The layover in Istanbul was 1 hour 5 mins. That is NOT ENOUGH TIME to get from one gate to another and go through security again. By the time my plane landed from Kiev to Istanbul, the flight to San Francisco was already boarding. I had to cross a very long airport, go back into security check and then run another 15 mins. I barely made the flight and they were about to close the door when I arrived. Turkish Airlines should NOT SELL TICKETS WITH SUCH SHORT LAYOVER WITHOUT ACCOMODATING US or helping us to get to the other gate faster. It was a very bad experience. Why sell tickets with unreasonable layover times? It is not fair for the customer and not feasible to make the flight.

I lst my ticket with Turkish and i will never recommend this Airline to no one from now on. Turkish airlines put us crammed in a window and middle seat for a 9 hour flight. It was absolutely un-doable. Everyone around us realized this and tried to help as we asked the flight attendant to help us and she said that I should ask other people to move around not her. We had to go around the plane begging people who were sitting with a bassinet and no baby to trade seats with us. It was an absolutely horrible experience. It was the airline's mistake, and we were the ones forced to try to fix it. Yes, we got a bassinet eventually, but not before we saw how mean and selfish other passengers could be pretending not to hear us and ignoring us. And no help from the crew."

I have never met a group of "professionals" that are so unprofessional, rude, void of empathy, and overall customer service knowledge than the turkish airlines team at IST. I will never conduct business with Turkish Airlines again and will ensure all my friends, family, and colleagues try their best to avoid them too."

When we addressed our concern, the lufthansa employee told us that u cannot have buses for all the passengers in a situation of a delay.... unacceptable.... how is this the client's fault to miss a flight due to a delay?"

Crew was helpful; food was horrible AND expensive; they had us wait on the tarmac on a bus for nearly 30 minutes; the flight departed more than 90 minutes late and weather was NOT an issue. Miserable really, but at least my luggage arrived and we didn’t die - could have been worse I guess.
The staff is super nice and happily works with everyone in need of something. Prepare to have cash in Euro on you to buy drinks and food.

Here’s the truth / I paid $29 for a flight that lasted 45 minutes - so the experience was short on the plane and the expectations I had, given the price tag, were humble. However the airline was comprised of professional and courteous people. Long on smiles, short on legroom on the Boeing 737-800 - but what else would one expect? Nicely done to the folks at SunExpress.
It was really hot whole the time during the flight
Ticketing was a nightmare! Did the online check in never to receive email tickets and upon arrival at the airport, long lines taking an hour to get your boarding passes then running though security to the gate. The web site was not working, overall We could have missed our flight.

No complementary snacks or beverages... not even water. Somewhat surprised that they didn't charge to use the lavatory."

It is a totally ridiculous and irresponsible situation for these businesses to create. I had to buy a whole new ticket to reach my destination. People at the Pegasus desk at the airport were beyond unhelpful and I've spent hours on the phone while on vacation trying to sort it out."

Miinukset: "No one smiles or tries to help, the Baggage weighing is farcical as people get on in Turkey with three hand luggage’s. Flight was late, no explanation and no apology. Pre flight safety and general announcements are made as fast as possible. Unintelligible"

Miinukset: "Almost on every other airline you can check using the self-check-in computers at the airport; on Pegasus you can't, which caused unnecessary queues at the check-in desks (both there and back)."

Miinukset: "The none sense of explaining why I cant go on the plane ... according to there website I should have 2 stamps from the lebaniese authority on my passport one for going in and one for going out which I gladly provide them with... the responsoable for the check in at Frankfurt Airport and according to him was communicating with "pegasus Airline" in Istanbul by WhatsApp and just kept saying "those can't fly today" the funny thing he was writing in german and refuse to give me there number so I can explain the situation now the main reason why i couldn't go on the plane because I wasn't once in my life in Turkei which makes none sense according to there website I contacted them with Emails and they answered me that I should have the 2 stamps if i want to fly from Instanboul to Beirut which I already have but the haven't notice that i didnt even got ob the plane at the 1st place .... the huge amount of nobe sense, stupidity, the lying that there is no Pegasus airline office ath the airport and the 0 responsibility for there actions can provide you guys with a picture of how they behave with the customers"

Plussat: "Desk personnel who checked us in spoke Not One Single Word to us in any language. We were kept standing in line to board even though the plane was late."
Miinukset: "The plane wasn't cleaned and empty bottle, used tissues and remainders of the meal served on previous flight were on our seats. People were not helped to stow carry ons and many should have been requested to check large carryon bags. They were out of beer even though beverages had just been loaded. Attendants could not clearly communicate the price of a beverage."

Miinukset: "Bad customer support, unwillingness to correct an error in the first name appearing on one of the tickets. This forced us to cancel all 5 tickets and purchase tickets for a different airline at 4 times the cost."

Plussat: "quick boarding at Sabiha Airport. At the airport, the free Wi-Fi connection didn't worked."

Miinukset: "It is impossible to get an invoice. I have sent emails to all available addresses but I've get nothing till today."
Plussat: "They canceled the flight 1 earlier than its time, and refused to refund. Instead asked the passengers to come tomorrow next time. What about the connections? All lost, or canceled other flights."
Plussat: "Connecting flight to Stockholm was cancelled. Had to fly to Copenhagen and perchuse another flight with SAS When complaining to their staff the answer I received was that no other airline would even give me an option to fly to Copenhagen (where I was not headed by the way) in short - paid another 300$, got to Stockholm 3 hours late and will never fly them againb"

Plussat: "It's not the first time I fly Pegasus the flight is good and I know low cost don't offer free meals but on my booking it was written meals on both flights. So I don't know who to blame the website or the airline but I was too tired to ask them."

Miinukset: "I was stopped at both airports for not having my ticket in the system although I checked-in in advance and paid extra for seating; it was very stressful and uncomfortable"
Miinukset: "the air conditioner didnt work in the plane and they took very high rate for extra bag of 180 Euro!"

Plussat: "I was lucky enough to have the seat next to me free, so I was comfortable during the flight itself"
Miinukset: "The ground service was really bad and even insulting. I was a little overweight and the girl at the counter was very rude, and eventually made me through away snacks I was keeping for the flight. Also, the weight limit is ridiculous if you're travelling for more than a weekend (I went on a 3 weeks trip with camping). On the flight itself there's nothing provided, even when I asked for water they charged me for it (no option for just a glass of water)."
