Passengers were divided in 5 lanes, depending on their seating area withing the plane (for a more efficient boarding, I presume) but, by the time we all got to the actual aircraft, we formed another queue in the boarding bridge so it didn't feel like any time was saved or anything."

By the end of the trip when we were approaching Ams, a hostess came and she gave us a $25 dollar discountvoucher to be used in our next trip, this is totally not acceptable!"

Miinukset: "This was one of the worst flights I’ve been on. Both planes were downright filthy. The flight from Dallas to Barcelona had several broken toilets. Flight from Paris to Barcelona boarded and once everyone was on board, they told us that we would be sitting there for 2 hours before leaving."

The bin was only big enough for 1 backpack. 2 of the 3 of us in that row had to go 2 rows back to store our luggage. This is very inconvenient when deboarding because I have to wait for many others to pass before I get a chance to walk towards the back of the plane to get my luggage."
Miinukset: "Staff where so unhelpful that I missed my flight and then refused to offer any assistance as to how I could remedy this situation. This cost me over €180 which is a weeks food and stay for me. Don't fly with these guys or with air Croatia."
Plussat: "The free glass of red wine when the plane finally took off."
Miinukset: "The flight was delayed. We were told that it was just a half an hour delay by the man that was informing us of the delay and then we were then told by a woman that it was going to be over an hour. We weren’t told any specifics of why the plane was delayed, other than: “ the engineers are looking at the issue now”. We received messages saying that the flight was cancelled but then we were told to ignore that. We were told that we would have an update every 10-15 minutes but by the time we had the next update was 1 hours later, we were told that the plane will depart at 15:50- which we did. But we also sat on the plane for an extra 2 hours or maybe even more (couldn’t bare watching the time at this point) because the man that was supposed to push the plane backwards in order to reverse the plane didn’t turn up so we then had to wait for all of the other planes to take off before we could. Eventually the plane set off at 18:20 and I got in France 19:30-20:00 ish?"

Then they came out to answer the phone and said we were 10 minutes past the cut off and we could not fly."
Miinukset: "Staff just walked away while we were in line, the rudeness and mean attitude, they blamed us for being too late after ignoring us and made us late, they didn't offer an alternative flight until we asked. Overall, horrible customer service. Never been treated so rudely by people in the airlines industry in my entire 42 years of flying!"

Miinukset: "Walked all over the terminal looking for signage for Croatia Airlines. Information services sent me to the right location, but it was marked Air France. I asked serval Air France employees for Croatia Air. None new that Air France was the CA carrier. Finally found one who bothered to look it up on her computer and low and behold, AF was the carrier!"

Plussat: "First cancelled the 10:00 am flight while everybody already onboard. Then boarded us again on the same airplane two hours and 50 min later. Right in time before the 3h necessary for passengers to file a claim."

Miinukset: "Loved that me and my travel conpanion go to sit beside one another, and somehow we’re at the very front of the plane together in seats 1B & 1C Prime location. Overall had a very pleasant experience with Vueling 10/10 would fly with again."

Plussat: "The flight itself was good and the boarding staff at Barcelona were excellent in helping us with our autistic daughter, making things smooth for her. Overall pretty good until we got to Manchester, although the flight was delayed by around an hour."
Miinukset: "Missing suitcase and then nobody available at the missing luggage desk for some time. Had to hunt around for someone to help us. Eventually when found they were helpful and have a useful online system for getting updates. Case not found at time of writing review but sounds hopeful."

Miinukset: "Extremely poor service by the cabin crew. They were extremely lethargic and slow with service. So much so that numerous rows of seats with young families were never served. No announcement or apology, they just stopped serving as they needed to prepare to land. They knew from the start how long they would have to serve drinks/snacks but didn’t care and definitely did not go out of their way to ensure everyone would be served. The worst service or total lack of that I’ve ever had."
Plussat: "This was a standard flight.... there was nothing special about it...."
Miinukset: "On arriving two hours early to my flight I was told that I was being put on standby because the flight was full. Not sure how I got bumped from a flight that I bought a ticket for 3 weeks ago? Upon waiting at the gate I came to realise that 17 other people had also been bumped. How does an airline overbook a flight that much? We were led to the baggage claim and told to pick up our bags to be rechecked- then the flight attendants disappeared, giving us no further direction as to where to go or what to do. My bags did not arrive on the carousel, either did anyone else’s that had been bumped. We walked up to the check in desk only to be told to consult the baggage service desk downstairs. Upon doing that we were told to go back to the check in desk. After going to the check in desk again we were told to go to the customer service desk. After doing that and waiting another half hour, we were given new tickets and told that our baggage had left on our original flight and would be waiting for us in Barcelona once we got there. Our compensation for all of this hassle was only a free meal from the restaurant. When we went to the restaurant we were told that we were only allowed one of the cold sandwiches and a small drink. Absolutely appalling as we were starving and exhausted. All of the flights were also delayed, however all the boards continued to say they were ‘on time’. The board for the flight we eventually took said we were ‘on time’ despite the fact we were still standing at the gate at the time we were supposed to depart. After arriving on a flight 5 hours later than we should have arrived, We were then told by the baggage desk that the luggage had not arrived in Barcelona and were instead back in Paris. So the staff in Paris blatantly lied just to get us to leave them alone. No apology was offered at any point of this whole ordeal, no compensation other than a sandwich and a bottle of water, and i’m now left with absolutely nothing but the clothes on my back. Not even a complimentary toothbrush which has been given to me along with toiletries and a t-shirt the last time my bags were delayed. Absolutely appalling from all aspects of this whole company. I am sorry to say I’ve already booked my return flight, however after that flight I am never flying Vuelig again!"

Miinukset: "Boarding took place in a separate area of the airport, no access to shops. Flight was delayed, we arrived an hour late at our destination."
Miinukset: "App info and service poor. Gate closed more than 30 mins before flight while flight was delayed according to the AP status. Would not fly with Vueling again."
Plussat: "I like the landing by the pilot from Beirut to Barcelona. I also appreciated the one flight attendant that helped me and my family."
Miinukset: "They didn’t let me gate check any carryons. They made me pull out all my stuff to reallocate the weight in my carryons before letting me go with all of them. Why? Is the weight issue an over head storage weight limit issue or a fuel issue? Either way they eventually let me go. Ridiculous. They charged me over $110 for an extra check bag when kayak told me it would be $65-$110. Scam/stealing. Also, they told me I had to hold my kid during take off and landing instead of them being in their super secure car seat. How is that even logical? They said it was a company policy. If it was a company policy, why didn’t I have to hold my kid on the following flight? Dumb."

Miinukset: "Aircraft was old and run down. The BCN terminal did not have enough seating and not knowing the gate until an hour before the flight kind of sucks."
Plussat: "I've lost my job! The flight first thing in the morning should respect that we rely on them to get on time in the morning. One in 3 flights of Vueling are delayed! Ryanair is far better in this point! Today I really hate Vueling"
Miinukset: "I also lost the train tickets! I had to pay twice for everything. An apology is not enough, it sounds like they are laughing on us!"

Plussat: "Ryanair, easyjet et al are the big fish in this pond, but the two times I've flown with vueling has been better than all my experiences with the others. Nice to see an airline whose staff looks like it actualy cares about customer service. Thanks a lot!"
Plussat: "Absolutely nothing"
Miinukset: "They overbooked the flight and would not let us on even though we had tickets because we did not check-in that morning online before our arrival to the airport. They re-booked us for another flight that had a connection but it kept getting delayed so they made us re-check our luggage 3 separate times. When we finally made it to the connecting city (Barcelona) that next flight was delayed from 9 pm departure to 11 pm to midnight and then to 2:30 AM with no confirmation that the flight would actually take-off. There was no one that could offer us help or give us answers as to what was going on, all employees were very vague and kept telling us they couldn't tell us anything. We spent 14 hours that day in the airport for a flight that should have taken 1.5 hours. They gave us 6 euros each as compensation and that was it. To put in a complaint to get your money back is very difficult. Their website is often down and they make the form very specific online so that if you type something in lowercase letters it won't go through. I will never fly them again and strongly suggest you don't either."

Plussat: "Nothing, I was no allowed to check in online, at kiosk and was told to wait in line while employees did not address my concerns, was stuck in a line behind an irate customer for over 40 minutes and missed check in closing the flight by 3 minutes while I did not have any bags and I was forced to buy a new ticket with cash at office for following day at airport and extend my hotel and miss my group meeting in Croatia."
Miinukset: "The entire experience, employees did not listen, the counters were not manned, I was blocked by an irate customer who missed his flight the previous day . I was in line over an hour to check and was not allowed to check in before they closed my flight at 5:23 behind a customer who was yelling. I spent the next 3 hours yelling in Spanish trying to get rescheduled o a flight, was forced to pay in cash and file a form . Not great help when there was about 200 people in the customer service line"
Plussat: "No tv or entertainment system which makes more sitting space. I like this."
Plussat: "The airline decided to change the plane so everyone could not fit. As a result, we have been changed to a new flight but a different airport. This is an incredibly poor airline and this type of service should not be allowed nor acceptable."
