And no where did it say fly Dubai on my tickets, I would have gone with other alternatives if I knew like Turkish. So last time I use kayak and will not be recommending it as well. This a rating for my whole trip to kathmandu not just Dubai to Kathmandu."

Miinukset: "I was taken by surprise that I could not take my SLR camera on board as carry-on luggage and had to check it (they were doing this to everyone, not just me and it covered laptops, kindles, cameras, etc - everything electronic except phones). This was not done on the flight into Dubai. Also irritating was when I got to Boston, an Emirates guy cut open the packing envelope open and in the process, accidentally sliced the camera neck strap. He was, however, very apologetic and eagerly got me the info needed to submit a claim to Emirates."

Miinukset: "We have booked two tickets separately. One for me and the other for my wife and kid. But we were travelling together. When we checkin, we told we need the seats together. But, they did not give the seat together. Also, our connection time was 2 hours for the next flight. To receive the baggage in the port of entry, it took more than 1 hour 15 mins in the carousel. After that we had to clear customs, change terminal and clear security in 45 mins to catch the next flight. It was really tough for us. They could have handled the baggage little efficiently."

Miinukset: "My connecting flight (booked through Emirates but operated by JetBlue) was inexplicably cancelled with 24h notice. Emirates did a good job finding me an alternative flight but somehow did not get my bags on my new flight even though the woman at the counter made a special call to "ensure" that my bags would come with me. Now I have to wait over 24h before I can get my bag."
Miinukset: "The crew hardly paid attention to request. I had to ping multiple times and wait for really long time to get a glass of water. I tried to get to the back, the crew dint even move to help us with anything. They sat together and were talking and dint even care to move. I have never seen this amount of careless attitude so far in emirates. Food quality has gone down quite a bit compared to my travel before."
Plussat: "Great service, food can be improved. Stop serving pizza it is not healthy and not appropriate for half the passengers"
Miinukset: "Flight was delayed, 1 of my baggage was missed and due to that connecting flight from Boston to Newark was missed. There were no more flights to Newark so I was put up in flight to JFK after 3 hours of wait."
Plussat: "Staff is very attentive and always around. I am not a fan of instant coffee, but I got a cup of coffee when I asked for one outside of "meal times". The leg room is good, though I could still use a little extra."
Miinukset: "I wish the crew asked all passengers to reset their seat upright when food is served. I am quite tall and having the person in front of me recline is uncomfortable at all times, but while eating, there just isn't very much elbow room. Also the temperature in the cabin is really too cold. The entertainment system uses a two-prong plug for the headset, which requires you to bring an adapter if you want to use your own noise-blocking headset or headphones."
Miinukset: "need more movies boarding started before the stated date, told me to go to 3 separate counters to change my seat and it didn't even end up working out"
Plussat: "I love the fact that the crew is quite so international -- and that they all wear small flag pins to tell you where they come from! They were very good with the children -- and I loved the fact tht they came round and took polaroid photos of passengers - particularly the families!"

Miinukset: "There was a group of teenagers sitting in 8 seats in two of the middle rows right next to me. They spent the whole flight climbing all over the seats and each other. They were very loud, often banging into other passenger's seats, and leaving their stuff in the aisle where people were tripping over things as they walked by. They were really inconsiderate of other passengers - many of whom were trying to sleep on a 13-hour flight. It would have been nice if the crew would have told them to be quieter and more respectful of other passengers."

Plussat: "All the Emirates hype is true! What a great experience even when traveling as a passenger assistant!"
Miinukset: "Food was not given properly, no snacks was there which I get in between breakfast and meal every time I fly from Dubai to Boston or the reverse. No kit was given which includes brush, paste, eye covering band. Last time I travelled from Boston to Dubai the food was completely frozen and now this!"

Miinukset: "Had requested for wheel chair assistance but was denied saying everyone was " too busy". When the passenger stated she cannot go without help, the flight attendant helped her out and to a bus. She almost fell while getting on to the bus. Assistance was requested because of her poor eye sight on the left eye and issues with mobility because of that. Although I'm glad nothing bad happened, denial of assistance and making her feel concerned and speak for herself for someone to help could have been avoided if Emirates could keep their promised support. Very disappointed."

Miinukset: "Had 90 minutes fr connection, 30 min delay so 1 hr left. Had to walk walk and walk for nearly 1 hr to barely make it. Airport is TERRIBLE in terms of going from gate to gate- loong walks with no moving walkways. Train is a joke covering very short distance. Once arrived in Boston, took 1hr before luggage started unloading, and then to find out our 4 bags didn't come at all. Staff on ground not courteous, wouldn't send bags to home town in Raleigh. Had to wait till afternoon to get the bags and then fly to final destination. Entertainment system very bad, audio/video stop and go, stop and go- really terrible (though notice some people's screens were working fine)."

JetBlue does not recognize what my status is with Emirates, the layover was long without a lounge, you can not select your seat on Jet Blue through Emirates (this is a huge irritation!), you can't check in online through Emirates for the Jet Blue return trip, and the seat selection for Jet Blue was awful."

Miinukset: "Priority boarding was messed-up - no queue discipline was even attempted by the gate staff. The business class seats were uncomfortable and not comfortable to sleep in. The footrest was not long enough and the feet were dangling in the air. The blanket and bedding was provided almost 3 hours after take-off Worst of all was baggage handling. Our luggage was severely damaged. The handle to the suitcases was torn off. In addition the bags and the contents were wet when we received them in Boston. IT had been raining in Istanbul and it seems the bags were left out in the open. I've been trying to get Turkish to repair the torn-off handles but I'm constantly hitting a wall. I have filed a claim but the support staff sends extremely brief denials with no explanation."

Miinukset: "This’s the worse airlines that I ever use in my life, in my way back to Boston I get to the airport 2 and half hours before my flight, it was so crowded outside the door, so I didn’t get to check in till like an hour and 10 minutes, Guess what! They didn’t let me in because they close the gate they said?? They have me payed for another thicket to I take the next flight They are so weird, even when you called the customers service they will do nothing for you, like they don’t live in our planet!! Trust me stay away from this turkish airlines"

Miinukset: "Turkish airlines in Istanbul this last trip was the most disorganized and rudest I've yet to experience. They were incredibly disorganized and unhelpful. It was 5am with hoards of people waiting just to go through a tiny security because they closed the entrance for international transfers. No lines and direction whatsoever. It took two hours just to go through simple sercurity. My flight gate, number, and info to Boston was not even posted on the departure screen so I almost missed my flight- I had to go multiple times across the airport to find anyone to ask. The employees were rude and unhelpful. They did not assist or direct anyone or any of the chaos and they were slow and lacked any understanding to people whose flight was ten minutes till take off. Really unimpressed and highly considering avoiding taking them again to the Middle East in the future."
Plussat: "Crew was extremely pleasant and accommodating. The flight was very comfortable. Everything was done in a timely manner."
Miinukset: "As a business class passenger I wish our boarding process could have been better and perhaps separated from coach."
Plussat: "I liked the idea of offering a tour of Istanbul during long connections that Turkish airlines offer. The tour that I went on was a 2.5 hour bus ride with sightseeing from the window mostly - still it was very nice. The people organizing passengers in groups for the tour in the airport however were not so nice. When I said "I have a question", the guy literally ROLLED HIS EYES at me."
Miinukset: "The crew was somewhat rude and unwelcoming, both in the plane and on the ground. The seat is not comfortable in comparison with other transatlantic flights - somehow the crew and the seats were so much better on my connecting TK flight within Europe."

The lady also told us that she didn't need the passport or her boarding pass ??? Because of that my grandmother almost got lost , we had to wait for her for an eternity. She got very scared and very upset for what you guys did . She is an old lady and it was one of her worst experiences of her life"
Plussat: "Exceptionally nice crew, outstanding amenities, best food I've ever had on an airplane. I especially liked having the option of traditional Turkish fare."
Miinukset: "The boarding process could have been more organized. I had a business class ticket and could not find the priority boarding line. The first ground crew member I asked was abrupt and sent me to the back of the long line. I caught the attention of a different crew member and he motioned me to the front of the line--it was a little awkward saying "excuse me" to each person that I passed. (I am not used to being a priority passenger!) Once my documents were cleared and my carry-on was inspected at the gate, it was not clear whether to take a seat or to go somewhere else."

Miinukset: "I was told in Vienna that I would be allowed to carry my Kindle onto my flight from Istanbul to the USA. I was not able to and had to wait in a very long line both in Istanbul and in the US. I understand the change in regulations, but it is important that all employees of Turkish airlines are aware of the change. We also waited one hour on the runway in Istanbul. Additionally, there was a small section of the plane which received food roughly an hour later than the rest of the plane. I was on this section, and was uncomfortably hungry by the time I received food."
Plussat: "LOVED the attention that was given to passengers that wanted/needed rest."
Miinukset: "Looked into purchasing 1st class because flight was 10hrs & it was insanely expensive. The poor peoples cusions need some up dating, they are uncomfortable & worn."

Sit down to stares. Without doing anything So begins the ogling Not for beauty or glasses But because of his right to look in any direction he pleases. The drink cart comes by Soft drinks only Stuttered English behind Only a sweet belch of coca cola Released, bubbling an unfettered expression shared across all languages. (but do they share my disgust?) Oh to fly, to find a cab to drive in the big city."
Miinukset: "I asked for sugar 3x before finally getting it (1 hour), but by then the coffee was cold and I had to request a new one and wait another 10 mins :)"
Plussat: "The entertainment choices were quite good. Flights arrived more or less on time."
Miinukset: "Our departure flight (BOS-IST) was changed 6 weeks after our booking, so our 2.5-hour layover became 10 hours. This happened before in my past experience with Turkish Airlines. There were many babies and small kids, so the noise level was high. Not ideal if you want to get some sleep on the flight."

Miinukset: "Not every one can follow the speed of the way you announce things, remember your flight take people from different continents in the world Also not having some where to sit while waiting for the information of which gate to go it is very challenging. The AC was almost killing the older people not me but the older lady sat next to me complained all the time but it didn't work. I know it is the challenge difficult to solve however you can give them some advise. Find a private space to talk with sick people because some people might not be comfortable to talk in front of every one."

Miinukset: "the video on both 9 hour flights had problems. on the way to turkey it didn't work at all on the way back one of the movies took over the screen it thought it was displaying the whole movie but other than the progress meter there was nothing on the screen and you couldn t turn it off , hence no video for 2 1/2 hours not so good"

The terminal on my ticket was different than the gate number. We went through security and had to take a 15 min shuttle to a different terminal. Why not just go through security there? There were also no attendants at the gate to discuss seat assignments. My husband and I didn’t have seats together. Try on board crew was great, but the airport experience was lacking.

Miinukset: "We had a connection in Detroit. The flight from Seattle to Detroit arrived about 30 minutes late, and we barely made the connection. Apparently Delta had not told the Detroit-Boston flight to wait a few minutes for us. We did make the connection, but we arrived at the gate with no seat assignment (we had been bumped the day before from our original flight because of a mechanical problem) as the plane was loading. Had we missed the flight, we would have had to spend the night in Detroit and go to Boston the next day. Delta should have told the gate agent that we were coming."

Miinukset: "The Comfort+ seat, while it had plenty of leg room in front, had a small width-box that many Americans (being larger than perhaps they should be) will find extremely uncomfortable at best, and unable to fit in at worst."

Miinukset: "Boarding and disembarking was again slow. Must be a cultural thing as each flight in the US seems to be like this as people take ages to get their bags organised on arrival. Chaotic boarding is compounded by the back of the plane boarding last.... everywhere else in the world loads everyone together or does the back of the plane first and it's much quicker!"
Plussat: "Even though we were in the very back row, we did not experience a foul smell from the restrooms. This was a very nice relief. It is bad enough that the seats don't recline and there is no window in the very back row but prior experience with the added nausea of foul restroom order has been a serious insult to injury. In this case there was really minimal odor. Also since we are traveling as a family we are very happy that we were seated together. We have experienced the past that sometimes our seats will be fragmented and that creates major challenges when you are traveling with young children. However on this particular flight the ride was rough during both takeoff and landing, a lot of side to side shimmy. Also the cabin pressure varied quite a bit during landing causing all the kids to complain about some discomfort in their ears."

Neat clean A330, friendly crew & food + beverages to brag (you pay outrageous prices on 'leaner-meaner' airlines if at all available). Loved the whole experience. Flying is not only getting from A to B & Delta has realized it. Looking forward to my next Delta flight!"

Would definitely trust Delta pilots again. Also with this being a connecting flight, it was nice that the group of five I was in was given an entire row to ourselves."
Plussat: "Boarding was smooth and fast. The crew was helpful with a wheelchair passenger, and get everybody else on board soon after. We depart the gate a couple of minutes early, and arrived almost half an hour early."
Miinukset: "The first class seat were not much more spacious than the comfort+ ones. Choice of snacks were limited as it was a short regional flight. No overhead or seat back entertainment, but you can stream from the media server through in flight wifi."
Plussat: "Lots of seat space even in economy, I felt very comfortable and not cramped on my flight. Food was decent and flight attendants were very attentive. My flight was kind of an outlier experience as someone on my flight fell very ill and needed immediate medical attention. The KLM employees on board did a very good job of taking care of the situation and making sure everyone else on board still had a calm flight experience."

Miinukset: "Our flight in Lisbon was scheduled to board an hour before departure. We arrived on-time, went through the line and were then placed in a standing room only area to stand and wait for another 45 minutes before boarding. We were placed near the entrance (I thought to board early as a family) but were later told to join another line when we asked why we sere just standing and waiting while other passengers were walking past us. The communication between staff and between your staff and passengers was poor."

She said we could wait which we did and waited 2 hours to obtain a wheelchair (and came close to missing our plane) not to mention the stress associated with the whole check in process"

Plussat: "I really appreciated the fact that the gate agents enforced the boarding process meticulously. Often times, even when boarding a certain zone, passengers ignore it and board anyway. The staff made sure that people only boarded when their zone was called. The flight and the aircraft was comfortable. The food was better than what I've had on other airlines, if not at least equal."

Sneaky and dishonest!"

Miinukset: "Had to check 2 of our luggages, and it cost $95 per piece. Never flown an airline where I had to pay more than $50 per piece. Also carryon has to be less than 8 kg. Our small luggage that we had to check never had any problems with any other airlines about being a carryon but since it was over 8 kg, it had to be checked. Took a 7.5 hour flight and the entertainment screen was not working for anyone, as the system was broken. Will not be flying with airline ever again."
Miinukset: "Even though I paid for my seats they weren't reserved and I had to request new ones. I paid €80 for them so I'd imagine they would have been reserved. Then they took my blanket when we were getting close with no explanation even though I was cold. I don't get this airline."

Even though there were plenty of aisle seats open, the crew member just kinda ignored us. The old lady sitting next to me just slept the whole time and I could not get out to the bathroom. Also since I am left handed I could not really eat since with the right-handed old lady we were hitting each other's elbow and nocking each the food out of each other's hand, I finally pulled my elbow in and ate like a T-Rex. The person in front of me pushed their seat back all the way, I asked the crew member to do something but nothing really was done, since I am a little taller I could not fit my knees, they were crushed."

The crew was professional and courteous and the boarding process (two kids included) was very smooth. This has been our BEST experience with an airline in 15 years of traveling annually to Europe. I will book with TAP for now on."

Miinukset: "At the check in, despite that I have a swiss passport, 5)3 hostess looked solely at my face and assumed I need avisa and asked me three times for my visa. On the flight, blankets are removed 20-30 minutes before landing during which I was freezing. Upon arrival, my new bag i hadnt used as yet was broken and TAP pays nothing and does no kind of exchange for broken bags. Basically- they dont care! During my return flight, despite being checked in adn being at the airport wel ahead of time, the airport clerks gyided me to the wrong desk and I had to wait longer than needed. The check in for baggages had closed by 1 min. They were allowing me to take the flight only if I threw out all my liquids or else were off loading me. They proposed no other solution and wanted to make me pay 450 dollara to put me on the flight the next day. I had an interview the following day and needed to return. I ended buying a new full fare ticket with British airways and got excellent service. I am yet to complain to TAP."

I urge you to stay away."

Plussat: "The connecting flight was with air Canada. In general the flight was fine. Landed on a Saturday afternoon."
Miinukset: "What was not fine was the horror at the other end when air Canada lost my bag (which had my suit and prescriptions) and couldn't tell me where it was or when it would be delivered for over two days of calling between their service centre and one the ground people at Boston. The call centre was in India, no one in Boston would tell them what was going on. It should not take three days to sort, when the bag had actually been sent on the next flight (on Saturday evening) after the one I took. Fortunately, was able to borrow BP medication from a relative and ultimately had to spend money to buy new suit and clothes before bag finally appeared because I had business meetings for which I needed appropriate attire. Every other airline I gave flown where my bag was delayed was always delivered in 24 hours. This was not Brussels airlines fault, it was the fault of air Canada."
Plussat: "The flight from Toronto to Boston is extremely short, about an hour. I don’t feel as though I can rate the food since I didn’t buy any, it just doesn’t give me an option to not rate it. It was a completely full flight. It was as comfortable as can be. It’s a smaller plane so you feel everything but the captains were good flyers."
Miinukset: "I’m not sure if this is something I can really complain about but I wish the flight attendants would’ve spoken a bit lower. For a plane where half of the people there had missed their connecting flight and were put on a 6:30 am flight, I don’t think we wanted to hear about their detailed personal lives."
Miinukset: "Everything was seamless and i have no complaints. My return flight was cancelled amd i was automatically put on a different flight, and instead of waiting more than 2 hours from boston to get to canada, i was put on an earlier flight for which i am thankful for. However we couldnt take off as delta was clogging up the way to the runaway so ended up waitimg an hour to taje off which was ridiculous. Hope delta hires more ground crew so that others arent inconvenienced in the future."

Plussat: "The crew did an amazing job routing us around the heavy bumps along the whole route (weather system). Short flight, so no food. Entertainment system is good, but too many ads."
Miinukset: "The "mandatory" ads that run over the loudspeaker right after the safety announcement. Can't turn them off or lower the volume because they are transmitted for the whole cabin. While the entertainment system is very good, the general overabundance of ads is disheartening."

Miinukset: "Immigration was painfully slow and why getting checked again when just coming from another plane? wait time for luggage far too long seems an airport issue same movies"
Miinukset: "For some reason we were forced to check our luggage (standard curry-ons) however it would completely fit to ovehead bins. Also waiting area were completely cut-off from Duty-Free shops - as soon as you passed security - no access to shopping area."
Plussat: "I flew through Vancouver from Boston on my way to Brisbane, Australia and back. I was nervous at first because of the 2 hour connection windows. This might be a testament to Vancouver Airport more than Air Canada, but the flight home after an initial 14 hour flight was pain free. Boarding was fast (the flight wasn't full) and we ended up pulling away from the terminal early. I slept most of the flight so I can't really comment on food. The entertainment was the same as when i left for Australia, which was ok. It had a decent variety to select from."

Miinukset: "First it was delayed because of the aircraft, then it was delayed some more because of the bags on the plane but no passengers - bag owners . Then it was delayed because the ramp crew could not be found to remove the bags. Then it was delayed because of the weather ..."

Plussat: "Their staff is extremely friendly and helpful, but they can only do what is within corporate rules to help you. Their corporate policies are NOT GOOD!"
Miinukset: "Flying Air Canada is horrible! They nickel & dime you to the point of tears. They charged me $15 per leg to make advanced seat assignments ($60 total) then changed my flights and put me in middle seats on two legs without asking me - I didn't find out until I was ready to board and they called my name to come to the gate desk! They also charge $33+ US to check one bag. If you go over the 50 lb weight limit they charge $100. By the time you add it all up, I could have flown on Delta through the US for less. Trying to get my seat selection fees reimbursed was very difficult; At the airport, they told me to go online and ask for a refund; Online, I couldn't find the way to get to the refund link; Called Customer service again, who gave me an 800# to call for a refund; the person on the 800 # told me I had to request it online but walked me through it to find the refund link; I filled in the online request and was told by automatic reply that Air Canada would investigate it and get back to me within 3-4 weeks. Ugh! No more Air Canada for me!"

Miinukset: "Two and a half hour delay on an 1:20 flight. I fly with Air Canada often, and delays are constant, especially on the evening flights. WestJet, which services the same route, doesdoesn't have this problem."
Miinukset: "Many of us were refused boarding on the connecting flight. They gave away our seats. I arrived at the transvfer counter50 minutes prior to the flight. I was first. Gave excuse that bag must go with me. Customs confirmed that this is AC not customs. To add insult, they flight to Montreal was late, the flight to Boston was late, and finally my bag NEVER was on either flight so there excuse was an out right lie. I missed half the weekend home in over a month. AC doesn't value my time and I don't value their service. Every time I go back to this airline I realized why I left. Going to Asia; don't get suckered into using this route. BTW a friend on PVG-YUL-BOS never made it as well. AC still using a CRJ200 that can't land in weather. NOT A BUSINESS CLASS EXPERIENCE."

Miinukset: "There was a major winter storm on the way, and the flight should have been canceled like every other flight to Boston was. Long story short, we couldn't land in Boston due to the storm. So we flew not to Boston, but to Quebec City. They would not let us off the airplane. Eventually we flew back to Montreal where we started. More than 7 hours on a plane with no food, and they only offered us water. The flight should have been cancelled in the first place. That would have been a lot less stressful to deal with."

Plussat: "This was my first time in Canada never been there before I had a great time until that one moment I had to deal with workers from air Canada except one agent at the ticketing desk....I had checked in online the day before however I had some card issues because they got shut down by my bank and due to the holiday in America I was unable to call my Bank prior to the airport....got to the airport and tried to explain that all I wanted to do was pay for my bag with cash ...but no one took the time out to listen each time i tried explaining myself I was send to a different location to join another line ....by the time I got to someone who was willing to listen my flight was closed ..her name was Aurora and gave me nothing but attitude when I explained my story......anyways finally got to ticketing and a met the only agent that day who exercise some level of customer service that day...if only I could remember her name ...sigh she went the extra mile because at this point I was frustrated and unsure if I would make it out of the country a sane person due to the amount of chaos I experienced prior. She got LISTENED .....SHE TOOK THE TIME TO LISTEN...got me on a new flight and went above an beyond to assist me that morning I was on the verge of a breakdown at that point all other staff member was very disgusting not only to my self but the other individuals who had mishaps that morning."

Miinukset: "AirCanada did not tell me that I needed a transit visa for Canada. So I couldn't board the flight. They also refused to reroute me or refund the ticket. They were not sympathetic or helpful."
Plussat: "Pilot was able to make up for delayed departure and flight arrived on time."
Miinukset: "Plane needed better cleaning - Lots of stuff (food, paper, dirt) between the seats. Entertainment system not working properly - screen kept going blank."
Plussat: "At the boarding desk staff were not giving satisfactory responses on delayed flight. Our flight was late by 90 minutes. No proper reply from person at boarding gate.."

Plussat: "Nothing in particular stood out in Montreal or the flight to Boston, as better than average...meh"
Miinukset: "Our Swiss crew told us over the loudspeaker several times that "even if connecting we still need to get our luggage" which turned out to be false as our luggage was transferred to the Boston bound plane automatically... We were ushered out as a group to a connection security check which required electronic kiosks to be used for scanning our passports photos and fingerprints... They fraught with malfunctions then after waiting in line for s while we did the whole check all over again with s human security agent in s booth... There were only 2 security agents in the booths as well but there really needed to be several more to keep the line moving quicker... After security we walk directly out to departures but no mention of baggage claim, which was fine had we not been misinformed by Swiss initially... We ended up inquiring several times with SirCsnsda staff until it was clear Swiss had misinformed us."

Plussat: "The flight itself was fine, free WiFi on board, movies to watch, stewards and stewardesses on board were very kind and attentive."
Miinukset: "I was originally flying WestJet, and the 7:05 AM flight I booked was cancelled. I hopped online and booked the 8:10 AM flight via Air Canada back to Boston. First, the flight was oversold, so only AFTER I was able to check my bag did I learn that I was flying stand-by. Completely nerve wracking. If I had known in advance I would have booked with another airline. I was able to get on the flight thanks to some volunteers who gave up their seats on the 8:10 AM flight for the next flight out (10:10 AM) in return for some monetary compensation. I arrived in Boston, and after waiting for 45 minutes, I learned my bag was put on the 10:10 AM flight rather than the 10:10 AM flight, but only after dealing with a snappy and disrespectful check-in attendant that seemed to not believe me that my bags indeed did not arrive. The office for baggage services for Air Canada was vacant and locked next to the carousel. Myself and a couple of other travelers, upon getting to the check-in counter and explaining the situation mistakenly lumped us all together and said "okay so you're all traveling together and your bags need to go the same place". Me: "No, that's incorrect, we are not related or traveling together, we just all have the same issue--none of our bags have arrived". Other Air Canada representative, who up to this point had not been involved in the exchange: "She didn't ask you if you were related, she asked you if your bags were lost" and then proceeded to roll her eyes and walk away from the counter. I suppose she misinterpreted my concern for rudeness and felt the need to put me in my place. Granted, my early morning flight cancellation and the stress associated with flying standby had nothing to do with them, but the attitude I was given as a concerned traveler whose bag was potentially lost was completely unwarranted. Compounded with the frustration of the entire morning I cannot describe how infuriating this exchange added up to being. I was told my bag would be delivered to my home by 4 PM that day. No bag. Got a phone call at 7 PM - they'd be there in the next hour. 10:00 PM and going to bed: No bag. I gave up and prepared to make a claim in the morning. 8:30 AM Sunday morning - my bag is sitting on my front porch wrapped in a trash bag. What a fiasco."
Miinukset: "Flight crew not helpful. Despite empty space in first class overheads, would not allow coach passenger to put anything there."
Miinukset: "Flight was delayed. They lost my baggage. TV in my seat didn't work and they didn't do anything about it."
Plussat: "Spacious flight Cozy environment Comfortable sitting"
Plussat: "-Staff offered free things like headphones and 15 minutes of wifi access to compensate for multiple delays -Cheap! -I was rescheduled to this flight after my previous flight was delayed and prevented me from taking my original flight back, but I was moved up to boarding zone 3 in return"
Miinukset: "-Significant delay prevented me from checking in to my room, which was highly inconvenient. Fortunately I had a friend who was willing to have me, but if not (and because the nearby hotels are filled up due to the beginning of freshman orientation at my college), I would have had nowhere to stay after 13+ hours of flying and exhaustion. This alone significantly hurt the experience."
Miinukset: "Our inbound flight was two hours late. When connecting through Toronto, they lied to us. They said that the outbound connection was on time, that we'd likely missed it. Then, after standing through their requisite customer service line with only one open desk for two full flights, we were told to sprint through customs. We arrived, breathless to find the connection was delayed. We were told that they don't post the delayed connections for fear that passengers won't run or that U.S. customs will close. Uncommunicative and untruthful, their service is atrocious."
Plussat: "Flight crew was friendly. They were dealing with a lot of crabby people due to a 4 hour weather delay. They handled it, some better than others."
Miinukset: "I checked my bag. It got soaked. I am talking drenched like dumped in a lake and left there for the 4 hours we were delayed in Toronto. When we contacted air canada the luggage complaint rep told us to complete an online claim. We haven't heard a peep out of Air Canada in a week. Unacceptable Air Canada. You must would at least acknowledge that something was done wrong by a baggage crew even if they aren't on your payroll and on an airports."
Plussat: "I liked waiting to fly until weather was good."
Miinukset: "I disliked the long delay, no time for the drink cart."
Plussat: "The gate crew in Toronto was outstanding.Very helpful in making sure we made it on to the Boston leg."
Miinukset: "We were at the gate in Toronto for the Boston leg but the computer assumed we would not make the connection because our layover was less than an hour. We booked through Kayak but were not told that the layover was too short."
Plussat: "Nothing"
Miinukset: "After waiting 30 minutes after our boarding time, I got an email on my phone saying the gate had changed. No one at the current gate knew anything about it and I went to ask but no one could be found. I asked a man sitting behind the gate, who happened to be the pilot, and he also knew nothing about it. Needless to say, the gate changed and absolutely nobody was told about it. 2 hours later, our flight finally took off, and I was thanked by the pilot for getting us to the right gate... At least he provided a little humor to the situation! Plane also wasn't cleaned, pretzels and trash all over the floor."
Plussat: "It left ontime and got me to where I needed to be."
Miinukset: "Pretzels are gross and dry. Jet Blue has much better snack choices. Overheard bins were really small on this small aircraft."
Plussat: "It was a short flight but smooth and on time."
Miinukset: "Crew stopped severing prematurely. He said we were about to land and failed to serve my row and the one behind me. In the end we still had 30 minutes before we started the initial descent. When the person behind me spoke to him about it the steward was rude to him."
Miinukset: "The woman at ticket counter was rude and not helpful"
Plussat: "It was a pleasant experience , the whole travel"
Miinukset: "Nil"
