Beautifully restored lobby. Good location for walking to inner harbor and other sights. Spacious room with comfortable beds. Complimentary bottled water. Cuisinart tea and coffee maker. In. Room refrigerator. Microwaves on each floor. Nice bakery in lower lobby for quick breakfast or snack. Phone in room didn't function fully. This was not addressed. Puts $50 per day on CC for incidentals. This is posted, but wasn't brought to my attention when CC was taken.
I like the rooms and the classy look. I was Here on business and went outside for a smoke break and in the middle of the night a few black men tried and rob me and I tried to defend myself and I was latterly jumped by a group and there was no one at the hotel that helped me . I can't believe they would allow such horrible activities and behavior in front of the hotel with no one there willing to help protect their customers. And than I asked for a security tape to see why and how it all happen and their response was they know nothing. How can you let such hateful and violent things happen as letting your customers get hurt and no one there to help protect the people who stay at the hotel. I see the staff and people at the hotel can care less what happens at the hotel or outside their front door. I can't believed they had the nerves to tell me I'm still being charged for the room for 3 days after the same night I showed up I was in the emergency room till the next morning and they had the nerve to still charge me . I see the hotel people can care less what happens there as long as they get their money . How can the hotel let such horrific things happen in their presence and expect for people to feel comfortable renting a room there . That's the worst experience I've ever endured staying at a hotel. I was in the emergency room with a broken nose and broken rib cage and no one wanted to help me . They practically just looked the other way. If that's how hotels operate and let their customers get hurt and possible killed than I will never rent and or be a client for that hotel ever .
Great location for the baseball game Front desk left us on hold for more than 20 mins before we just hung up and went downstairs ourselves
Loved the location Besides from the hookers on our floor from room to room, the fighting in the hallway at 1am in the morning and the party going on down the hall with employees and guest with drugs being used
Room had plenty of space, bed was comfortable. Very clean hotel and staff was very friendly. No outlets by the bed. No complimentary coffee in lobby. I prefer to stay where breakfast is included.
Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The breakfast options were limited.
Convenience and quiet Distance from elevator to rooms is excessive.
After paying over 300 hundred a night, they ofer you a view upgrade for an extra 40 a night, which is fine is a beautiful view of the harbor, but you have to pay an extra 30 dollars a day to park your car. And when I ask the offer me the internet for free but since the person that checked me in was not there they tried to backed out of it saying that there was no way they could give it to me for free because it was 15 more a day. The people at front desk were very, very rude. Except when you are checking in and they are trying to sell you something.
Nice room, pool was great, location in the heart of it all!! Very secure also. Nothing
Great room and staff. Location is great Maybe we were just there on a bad weekend, but there were a lot of rowdy kids at the hotel. Noise was a problem.
Friendly, and helpful staff. Loved the attached grille. Small bathrooms.
Convenience to convention center No continental breakfast
Large refillable shower supplies; better for environment than lots of little bottles. Beautiful room. Tea/coffee/drinks for guests. Convenient for public transportation. Shower made awful high-pitched squealing sound. Room card became deactivated for no reason.
I was attending a conference for most of the trip, and my partner also joined to check out local sites. It was a decent location within walking distance to a number of good restaurants and museums. The room was somewhat small and the floor appeared to not have been vacuumed in a while (as noted by the dozens of small beads that were from a bracelet of a former inhabitant). I find the sliding bathroom door to be somewhat unusual since it didn't allow for privacy in the slightest. Lastly, we had to go to the front desk once a day to get the room key cards re-magnetized, so that we could enter the elevator to the room and our room.
I've been to a few Embassy Suites, I enjoy a few drinks, best bar staff and cocktail offering I've experience at an ES. I never made it to the breakfast. I didn't want to spoil my appetite for the nearby Vietnamese food, it was sooooo good. The snacks at the manager's reception were disappointing. Couldn't adjust the temperature in the room. There wasn't a fan in the bathroom... All minor stuff really, would definitely stay there again.
Nothing. I will not use this service again. I made this reservation in early October 2016. I arrived there at 11 pm on April 26 only to discover that the hotel is CLOSED for renovations. I received absolutely no notification and spent two hours on the phone trying to resolve and find appropriate accommodations nearby! This is so unacceptable, and I will not use this service again to book.
Very close to all attractions breakfast was awesome
Good rooms, not on the harbour but near it,
Clean rooms, comfy beds, ideal location to M&T Stadium and Inner Harbor
Location to Ballpark and Stadium Hotel is seriously showing its age inside and out.
