Miinukset: "Very noisy people, very drunk people and like in all Ryanair flights, the staff has to keep giving people alcohol, so they were getting even more drunk. Not a good experience when all of them starts standing like in a bar on top of your head and raise the volume of the voice for no reason. Also from the time we landed until the time we were allowed to leave the aircraft, 15 minutes passed. Without anyone telling us for what reason. Very annoying..."

Miinukset: "I flu with my baby 18months and my partner, we were sat separately which didn’t help me at all as my child just kept asking and crying for her dad. No space to put her on my lap as she is a lap child."
Miinukset: "Flight was cancelled , next flight 2 days later. Only online checking within 24-2hours else 55£ at the airport . Tried to checking online multiple times. Advance checkin online not free , checking at airport 55£ . In Less than 2 Hour before boarding online is not possible anymore. Ryanair counter cannot check you in and you will be sent forth and back to other counters"
Miinukset: "Delays over and hour after we were loaded in plane. No food or drinks offered for their delay"
Plussat: "Your personal in plain is young, nice and I like them becouse they are smailing all time."
Miinukset: "You can give to pasenger one drink (coffee) like preasen!?"
Miinukset: "They charge extra for everything. First off you will get charged 50 euros if you don't print out a boarding pass before arriving at the airport. Then you will be charged if you want to pick a seat or carry on a bag. You will be put on a bus to get to the plane then climb stairs to board. It takes forever to claim your bag."
Miinukset: "Delay was make rest of trip worse cos my other communication away without me. And I have to find alternative way"
Miinukset: "1. I brought a trolley according to the specifications in the web page and the message sent to me. They claim it was too big, even though it did fit into the box they use to measure the luggage, saying that it fitted too tight, and insisted on my paying an extra 50 euro. 2. They purposely split family members in the hope that people will pay extra to sit together. We did it on the first leg, but then managed to switch seats without extra cost in the second leg. It just required several people switching around."

Miinukset: "The seat was not the most comfortable (of course) and the 10EUR meal I bought was not good either."

Miinukset: "the checked bags is a little expensive. 30 British pounds for one bag up to 20 kgs is a bit much. I would dare to say that hinders travelers that are planning on visiting Ireland as well as Great Britain. In Great Britain you can travel by train for less money and free bags, plus a lot less security and delays."
Plussat: "We landed safely"
Miinukset: "We were charged an additional fee for the flight because we didn't check in before arriving at the airport. You did not tell us we needed too do this. We had very poor internetc and could not check in on line. The ticket agent for Ryan Air was rude, and uncooperative. The flight charged for everything including water. The seats could not recline. This was the worst flight wee have ever experienced. If you are going to continue booking flights on the horrible airline you need to warn them they need to check in early or pay a large fee. We will be contacting you for a refund of this fee."

Miinukset: "The flight was delayed by 2 hours, which was a bummer because I missed the check-in window for my hotel in Italy. We also had to walk out onto the runway to board and then had to head back inside. The crew sold us on products throughout the trip."

Miinukset: "Seat is not comfortable. should have some reading materials."
Miinukset: "Delay to board was exhausting. No information or explanation why. Everybody was pushed outside with stewards pushing us out of airport building to the exterior where everybody had to stand for 45 min (including elder people and parents carrying babies)."

Miinukset: "The staff on the ground was incredibly rude and dismissive. They were so offensive and racist toward us that we decided to fly a different airline. I have never been treated like this in my life. I understand Europeans are different but they just assumed my wife and I did not speak Spanish and were saying racist things about us just because we are African American. Maybe they had never seen a black person before? Incredible. When I called them out on it in Spanish (which I DO speak) te girl helping us HID her badge so I could not write down her name!! Then "left to go on break" she was so embarrassed. I will never fly Ryanair again and will relate this story to anyone thinking of flying them."

Plussat: "price, though am told that Easy Jet is just about as inexpensive - reminder - the only thing you get for the price is a ticket, the seat costs additional money! Everything else costs money, including water......on the bright side - it's not a pay toilet on the plane!"
Miinukset: "baggage weight limit--lower than all other airlines, no water, no food, waiting line to board (minimal at best seating), cramped seating on plane, extreme difficulty with online check in, really long walk through terminal with no water - places to buy or drinking fountains,"

Plussat: "We were " made" to put our bags in the hold. We accept that after 90 passengers this is usual, however on this occasion we were tight for time and the other queue boarding the same flight, that came to the gate late were not "asked" to put their carry on bags in the hold. Poor service Ryanair, what would happen if we refused? It was done in an unfair manner and when questioned we were brushed off with a mumbled response. We will look at other low-cost airlines in future."
Miinukset: "The process of checking in online was very misleading. While checking in online, their website continuously glitched. It would jump back a page, add products that I did not want (such as early boarding) without me selecting those products, etc. Finally after quite some time, I was able to check out only with the products I actually wanted (luggage fees). I received a confirmation email, and therefore I assumed we were good to go. We arrived at the airport to find out according to the staff we had only partially checked in. They could see that we started the process but since we apparently did not fully check in, we were charged £90 (45 per person) to check in at the airport. When I emailed Ryanair customer service and explained the entire situation, they absolutely could not have cared less. As a seasoned traveler, this one really takes the cake for poor customer service. Absolutely the worst experience that I've had with an airline. I will never fly with them again."
Miinukset: "I did not like not knowing which gate was being used until 45 minutes prior to boarding. People who are regulars were able to queue up before those of us who did not know where we were heading. The baggage information is confusing; you can not be sure whether or not your bag will get on without a charge, but then when you get to the airport, the charge is greater than it would have been if you had more consisten info to start."
Miinukset: "The flight attendant was very rude and the way she stared at me because I told her the free spot was for my bag... It hurt me. The flight attendant they should be with a smile on their face and try to help the passengers, not treat them like rubbish."
Plussat: "The plane took off and landed."
Miinukset: "I had luggage that required I remove 2 kilos to be acceptable. The airline I flew before Ryan accepted the bag as it was within its limits (less than 23 kilos). THAT WAS REALLY ANNOYING. HOW ABOUT SELLING BAGGAGE THAT AGREES WITH THE STANDARD WEIGHT (50 ILBS OR 23 KILOGRAMS) INSTEAD OF 20?"
Plussat: "i had bought 2 bags one 20 kg and one 15 kg i tried to go boarding with min stuff in hand when she weighted the 2 bags it was 38.5 kg i asked to consider that i had only a laptop bag of 2-3 kg in hand .. i can sure carry the catalogues that are in the check in bags with me .. she refused and said not even a kilo more ... i had to move the cataloghues and carry with me !!!!"
Miinukset: "Low quality seats"
Miinukset: "The check-in agent in Palemo was very rude. The seats are cramped (paying a fee for front seats provided no additional legroom). Even the boarding process was willy nilly. Vueling provided much better service for regional flying service and comfort."

Miinukset: "The person driving the bus from gate to plane was somewhat reckless and made us uneasy. Otherwise all was great."
Miinukset: "Heading London from Ciampino aireport in Rome, i had to pay a fee of 50 euros as my bag seemed to be "too tall" my bag fitted perfectly in the Ryanair bag sample that all airpots have. This memeber of the staff (a man in the late 20s) said that although i brought my bag from London without a problem, in Rome he rules and if i do not pay the 50 euros i will not board the plane, his attitude was prepotent and unprofesional."
