It was a low cost airline - so no entertainment, no food etc - pretty basic. That said, the boarding was most disorderly. Staff in Chania did not organise passengers in lines as usual (priority/non-priority) resulting in confusion and anger by the passengers, and then passengers were waiting outside (thankfully under a canopy, but still quite hot) for around 20 minutes, before accessing the plane.
This is a no frills flight. I was not expecting anything more and did not get anything more. No food, no water unless you purchase them. But it was a smooth boarding process and got the job done from point A to point B.
I missed the flight due to the stupid handling of long queue at eindhoven airport
Trip from London to Glasgow was canceled and I received absolutely no help from anyone and was completely deserted in a foreign country with no means to get to my destination and no one has taken responsibility for the inconvenience and stress and financial burden caused. Unfortunately I have no convidence anymore that anyone will step up to simply help.
Fast, good loads in and out, totally worth of price.
Worse airline. Charged me for a check bag and didn't check it
Plussat: "Ryanair works very well if you follow the instructions. Check in day before departure - Don’t bring too big or too many bags onboard. Pretty perfect flight for us."
Miinukset: "Fellow passengers not preparing for check in and bringing too much luggage then complaining for 10 minutes while everyone else has to wait. Ryanair only had one check in / bag drop. Should be automated or more staff. Took forever. (Ok 30min and only 3 ppl ahead of me in queue)"
Miinukset: "Boarding in Eindhoven is outside the terminal building"
Miinukset: "All the agents were not professional, stupid and did not explained to the pasengers which line to check in. Took me 1and 1/2 hour to check in and went to 2-3 differents lanes and keep waiting each lane for long time."

Miinukset: "Having all of us line up for boarding on the second floor, only to have us stand in that room for another 15-20 minutes before beginning the boarding process didn't seem to make much sense."

Plussat: "Efficient - low cost - no frills - worth paying the few euro extra for seat, priority boarding and cabin bag . Bus to station is right outside airport In Treviso and it is only $3.50 for train to Venice sl ! Bargain travel can’t get much better than this :)"

Miinukset: "We booked our daughter priority so she was entitled to bring a hand carry on board. When she got the airport they insisted that she had to put her hand carry in the hold despite it having her passport in it!! The Captain very kindly helped her retrieve it from the hold at the end of the flight but why did she ever have to put it in there when she was priority and we paid for it?"

Miinukset: "Chaos over seating families together, one family of two adults and two infants got moved twice, another family was moved once due to allocated seating not putting families together. We eventually offered our seats to try and help out which eventually the reluctant crew accepted. Emergency exits row passenger was allowed to keep their handbag and another had a plastic bag under their seat. (Regulations state no bags at emergency exits). One passenger was chatting using his mobile phone during taxi out. Captain having exited the flight deck for a break then opened the cockpit door and whilst remained open then proceeded to have a nice chat with the cabin crew. Crew were having a bad day. Food was over cooked and nasty. Seat comfort apauling no elbow room and no legroom, still as Ryanair say you only get what you pay for whereas I’d rather have value for money rather than just a cheap and nasty experience."

Plussat: "We checked in as soon as possible to try to get descent seats. However the assigned us two middle seats , one in the front of the plane and one in the back. It seemed like they were trying to give us the worst possible seats so that we would pay the extra to pick a seat. Almost all the other seats were open if we paid. We had already paid for priority boarding. Very disappointed."
Miinukset: "They wouldn't let us check our bags, then wouldn't let us onto the flight because the bags were too big. Very disappointed."

Miinukset: "Our flight was delayed by over two hours from Frankfurt Hahn. No one on the ground gave us any information. They left the entire group of people alone in the gate and did not return until the flight had landed. Everyone was sitting on the floor, clueless. We did not know where the plane was or when it would come. I also paid extra for priority boarding to ensure that my bag would have space in the overhead compartment so I would not have to store it under my seat. However when the remainder of the passengers boarded the aircraft, they took my bag out from the overhead compartment to put another passengers bags where mine were. They had me put my bags underneath my seat. This would not be a big deal but I am an above average tall person, so it forced me to be quite uncomfortable for the entire flight. When I tried to tell the flight attendant that I paid for priority, she ignored me and walked away. 2/10 would not use airline again. I would rather pay the extra to be treated better."

Miinukset: "Low fare is an illusion. They forced customers to check in carryons that would have been qualified as carryon by other airlines. Any checked in bag cost $35 and there is absolutely no free check in bags. We ended up check in 3 bags for two of us. Service is super slow. In addition, if you are traveling to London, the airport they use is STN which is at least 1 and half hours from the City. There is no Uber available from that airport. Tax cost is $120+. As you can see, no matter how cheap the ticket might seem, it ends up to be very costly, no matter you are talking about money and time. Flight attendant was friendly but the Rome CIA airport service was horrible (that's where they fly out from). You first have to stay in a long slow line to get the check in bag invoice, take it to a payment counter where 3 out of 4 service people were on there phone texting while there is another long and slow line of travelers are waiting to make payment. We almost missed our flight despite the fact we got there 3 hours earlier."
Miinukset: "Worst service ever. I didn't see the email reminder that they sent to print the boarding pass. I also didn't prepay my bag because I wasn't sure if it was going to be 15 or 20 kilos. They charged me 160 euros just to print the two boarding passes and 1 20 kilo bag and the man at the counter told me that I should have printed them at home. Not only have I never ever had hat happen to me on any respectable airline but we took Vueling from Mykonos to Rome and they included the bag and they printed the boarding passes for free as all other customer friendly airlines. Never again!! Horrible customer service."

Required online booking - could use a warning or a one-time pass for newbies, as complications with my email and not being clear on this requirement left me paying double for my flight. I will avoid this airline in the future."
