Tuntui kuin lentokenttävirkailijat olisi olleet TET-harjoittelussa. Ongelma ei tietty ole Finnairin henkilökunnassa vaan Münchenin kentän virkailijoissa. Oli kuin kaikki olisivat ensimmäistä päivää töissä. Todella heikkoa toimintaa.

Tuntui kuin lentokenttävirkailijat olisi olleet TET-harjoittelussa. Ongelma ei tietty ole Finnairin henkilökunnassa vaan Münchenin kentän virkailijoissa. Oli kuin kaikki olisivat ensimmäistä päivää töissä. Todella heikkoa toimintaa.

Check in Pariisissa oli vanhanaikasta. Jos on matkatavara menossa rumaan, tai haluaa boardingpassi paperiversiona joutuu odottamaan että check in avautuu.

Dinner was very salty, chicken with broccoli. Quinoa salad? The dinner on my flight JFK-Helsinki was excellent, kind of a roasted chicken with sauce and potatoes. Other than that, I love having wine with dinner, blueberry juice, coffee. I'll fly Finnair again.

Kone lähti myöhässä ja henkilökunnalla turha puheripuli kovaäänisiin

Finnair siirsi lentomme vuorokaudella eteenpäin. Ilmoitus tuli tuntia ennen koneen lähtöä kun oli jo toimitettu matkalaukut koneeseen ja tultu turvatarkastuksesta läpi ja odoteltiin koneeseen nousua lähtöportilla. Käsittämätöntä, tieto ylibuukkauksesta oli varmasti tiedossa paljon aikaisemmin. Kari ja Marja Alatyppö

Palvelu oli erinomaista, kone oli siisti ja aikataulut pitivät hyvin. Ihan pieni suma syntyi koneeseen noustessa kun eri boarding-ryhmät sumppuuntuivat putkeen. Pieni tauko boarding-ryhmien välissä olisi tehnyt siirtymästä vielä asteen sujuvamman.

Finnairilla hyvä henkilökunta, kaikki sujui tosi hienosti lennolla.

lentoemännät hoiti tehtävänsä hyvin. Koneen ilmastoinnissa oli vikaa, tuli vilu.

Lento aivan täynnä ja bourdauksessa ei mitään järjestystä. Tuntuu siltä, että Finnair sijoittaa pariskunnat erilleen ilman erillistä maksettua paikkavalintaa.

Flight was completely on time, The crew was helpful beyond the minimum requirements, and the checked-in luggage arrived almost as soon as we reached the belt. Very nice experience.

Lento 3h myöhässä. Informaation kulku hidasta ja sekavaa.

Lähtöselvityksessä oli vain yksi henkilö, mikä ei vastannut lainkaan tarvetta, koska hän oli ERITTÄIN HIDAS - ja hieman tyly (?). Passeja hän pyöritteli todella kauan ja tavasi hitaasti kirjain kirjaimelta nimemme niistä ja vertaili kuvia meihin. Tuntui todella oudolta. Lisäksi tarranauhat taisivat loppua kesken ja hän joutui hakemaan niitä muualta. Meillä (kolmen hlön perhe) oli ainoastaan yksi laukku menossa ruumaan, mutta virkailija yllätti meidät vaatimalla myös käsimatkatavaramme ruumaan, koska tilaa olisi kuulemma liian vähän. Luonnollisesti olimme pakanneet kaiken säännösten mukaan ja tässä hässäkässä ruumaan joutui myös elektroniikka, jotka olimme jättäneet käsimatkatavaroihin. Virkailija ei huomannut kysyä asiasta, emmekä me kiireessä muistaneet sitä. Lisäksi jouduin todella vaatimalla vaatimaan, että sain yhden laukun käsimatkatavaroihin, koska sairastan diabetesta ja astmaa ja olin pakannut matkalla mahdollisesti tarvitsemani lääkkeet ko. laukkuun. Ehdin jo hieman hätääntyä asiasta, kunnes virkailija "armollisesti" tuli sen verran vastaan, että antoi minun valita yhden kolmesta laukustamme matkustamoon. Ymmärrän tilantarpeen, mutta olisi ollut todella järkevää kertoa jonossa odottaville etukäteen, että tällaista vaaditaan, jotta muutenkin todella tiukalla ollut ollut aika ei olisi kulunut turhaan säätämiseen turhautuneitten jonottajien odottaessa selän takana. Asian olisi mielestäni voinut myös hoitaa hieman kohteliaammin. Lisäksi huomasin koneessa, että hyvin harvan kohdalla oli vaadittu jättämään matkustamoon tarkoitettuja laukkuja ruumaan - ainakin lähes kaikilla oli yksi laukku/hlö mukana. Hämmentävää. Yllättävää kyllä kone pääsi kuitenkin lähtemään matkustajien puolesta ajallaan, vaikka jonottavat pitivät sitä mahdottomana. Lento sujui muuten hyvin, paitsi jalkatilat olivat todella surkeat verrattuna menomatkamme koneeseen.

Kone oli kolme tuntia myöhässä.... Meitä pompoteltiin portilta toiselle. Ilmastointi oli olematon.

Finnair on lentoyhtiönä nykyään aivan perseestä! Siirtävät esim lentoja 2 päivällä eteenpäin eivätkä kerro matkustajille edes syytä! Laitoin kyselyä asiakaspalveluun jo maaliskuussa 2022 ja lentomme oli 27.5 ja en ole vieläkään saanut vastausta miksi lentoa siirrettiin.

Lento myöhässä 9h ja lähtö seuraavan vuorokauden puolella. Ei mitään tietoa finnairilta kuinka toimitaan, miten yöpyminen hoidetaan, mitä korvataan jne. Surkea suoritus.

Asiakkaita suositellaan menemään kentälle hyvissä,ajoin, mutta finskin lähtöselvitys ja bag drop portit avautuvat, aina, liian myöhään. (munchen)

Tämä nykyajan "turvatarkastusteatteri" on aivan absurdia matkustajien kiusaamista. EI voi mitenkään olla perusteltua että joutuu jonottamaan yli 2 tuntia sitä että käsimatkatavarat tutkitaan. Matkustajista 99.99999% on rehellisiä asiallisia ihmisiä eikä heidän kiusaamisensa moisella teatterilla edistä mitenkään lentoturvallisuutta. Parannusehdotus turvallisuuspäällikölle potkut tehtäviensä hoidon täydellisestä epäonnistumisesta. Esim lennollani 2 oli vain läpivalaisulaitetta käytössä ja jonossa tuhansia ihmisiä. Ilman lennon myöhästymistä olisimme missanneet lentomme tämän pelleilyn johdosta! Kyllä moiset tarkastukset pitää pystyä järjestämään siten ettei matkustajan tarvitse seisoskella jonossa tuntikausia. ( tämä jonottaminen tarkoittaa myös sitä ettei kukaan voinut käyttää kentän palveluita, eli myös heidän business kärsii tästä typeryydestä)

Tarjoilu

Koneen kapteeni ei kertonut mitään muuta lennosta kuin lähtiessä lennon kesto. Olisin halunnut tietoa esim lentoreitistä.

Lento oli lähes 3 tuntia myöhässä emmekä saaneet mitään tietoa mistään. Emme saaneet myöskään vouchereita.

Finnair arpoi edellisenä iltana check-in:ssä mieheni riville 29 ja minut riville 16 eikä näitä voinut muuttaa. Finnair rahastaa kaikesta, vaikka ei tietääkseni ole ’halpalentoyhtiö’. Mustikkamehumukillinen on ainut, mikä kuuluu hintaan. Menolennolla KLM tarjosi suolaisen ja makean välipalan kaikkine juomineen (kahvi, mehu, virvoitusjuoma, olut, viini). Kännykän voi ladata. For free.

Matkatavaratietomme puuttuivat järjestelmästä. Turhaa vaivaa moisesta asiasta. Valitin suoraan Finnairille.

Järjestelyt toimi oikein hyvin matkakumppanin boarding pass dokumentti katosi turvatarkastuksen jälkeen puhelimesta jokin spammi yritti latautua , mutta passilla koneeseen 😊 Kone ilmeisesti hiukan kovassa käytössä, istuin muhkurainen. Henkilökunta oikein palvelualtista ja ammattitaitoista ☺

Kun Finnair ei tarjoa muuta kuin mehua ja vettä niin olisi mukavaa että edes voisi ostaa jotain vähän laadukkaampaa syötävää kuin nuudeleita!

Ilmainen kahvi olihan kiva. Lento myöhässä yli 2 h Hesan päässä odotettiin rappusia. Huh huh. On se vaikeeta!

Lähtö myöhästyi 55min. Oli lähellä että olisimme odottaneet 1,5h koneessa, mutta saivat uudelleenreitityksen.

Henkilökunta oli tosi ystävällistä ja muutenkin koko koneessa oli hyvin rauhallinen tunnelma. Tosin kone oli hyvin vajaa.

Ei mitään hyvää Finnairilla, ei edes ruokaa tai snackseja lennoilla. Ja lennot myöhässä, kuten tämäkin oli taas.

Erinomaiset ja viihdyttävät lentäjät mutta lento lähti myöhässä

Tässä odottelen laukkua vieläkin niin missähän olis parannettavaa!

Jokin ongelma saapuessa jolloin bussikuljetus ja kävely toisesta päästä kenttää… kangasmaski käskettiin vaihtaa kesken lennon vaikka osa oli ilman saapuessakin koneeseen Lentolippujen kaivaminen oli haastavaa,sitten keksin liittää finskin appiin

Not fan of Air Canada. Only two things they ever serve for in-flight food. Chicken or Pasta. I traveled many times with them , never heard about anything else from their mouth for food. I call them "cheap chicken pasta airline".

Boarding announcements were inaudible. The boarding process was unclear.

The airline ran late and I almost missed this connecting flight to LGW. The airline didn't act very sympathetic to my situation. I wished that didn't happen as my experience I'm sure would've been much different.

One flight has delayed, but connecting flight ( the same company) has another plan for us. And left TO TLL. Instead Finnair.Who waiting pax from BRUSSELS. GREAT EXAMPLE OF COOPERATION. 👍

Ask for payment for baggage, does something with my credit card- then tells me I need to go to another desk to pay. So inefficient. This on top of her and her gate buddy screwing around at the desk throwing things at each other. Professionalism is not here. To top it off, the plane sat on the tarmac for 40 minutes and we just about missed our connection. Dirty plane too, gum stains on carpet and dirty seats. Will not fly with these clowns again."

Miinukset: "They delayed our flight from Gatwick to Riga with no information given to passengers. Many of us had a connecting flight with Air Baltic from Riga to Helsinki- which we asked if they will wait for us, the crew member said because the flight was also with Air Baltic, they will wait for us. We got there 10 minutes before take off, and the gate has already closed. Furthermore, we got to the Air Baltic counter, we were given 5Euro meal vouchers even though we will be staying at the Riga airport for 9 hours. Also they gave us terrible customer service attitude, which we definitely do not deserve after being delayed, and causing so much trouble on their behalf. Definitely do not recommend flying with Air Baltic again. I've never been this angry with any air line."

The only solution that they can offer me was to travel from Riga to Moscow and than to Tel Aviv. It become 12 hours traveling across 4 countries ( we arrived form Stockholm) instead of 5 hours flight as it was supposed to! I'm not recommending to travel with that company it can not be trusted!"
Miinukset: "bag measure frames in Riga airport used for aB are smaller than in most airports, as a results we were asked to check some bags in at the last moment. we have had connecting flight through Riga with two hand bags. lets call them big and small. judge by yourself: flight, aircraft, small, big ->Riga CS3, on board, on board Riga-> DHC 8-400, on board, check in ->Riga DHC 8-400, on board, on board Riga-> CS3, check in, check in as you see, the same bags on the same aircraft were allowed or disallowed by the same company based on weather one flies to Riga or from it. i believe there is absolutely no purpose for doing last second interruptions of such kind"

AirBaltic refused to compensate for my looses due to thair fault, castomer service is very poor, they took refusal position right away. Between long delays, rude and unprofessional crew, poor customer service, long wait times on the phone including being hung up or not answered at all and downgraded from premium to a plane without any space, small seats, rude crew that provide wrong information."
Plussat: "Waited forty mins at a check in line, and this was for premium. Staff unconcerned, working slowly. Only two checkin agents for premium. No lounge access. another long line to board. Uncomfortable seat that barely reclines. Mediocre food. And all this at a high price for a round trip NYC-MAD-NYC. Avoid this airline."

Plussat: "I know that the airlines can't do anything about this, but when you have a nice crew and polite passengers around you, it makes this long transatlantic flight so much better. I have had some horrible people next to me on these long flights and believe me I could not wait to get off. This one was a very pleasant one, time just flew by- before I know it, we were in New York."

Plussat: "The cost is about 50% of other airlines due to no lay down seats. The Boeing 787 Dream Liner, is a very new and nice aircraft from Stockholm to Ft. Lauderdale. The flight from Stockholm to FLL was pleasant, and the food and drink OK, with good quality box meals, drinks, and three main coarse choices in the beginning and 2 hours before landing in Premium Economy. When coming back to NA and taking off in the morning it is OK with about 30 degree lay back seats."
Miinukset: "Once we landed in Stockholm we had only 1 hour and ten minutes once we landed to get off the plane, clear customs, check in for a new boarding pass (we were told the flight was closed), through customs again, and then a long line where we were thoroughly security interviewed. Once done with the interview process, we were then sequestered with ~ 300 others in an overcrowded area without adequate bathrooms or seating. We had contacted the airline and got conflicting data each of the 4 times on the timing being adequate from both the booking company and Norwegian Air, but did get on, albeit over one hour late in departure time."
Plussat: "The flight crew personnel were friendly & helpful. Seats were fine, there was enough space. We were majorly delayed but so glad that they did not cancel the flight."
Miinukset: "The flight left almost 5 hours late, and we were just hoping it would not be canceled, as the staff at the airport would provide no information for over 4 hours. It caused some panic that we would be stranded as there was not another flight (from Paris to LA) with this airline for 2 days! It was hard to believe that the airline staff would tell us nothing, as somebody knew what caused the delay and if it was likely that the flight would go, right??!"
Miinukset: "The flight kept getting further delayed but remained th same after the flight took off, then when it was due to land at lax and we were there waiting it updates to an additional 45 minute delay. You couldn’t have updated that before the arrival time? Poor customer service!"
Plussat: "Nothing service zero even to get glass of water you had to pay before get anything."
Miinukset: "Everything bad from checking in to bag fee $200 per bag Crowded zero service got 90 minutes to get your all luggages"

Miinukset: "I bought premium tickets several months in advance but the airline overbooked those seats and we were placed on standby. Finally, we ended being downgraded to coach despite buying our tickets several months in advance without a reasonable excuse or compensation. The whole thing is very upsetting and disappointing."
Plussat: "The plane seemed really nice (Dreamliner). Despite being tall, it seemed like I had a bit more leg room than in other economy class seats."
Miinukset: "I was in one of the boarding groups that got to enter the plane last. While I don't mind that, since the last group since in front of the plane, people who sit in the back sometimes put their carry on luggage close to the front of the plane so that they can get it on the walk back down the aisle rather than fussing with it when everyone is standing up. I wish there was more emphasis on making people put their carry ons above their own seats."
Plussat: "At least the customer service desk had a wee bit of a smile. Thought helpful to the least on account of little information."
Miinukset: "Last minut cancels flight without explanation-left me on a separate flight and needing to pay for an additional al connecting flight while in Europe-stranding me in airport for several hours. The canceled flight was rebooked for TWO DAYS FOLLOWING-absurdly"

Miinukset: "The airline failed to inform that upon check in they would weigh carry on's and if they were over 10kg you would have to check a bag for $65. 3 stations and over an hour later, people were furious. Also, if you didn't book a premium ticket the flight staff didn't want to deal with you. Asking for water incurred a nasty look. I was surprised by the lack of customer service and therefore I don't plan to fly this airline again."
Plussat: "Barcelona didn't tell us our flight was delayed until an hour after we were supposed to take off. At least have the decency to let us know in case we have to make other plans."
Miinukset: "I wouldn’t fly Norwegian again! Poor service!!!!"

Plussat: "The price point, relatively efficient, good baggage of you shop around for the right fare ie, kayak etc. Comfortable seat and similar leg room to BA/Virgin economy for a much lower price."
Miinukset: "The food quality wasn't great on the supplied meals, the best option is to buy at the airport and take onboard. Delayed flight almost guaranteed. No IFE on our flight home apart from a few TV shows. No movies. Crew are hit or miss with the quality. Some are good, some are not so good or welcoming. Gate staff/set up wasn't great and not much information about the delayed departure given out."
Plussat: "The crew was fun, helpful and nattily dressed. The entertainment is all free and plentiful."
Miinukset: "There was no food available with more than half of the flight left."

Plussat: "The crew was friendly, and very attentive."
Miinukset: "The flight boarded very slowly due to very inefficient check in process to just get into the gate area. There were about 15 people to check the weight of people's bags, and basically run security again (mostly standing around), while one person checked tickets and passports. This lead to the flight leaving an entire hour late. I ordered a meal for the flight, but was surprised that when I needed even just an additional glass of water (during the 12 hour flight) I was charged $3. If I had not ordered a meal, I would not have received even the one drink that I got. This was a 12 hour flight, and most people around me were not offered even water."
Plussat: "Nothing"
Miinukset: "I arrived one hour before the scheduled departure with and the gate attendants had disappeared. Nobody could help, nobody could direct me where to go or who to call, the person on he phone when I called Norwegian was unhelpful and rude and informed me that nobody that worked for Norwegian or associated was at a the airport and that if I wanted to change my flight I would have to do so within the next 10 minutes (from that moment but that there were no flights available that would get me there on time more my engagement 36 hours later) this was one of the worst airline experiences (and indeed any consumer experience) I have ever endured. I am planning to launch a very aggressive and hopefully damaging social campaign against Norwegian, APS (the incompetents that apparently are the contractors for Norwegian at he airport), and potentially Kayak for the role each group has played in this charade."

Miinukset: "Extremely rude flight attendant that served my section. Lack of information about when you would be served. No free drinks including water, even though I paid for a meal. Very narrow seats, the only type of person that would fit comfortably would be a child. I was given a different seat from what I reserved and sat in the middle of 2 men (one with horrible body odor), both whom were very thin, but it was if we were all sharing the same seat, I couldn't move!!!! Toilets hadn't been cleaned, absolutely disgusting. When the pilot spoke, he had such a thick accent no one around me could figure out what he was saying. And last but not least, we sat on the plane for 3 hours before we took off, 2 of those hours was without airconditioning."
Plussat: "Dreamliner was good."
Miinukset: "I did not like food service.I have some food restrictions.There were no kosher or halal options.Anyway, I was not expecting that but I wanted to get a cup of soda but the crew said if you don't get the food you can't have the soda so I had to buy it. This is stupid. I did not like luggage restrictions they allowed me only 10 kg if it is more than 10 you have to pay another hundred dollars. If I find another direct flight I'll try it."
Plussat: "Entertainment and movies"
Miinukset: "The flight was inattentive and the staff didn't look like they cared. Inattentive staff and the plane looked so worn down that it looked like it may break anytime."

Miinukset: "The crew on the airline talked most of the short flight, and I could hear their personal conversation. Not very professional. Not a glass of water was served. Only food for pay."

Miinukset: "Booked through kayak and picked a Norwegian flight in a 787-9 Dreamliner. Got to the airport and with zero notification whatsoever prior (I've checked my email looking for anything) and got onto a plane from a company called Wamos. I booked my flight expecting entertainment, charging points, wifi and a certain type of new comfortable plane provided by Norwegian Airlines. Not an A330 with zero entertainment , no charging points, no ambiance available in the Dreamliner planes, no wifi, was told right before boarding the entertainment would be available only with the Wamos app (pronounced Vamos so that's what I was searching for) on a quick announcement before calling my boarding group and as I asked what app it was again from the gate attendants no one had any idea what it was because they are probably Norwegian employees, not Wamos employees. I don't understand how it would be legal to be this misleading with a booking."

Miinukset: "There was a lot of turbulence . When the plane landed we were on the runway for over an hour."

Miinukset: "It's a budget airline, don't expect any luxuries. No free water on board. Check in experience at Helsinki was ridiculous. Spent an hour queuing just to DROP our bags. This was AFTER already having boarding passes and luggage tags"

Miinukset: "We were delayed 1 hour on the ground in Dublin. The captain never addressed the passengers and the crew - despite being asked to allow passengers with tight connections to depart first - never allowed this to happen. Insensitive and uncaring. We almost missed a connection that would hav caused us to lose $7000. When the crew was asked to find out if we could make up time in the air they never came back with an answer. Thanks Ryan air - next time take a lesson from Southwest Airlines."

Miinukset: "Typical indifference at Lisbon where we were sent to the gate at expected time but there was no plane - it left 40 mins late. So we left an area with seating, toilets etc and stood for 90 mins waiting to board. They KNEW there was no plane - we saw it arrive AFTER our supposed takeoff time. They'll blame the airport info but it must be sorted. Everywhere, every time we come last. No more flying for us."
Miinukset: "Extremely expensive to check your bags. If you prepay and the weight is over, you have to pay an additional 10 Euro for each kilogram over."
Plussat: "I have a double ticket reservation , they refused to cancel one and gove me a credit for it !! Even booth reservation to the same distenation on the same day and almost the same hour !!!!"
