Flight was overbooked. Food was awful. Seats in economy class are a torture: narrow, not enough leg room. The airplanes classes are like casts: rich, average and poor…That system is a shame. Pilots were Excellent !!! Thank you!!!!
Air Canada is by far the worst Airline on the face of this planet. Only delays and overbooked flight with very poor customer support. Avoid them at all cost!
Expected A320neo as per the booking, got a 28 years old A321. Still no food service. Not impressed at all this time by Lufthansa.
One flight attendant was amazing, 1st class although she wasn't even in business class. Somehow felt others were tired or mind somewhere else, so not really good service. Choice of food was basic, but good choice of drinks. Plane was comfortable and I think pilot was a woman, which is a nice change. Excellent that there are dividers in the middle seat in business class. Corona restriction rules, like mask wearing rules is extremely wise. Other airlines removed it, but I like better your choice better. Feels safer.

Then when I called in to the Romania Service Center to rebook, the phones went down in the middle of the call. That is understandable given the extreme volume of calls they were handling. What is unacceptable, is that they made no attempt to contact me once the phones were up. I ended up calling the U.S. service center at 1am local time to rebook...only 3 hours before I needed to leave for the airport. It took an hour - which I paid for at direct dial international rates - to find a flight. I'm very grateful for the U.S. service rep who was kind and helpful. She was the one bright spot in this poorly handled situation."

I was assigned last row and middle seat, I could not change seat when there were other seats available at check-in. United would not let agents change either. Maybe kayak related? Last minute change of aircraft from Amsterdam to Mexico City made our seats different and not as comfy as on the 787-900 planned. Crew was a little bit snippy and not as friendly as I expected on Aeromexico. KLM crews are fantastic! KLM food is not so much for their short-haul flights serving these salad vegan boxes.
When boarding started, it was like refugees rushing to a life boat. Everyone was rushing to the front. Only one KLM staff standing there saying "... now is this group, yours is next,,,, we will call it out...." While he stopped some travelers, he did allowed some others passed without even checking their ticket. They have all the digital gears, and the screens to show the current boarding sequences, why don't they just use that. For some of us that did not have a excellent hearing, it was hard not trying to get closer to understanding what is going on.

Plussat: "Key to long haul flight is keeping everyone happy without forcing them to sleep. On a westbound flight arriving at night you want to get on the target timezone asap, this flight is the FIRST that really allowed me to do that without conflicting with people who don't know how to manage jet lag. The dimmable large windows and comfortable seat make it more comfortable. A/V with 3D map, online lunch ordering, being able to see outside without the bright sun bothering anyone, all worked well. +100 I was skeptical of the a la carte food & beverage service, without any regular service, especially on a long haul flight, but it seems to be much less hassle for stewards and frees up passengers to eat when they want. the food selection was meager and overpriced though. video system worked well, fortunately I found one good one, had all the trick play (replay, captions) so, ok, given meager selection. after 12 hour, people are tired, but few were visibly annoyed or crabby."

Spanish airports don't have good queue management, only two boarding classes, makeshift line. People crowd the gate making it seem like they'r about to get on next confusing the people who actually are next."

I was in line over an hour to check and was not allowed to check in before they closed my flight at 5:23 behind a customer who was yelling. I spent the next 3 hours yelling in Spanish trying to get rescheduled o a flight, was forced to pay in cash and file a form . Not great help when there was about 200 people in the customer service line"

I wanted to make a booking for the 29th, not the 27th... bookings shouldn't be made after the counter has already been closed. British Airways said that they didn't charge my credit card but I just checked it and it was definitely charged."

Horrible flight. Scanned boarding passes to have us line up an hour super crowded with no messages. Then we sat on the aircraft for 1.5 hours without leaving. This was a flight scheduled to arrive at midnight, so the delays really hurt. Then when we landed, we sat in Manchester airport runway in our seats on the plane for another hour. 3 hours late. Arrived at 3am! Horrendous terrible experience even for Ryanair.

Miinukset: "The app would not let me check in the previous day then they charged me a disgusting €55 to check in. The staff were unable to use any discretion. They clearly all hate working for Ryan Air. Flight was delayed by two hours. Overall appalling experience as it always is."
Plussat: "On time flight and decent boarding process (not too much fuss over baggage size and weight)."
Miinukset: "Seating policy - it’s ridiculous to charge passengers to be seated together, even if they’re flying on the same booking. It only leads to on-board seating “trades” and negotiations to get people to agree to swap seats. Embarrassing!"
Plussat: "The best thing with the flight was the seat, which is very mediocre."

Miinukset: "Delay at the airport, also didn't take off anytime soon. We were sitting for over half and hour in the plane. Seats are very cramped too. People over 1.80m / 6 foot have to book an extra seat with more space, otherwise you won't have an convenient flight."

Miinukset: "Hour late departure , which is a frequent event... perhaps due to summer weather. Putting a two year old sitting alone, away from parents and insisting parents should make arrangements with other passengers. Standing outside the plane another fifteen minutes."
Plussat: "The crew were lovely and the Chicken tikka masala was too, it could have done with a little more chicken in it though."
Miinukset: "The hour delay in Rome and the heavy landing in Manchester really scared the hell out of me."
Plussat: "They were professional and efficient"
Miinukset: "It was required to check in prior to arrival to airport to avoid a fee. I did not have internet access still I arrived. I had to pay 55 euro for a simple check in. Not fair to folks who do not use data for internet nor WiFi. A email could be sent 72 hours but that does not mean people check all emails or they even have access to the web. It’s not a fair or smart business move, I will not book with them again."
Miinukset: "Once we finally got through the archaic baggage drop and security lines, we found ourselves in the tiniest terminal with essentially standing room only. Flight was then delayed by 1 hour. Once Boarding was announced we waited in line for about 30 minutes before they started letting people through only to wait another 30 minutes in a hot corridor (major fire hazard) awaiting a bus to drive us about 100 feet to our plane. It really was a circus, there were about 10 buses that kept circling around the tarmac in front of us, stopping in front of our boarding line, doors open, then inexplicably the bus would take off without anyone on board. We finally boarded a bus and were driven right in front of our plane, yet for unknown reasons we were kept on the bus in about 85 degree weather with no AC or ventilation for 20 minutes!!! There were people boarding the plane as we waited in the hotbox and there was no obvious reason as to why they wouldn't open the doors. People began slowly panicking, one woman was hyperventilating because it was so hot and the air was suffocating. Suddenly doors opened and we boarded plane with no explanation. To make matters worse the AC did not appear to be working on the flight, it was quite warm and humid on the already uncomfortable Ryanair flight with non-reclining seats or free water. NEVER AGAIN!"

Miinukset: "Excessive price for a check in luggage. It is ridiculous. Outrageous."
Miinukset: "The airline made us go to the gate where there was no seating, though they knew the flight was an hour late, so we stood for an hour, before being told we had to check carry on bags in the hold, carrying computers,valuables, batteries, and drinks in our hands (not possible). Card payment on board was disabled. Payment in the currency of the departing country was impossible."
Plussat: "It got me home."
Miinukset: "Firstly, there were no sandwiches (hot or cold) available on a late afternoon flight, so the remaining food options were poor. Secondly, my £7 Gin and Tonic that I'd hardly touched slid right off the frankly useless trays and into my lap. The flight attendant literally threw me a few paper towels to help. I spent the remaining three hours of the flight soaking wet."

Miinukset: "Ryanair website wouldn't let us open our boarding passes so we had to pay the printing fee at the counter. Most unorganized boarding I have ever seen."

Miinukset: "The bag check lines were slow and the agent was unfriendly. We were told our luggage was okay for carry on - size and weight requirements were met- at bag check. At the gate, the agent tried to charge us 50 euros per bag. Outrageous!"

Miinukset: "Rude gate staff at Otopeni Airport insisting I place my hand luggage in the hold until I informed them I had priority seats. The whole concept of priority boarding goes out the window as boarding was via a bus"

Flight was delayed 50 mints. Apart from this it was ok.

Miinukset: "One hour flight from Dalaman to Istambul. that leaves with two and a half hours of delay. We arrived late to Istanbul. We ate dinner after hours and tired of Pegasus waiting. Without any explanation from anyone in the company. Never again will I fly with Pegasus."

Miinukset: "Pegasus first changed my 2hr layover to 24hrs then cancelled my second flight entirely without informing me. I was unable to rebook an alternative flight as they require the vendor, pricline to sort it out and priceline can only communication is email. So maybe in a week they'll sort it out. It is a totally ridiculous and irresponsible situation for these businesses to create. I had to buy a whole new ticket to reach my destination. People at the Pegasus desk at the airport were beyond unhelpful and I've spent hours on the phone while on vacation trying to sort it out."

Plussat: "Flight started late and even I was threatened not to be boarded and to be moved to a later flight (midnight) because "I had arrived late at the gate" which is twice absurd because: 1st I arrive slightly late - but still on time for the regular borading - only because the previous flight - operated by the same company was LATE 2nd the flight left 1h and 1/2 late, so my delay - if any - in coming at the gate was irrelevant"

Had to fly to Copenhagen and perchuse another flight with SAS When complaining to their staff the answer I received was that no other airline would even give me an option to fly to Copenhagen (where I was not headed by the way) in short - paid another 300$, got to Stockholm 3 hours late and will never fly them againb"

Miinukset: "Air traffic control delays at Istanbal SAW on departure was about 40 mins. Airline blamed it on ATC rather than themselves but weatehr was good, no obvious reason for delays except heavy traffic which surely must occur every day. Airlines should build ATC delays into schedule. Sabiha Gokcen airport shops are masively overpriced which means I will avoid transiting through there."
