Plussat: "Flight was badly delayed and they changed the gates 3 times with no proper announcements. As a result connecting in Istanbul after 23 hours flight from LAX I missed my flight to Baku. I was made to pay EUR 651 one way at THY transfer desk for another flight which was also delayed."

Welcome drink were promptly served but the food choice was still a big no-no. EVERYTHING CONSISTS OF DAIRY PRODUCT THAT I M ALLERGIC TO. When I brought this to the flight attendant's attention, none of them was apologetic and none of them tried to find out another solution to me, who was flying their airline the first time and didn't know the not-so-diverse food option."
Miinukset: "The flight left early, without me. Instead of beginning boarding at the time printed on my ticket, like every other airline, boarding was completed and closed fifteen minutes before my ticket said they would start, so even though I was eight minutes early I was actually seven minutes too late. Turkish Airlines service desk took the evidence (my ticket) and then refused to rebook me, forcing me to pay $600 for a new flight and for a visa to Turkey just so I could exit through security to book & pay for it. They will not be getting any more of my business in the future!"

Great layover at Istanbul Airport with lots of selection for food and drink. Far better than any direct airline that flies new york to tel aviv so if you don't mind a layover choose Turkish."

Plussat: "Luggage left in Istanbul due to short connjection was delivered to my home the same evening. Check in was simple and quick."
Miinukset: "Seats too close together on A330 airplane, entertainment console difficult to use and flight attendent did not have patience to explain how to use it, ran out of main course and remaining chicken course was too spicy to eat, flight from Singapore was delayed in takeoff making it very difficult to make connecting flight,"

Miinukset: "The flight attendants weren't personable on any of the flights. I'm 6 months pregnant and randomly get hungry. There are snacks like muffin available "anytime" On our long flight from Atlanta to Paris I pressed the button 3 times to see if I could get a muffin, but the attendant alert was turned off remotely and no one came to check on me. Thank God it wasn't some sort of emergency."

Miinukset: "My connections in Istanbul (which is huge) were a little chaotic and stressful. Most flights seem to be deplaned are boarded using transit busses - didn't really care for that - but the international terminal was pretty spectacular. Though there weren't enough places/outlets to recharge electronic devices and finding free WiFi was tricky - finally found some in a nice little cafe! Overall, I'd rate IST 4 Stars outta 5..."

No where is written cheap flights must be bad! But i guess ground crew and cabin crew on this airline can not smile or be polite. Even a simple tea was served with no sugar or napkins. Had to ask for it after. For comfort you know what you expecting so that was actually ok. But crews behaviour from the ground to cabin was really unwelcoming. I FELT LIKE I WAS DISTURBING THEM! Plus one big NO to them is no priority for families. EasyJet is an affordable airline too but they have humanity and a great customer care. For me traveling with baby i need priority. A lady held her baby for 30 minutes standing in the Q. Thats wrong! After priority they can invite families and that cost nothing for them but showing that they care about their customers! IF THEY DO!

Miinukset: "I was already checked in and when I got to the counter they told me that I was not checked in even though I had my boarding passes printed. Almost lost he plane. They lost my luggage’s and very very very bad customer service. Would not recommend it."

Miinukset: "Check in was a complete disaster. I only needed to check my suitcase as we had our boarding passes already. It was anarchy and we nearly missed our flight despite being there hours early purely because the check in procedure was so chaotic. Then to top it off, my bag was lost and I was given a stranger’s baggage tag. I don’t know how they will be able to trace my bag with this. It is currently missing in action. Great start to a long awaited holiday!"
Miinukset: "Flight was cancelled , next flight 2 days later. Only online checking within 24-2hours else 55£ at the airport . Tried to checking online multiple times. Advance checkin online not free , checking at airport 55£ . In Less than 2 Hour before boarding online is not possible anymore. Ryanair counter cannot check you in and you will be sent forth and back to other counters"

Miinukset: "I planned to eat on the plane so bought nothing onboard with me. By the time the cart got to me there was no food left. I had no option but to buy some crackers for my meal. The moral of the story: buy food to take with you!"

Miinukset: "The flight was 90 mins late, we were herded like cattle onto the plane which was filthy with empty sweet wrappers littering the entirecabin, which in turn was full of crying children (whose parents appeared powerless/unwilling to comfort them). While none of this was helped by the poor weather creating epic turbulence and a near-miss with another aeroplane, I did take a flight the following day with EuroWings in identical weather which was far better controlled with less nausea-inducing turbulence so I do feel I can blame Ryanair for feeling quite sick as we left the plane. If we'd had to go in for a 3rd landing attempt, I'd probably have turned up for my meeting all covered in vomit as they don't even provide sick bags! Ryanair isn't just basic and cheap, they don't even do the basics properly. It's as though they're deliberately trying to make the experience as horrible as possible. Ryanair is dreadful. Never again!"

Plussat: "I don’t need anything fancy for a short flight. Low cost, safe travel is the primary goal, and that’s what we got. The ratings chart doesn’t allow you to choose N/A but there was no food or entertainment for me to rate anything, and for such a short flight, it wasn’t needed anyway."
Miinukset: "Baggage fees are too high. €40 for one bag, each way? Too much. €20 each way is more reasonable, in my opinion, especially when standard international carry-on bags are not allowed. So for one bag for a family of four, we had to pay €80 and still had to buy a carry-on bag that was small enough to be allowed, other than taking the kids’ school backpacks. Please reduce the cost of luggage if you need to maintain the much smaller carry-on bag size. Also, passengers should be directed to keep their carry-on above their own seat, and not fill the front overhead compartments if their seats are in the back. It causes a lot of confusion at time of boarding and de-planing. Some elderly travelers were unable to manage their luggage, let alone go against traffic in the aisle to find overhead space in the back when they likely paid more to have their seata in the front. Not fair at all to pay more for front seats but not have the benefits of those seats. Also, I used the online chat tool before the flight to understand the baggage fees. The representative on the chat was particularly rude. Not good customer service. I figured out what I need to know so that’s the most important thing, but there was no reason for his nastiness."
Miinukset: "The flight was late and the transfer check in was closed by this time. I asked THY to help me, showed them the boarding of Ryanair and they did it. I will newer use the Ryanair for the internal flight. It is better use the train and take more time rather be late."

Miinukset: "Due to mass cancellations we had days worrying if we were able to go on holiday our holiday or get the return flight home. They got the planes at the wrong gates so our flights were delayed for and hour, a passenger being sick very close to us was not moved away into a quieter area of the plane. Our luggage was damaged when we picked it up."

Miinukset: "The cabin was freezing. Also, most passengers were made to check cabin baggage at the gate, reason given as 'a full flight. but once on The plane, there was many empty seats (6 alone in the two rows around me) and the overhead lockers were about half full."

Miinukset: "Tap water offer would be appreciated. Too bad the checked bag price is so high that everyone brings what they can onboard which fills up all the overhead storage. Tickets that are bought together should be seated together if possible and not just randomly assigned."

Herded into a small hot holding room after long lineups to see if the carry on luggage fits into the measurement guide. Poor staff! Doing their best with the means they have. Perhaps ask them how it could roll out better."
Plussat: "No help. From crew regarding fees for one kilo overage. I will never use this airline again"
Miinukset: "The plane seemed incredibly old, like nothing I've seen before. They wanted to charge us 50 pounds to check in our luggage at the airport. I never received an email about needing to check in to the flight online. Luckily we arrived early enough to the airport for the customer service desk to let us know we only had 20 minutes to check in on our mobile devices. The landing of the plane was also the worst I have ever experienced. Everything was so unorganized and uncomfortable about this flight and airline. NEVER traveling with Ryanair and will recommend to all friends and family to avoid Ryanair."

Arrived at Edinburgh airport and was told that since I did not check in and it was within 2 hours of the flight, I would have to pay 50 Euro per passenger to check in. There were 3 of us. I had previously paid for checked bags and to reserve seats. Sneaky way for an airline to sucker people out of money. Have flown Ryan air before. Will never again. Unfortunate. Staff was welcoming and flight was comfortable. Not a reflection of employees. 100% reflection of upper management."
Plussat: "Ryan air is the stuff of nightmares. I checked in online and bought my luggage online as it's more expensive at the airport. The check in never registered online although the luggage did and I was forced to pay 45 euro at the airport to CHECK IN. You go in wanting a budget flight and they take you for all your money. The flights are cramped and seats small. Which is fine if you've paid 10-30 euros (flight with luggage) but their added other costs are a disgusting attack on budget travelers!"

This is a very discriminating practice against those who can not afford to be on the internet. It should not be allowed and our money should be refunded. Shame on Ryan Air to have such a discriminating program. Cost for a one way trip from London Stansted to Dublin, Ireland for two, 45.72 for tickets, 58.32 for luggage, 90 pound fee for not using the internet, total 194.04 pounds. Cheap is relative?"
Plussat: "On time! That is the single most important factor for any flight! I am 2 m 3cm so I don´t expect comfort or entertainment. But I can still expect an on-time arrival!"
Miinukset: "The boarding is chaotic, probably because the passengers are disobedient and don´t listen to instructions. Taking away our small roll aways at the gate."
