Me and the 2 other passengers had zero chance to arrive on time and were at a loss of breath. And i paid for my selected seats to which i am asking for a refund because what happened was unacceptable. When we addressed our concern, the lufthansa employee told us that u cannot have buses for all the passengers in a situation of a delay.... unacceptable.... how is this the client's fault to miss a flight due to a delay?"

Plussat: "Excellent crew-seats were decent-not as good as Emirates., but doable. Seats from Frankfurt to Bengaluru in India were smaller than US domestic airlines-a feat thought unachieveable!!"
Miinukset: "Food was terrible-choice for dinner was Salmon or pasta with tomato sauce! Obviously picked the salmon which was sitting on a bed of soggy rice and a dinner roll that was so cold, I could cool my drink with! It was also hard enough to use for self-defense. The entertainment system was so bad, the kid behind me was punching the screen!! It took me 5 minutes to wait for the screen to respond and it was not much larger than my phone. Again, miss Emirates-this will be my last flight on Lufthansa!!!"

Miinukset: "My parents were traveling, they dont speak english and I verified with Austrian airlines that they would be assisted at the gates and that they had the correct visas for each airport they had a layover in. I was assured there would be no problems. Upon boarding they were not able to get on their flight. I have never had so many communication issues and frustrations in the middle of the night with an airline. disappointed."

What a unpleasant surprise at check-in to find out it was super expensive airticket with only 8 kg of carry on! You are confusing people on purpose, I cant believe your service! And I was loyal customer for years and years. Well, time for change."
Plussat: "Had 45 Min to connect at vienna airport and our first flight was delayed so we had to run to get in time to the gate. Literally the gate was on the opposite side of the airport. Bad logistics"

Movie selection was pretty small and lots of Rated R movies, hard to find anything in the middle (not kids, but not adult)."

We arrived to the gate to start the boarding and they just told us wait here for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes we were asked to wait another 20 minutes. Only when we missed the take off time by 10 minutes they bothered to update us and inform us that the flight is being delayed in 2 hours."

Plussat: "The seats were comfortable and the crew attentive. The movie selection was excellent and the entertainment system was excellent. The food was typical for what you get on transatlantic flights in economy."
Miinukset: "At the gate the boarding processes was very slow because there was only a single person checking the passports and the boarding passes of all passengers. Surprisingly, this airline also could not provide a plastic bag for our checked in child seat, which is standard on other airlines."

Plussat: "I flew to Venice on Austrian Airlines to make a connection on an Air Canada flight to Toronto. When we debarked from the Austrian Airline onto the tarmac and picked up our luggage, I could find no signs indicating where to go for connecting flights, nor any signs indicating the gates of connecting flights. I was told that to make a connecting flight, I should go out to the main lobby of the airport, At the information desk they directed me to the Air Canada check in desk, where I found the check-in for my flight was closed. That was the the beginning of a nightmare chase to get to the plane to Toronto. I made it only because of the kindness of people in the check in, security and customs lines. Austrian Airlines should be kinder to its passengers making connecting flights. They seemed to abandon us passengers in a chaotic airport."

Miinukset: "There is an extra charge to reserve a seat in advance. I lost my wallet and glasses case on board. They fell out of my carryon. They clearly had fallen under my seat and likely had slipped to rows in front of or behind that seat. I discovered their loss after going through security in Vienna. Customer service contacted the plane immediately, but we were told they were not there. Clearly little effort was spent to find them and Austrian Airline has not helped."
Plussat: "Short and easy. Good food, fine service and drinks are plenty."
Miinukset: "Seats not to comfortable. Boarding was a mess because they let families with children together with business class passenger and this creates confusing at the gate. There's no entertainment really...but I guess that's not important for such a short time."
Plussat: "It seemed like the crew and passengers had really good attitudes; which always goes a long way."
Miinukset: "The screens were very small. It would have been nice to have an entertainment menu, with the ability to choose a film and to have a play/pause option. Meal options were limited; by the time I could choose pasta was the only choice left. I would have also appreciated the option of herbal or decaf tea."

Miinukset: "Nothing wrong with the staff or flight itself. However, I had to wait to be checked in because the plane was overbooked. In such cases precedence should be given to people who bought their ticket earlier. I did so about 2 months before. I don't know why it had to be exactly me and another guy who had to wait, and not somebody else. The biggest fail: Because of me having to wait until the check in closed to be allowed to check in, my luggage didn't have time to reach the plane before its departure. I reached my final destination without my luggage waiting for me at the conveyor belt. It arrived a day later."

Plussat: "Very pleased with KLM - efficiency all round and especially the baggage handling at Schipol swhere I had 20 minutes to transfer and my baggage came back with me to the UK which is no mean feat given the hustle and bustle of such a large airport"

Miinukset: "The flight was delayed (again!) for some 40 minutes and I was worried that I would miss my connection flight in Atlanata. Fortunately the pilot made up for the delay (probably costing the airline thousands in fuel). It seems these days that every KLM flight I take is delayed. This stretch goes back to 2015! Yet KLM prides itself as being punctual. Not the KLM that I have been flying!"

Miinukset: "Departure was scheduled with one hour delay. When everyone was boarded they mentioned a leaking toilet. It took them 1,5 hours to disable the toilet. In the mean time, no drinks, no snacks, nothing. So we should depart at 18:00 but it became 19:30. Our first drinks and meal was no earlier then 21:00. The crew should have anticipated better that the technical problem would at least take one hour and give everyone a drink at least."

Needless to say, I wont be booking with Air France again."

Miinukset: "Sitting in the middle two seats in the center of the 777 left me stuck for most of the flight. Got up only once. Wife's feet and ankles were swollen by the end of the flight. Not enough legroom to move much during the flight and not enough aisle space to get around with the plane so full. Have made flights twice as long on the 747 and were able to get up and walk."

Miinukset: "At one point during the flight I took a video out of my window with my camera, a member of the cabin crew barked at me in French. In bewilderment I asked her in English to repeat herself and she sarcastically repeated what she had said, in French, I asked for her to speak in English (which she had done to me previously on this Paris to London flight) yet again she scolded me in French. I was left absolutely none the wiser and it left a bad taste in my mouth."
Miinukset: "Poor communication. Did not know was airfrance the booking was completed with Austria airline. In the ticket was not the information. Also, airfrance could not find me in their systems I was late to board the plane. Terrible messy and confusing time for me."

Plussat: "Boeing 777 had a lot of space. Good legroom. Timely departure and arrival, hassle free, safe trip all the way. Enjoyed the red wine; very delicious!"
Miinukset: "Seat didn't recline. The entertainment unit was very difficult to dislodge and raise to use (We were in the front). Movies were kind of older ones but I had reading to do so entertainment wasn't that important."
Plussat: "There were 4 of us flying from Atlanta, there was a great amount of leg room, tvs were nice, remote control for the tv fit into the seat, the way the plane was laid out, the 4 of us sat in a middle row, which meant no window seat (which my sister was disappointed), dinner options were great, wine was complementary"
Miinukset: "My only problem was that there wasn't any air flow and until someone told them how hot they think it is, it was a very sweaty situation. I couldn't sleep because of how hot it was and I didn't think to tell the crew because I didn't know they would care."

Plussat: "The staff was amazing, they brought me a plate of fruit and cheese after Airfrance didn't pass on my meal request to the second leg of the flight (the attendant said this is ALWAYS an issue)."
Miinukset: "My seats reclining function was defective. My meal request wasn't passed on by Airfrance to the second leg of the flight. The entertainment system didn't work (on the whole plane, for the duration of the whole flight) - no movies and no shows. The wifi could have been offered for free to enable people to entertain themselves through computers and tablets, but was not done so. Instead we were reminded that it is available (for a price of course)."

Miinukset: "1) They left our luggage at Brussels, the lost and found desk in Venice that handles Brussels airlines was unmanned. Took 40 minutes to talk to a person. 2) Although promised to bring the luggage on the next day, only brought 2 days after! We had to buy some cloth and still waiting for response from them. 3) We almost missed the connection flight (we had almost hour and a half) because the line for connection flight security was enormous and only 1 person worked in the security. Not only that we were rushed by the crew to RUN (!!!) for the bus, that was ridiculous ! We could fall and hurt ourselves."

Miinukset: "There was a long-ish and poorly organised layover in Luanda, which involved the flight crew individually identifying the carry-on luggage on the plane so as to ensure no one who had disembarked had left anything behind. This was literally done bin by bin by a crew member shouting down the aisle, "Who's is this brown bag? Who has a grey Longchamp!!!???" This is not something I have ever seen before and it took ages. The cabin also became very hot during the layover, which cause a 40 minute delayed arrival in Kinshasa."

Missed connenction flight ( 27 hour delay for connecting flight) with them as well as a result, had to stay 2 extra nights (in great accommodation they provided, at least) had minimal information about what to do in the morning (almost missed the bus to the airport because they only had a little sign noting it) Overall they took care of us from the delays, but I still missed a day and a half of work because of it."

Miinukset: "It is ridiculous that an airline does not include soft drinks and water free while on the plane. The flight was also delayed with no clarifying information from airline employees. The information board said boarding for 20 minutes before they unlocked the doors and started boarding."

Plussat: "Crew was vey professional. Arrival in Rome was to a gate rather than a bus, which was unusual but nice. Baggage delivery was also surprisingly quick for Rome. The Brussels Airlines lounge in Brussels airport is fantastic!"
Miinukset: "The flight departure was delayed 1 1/2 hours, meaning we arrived in Rome at nearly midnight. No complimentary drinks on board. As a Star Alliance Gold member, I chose Brussels Airlines out of loyalty. But the cheap approach to customer care means I will have to reconsider flying with you in the future."
Plussat: "The food served was wonderful, as well as service."
Plussat: "Once on the aircraft, the flight was quite nice. The drinks and food were very good. The flight attendants were very helpful. Having blankets was very nice, since it was very cold in some sections near the toilets. I was selected for supplementary search but the attendants were very efficient and courteous."
Miinukset: "No one explained why one needed to go through the Brussels Airlines pre-check gate (at gate #40) and have our passports reviewed again and a sticker added. It was a mess. At the gate, it wasn't clear where the boarding lines were compared to the lines to see a desk clerk and no one was around to explain what was going on. We didn't know if there was another check going on or it was a boarding line."
Miinukset: "We paid extra for economy plus, but they completely messed up that part of the reservation. Multiple phone calls and run around at the airport. The "upgrade " is a nice one but the hassle was stressful and still not sure if I'll get the $ straightened. Front of plane warm, but back cold."
Plussat: "Flight from US was wonderful. Plane had everything you would want. Food was good and seats comfortable."
Miinukset: "Flight from Brussels to Kinshasa was different. It seems for the people of color, there was an old plane. My seat mate TV sCreek did not work. You could tell moldings on seat were very old. one bathroom had no soap, dispenser was broken. I hope this is not your pratice to use your older planes for those traveling to Africa. I will observe this as I travel back to Brussel and on to US."

Plussat: "Due to my husbands frequent flyer status, we were able to upgrade coach seats to premium free of charge - which afforded priority boarding and more comfortable seats - although, there was not much difference in legroom or general space. This flight was not full, so I had an empty seat next to me - always a good thing on a long flight. Lots of movies and entertainment available to fill up the hours. Served food and drinks constantly (3 meals plus, if I remember correctly) but the food was pretty bad. One of the bathrooms was a generous size, which made it more comfortable."
Miinukset: "Boarding was confusing. They separated out groups but did not make clear where each group was to go, which caused unnecessary jam ups. Stewardess on this flight that served my section was rather grumpy and unhelpful. Seat in front of me was broken so it leaned way back into my lap, making it difficult to eat or read on my e-reader. I had a premium seat, but there did not seem to be any difference in leg room or the size of the seat than normal coach. Although there was several meals - the food was horrible. Best to take your own aboard. We were delayed getting off the ground, having to sit on the plane for a while before take off. We landed over an hour late."
