Miinukset: "DREADFUL seats for the price. Small, coffin-like affairs packed together like proverbial sardines. I can't believe there are still middle seats for this price on a modern wide body aircraft. I was on the inside and had to step over my neighbor. The food choices were so unappetizing that I opted not to eat. I usually fly SAS business class, and based on this experience with United, I will go straight back to SAS. They offer better service, better menu choices, and first class seating for the same price. Easy decision."

Inflight crew service poor: the was no time to have any brain reaction when they would pass by with coffee or anything...and when I asked for coffee the answer for a gentlemen of the crew was: coffee already passed by. Really!!?? Make sure that +$1200 are spent well. Rude or inattentive crew members shouldn’t be on flights that are that long...I had to nsist to have a miserable cup of coffee. Movie selection was poor. USB port didn’t work. Shame on you!"
Miinukset: "Plane delayed. Then when on board, pilot apologized due to the very warm cabin as "the auxilariary power unit isn't working." Then long delay because the baggage ground crew messed up and again according to the pilot "we apologize for the ground crew's failure to do their job properly and some baggage wasn't loaded properly." Once we landed we had like 20 minutes to go through security AGAIN and nearly missed the final flight to our Seattle destination. No mention of local time upon landing, no one at gate to direct lots of people rushing for connections."

Miinukset: "Unorganized boarding. Back of the plane seats should be boarding first, after babies and old people. I was stopped by the people in front of the plane putting away their luggage and standing in the aisle."

Miinukset: "The seats in the economy class are too small. Not once did I have someone sitting next to me who could actually fit in his seat. They weren't particularly large people, just average men but their arms were in my space all the time. Also if I drop something, I cannot pick it up, there's no room. For transatlantic flights the seats should be bigger."

After this we were given great service until half way through the flight when I was becoming quite thirsty and kept trying to signal the flight attendant based on my help button, but no one came, so I had to stop a flight attendant that was passing so I could ask for some water to drink. Overall, the flight was OK, even though I felt a little crammed in my seat and the need to fish for a flight attendant just to get water was a hassle."

Miinukset: "This was a united flight. The personal was not helpful, only in helping me communicate with the airport in Rome to change my flight. I had to pay 97 euros for this change. I am upset and think it is not fair that I need to pay for a problem united had with their flight. I also think star Allience failed as they were not able to resolve the problem with their partner airlines."
Plussat: "Comfortable - seats were comfortable, and there was plenty of leg room."
Miinukset: "Meal was awful - I'm not a picky eater, but I couldn't eat this one. Overhead bins were very limited in space available. The video screens were tiny - difficult to see, and colors were way off. Wi-Fi connection was not intuitive - apparently it requires the user to type in a specific web address to access the log-in, something that I didn't find out until after the flight. That info should be more obvious - not on a card deep in the seat back pocket. Overall, it was obvious that this was an older aircraft and needs to be overhauled or retired."

I could not go to transit hall until someone took my luggage so I was able to board but no place to leave luggage like other airlines, that was not fun since the transit halls had the sleep pods I could have used"

Miinukset: "Have never seen this happen elsewhere, but shortly after boarding, the crew announced they had to do a safety check, which required all the passengers to collect their personal items (i.e. everything from the overhead bins) to hold with them in their seats, as the crew 'checked' the bins and aisles. The procedure didn't seem to delay the flight, but just seemed a little pointless and a waste of effort. Thankfully there wasn't anything found or any other cause for alarm, but it just seemed odd."

Miinukset: "My knees were actually pressed up against my he seat in front of me even though I had my butt all the way back. So, thankfully I had an aisle seat so I just stuck my knee out to the side...this was a partial solution only as the crew came by at least 5 times on a 2 hour flight with the service cart, smacking my knee each time. No complementary snacks or beverages... not even water. Somewhat surprised that they didn't charge to use the lavatory."
Miinukset: "1 hour queue to check in due to mixed international flights and not enough desks open. No room in overhead lockers, people seemed to have much more than their allowance. Didn't get to buy duty free items on-board as they ran out of time."
