Miinukset: "Terrible airline and airport system... the boarding system is a disaster... after waiting in line for so long they send you to different counters to pay for bags... on top of that they didn’t check in one of the 6 in my group by the attendant’s mistake and they closed the flight in us...there is a bussing system that “takes you to the plane” and when we finally made it to our gate the bus made their last of the 2 trips to the plane. So we lost our flight to Cusco and ruined our entire first day of touring in Cusco..... your system or multiple check in/ cashier/customer service counters is a disaster and it makes zero sense. I will NOT fly latam again."

During on boarding they communicate that because the cabin was full of hand luggage the rest of the passengers needed to dispatch their hand luggage for free. This occurs only because they charge to dispatch luggage when buying the tickets. So nobody dispatch luggage and those who dis became frustrated because they payed. This unfortunately occurs on all companies."
Plussat: "When we arrived at airport to check in there was no internet and only people who had checked in much earlier on their phones could go to the boarding area. A large number of people had to wait for "somebody" to write (!) boarding passes. All of this was quite a mess and took a long time."

The plane is a beauty, silent, smooth, but when you flight in tight seat, with a minimal reclination, it all goes to the trash. Good entertainment service, modern, but the missed a few movies they should have."

Miinukset: "We flew Latam to go snowboarding in Argentina. The moment we arrived at the desk to check in, it was chaos. We waited in line for almost 2 hours to check in. When we got to Buenos Aires, our snowboard bags had not made it on the flight. Having to deal with Latam agents who hardly spoke English and were not helpful at all was intensity frustrating. Our bags finally got to our destination 2 days later. We had to drive to the airport to pick them up because they were not going to deliver them for another day, so we would have been 3 days without our snowboard gear. Latam did nothing to compensate us for the days lost no did they even seem to care. This is one of the most frustrating companies I have ever dealt with. I booked a return flight on Delta and lost $1000 just so I don’t have to deal with Latam again. Any money you save on a flight is not worth having to deal with this company. Stick with reliable American-based companies with customer service that is up to American standards."
Plussat: "I liked the presentation, the effort that LATAM puts forward in general. They have great uniforms that reminds me of old airlines, in a good way."
Miinukset: "The services is good, but they do not do it with a smile on their face. I asked for a cup of water and both times it took them about 10 minutes to get me that cup. The crew always seems to be bothered to serve the customer. There is also a big difference between services going straight to Santiago on the 787 and to Peru on the 767. I understand the plan (767) is older and that does not bother me. What bothers me is the disparity in service between the two. I received great service the first time I traveled on LATAM, ever since then they have disappointed. I do not understand what is going on with them."

Their passports, credit cards and money were all stolen during this 4 day period."

After waiting 10 minutes I️ went upstairs and found a chaotic mass of people checking in at the actual open kiosk. The check in process was not clearly defined and even after spending 30 minutes checking a bag I️ still had to care my checked bag down to another TSA check line. In their boarding area there were minimal phone chargers. The plane was small and no leg room and a rigid uncomfortable seat. Also the flight was at night and they kept the cabin lights on. That was super frustrating to an exhausted traveler who was trying to sleep."
Miinukset: "American Airlines baggage check-in at Paris CDG was total chaos. It took 1 1/2 hours. They need a systems analyst to review their process; especially for customers using their ticket kiosks during check-in when the lines get long. There's never a problem when the lines are small (duh !!). The staff involved in baggage check did well considering the poor process flow they had to deal with. The entire flight crew was great. It is management that is falling down on the job."

Miinukset: "When first boarding the plane, the person I was with tried to close the shade on the window, the with frame and the first 2 pieces of glass popped out. We notified the flight attendant and his response was "can you stick your arm out the window and wave? No... ok you're fine" then we were notified the bathrooms in the middle of the plane were out of order and we could only use the bathrooms at the rear of the plane. There was no WiFi, and the audio system for the on board movies wasn't working. The flight attendants were only giving out cups of beverages and not the full can, which isnt a big deal but still looks bad on the airline considering everywhere flight with American has handed out full cans of soda. The perception was American dropped the ball on the his plane, and just didn't care to do the necessary maintenance. For the his head priced paid for the his hehe see tickets I would've expected better from a reputable airline. Needless to say we were a little disappointed."

They mostly just stayed in the back talking to each other. The pilot didn't greet us. Just stood there when we walked in. And there was a kid screaming for most of the trip. My seat was broken and wouldn't recline. This was my first trip flying, and on the trip to Miami I flew with Delta. The service with them was tremendously better. I was really disappointed."

Miinukset: "TAP Airlines stranded us in Lisbon. They were late flying us from Vienna to Lisbon and then canceled our seats on our connection to JFK. Instead, they rebooked us on the next day's flight a full 24 hours after, refusing to rebook us on earlier flights on other carriers. Their customer service was as bad as I've ever experienced. Multiple agents admitted their company is terrible and doesn't care about its customers. The indifference to our situation was surreal. Lesson learned."
Plussat: "The fact that it was a direct flight."
Miinukset: "First of all, I would like to start by saying that I flight with TAP very often. I guess you can check on your system. I had good experiences in the past and actually recommeded to friends/family. I hope this flight was an exception. A few things were not that good this time. 1) First of all, the online check-in wasn't working until a few hours before the flight, and I didn't even give me the option to choose my seat. Once in the plane, I noticed plenty of empty seats in several areas of the plane. I could have had a much better seat. Also, the fact that the price of the luggage in the ticket is not included is insane! They let you know right at the boarding area. Another 100 plus dollars in addition to the 1,6000 that I paid for the ticket. Incredible!! And they only gave us 15 dollars voucher!! 2) There was a 2 hours delay due to a storm in the south of the USA. Although I am fully understandable with the fact that this situation is out of hands for the TAP company, is it in their hands the care and wellbeing of their passengers. As previoulsy stated, I received a 15 dollars voucher to use becasue of the delay. At any airport, for any decent meal, you will pay a minimum of 25-30 dollars. All items are more expensive. While waiting in the gate to board, we were not offered with snacks, water, etc.. additionally, no announements or updates at all. 3) I had a very uncofortable situation with one of the filght attenders. Male, very tall, dark hair and dark skin. When distributing dinner, I found the way he approached me very disrespectul, ironic and dismissive. ZERO customer services and he is actually the face of TAP in these planes. Unaceptable. I have to look all the way up to him, he wouldn't make an effort to band a bit (of course, not completely) to at least try to hear what I was saying. He was requesting me to speak loud but he would not make a minimum effort to get close to me. His demeanor and attitude made me feel very upsted... abuse of power... to the pooint that I ended up not taking the meal. No manners at all. He should understand that after hours of waiting (check-in usual time plus the 2 hours delay) we were all very tired. Particularly at that timeof the day. Some of us where up for since earlyi in the moring and you could tell that most of the passengers were exhausted. The second we got into our seat, we all used our blankets and try to sleep. He was not empathetic or councious about that. I felt very uncomfortable. Both of the girls that were also in the back area of the plane, were also lacking manners and customer services. I don't know.. other times was much better."
Miinukset: "75 euros per bag on an international flight is robbery. I was also on my honeymoon, which I know shouldn't guarantee anything, but wow did it leave a bad impression, particularly when I hear stories of free upgrades all the time and I couldn't even get a free bag."

Plussat: "Food was abundant and pretty good. I paid $91.95 US (think it was 75 euro) for the exit row and felt this was money well spent."
Miinukset: "They charged me $90 for my luggage. Several weeks or perhaps even months after I booked, I received an e-mail saying I had booked Super Cheap Economy or some such. It had a link to pay for 'additional services' but not luggage. At the time of booking, I checked and the price given was $35. So, I have protested the additional $55 with my CC company and will see what happens. BTW the luggage was not overweight. They turned off all the lights, including my personal reading lamp, so I could not read and had to just sit there doing nothing. That really blew big chunks. I only got two small glasses of wine."
Plussat: "The plan was clean, newer, and comfortable. If you sit towards the front of the plane you end up sitting in economy plus for the economy price."
Miinukset: "No entertainment, but the flight were short enough it wasn't really a problem. With downloadable Netflix and Prime, that isn't a problem anymore."

Miinukset: "The captain had fasten seatbelt on because of turbulence. As soon as it came off the crew insisted on doing the service instead of waiting for desperate people to use the restroom. They made everyone sit back down so they could serve sandwiches and drinks. There was plenty of time and they should have waited. The only time the crew smiled was when the flight was over"
Plussat: "The food was good and there was a decent variety of things to watch."
Miinukset: "Having another TSA check at our gate at the last minute just because we were going to New York, the whole process made our boarding time late and our take off time pushed back even though they had 3 hrs to figure it out. The main flight stuardess in charge was rude and kept giving attitude to people when they asked questions because half the people on the flight didn't understand Portuguese. I wasn't allowed to pick my seat on the website so we ended up in a middle row. The person i was traveling with is over 6 ft and could not comfortably fit in the seats. Thankfully no one sat on the end so we were able to spread out between 3 seats. The entire experience made us not want to fly into Portugal again."

Plussat: "Everyone was friendly , there were sandwiches passed out and drinks which was great!"
Miinukset: "The chairs were small and we didn't have very much legroom"
Miinukset: "2 hour delay for a 30 minute flight. Really?"
Plussat: "It is comparatively inexpensive for business class."
Miinukset: "You get what you pay for! Boarding was very disorganized. Lot of standing around for no good reason. Food and drink service was mediocre -- they ran out of stuff."
Plussat: "The punctuality"
Miinukset: "The airplane was small for a 8-9 hours trip, the seat were super small, I'm not a big person and I was very uncomfortable in them, the crew wasn't very nice, the food was a mess the girl next to me was a vegan and they give her a cheese sandwich, entertainment didn't work well there were only 4 channels, comparing to AirEuropa very mediocre and awfull airplane, really I'm from Venezuela and even there the airplanes are better, not worthy the 600$ one way ticket I got."
Plussat: "I was lucky enough to be awarded an upgrade to Business Class on this flight... Relieving the tension of overbooking in economy..I guess my lucky day.."
Plussat: "the short connection time to Lisbon great service on SWISS and TAP the fact that I was allowed 2 pieces of hand luggage. Not forgetting your great service to adjust my booking from economy to business class Thanks"
Miinukset: "Flight was overbooked by over 20 people and even though we got the airport 2 hrs early to check in we were bumped from the flight. Next flight available was not for over 8 hrs later that day. Rude and not helpful employees. No gate announcement when flight was then delayed. Most American size carry one do not fit in overbooked head and was forced to gate check."
Plussat: "Excellent service and comfort."
Miinukset: "attendant kept waking me up to put my seat belt on while i was sleeping"
Plussat: "The food was good and the seats were very comfortable. The selection of moves was alright. The crew was very gracious despite all the problems with boarding."
Miinukset: "The boarding process could not have been worse. Both legs were delayed because of bag issues. One leg a significant portion of us had to get off the flight because there was not room for all the luggage. They made me a check my carry on bag because it was over small mediocre weight requirement even though lots of people had heavier bags. Then they LOST that bad for 2 days and it was a nightmare getting it back in another country. The second leg, a person whose bag was on board was unaccounted for, so we were delayed again."
Miinukset: "They keep us inside the bus trapped for more than 20 min, before boarding, very bad experience."
Plussat: "My check in was by far the easiest it has ever been on any of the international flights I've taken over the years. This was my first flight with TAP Portugal and I will certainly by happy to fly with them again. The next time, I'm going to take advantage of their offer to stop over in Lisboa."
Plussat: "Primera vez que viajo con ellos, mi hice y la verdad que quedamos gratamente impacta dos! La atención excelente, inclusive nos habían dado en Zurich los puestos separados ( viajábamos mi esposo y yo) y sin decir nada, nos llamaron y nos cambiaron de puesto , para estar juntos, la comida excelente y la atención del personal impecable!!el"
Miinukset: "El vuelo Lisboa a Milán y el de Zurich a Lisboa, no tuvieron la misma calidad, ni de avión ni de atención...pero a Miami excelente!!"
Miinukset: "I did not like that I was racially profiled by the Polish person witless I was boarding the flight. The hostess in the flight did not pay attention to my needs. The flight entertainment system did not work. Eventually in rheaume middle of the flight they decided to change my seat."
