Oli kylmä. Aika moni aivasteli tai niiskutti 12 tunnin lennon päättyessä.

Ihan hyvin toimi kaikki, paitsi jalkatilaa oli melko vähän pitkälle pohjoismaalaiselle.

Tuntui kuin lentokenttävirkailijat olisi olleet TET-harjoittelussa. Ongelma ei tietty ole Finnairin henkilökunnassa vaan Münchenin kentän virkailijoissa. Oli kuin kaikki olisivat ensimmäistä päivää töissä. Todella heikkoa toimintaa.

Aikataulun pitäminen

Todella ahdas kone.

Check in Pariisissa oli vanhanaikasta. Jos on matkatavara menossa rumaan, tai haluaa boardingpassi paperiversiona joutuu odottamaan että check in avautuu.

Henkilökunta oli ihan ystävällistä. Koneeseennousu oli hidas. Tarjottavat ovat nolla-arvoisia, vain lasi vettä ilmaiseksi, ei ole toimiva konsepti ollenkaan.

Ostettiin lentolippu yhdessä, ei siis pitänyt olla epäselvää, että ollaan pariskunta. Meidät kuitenkin sijoitettiin istumaan koneessa kauas toisistamme. Pärjäämme toki itsenäisesti, mutta moinen homma vaikuttaa lähinnä kiusanteolta. Eikä suinkaan asiakaspalvelulta. Terveiset siis Finnairille tai muille, jotka olivat järkkäilleet istumapaikat.

Finnair siirsi lentomme vuorokaudella eteenpäin. Ilmoitus tuli tuntia ennen koneen lähtöä kun oli jo toimitettu matkalaukut koneeseen ja tultu turvatarkastuksesta läpi ja odoteltiin koneeseen nousua lähtöportilla. Käsittämätöntä, tieto ylibuukkauksesta oli varmasti tiedossa paljon aikaisemmin. Kari ja Marja Alatyppö

Hyvä, nopea lento, Hki lentoasemalla hyvä palvelu

The main stewardess was terrific: friendly, with a nice wit and terrific German.

Lento aivan täynnä ja bourdauksessa ei mitään järjestystä. Tuntuu siltä, että Finnair sijoittaa pariskunnat erilleen ilman erillistä maksettua paikkavalintaa.

Premiere economy -luokkaan voisi kuulua ruoka

Tehokasta, mukavaa, uutta ja miellyttävää. Homma toimi. Hyvät unet!

Lähtöselvityksessä oli vain yksi henkilö, mikä ei vastannut lainkaan tarvetta, koska hän oli ERITTÄIN HIDAS - ja hieman tyly (?). Passeja hän pyöritteli todella kauan ja tavasi hitaasti kirjain kirjaimelta nimemme niistä ja vertaili kuvia meihin. Tuntui todella oudolta. Lisäksi tarranauhat taisivat loppua kesken ja hän joutui hakemaan niitä muualta. Meillä (kolmen hlön perhe) oli ainoastaan yksi laukku menossa ruumaan, mutta virkailija yllätti meidät vaatimalla myös käsimatkatavaramme ruumaan, koska tilaa olisi kuulemma liian vähän. Luonnollisesti olimme pakanneet kaiken säännösten mukaan ja tässä hässäkässä ruumaan joutui myös elektroniikka, jotka olimme jättäneet käsimatkatavaroihin. Virkailija ei huomannut kysyä asiasta, emmekä me kiireessä muistaneet sitä. Lisäksi jouduin todella vaatimalla vaatimaan, että sain yhden laukun käsimatkatavaroihin, koska sairastan diabetesta ja astmaa ja olin pakannut matkalla mahdollisesti tarvitsemani lääkkeet ko. laukkuun. Ehdin jo hieman hätääntyä asiasta, kunnes virkailija "armollisesti" tuli sen verran vastaan, että antoi minun valita yhden kolmesta laukustamme matkustamoon. Ymmärrän tilantarpeen, mutta olisi ollut todella järkevää kertoa jonossa odottaville etukäteen, että tällaista vaaditaan, jotta muutenkin todella tiukalla ollut ollut aika ei olisi kulunut turhaan säätämiseen turhautuneitten jonottajien odottaessa selän takana. Asian olisi mielestäni voinut myös hoitaa hieman kohteliaammin. Lisäksi huomasin koneessa, että hyvin harvan kohdalla oli vaadittu jättämään matkustamoon tarkoitettuja laukkuja ruumaan - ainakin lähes kaikilla oli yksi laukku/hlö mukana. Hämmentävää. Yllättävää kyllä kone pääsi kuitenkin lähtemään matkustajien puolesta ajallaan, vaikka jonottavat pitivät sitä mahdottomana. Lento sujui muuten hyvin, paitsi jalkatilat olivat todella surkeat verrattuna menomatkamme koneeseen.

Kone oli kolme tuntia myöhässä.... Meitä pompoteltiin portilta toiselle. Ilmastointi oli olematon.

Lento oli tunnin myöhässä.

Edelleen toivoisin edes kahvia maksutta, Air France osaltaan tarjoaa jopa pientä syötävää ja muuta juotavaa.

Tarjoilu

Nopeaa toimintaa, kaikki sujui hyvin.

Matkatavaratietomme puuttuivat järjestelmästä. Turhaa vaivaa moisesta asiasta. Valitin suoraan Finnairille.

Kaikki toimii suunnitellusti, ruokaa tai viihettä en käyttänyt.

Järjestelyt toimi oikein hyvin matkakumppanin boarding pass dokumentti katosi turvatarkastuksen jälkeen puhelimesta jokin spammi yritti latautua , mutta passilla koneeseen 😊 Kone ilmeisesti hiukan kovassa käytössä, istuin muhkurainen. Henkilökunta oikein palvelualtista ja ammattitaitoista ☺

Kun Finnair ei tarjoa muuta kuin mehua ja vettä niin olisi mukavaa että edes voisi ostaa jotain vähän laadukkaampaa syötävää kuin nuudeleita!

Lähtö myöhästyi 55min. Oli lähellä että olisimme odottaneet 1,5h koneessa, mutta saivat uudelleenreitityksen.

Myöhässä taas.

Ei mitään hyvää Finnairilla, ei edes ruokaa tai snackseja lennoilla. Ja lennot myöhässä, kuten tämäkin oli taas.

Kaikki oli OK. Ei parannusehdotuksia.

Lentokentällä saimme apua kahdesta pisteestä.

Tällä lennolle kaikki sujui hienosti. Henkilökunta toimi ammattitaitoisesti ja lentäjät olivat huippu ammattilaisia, nousut ja laskut olivat hallittua. Kiitos Finnair.

Miinukset: "I’ll say the same thing about almost every flight I have, and this is mostly for the airlines. People might fly more and pay a bit more if you give us more room. Being crammed into a tiny seat with a bunch of strangers is never pleasant. Same in this flight. Nothing terrible, just the usual. Also, to the other passengers, sit down until it’s your turn to exit. What is wrong with you that you can’t sit five more minutes? Be polite and let the people in front of you go first, let them have room to grab their bags instead of having your elbows in their face."

Miinukset: "They delayed our flight from Gatwick to Riga with no information given to passengers. Many of us had a connecting flight with Air Baltic from Riga to Helsinki- which we asked if they will wait for us, the crew member said because the flight was also with Air Baltic, they will wait for us. We got there 10 minutes before take off, and the gate has already closed. Furthermore, we got to the Air Baltic counter, we were given 5Euro meal vouchers even though we will be staying at the Riga airport for 9 hours. Also they gave us terrible customer service attitude, which we definitely do not deserve after being delayed, and causing so much trouble on their behalf. Definitely do not recommend flying with Air Baltic again. I've never been this angry with any air line."
Miinukset: "We were told upon check in that there was a charge to check in. I have never heard of such rubbish in 43 years of air travel. We were told we could check in online but we only had 4 minute in which to do it. We were charged €150 for 5 people. The check in Sgent was sour faced as well. Once aboard the plane (a nice new aircraft) we found the stewardesses sour faced as well. Overall not impressed by air Baltic!"

Miinukset: "on the website i ordered and payed for a meal, and automatically it went to the last and the shortest leg of the flight. it did not ask which leg i was interested in. so i phoned their customer service to get this fixed, they said they cannot fix it and closed the phone on me. on the website is said that from israel you cannot do advance internet checkin, and when i arrived at the checkin they said that i should have done this advanced check in, and since i didn't i need to go to their ticket office and pay a penalty of 35$ per passenger. there also was no warning on the website of any such penalty. i will never fly with them again if i can help it."
Miinukset: "This is an airline that has perfected the art of nickle-and-diming customers. One example: I asked for a glass of water. The smug flight attendant told me, “We only sell bottled water,” with a look that dared me to complain."
Plussat: "Everything was in time. Baggage I handked in the Riga airport and received it in Larnaca, no problems"
Miinukset: "bag measure frames in Riga airport used for aB are smaller than in most airports, as a results we were asked to check some bags in at the last moment. we have had connecting flight through Riga with two hand bags. lets call them big and small. judge by yourself: flight, aircraft, small, big ->Riga CS3, on board, on board Riga-> DHC 8-400, on board, check in ->Riga DHC 8-400, on board, on board Riga-> CS3, check in, check in as you see, the same bags on the same aircraft were allowed or disallowed by the same company based on weather one flies to Riga or from it. i believe there is absolutely no purpose for doing last second interruptions of such kind"

Miinukset: "This airline company looks a like person who is begging for money. First time in my life I paid for the luggage. 40 Euros!!! what for? Apparently Air Baltic has no clue about how to run a service business. Somebody has to teach them this naked reality: IN SERVICE BUSINESS YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE YOUR MAJOR MARKETING ASSETS! They don't even serve a glass of water, apparently they could not manage to integrate it in the ticket price. But they dare to get thirsty and unhappy customers on the plane. Anyways: This airline company is charging extra for luggage. And I could not see this anywhere when I was buying ticket online. If I knew I'd never buy the ticket from Airbaltic. "Not writing it clearly and visible at the time of ticket purchase" is certainly tricking and misleading us. This is a crime!"

Miinukset: "In Stockholm they denied my boarding to Riga and Moscow as they told me that I need Shengen visa. When I was buying ticket I wasn't informed that I need to have Visa. I always travel through Europe with layovers and never have this issue before. I had to buy another ticket straight to Moscow and wait in the airport for 8 hours. I ask to reimburse me half of the price of this ticket."

Miinukset: "Expensive tickets but no complimentary beverages and snacks for a 2 hour flight, overpriced snacks in the flight cafe. 3H delay!!!! with no understandable explanation in English and no explanation in Latvian from the captain - airBaltic is a Latvian airline! Other airlines use two languages - national and English"
Miinukset: "My flight was delayed, and I missed my connecting flight. Next flight was 8 hours later. They did put me on this flight but didn't give any assistance to help me with another connecting flight because it was a different company. Voucher for a cup of coffee didn't cover all the troubles I had to go through."

Plussat: "They did provide a 6 euro food voucher once it was clear the flight was going to be over 2 hours late. The flight and land crew did their best to keep everyone calm under bad circumstances."
Miinukset: "Flight was just under 3 hours late (long enough to kill most of the day, but just under what is needed to pay compensation). First they said it was problems in Amsterdam, then problems with the plane, then traffic in Amsterdam. It was hard to tell what was true and what was avoiding penalties (it is possible that equipment issues caused them to lose their spot, and get caught in traffic delays). I hate that they charge 2.5 euros for water on the flight. Their carryon rules only allow us to take the smallest of bags (smaller than other airlines) but when I got on the plane, lots of people had medium sized carryons."

Miinukset: "The scanners did not accept my boarding pass. 40% of the passengers had to have boarding passes reprinted. It was chaotic."
Plussat: "Quick boarding once the plane finally arrived. Planes are new."
Miinukset: "Flight was delayed approximately 45 minutes as a result of late arrival of aircraft - surprising since it was a morning flight.. I am 6ft2, leg room is VERY tight. I slept most of the flight so cannot speak to food or entertainment. Watch out for the fees! 5 euro per leg for a seat assignment 60 euro to check bags."

Plussat: "This was a cut-price flight. Considering what we paid, the flight was amazing value for money. The plane was new. There was plenty of overhead space. The seat pitch was adequate. We took our own food. We slept for most of the flight. We arrived on time. If Norwegian can continue to keep the price low, I'll happily choose to fly with them again."

People assume most tickets come with something so that should be advertised"

Miinukset: "Many things could have been better. When everyone was at the gate and the staff was making announcements, no one could understand them. Was muffled. Even my friend who speaks fluent Spanish couldnt understand the announcements. The second problem was that it took so long to board. We had to take a"

Miinukset: "Seat was way too cramped for a 10 hour flight (I'm average 5'11"). Hot snack offerings disappointing and expensive. 5+ hour delay, after poorly organized boarding. I would fly with Norwegian again but only in premium seats."

Miinukset: "I know it is becoming more common on certain airlines to have to pay for things like extra checked bags, but this airline takes it to the extreme. My single checked bag was $65, there was also a charge for reserving a specific seat (not even the upgraded seats), there was no food or water on a 9 1/2 hour trans-Atlantic flight unless you paid extra for it. After arriving at Orlando, the cargo door of the aircraft would not open meaning bags had to be unloaded 1 at a time through a smaller hatch resulting in a 2 hour delay to get a checked bag. Not impressive for a supposedly new Dreamliner."

Flight is twenty hours away and since my wife has a Thai passport we are stranded inside of the terminal for the entire time. Airline didn't help with this issue. Also, $260 for two underweight checked bags is ridiculous. No help finding gates at confusing arlanda."

But be prepared: even on an 11-hour flight you must also reserve meals (i.e., prepay), or you'll be looking forward to buying from the "snack bar"--$9 for a small sandwich. Other items they charge for: water, earbuds, blankets... Don't even ask if there are free snacks. I'm surprised I wasn't charged for speaking with a crew member (when I could flag one down--good luck with that). They begin "boarding" 2 hours before departure. Why? So you can stand in a long line, no food venues nearby, to then be sequestered in an enclosed waiting area until they condescend to let you on the aircraft (no fee for that, surprisingly). Unless you prepaid another fee for expedited boarding. But if you're a common peasant I suggest taking a different discount airline where they actually care about their customers."

Plussat: "We just flew on September 11th from NY to Paris on Norwegian. The flight was on time. The check-in was pleasant and courteous (you cannot check in online). The cabin was not quite what I would call "business class"-- they call it "premium". The seats were spacious enough, the cabin clean and well-maintained throughout the flight. The crew professional and helpful. The equipment is the best-- the new Boeing Dreamliiner. Not what you would expect from a low cost company. We landed on time. Baggage elivery was prompt. I would do it again."
Miinukset: "I travel all year internationally. I am 5'5" woman. The Premium seats must be designed for a tall Scandinavian male! I couldn't find a comfortable position. The headrest was too high and shoved my head forward, there was a hollow behind my back (and no pillows distributed). The seats do not recline to flat-- more like economy plus seats on other airlines. The foot rest tilts down, so you can't cuddle up to compensate for the discomfort, despite the ample width. Do eat before you board and carry a few snacks. But honestly, for this price, no complaints. I did notice that one or two of the passengers had drunk too much beer in the Alitalia Lounge at JFK and carried them onto the flight, were then rather loud and unpleasant. The attendants seemed to ignore them.I didn't sleep a wink, but the crossing was uneventful."
Miinukset: "The purser (Vinnie, who had been serving up doubles and high fives) arrived and told me that it was unlimited drinks in the premium cabin and there was nothing that he could do about that, and that they had cut him off after he started antagonizing me. I asked why it was that he would knowingly supply a passenger with over ten drinks, jeopardizing the wellbeing of other passengers, and he again responded that it was unlimited drinks in the premium cabin. The younger female flight attendant then told me that the cops would be waiting for the passenger on arrival - when in fact, the port police department was never notified, nor was the Norwegian station manager at JFK. I then spoke with a great guy by the name of David and asked him to take me to the back of the plane. The only seat available was the middle seat in row 28, so i spent the last hour and a half in the back of the coach cabin. About 30 minutes before arrival, Vinnie came to me and asked "so what exactly happened?" claiming that he would have to submit a report. I had already explained to him and several other flight attendants what had happened and they had seen and heard for themselves. Again, I was told that Vinnie never mentioned any of this to the JFK station. On arrival, I waited patiently with all the other passengers, collected my carryon from David and exited the plane - there was no one from Norwegian ground staff or from the port police department. The assailants name is Jaramye Daniels. I am concerned about your in flight staff's lack of response regarding this encounter, especially given the fact that it occurred on the anniversary of 9/11. Public intoxication and assault are criminal acts and should be dealt with accordingly."

Plane didn't have blankets because they didn't have time to load them. Had to pay to check a bag even though it was an international flight. Just the worst experience ever. I'll pay double to avoid this next time."
Plussat: "The entertainment was good and the staff was friendly. The captain was communicative and gave us frequent updates on why it took so long to take off/leave the gate. I'd fly Norwegian again."

While this was not the airline's fault, it would have been nice to have had the in-flight entertainment activated or beverages offered while we waited."

Miinukset: "I didn't realize that with this class of ticket it is bare bones, meaning you don't even get a soda or anything, you have to order and pay through the computerized snack bar and then they deliver it to your seat. If you ask for a glass of water they will give it to you but they don't ask. Also they did not pick up any trash until the very end of the 8 hour flight. You get what you pay for! Overall it was okay for me but it was a bit surprising that with such a long flight they don't offer even a soft drink or coffee/tea!"

Landing was terrible and I dont feel particularly comfortable ever flying with this airline again. Will rather pay more and fly klm"

Flight delayed by an hour. Crew were great; happy and friendly.

Flight boarded very late and then flight took off over 2hrs late. No food and drinks provided at airport despite law. Then before landing in Berlin, crew announced that the flight was so delayed that the airport was closed for landings and flight was diverted to Hanover. Flight crew stated over the PA that buses would be waiting at airport to take passengers to Berlin. In fact, no buses or help was provided and passengers were left looking for their own way to Berlin at 1am, when there were very few options Bad bad bad conduct

The price should be cheaper.

I was charged £45.99 for not booking priority baggage. All I had was one cabin bag. This error should have been flagged up prior to us boarding I felt aggrieved, not taken care off. Just before boarding to be stopped with baggage. Please make sure you tick priority baggage for any hand luggage/cabin bag 10kg.

There were no info about 55 eur thst I had to pay, I have back with same aircraft and didn't had to pay any fees, it would be nice if you could said before. Maybe I don't have anough money

Boarding and special attendance not managed well by ground crew. Also to late in general. After 90 Min. delayed boarding, it was found that technical repairs of the plain were needed before taxying. Immense waste of time for everybody, Ryan / Malta Air seemed to be doing it all for the first time. Not acceptable.

Staff was incredibly useless and did not assist whatsoever. We had to logon the airport WiFi and watch the video then missed the checkin by 1 minute. This is absolutely unacceptable. We were then directed to another service department for a 55 pound charge each! Which was the same as our original flight. I did not receive any notification email to check in ahead of time. This was a very stressful time for my traveling partner and I and do not feel obliged to be paying the consequences given the circumstances. I am hoping kayak will honor us as loyal customers and reimburse us for these unforseeabke fees. This would be greatly appreciated. I can provide receipt and documentation if needed. Thanks"

The miserable bits about flying with Ryanair are: - The terminals/gates are frequently sheds (Grenoble, Bergerac), or in bigger airports the most distant and least well appointed (Liverpool). - Very little consideration is given to customer service (such as announcements for delayed flights). - The planes are as basic as can be, as is the service. - The scratch cards, food, drink, and all the "extras" you'd get as standard on other airlines such as included baggage, seat choice etc are all ways to boost profits given the low fares. - "They always leave late" - my theory is that the flight times are exaggerated so that they arrive on time at the expense of departure times, i.e. extra time is built in to the departure time to make up for cleaning / other gate delays. In short, flying with Ryanair vs KLM, BA, Virgin or Lufthansa is like taking a long distance Megabus instead of booking a seat on the train. It's cheaper. It's cheaper because it's a bit rubbish and a bit inconvenient. If you want a flight that's nicer, pay for it. Stop moaning about Ryanair."

My fault I know for putting cash in a checked bag, but I KNOW they were in there when we left Barcelona. Just a huge lack of respect by their employees.But having to wait 90 mins to retrieve our luggage was just uncalled for. Also, having the flight crew acting like street vendors trying to sell items during the flight was very low class. I know you get what you pay for, but it felt very cheesy and unprofessional to have them moving thru the plane hawking wares."
