visiting family in Scotland, so couldn't help him much. I'm pretty disgusting and disappointed by the whole experience."

Outstanding service Boarding at the gate was a bit crazy. The gate seating area was small and they boarded the back of the plane and business and eurobonus at the same time which got crazy and very tight. Otherwise SAS is a great airline and service.
When we arrived at the airport yo check-in, the airline had completely different information than we had booked. They even had us flying on a different day. They were able to make it work but we had a very anxious hour while they worked to correct the error.
Passengers boarded and then sat for well over an hour with occasional messages from crew that airport was still loading luggage. If airline/airport was serious about COVID they could have let us stay an hour in the terminal. First international flight I've had where passengers were charge for wine, beer, and even water.

The beverage selection was finominal. The cleanliness of the plane and restrooms, although the handle for one of the restrooms fell off the door."

Miinukset: "Late leaving, when boarding in CPH had to wait in extremely hot area once past the desk where our boarding passes were scanned and then the area where we had to queue just prior to boarding the plane was glass and therefore extremely hot. The worst issue was that there was one family with extremely loud children with the parents doing nothing. I saw a steward way up the plane looking down at them at one stage while serving another passenger but she did nothing. I like children but this was constant with the father actually encouraging the children to make more noise once he realised that other passengers were annoyed. There were plenty of other children on the plane who were behaving. Although SAS staff were aware of this they did nothing to ensure the comfort of the other passengers. One friend of mine stood for about 40 minutes at the back of the plane and another for about 20 minutes to get away from this constant noise as it was so loud and persistent. I had to listen to music to block it out.SAS staff should have intervened because this was very loud and as I have said constant i.e. every few seconds for most of the flight."

Miinukset: "When I booked the flight, it did not say that I was not allowed to check any bags. My wife and I had one each, and it costed us €140 total to bring the luggage. If I had known there was a slightly more expensive ticket that would have allowed us to check a luggage each, I would of course have chosen that. Very poor information provided."

Also we weren't given the choice of what to have for our meals and were merely handed our food. Lastly, the flight was very, very uncomfortably warm."

Plussat: "The plane was well kept and the entertainment system worked well with enough choice. The crew was average: no problems."
Miinukset: "The (transatlantic) flight was delayed 8 hours and the only compensation received was 175DKK for lunch. Had to stay in the airport over 11 hours due to this delay and had already had a 16 hour layover from the day before. I realize that unexpected delays may occur, particularly in cases where passenger safety is in question, but delays of more than 5 hours cause major inconvenience and I felt stuck in the airport with my bags and having checked out of my hotel room already. Just compensating for lunch is not enough. In the future a partial reimbursement for the flight, access to the priority lounge or a more comfortable facility such as a hotel would provide the passengers with compensation proportional to the inconvenience."
Plussat: "Easy flight, nice crew members, no issues had here"
Miinukset: "My luggage didn't show up for five days of a 7 day trip from a direct flight! SAS was completely useless by phone, email, and Facebook.... They set up a phone line that nobody monitors and had my luggage in-country for days before even sending someone to deliver it"
Miinukset: "8 years ago on similar flight from Lax to got, we had to retrieve checked bags in Sto, and then go through security. It was not clear at all on this trip if it was the same. SK agent at lax seemed unsure, Arlanda customer service agents at baggage in Arlanda also seemed unsure. We then learned from another airport worker at baggage they would go all the way through. It is very important to know since turn around time is very short, and I almost missed flight 8 years ago, and bags did miss it last time. Tks"

Miinukset: "I was sitting next to a special needs man and the crew was extremely unhelpful towards him. He should not have been flying alone and they did not help him at all. When you handed out the customs form he told the stewardess he needed help and she ignored him. When I pressed the call button for him it took someone 35minutes to come back and then she told him she would help him after dinner. I pressed a call button the second time to help him find something and again it took over 30 minutes for someone to come back to us. If there was a real emergency this delay would have been a huge problem. The stewardess was extremely rude in general."
