Plussat: "I can’t say enough about the Lufthansa staff- we ran to our gate because our connecting flight was late, and we were greeted by a warm and smiling face who said “It’s alright, don’t run, take your time, we’re waiting for you.” Onboard the crew was phenomenal- Every. Single. One. I have always felt as a burden to crew if I asked for extra water or an extra blanket- not on this flight, not with this crew. They came around multiple times per hour during an 8hr and 20min flight, offering various beverages and checking on everyone. I can’t thank them enough for how caring they were to everyone on board. The captain as well was very professional and had a kind spirit when he spoke. Best experience I’ve ever had- (and I travel multiple times per year!)"

Boarding at the plane was also a hot mess because you could enter from the front or back of the plane and people in the very back that entered at the front had to shove past people entering from the back moving toward the center of the plane."

They weren't particularly large people, just average men but their arms were in my space all the time. Also if I drop something, I cannot pick it up, there's no room. For transatlantic flights the seats should be bigger."

Miinukset: "They lost the luggage for nearly all the passengers on the flight. I don't know how it happened, but they "forgot" to load suitcases for over 100 people, and they never even told us. We all just waited for our luggage at the baggage claim and only after we all complained that our luggage was missing did we find out that none of it made it to our destination. Now, we're without luggage for 2 of our 7 days in Italy."

Miinukset: "Lufthansa struck when I tried to fly from Kansas City to Napoli Italy on September 08, 2015. I was delayed four days. It took me 5 hours to rebook my flight. Then when returning to Kansas City on November 12, 2015, they had another strike. This time I was forced to purchase 3 days of motels and expenses. It took me 6 hours of making phone calls to rebook my flight. I kid $100 extra to choose my seats since I have PTSD from 24 months straight in Iraq. I panic when I feel confined. So I choose my seats carefully. And now on both trips, Lufthansa chose my seats for me. Just pisses me off all the way around."

Later, it was changed and LH charged me additionally for baggage! My opinion is that LH had software error in this process, because it was a new tariff. Anyhow I have documents which support my statement and I will make a complaint and require my money back."

Miinukset: "Having to change my seat to accommodate a rude belligerent passenger, who had taken my seat, refused to move until spoken to by steward. She then made my flight a nightmare, until I let her sit in my aisle seat. Even then she was not satisfied, she abused me the whole flight damaged the screen so I could not use it until the steward fixed it. Demanded that I except any and all alcohol to give to her to drink. When I am tea total she then continued to abuse me. I asked the steward to move me he just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nowhere else. This is definitely my the worst flight I have experienced."

I was told I will have 100 euro credit for clothing, but in the winter and for 6 days, this was not even close to the amount I needed for clothing and necessities, to have my time here."

Primer experiencia en KLM y no pienso nunca más usar esta aerolínea. Llevar el equipaje o resolver un problema sobre valijas es de lo más básico de una aerolínea y no lo hacen."

Miinukset: "KLM can't seem to figure out the order of boarding the plane. Should be business - priority - everyone else. Instead they do priority first, and that's usually two-thirds of the passengers. Also, really tired of the fake business class on these flights..."

Miinukset: "It was really unclear which desk to use at Birmingham airport to check in. It was extremely stressful for a first time flier as I had no idea what to do - the desk location wasn't marked clearly and when no staff were there it wasn't clear that the desk was open."

There were plent of seats on this flight that had extended legroom. A bit of a mystery, why Westjet elected to put usin the last seats on the plane?"

Miinukset: "Very slow service. I wanted to by several goods from duty free. But crew served only first 20 rows of aircraft."

Miinukset: "Because of slow boarding process flight was delayed by 15 minutes. I had short connection in Amsterdam."

Miinukset: "Bussing to the plane was a bit odd, but the crew remained organized in doing so. When we arrived to the plane, they had both entrances open so that those sitting near the rear of the plane would enter from the back. Plane was a little chilly, but I have come to expect that one most flights."

Miinukset: "I was unable to check n online (although the process was intitated well earlier than 12 hours prior to departure). The system charged y credit card for a seat reservation and then crashed with an error, both on my phone and laptop browser. When I called at 9:00 am (when their offices are open) to ask for help with what happened, I received no answer other than, "the check in system has just closed. I am unable to help you in any way". I booked another flight with another carrier, and did not take this flight., not do I plan to book with them in the future That being said, it is not the job of the employee to defend a poorly working system. Services need upgrade asap."

Miinukset: "Charged £60 for hold luggage because the airline’s unstable website wouldn’t allow me to book in advance (£20 extra in the airport). Plane was delayed because they were late allowing passengers to board and missed the runway slot. Seats were uncomfortable - it was an older airframe."

Plussat: "The added touches make all the difference! We didn’t expect free food and was delighted to receive breakfast. The chairs were much more comfortable than any other plane I’ve been on due to the adjustable head rest, and as a regular flyer to Cyprus, this made a difference. The sweets served just before landing is an excellent idea and something that we do need due to our ears, so this was appreciated. staff were attentive and pleasant."

Miinukset: "Dusseldorf to Warsaw: Boarding terrible including assistance and messaging. - Boarding chaos - Late flight out of Dusseldorf (about an hour) - Just before landing, pilot announced all connections would be made - (and even mentioned chicago) - Connecting flight was gone when I arrived at gate, and I was quick in getting to gate from prior flight - next flight caused 5 hour layover in Warsaw Warsaw to Chicago Boarding terrible including assistance and messaging. - Boarding chaos - Late flight our ot Warsaw (about an hour) - no messaging at gate about reason for delay - kept increasing departure by 5 minute increments; started at 16:40 ended 17:05 (I beleive) - once boarding was complete, pilot said delay was due to wait for connections (boarding was an hour and 15 minutes late). Very frustrated"

Miinukset: "Flight was rescheduled for 3 hours later than original departure. Check in opened less than two hours before the rescheduled flight time so everyone was stuck waiting at check-in for hours. We couldnt even go in and relax inside at restaurants or the gate because online check in wasnt available. Then the flight was further delayed with no news about when the new take off would be or why the delay. Finally boarded a tiny plane that had propellers and a loud take off, if you easily fright on planes probably not the best choice for you. And then someone started smoking on the flight and the attendants had to announce again that smoking wasnt allowed. On and off throughout the flight it smelled like someone was smoking so I wonder if it was even coming from the cockpit."

Miinukset: "The internet support. I spent meny hours trying to check-in and upgrade my case allowance from 20kg to 32kg, and failed. When I tried to change the baggage weight to 32kg a charge was added for NOT taking the case PLUS the extra for the 32kg case! The cost of a case is reasonable and I would advise to pay the extra £5 for 32kg for most flights. The on-line Seating Selection is also unreliable, I was seated next to an empty seat which had been showing to be unavailable on-line! A response to my query which I sent to Blue Air arrived when I was in the air on the flight! It only repeated the baggage section of the Confitions document! Thank goodness for the excellent airport check-in staff and the Flight Crew!"

We queued for 1.5 Hours to then be blocked as all six counters were given over to another flight and people who arrived LATER then us for our flight got to go first. It was incredibly stressful and frustrating especially when I checked in online before arriving at the airport. We had to rush and run through the airport and board at final call. In fact it would put me off flying with Blue Air again."

You enter all your details press confirm and it is supposed to go to the next instruction, but a message appeared then took you back to your previous page and you had to input all your details again..this happened many times before I eventually gave up."

Miinukset: "Planes were late Issue with on-line check-in Non responsive contact center at high cost per minute Absolutely inadequate space for knees, am 1.93 and my knees were stuck all the way during the flight although I had upgraded to a seat with better space. Old aircraft"

Plussat: "The service was OK, we flew on time and the flight itself was pleasant."
Miinukset: "The interior of the aircrafts looked old and a bit dirty. The feeling is that you are flying on a poor low cost service."

Plussat: "It took almost one hour in line just to check in. Also, the flight was delayed. They changed the seats and the crew was calling people who had previously booked breakfast because their seats didn't match what they had booked."
Miinukset: "We almost missed the plane because checking in took over an hour, since they only had one person for the entire flight. In addition, the flight was delayed and the food was not good."

Plussat: "Check in was crowded but it went very fast; Boarding was done on time; Flight was smooth; Despite the fact that the plane was rather old, it was clean and good smelling, toilets spotless to my surprise."
Miinukset: "Minor delay at arrival; If you do not arrive at airport for check in with 90 minutes before flight, you have a good chance to miss it... airport is crowded in the morning, even on Sunday."

Plussat: "Overall in this trip from DUB to Romania (CLJ) was the direct connection bringing us close to where we planned our holiday."
Miinukset: "..with regards to the airline and usage of the word low-cost that is far away from being low-cost. No food served on-board, long waiting times in the bus from terminal to airplane. Would not go with them again. Big disappointment again, but guess that's how it goes in Romania."

Plussat: "The agent at check-in was kind."
Miinukset: "I was put in Emergency exit row but was the last to board. There was no place overhead for my only bag which could not be kept at my feet. And of course, take-off delayed over an hour."

Plussat: "Nothing, really"
Miinukset: "Baggage fee €50 payable in cash only. Boarding was a stockyard experience. Gates are remote and obscure. €2.5 for diet Pepsi on board??!!"
