Miinukset: "The company cancelled my flight and threatened to recharge for the seats. Had to plead to keep the flight I PAID for. Unbelievable and I will not be booking again with either company or agency in the future."

Miinukset: "The flight was delayed 1 hour. we get on plane. then an announcement that in previous flight plane hit a bird so they needed to dissemble the plane. we got off plane at 11:26 pm. waited there. received a text announcement it would leave now at 2 am. the staff on site did not announce this information till 12:45 am. we waited and then got good news flight was going to take off. not in a logical way the plane took off all our luggage off the plane. and then could not add our luggage back on to the plane because tsa was now closed. so paperwork for getting luggage was poorly committed. not bright people. I hope my luggage arrives like they say a day later."

Plussat: "I thought the service on this flight was much better this time around; at least from where I was sitting. The attendants seemed to come around more often and there was a much better food selection for everyone involved. Overall, I found the flight to be safe, mostly comfortable, and the food was excellent."
Miinukset: "I had a family sitting next to me (I was in the aisle) and I felt that while the attendants were courteous and prompt in accommodating me, they all but ignored the people in the middle seats. I had to keep asking them on the attendant's behalf if they needed anything before they rushed on by. At one point the father told me that he was getting better service from me than the attendants. Also, one of the TV screens didn't work in one of the middle seats so the family had to do a switcharoo with their little one after they got settled so their son could have the working screen. I personally found that it was very difficult to recline my seat - I really had to quite literally put my back into it to get it to click into the reclining position."

Plussat: "Customer service is excellent as usual. The plane is very well outfitted and modern. You can generally trust the Cathay standard. The pilots are good, and even though departure may have been delayed, we arrived ahead of schedule."
Miinukset: "I didn't prefer the premium economy section. Uncomfortable. I'd rather pay the fare for a cheaper economy seat, that is equally uncomfortable. It's terrible to start charging people for small, petty things like choosing one's seat."

Plussat: "The movie selection + the crew was friendly."
Miinukset: "There were kids who were not well behaved. Their parents would not correct them, neither did the crew. There was a kid screaming and talking very loud behind me, while everyone was sleeping. I was unable to sleep on the flight, even with ear plugs. The kid sitting next to me was getting Play-doh everywhere, on me, the floor and all over the seats. He was also kicking the seat in front of him and his mother would not correct him. It would be helpful for the crew to say something to the parents, as some parents do not believe in discipline. The vegan food was very good on the flight to Hong Kong, but on the flight to Chicago it was bland. I was still very hungry after eating + did not get protein in the first meal. With the seat in front of me reclined all the way back, my knees were touching the back of the seat, my legs were swollen and in a lot of pain after the flight."

Plussat: "I flew from NY to Phuket via Cathay Pacific which is a 22 hr flight! The crew was pleasant and friendly and took excellent care of my family and I. I would fly with them again anytime."

Food is EXACTLY SAME as economy. In LAX had to REMIND them that Premium Economy has priority boarding. There is no champagne on arrival at your seat...you have to ASK for it. Crew is always HURRIED. When you ask for a beverage or a snack, hostess and stewards have ATTITUDE. it's like they are doing a big FAVOR. Really??? we spent lots of EXTRA MONEY to be in this class. Restroom was difficult to access. Overall MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT"

Miinukset: "First off I feel asleep as soon as I seat down on the plane, even before take off and once I woke up not one of the stewardess come to offer me the meal I missed or any kind of refreshments, it was a 4 hour flight. My brother who did get the meal stated that it was very poor quality. The egg was terrible tasting, powered egg replacement."

Miinukset: "It was frustrating as the flight kept getting delayed by 30 mins and 60 mins interval - should we go to the lounge? can someone tell us what was happening? Maybe if someone on twitter could respond? Pity passengers travelling with young children - it was rough."

Miinukset: "After missing our connecting flight in Istanbul on our Turkish Airlines flight on January 9th from LAX-Addis Ababa (due to a nearly 45 minute delayed flight), my sister and I had to spend 24 hours in Istanbul and still pay for a night in our 4 star hotel in Addis, despite the fact that we weren't there. So, in preparation for our flight back to LAX, I spent hours on the phone with a Turkish Airlines representative to ensure that we would not miss our connecting flight on the way back to LAX on January 29 (Jomo Kenyatta-IST-LAX). The TA representative spoke very little English and became incredibly frustrated with me when I expressed my concern about how closely scheduled our connecting flights in Istanbul were. The representative said she could "help us" by seating us at the back of the plane from Jomo Kenyatta-IST, as she was "mostly sure" that our plane would deboard from the back of the plane once we arrived in Istanbul and, in theory, we wouldn't have to wait behind all the other customers to exit. This was totally incorrect: our plane only deboarded from the front exit door and the seats she selected at the back would surely have caused us to miss our next flight were it not for the fact that the plane wasn't full and we arrived only a few minutes late. Still, by the time we got off the plane in IST, our connecting flight was already 15 minutes into boarding. We showed the TA attendants our boarding passes at the long security line, and at first they both said, "don't worry, it will be fine". I had to convince them to let us skip the line as we would clearly have missed our flight. Once we finally made it through security we ran through the ENTIRE Istanbul airport to get to our gate, as we could hear them calling the final boarding call for our flight to LAX. We literally ran as fast as we could for almost 20 minutes straight, with all of our bags, which ended up being over a mile, I would guess. When we got to our gate, we had to go through yet another security line - WHY??? Apparently there was a celebrity in front of us, and while we were sweating and nervous about missing our flight, the security agents were taking selfies with the celebrity. It was insulting and rude and totally unprofessional. The take away for me is that Turkish Airlines should NOT be allowed to sell flights to people that give them less than an hour to make international connecting, especially in an airport as large and disorganized as Istanbul, and especially when Turkish Airlines flights are often late or delayed. This was one of the most stressful flying experiences of my life."

Miinukset: "The seat pocket of the seat in front of me was broken, which resulted in a metal wire poking into my legs for the entire duration of the flight. Not only was it uncomfortable and bordering on painful; but this could also potentially be dangerous in the event of an emergency!!!"

Plussat: "Very efficient flight, quick and handy. No extra details, but have to say the breakfast they served was excellent. Probably the best I have had on such short 1hr flight."
Miinukset: "No personal entertainment set, but on such short flight that was not a big problem. Everything else about the seat was good, and a lot of passengers fell asleep comfortably."

Miinukset: "I did not like the way I was treated by supervisor st the checking desk while checking at Nairobi, I am not sure if he is an employee of the airport or of Turkish airline. he frustrated me and was not offering any assistance, I also realized that he frustrated two other people during and another staff says he is fond of doing that all the time"

Miinukset: "They are telling me because I booked with Kayak through PriceLine or vice versa they will not give me any hotel for my 14 hours lay over."

Plussat: "The flight was quite comfortable. We lucked out with only a partially filled flight leaving extra space to sleep. Service was friendly and the food was excellent! I was fed twice on my 9hour flight and once on my 4hour flight. Great in flight entertainment."

Miinukset: "A series of about 9 rows of 3 seats each row, had errors in to the monitors that normally you can watch a movie, watch news, or listen to music. Approximately 27 people could not use these monitors affixed in the seat before you. These monitors (screens) control the reading lights, the signal for the stewardess. Flight 33 on 6/30/2017 had 12.3 hours of blankness and the complaints were numerous, but the crew were of no use. I wish this would have happened to business or first class. The crew were horrible."

Miinukset: "1. Seat could have been more comfortable - didn't seem to maintain recline. NOT a problem on my outbound flight. 2. We departed 50 min late. 3. Length of flight 11 + 2 hours to make many connections to Europe."

Miinukset: "Our flight was LAX > Istanbul > Oman The connection in Istanbul was canceled. The transfer desk was very overwhelmed by the volume of customers. After 3 hours of waiting I finally got someone to get us on a flight to Qatar and then to our final destination Oman. That person then left work before printing the tickets and I had to start all over again. It was a very stressful and tiring ordeal and cost us an entire day of our vacation."

Plussat: "Best air entertainment I have ever experienced."
Miinukset: "Boarding was very long. My flight got canceled and rescheduled. On my first flight I had made a reservation for an isle sit, and when my flight got reschedules no reservation was made and I ended up getting a middle sit, which is very uncomfortable for me."

Miinukset: "The plane was half empty yet they say everyone uncomfortable towards the front."

Miinukset: "The temperature was a little bit low."

Plussat: "On my way back my flight before was delayed. When i arrived to the flight people were still boarding but i was told that they knew my flight delayed therefore they aold my ticket."
Miinukset: "I run to the flight and fall on the way and they didnt even have a first aid kit at the gate, and they sold my ticket!!!"

Miinukset: "I was sat right in the middle of 10 children while people all around me had empty seats next to them. They could lay down and sleep while I got elbowed for 9 hours by a 10 year old."

Plussat: "The service was outstanding, this is one of the best airlines I have ever flewn. Considering its elegancy and exquisite service. My twelve hours from Miami to Istanbul turned out to be less because of the amazing service I recieved. Very happy that this airline exist and cannot wait to go back and experience this great airline again."

Plussat: "The touch screens and little care packages we got once we were on the plane were great. The food was really good, too, but they ran out of one dinner option before it got to half the plane."
Miinukset: "The entry to the plane in Istanbul was complicated--double checking at the gate for security and then also the boarding entry. The lines were crowded and disorganized and began late. After we were on the runway, we actually turned around and went back to the gate to let one sick passenger off. the flight attendants went up and down the aisles multiple times opening bins and asking people if the luggage was theirs or not before we could leave the gate again. It was really disorganized and bizarre. The flight itself was fine. The flight attendants weren't overly friendly, and they were missing during longer stretches, leaving passengers to find refreshments on their own. Beyond that, things were thankfully uneventful."

Plussat: "Very friendly and attentive flight personal. Meal was excellent. Although a flight passenger is able to order a special meal, like vegan/vegetarian, etc. I was too late with that and still received a almost vegan meal."

Plussat: "The in-flight service to Istanbul was good."
Miinukset: "Once we landed at Istanbul the wheelchair service was very poor. The person in-charge was rude,did not care to provide ride to bathroom or to buy water, There was no water or bathroom nearby. The flight to Amman was cancelled/delayed. First we were told it was cancelled and would be put up in a hotel, but on the way the wheelchair driver was asked to return to office and drop us at a gate. At this gate the departure time kept changing every hour or so without any plane at the gate, or staff. This lasted till next day about 3 PM. For this long period There was no water. The was no assistance to bathroom or food or water. All the passangers were upset. They organized and went to talk to the Airline personnel. They returned frustrated since none of the Airline staff knew anything."

Miinukset: "We were asked to board and then sat on the plane for 6 hours while they de-iced the plane, waited for a new pilot, and replaced the food. It made our 11 hour trip close to 17 hours and was very uncomfortable."

Miinukset: "When i landed , i sa in the screen the last call for tk 33. 10 min left. even though my ticket says 1.30 min layover time . This needs to managed properly . i was the last passenger and really scared me."

Plussat: "I loved everything about this airline! First the fact, they used a B-777-300ER on this route, which is my most preferred aircraft! Next, they upgraded us to a class which is in between Economy and Business. But even otherwise, their economy is very good! Indian food was served which was very tasty and authentic! Inflight entertainment and beverages were also very good! Cabin crew was excellent! Could find NOTHING to complain, it is now my favorite airline!"

Miinukset: "Took this flight to Istanbul to connect to my flight to Houston. Very tight connection. The crew didn't seem to know what time it was in Istanbul, but insisted that we had plenty of time to get to our connecting flight. However, when we landed, our connection had already left due to a time change issue. The airline did put us up in a hotel and that gave us a chance to tour the city."

Plussat: "FROM THE TURKISH DELIGHTS to the amazing choice of food and drinks all the movies to watch flying with turkish airlines was amazing!!! considering the prices for the tickets beat every airline out there and it was like a week before departure!! incredible just incredible no complaints at all!!"
