They broke my hang luggage
The airplane seems to be in good shape. The crew member aren’t as welcoming as they’re in other European airlines. It’s hard to understand the flight attendants when they speak English.

Plussat: "A quick, quiet and relaxing flight - no stress at all. The flight was uneventful. My carry on bag had to be stored in the bottom of the aircraft as the overhead lockers in the aircraft are small. As such - just before you board the aircraft, you place your carryon bag at the bottom of the steps and then when you get off at your destination, you collect your carry on bag at the bottom of the steps - no time wasted and worked easily."
Miinukset: "The English announcements were a little hard to hear/understand as the flight attendant read it so fast - but then again - it was a short flight - so every second counts :-)"
Plussat: "Cabin crews are kindley attended."

Miinukset: "Delayed flight from Milan to Barcelona caused us to miss the connecting flight and we were stuck in Spain for the night. Will not get back to US for another 2 days."
Miinukset: "I wish there was a bigger selection of movies and tv-shows to watch."
Plussat: "Iberias actual flights are always excellent from the crew, entertainment, food, and all the way up to the pilots smooth landings."
Miinukset: "Short flight so no type of entertainment or drink/food service."
Miinukset: "No free food or drink was offered."
Miinukset: "Arbitrarily the British Airways agents at the gate would decide what carry-on would have to be checked as cargo. It had nothing to do with the size as they explained, just they thought the flight was too full and needed to send some carry on to cargo. We had a tight train connection to Granada and didn’t want to miss it waiting for luggage. If it would have been returned at the jetway it wouldn’t have been a problem."

Miinukset: "Being told that we could not bring cabin luggage on board with us when there were empty seats and luggage space around us."

Miinukset: "The USB connector in my seat didn’t work"

Plussat: "The captain and the entire crew handled an accident very professionally. Seats in economy class were much more comfortable than the ones on my previous, rotten BA52 flight."
Miinukset: "We get to the runway, wait 10 minutes and go back to the terminal. The captain announces an engine failure. Maintenance inspects the leaking engine, do something and declare it fixed. 2 hours delay and my nerves a bit shaken during take off. We arrived safely."
Plussat: "The boarding process was excellent and efficient. I liked it."
Miinukset: "There was no free food and no entertainment. That was very disappointing."

Miinukset: "Even though there were rows of empty seats we were assigned the very last row. The flight attendants were clanging and banging right behind us though there was no food or drink service. The seats are too close together leaving no leg room for this six footer to sit with any comfort level. We won't do that again."
Plussat: "We flew like we were on a business class service, excellent crew, nice offer of meals, comfortable seats and flawless journey. If you are given the chance to upgrade to Premium, do it."
Miinukset: "Short selection of subtitles for videos. Catalogue not bad but could be improved"
Plussat: "We arrived on time and safely."
Miinukset: "Like everyone says, you are cattle jammed in a sardine can. Barely any leg room and I’m 5’3. Other thoughts: the plane was old, my seat had a lump in it, zero entertainment, food was over priced. (3 Euro for a tiny water). This may seem petty but ultimately the appearance and function of the plane represents their company as a whole. From my first impressions, I’m thinking as a passenger is: I just hope the age and appearance of the plane isn’t reflective of their repairs and maintenance work as well."
Plussat: "Dinner was good. Sandwiches and breakfast are just bread"
Miinukset: "Crew could pretend to be nicer"
Plussat: "Check in personnel were able to place me in the 3rd row where the seat pitch was poor but not as bad as the rows farther back. Wheelchair helpers were very efficient and friendly."
Miinukset: "This was return part of my journey. The LHR to MAD leg of my journey was extremely painful. I was unable to pay online or on the phone to upgrade the short leg of my return trip without raising cost of my whole trip from USD $1250 to over USD $4000! Also was not able to choose seats ahead of time online or on the phone. Even in the 3rd row it was difficult to fit my thigh length in the seat pitch. I had to sit with my legs splayed and with one leg in the aisle. My leg was constantly hit by luggage, pax, and cabin crew. It is critical to me that I can physically fit into the space between my seat and the one in front. With the short seat pitch emergency evacuation would be very difficult for me and the other pax. Since I need a wheel chair I can no longer request the exit row as I have done for 45 years."
Miinukset: "We were delayed two hours after boarding while the ventilation system was repaired. Some people got water...others not. We were the one not given water."
Miinukset: "Connecting flight by the same airline put us only 10 mil late. The plane was still at the gate, but they did not let 15+ of us on board and left. We had to wait for 2 hours at a very unfriendly customer service to get placed on another flight."
Miinukset: "Slow service by the flight attendants; poorly stocked food options. perhaps it’s a European thing with budget airlines but to pay for water is unacceptable."
Plussat: "Read my experience in the disliked comment.. and you will understand why there's nothing to like about this trip"
Miinukset: "I know this is a budget airline, but the customer service was beyond terrible. Originally when I booked this flight, expected departing time was at 14:30 and I booked an earlier flight in accordance with Iberia. We had a connecting flight from Lisbon to Barcelona with Vueling (coshare of Iberia) which was expected to arrive at 12:00. However, it was an hour late. In addition, Vueling insisted we volunteer to check in our carry on bags due to lack of overhead compartment space. Yet when we got on the flight, there was evidently enough space. Thus, while waiting for our baggage, our flight to Oakland was already on last call. We explained our situation to Iberia and their customer service would not help us. They refused to cover the cost of our flight and stated we needed to purchase another flight out of pocket, which was quoted to be $1100+/person! Save your time and money and book with another airline."
Plussat: "It was fine, nothing special"
Miinukset: "The internet was very, very expensive! $35 for very very slow internet that didn't work half of the time. Also, before I departed from the US, the customer service rep at JFK made me purchase a refundable plane ticket for $2500, and charged me a non refundable fee of $35 for booking the flight for me ( I asked how to do it via the Iberia website on my phone and she refused to help me, and the website makes it extremely not obvious how to book a refundable flight). She said because my flight was one way to Europe I had to have an onward flight, even though I was traveling by car outside of Europe. She said that they would ask me for it at customs when I arrived in Europe. Well they have never asked me for this before, and they did not ask me this time either when I arrived, so this whole exercise was pointless. When I called to get my ticket refunded, they also charged me a $25 fee for refunding the ticket, which the agent in NY did not tell me about. So I just ate $60 for no reason. In addition, the customer service person was very rude about the whole thing."
Miinukset: "The crew is so rough, never smiling, and speaking very poor English. Well, it was Iberia, and they are famous for that. When the Spanish company will address the fact that customer service should be their top priority is still to be seen."
Miinukset: "Wasn't informed about this being an American airlines flight. No prior information given. Restroom in the plane was dirty and smelly. Did not give me a landing card even when told that I don't have a UK passport."
Miinukset: "Despite seeing a crew bring 3 pieces of luggage to the plane, since the cargo was closed they turned around and 1 of those was my luggage which arrived a day later. The flight was late departing and then required to circle the airport and then the luggage did not make it."
Plussat: "Seat location"
Miinukset: "Staff was slow. Dirty food tray left at seat for over an hour. Food was terrible"
Plussat: "On time, great service"

Plussat: "Check in was easy"

Miinukset: "Left late, rude crew, very uncomfortable experience"
Plussat: "Seats were surprisingly good, even though we could only get two center seats. There were no available business class seats, but now I'm glad I saved the expense as the economy seating was quite comfortable. They took good care of us with food and comfort, and the time passes with plenty of movies to watch."
Miinukset: "Can't help it, but Heathrow is just so big, and requires extensive walking, bussing from one terminal to another, then underground trains, and waiting at the C gates which don't offer the range of restaurants that the main terminal does. But we had 2 1/2 hours to make the connection and there was plenty of time with baggage checked through."
Miinukset: "Flight was delayed over 2 hours. Entertainment was non-existent. They offered us pretzels which is hardly an inspiring food choice. Prior to boarding the airplane the alarm got triggered in the gate were waiting in, took over 10 min for them to deactivate it. Staff were seen just casually standing around."
