Miinukset: "The cabin crew ignored my repeated calls for service. I willing gave up my seat so a couple could sit together with their kid and sat behind my wife and kids to be nice. They than reclined the seat back and my seat was broken do I asked them to put the seat forward and they ignored me. I informed the cabin crew that they weren't being considerate after all I gave up my seat to them. The cabin crew told me I could leave my 4 yest old and 3 year old alone and move to a new seat."

It took them 4.5 hrs after scheduled flight departure time between which they told us flight was cancelled and provided Hotel Accommodations. Very sad customer handling and service. Miinukset: "I missed flight to Los Angeles because of laziness and carelessness of Lufthansa employees. I came with the train on 12/26/16 at 8:33 am to catch flight to Los Angeles at 10:05 am. I had plenty of time. As soon as got of the train I got into line to check my luggage. I had boarding pass already. Line to check luggage was huge with 2-3 clerks to check luggage for all US flights. After while I complained that I will miss flight to several clerk who were standing around talking on the phones all the time but answer, if I got one was, sir you will be fine. After one hour I got to security check line which was equally long. I complained again no response. With probably 20 minutes left I cut the line on my one mad as hell. I got at 10:00 am at the gate and some older lady was like " Sorry sir we closed the flight". I said "What do you mean, it is 10 am and flight is at 10:05am??? "Sir we sold your ticket" I couldn't believe her words. Anyway they sent me to Munich to catch flight to LA next day. Best part I HAD TO PAY HOTEL IN MUNICH BECAUSE LUFTHANSA DID WANT TO COVER EXPENSES. I don't know what happened to famous German organizational skills or this is just Lufthansa and her careless employees."

Plussat: "Airplane crew was nice and I was surprised(in a good way) by them giving to passengers sandwiches as a snack."
Miinukset: "So I actually had a flight that departures at 9:50 AM and it was connection flight after I got to Frankfurt at 9:00, but I missed it cause other gates were too far and moreover Lufthansa staff were not so nice to help me out. Actually, I was running there and got to the gates at 9:40 AM but air hostess said that I've already missed it. They said that I had enough time and that's my fault - I even should be thankful that I don't pay for another flight that I am going to be flying in 7 hours. Bottom line: I got to Kiev at 9:20 PM and moreover, the flight landed 30 mins late. It never happened to me, despite I've been more than on 25 flights. I am shocked by employee's behavior and the situation in general. Would never recommend Lufthansa airline to anyone."

Plussat: "The crew was very assertive, plenty of snacks and drinks, good food. Flight went on smooth and the captain lender splendidly. Seats were comfortable with plenty of leg space, entertainment had numerous choices. Would recommend to friends."

Miinukset: "There was a baggage strike in Copenhagen. We sat on the tarmac for about an hour awaiting a gate opening. The flight to Chicago took off an hour late and we missed our connecting flight into Columbus. And our bags never arrived in Chicago."

Miinukset: "Flight to Stockholm was cancelled. SAS Provided no informaton on the steps for re-scheduling my flight. I had to call the SAS headquarters in Stockholm before receiving any guidance on what to do next. All service attendants ditched the ticketing desk leaving one poor employee to answer questions for over 70 disgruntled passengers. Very very very poor communication. Luckily I was finally able to book a flight using another airline after waiting on hold for 20 minutes with the regional customer service provider."

Miinukset: "Hottest I have ever been in a plane (we were in 40G and H) and I “run cold”. We were sweating and drinking water like crazy (they gave us one bottle and did not routinely walk the aisles handing out more). Luckily we brought our own water. Early June and headed to Scandinavia, not someplace hot. Seats were hard and I put my unused blankets under me."

Plussat: "With tablets for the entertainment system – – a ton of good movies to choose from. So much so that we stayed up hours after we planned to, watching movies"

Miinukset: "They canceled our flight and then were unable to rebook us for the same day flying to Chicago. We were told by the SAS rebooking agent that no flights available on ANY flights from ANY carriers at ANY airport in all of Europe. Unless you were the couple at the other end of the counter - they were rebooked just fine. What do we do? SAS agent says, "Not my problem." So we have to stay an extra day. We ask - will you be putting us up in a hotel? Agent told us every hotel was sold out. "What do we do?" SAS agent: "Not my problem"."

Plussat: "I purchased Plus and found it a good value. My seat on the overseas leg was comfortable -- though it could have reclined better. The food & drink service was conducted as at an elegant restaurant."

Miinukset: "They should really let you know ahead of time that certain seats (like the ones in front of the emergency exit--not at the emergency exit) dont recline. The passenger in front of me reclined her chair all the way back and seeing as I couldnt recline my seat I had very little space and found the three hour flight extremely unpleasant."

Miinukset: "We couldn't check in online because we had an infant in arms. So we tried to check in there. There were 3 different terrible queues. One to use the machines, one to check bags and another for special situations. We tried the machines, didn't work. A rep told us to go to the special situations line. There was a rep there that was trying to prevent people to getting into the line because it was sooo long (1+ hr). So we tied the machines again. Didn't work. So we convinced the guy to let us in the special line. It was nuts. We waited as our flight got closer and closer. Right when it looked like we might make the flight, one of the TWO reps left. When we finally made it, they said we wouldn't make the flight. We rebooked and had to pay extra. WORST travel experience ever."

Plussat: "They came through twice with coffee and tea after meal and snack."
Miinukset: "Meal trays were left a bit too long."

Plussat: "It was a clean plane and entertainment was good."
Miinukset: "Crew wasn't nice unless you were Scandinavian. I asked questions about going into Stockholm for our long layover. How easy it was, etc. they were less than helpful. My daughter and I figured it out ourselves. Won't fly them on next trip. Air France or BA r better"

Miinukset: "There was a delay because of a software issue. They had to shift people around manually because of it. Baggage Fee was extremely high (> $50)"

Miinukset: "I did not like my flight because ... I could not take it! I needed to change only one date (return) and was quoted $1300 for that one change. Getting a completely new ticket was cheaper, but not cheap. With such cost of even minor changes, next time I will look into booking directly with airlines, instead of Kayak; sorry to say that, as I really liked using your service."

Miinukset: "When purchasing the ticket there was no mentione that bagage was NOT included something which I assume when flying with an All Star airline. Ended up paying an extra 70 € for my luggage - not happy."

Plussat: "It was the only non-stop flight for our needs. Timing was great too. It was nice to have 2 seats to ourselves."
Miinukset: "Going over our flight was cancelled at the last minute. We paid more for a non-stop flight we did not receive, lost wages because we both worked half-days to accommodate this flight departure time, and lost half a day of our trip. When we did fly on SAS to return, I found the service and amenities lacking. Why serve drinks well before your meal time and then not come back through with drinks again? Overall, it was not the best flight experience."

Plussat: "It was weird boarding last. We understand different airlines have different policies but we believe letting the elderly and families with little children should always have first priority... We as a family and with an elderly who is not 100% well have big challenges... It is always nice for other airlines to get us in earlier so the elderly and the little children can settle. This airline's policy is a shift for us. If not for the good price, we'd choose another... But it was just ok just a longer wait... Children and the elderly should always have the best benefit... Not the busiiness people.. Crazy policy!"
Miinukset: "Service was mediocre. Staff was nice but not very caring like other airlines and most were older women who are burnt out... Its almost like they don't want to be there. Food was excellent but there was a charge for red wine. This is Europe. Thought the US was bad... Economy class comfort is not that comfortable as always... o well! Your staff English especially the women announcers were terrible. We could not understand hardly anything. The pilots were a lot better! Need to take English classes.. Sorry but have to be honest..."

Miinukset: "My computer/media screen did not work the whole trip, nor did audio -just heard loud screeching when I plugged in my headphones. Also, the seats were very uncomfortable. Additionally, I thought we had paid for two checked bags in advance but was told we did not and so had to pay for them at the airport. I was very focused on making sure I had two checked bags paid for online when purchasing the tickets. I don't know if it's some glitch in your website or that it was just confusingly worded/phrased, but I did think I had bought the higher level package that allowed for two checked bags."

Miinukset: "After missing all our other connections, our luggage was delayed for hours, we were only given $12 each for meal vouchers for an entire day of layover, we were not given the upgrade for the seats we originally paid for (nor seats together) only promised refunds. The line for service was 2 hours."

In flight entertainment was awful (some weird sitcom loop) and the WiFi didn’t work with my phone nor laptop. Basically sat uncomfortably sideways with nothing to do for 2 hours. Flight also arrived late, causing transportation issues."

Plussat: "Everything went fine and was uneventful. For me, an uneventful travel day is a good travel day!"

Miinukset: "Gate agents need to talk slower then we're clearly… It's ridiculous how some of them talk, they need a communications course it's not that hard 10% slower equals 100% more effective."

Miinukset: "You wouldn't let me change my flight so I didn't even take it"

Plussat: "* on time * courteous staff"

Plussat: "Staff was pleasant and efficient. Schedules met my needs."
Miinukset: "Seats on smaller planes were very tight!!! It's not just your butt in the seat but where do you put your elbows?!?!?!?"

Plussat: "Same"
Miinukset: "Same"

Plussat: "the crew handled the lengthy delay as well as they could, seems like they didn't have any information either which is ridiculous."
Miinukset: "We boarded the plane at 1:30 for a 2:00 flight, there was a filter out in one of the three bathrooms; the option to take a 45 min flight without use of the restrooms was there, we were told to use the restroom if we needed to before the flight so everyone did... then we continued to sit on the ground for two hours. After two hours we were allowed to get off the plane, 20 minutes later back onto the plane, backed away from the gate and then pulled into a different gate and were told to get back off the plane. At this point we were given no info or direction but to go talk to special services if we want to re-book a different flight (sold out until at the earliest 8:15pm). After about an hour they announce they are re-boarding the original plane, takes another 45 minutes to board the plane, then we are told two separate issues caused this lengthy delay one was a filter in the bathroom and the other was a thermostat... seems like very basic standard maintenance issues that could have been avoided with routine checks. We were offered zero compensation, the trip took over 6 hours in all to fly from Philadelphia PA to Boston MA; a trip I could have driven in less time. I continue to have issues with American Airlines and "mechanical" delays, the last flight i was on From Charlotte to Baltimore was delayed an hour due to a strap in the cargo area. I don't understand the logic behind the decisions made to hold the full plane over 5 hours instead of taking a 45 minute flight, but I will say the crew was very apologetic and handled the situation well."

Plussat: "The flight was not only on time, but a little early!! The flight crew were fantastic & the plane looked new. Everything went according to plan which rarely happens these days!!!"

Plussat: "This is the first American flight in the last five I've taken where it was not cancelled or extremely late so that's something to remark upon."

Miinukset: "Terrible side to side of aeroport to get conetion fly with out time"

Miinukset: "Flights a few hours late, and then the time to turn for the better, and asked the staff, they actually said that I would like to wait, this flight service is really too bad."

Miinukset: "We had one checked bag and it did not arrive when we landed. Told it was on the next flag but did not arrive until after midnight."

Plussat: "Boarding in Frankfurt was pretty good as all zones had their own gates- somethinh I am missing at YYZ."
Miinukset: "Legroom is getting tighter and tighter in the Economy class and meals are getting smaller and smaller as the trays are apperaing bigger and bigger..."

Plussat: "Crew was helpful in answering questions"
Miinukset: "The only food served was a pay option only."

Plussat: "Direct flight"
Miinukset: "No seat room and arm room and I am not a big person. I'll fly with Virgin next time and have a connection, merely for 14 hours of comfort."

Miinukset: "Air canada has a problem at every arrival gate each time we landed there was no sttebdebt st the gate and so we sat on the tarmac fir a while while they awIted somebody to come and drive the Jetway to allow us to park and deplane This happened all three times"

Miinukset: "There was only one staff working at the gate, and one family with kids seemed somehow stuck with their documents. This kept all other passengers,who had already Lined up, waiting for quite a while. Some people grew impatient."

Plussat: "Crew are very nice and approachable. No complain about their service. And flight is on time."

Plussat: "Everything was quick and efficient in boarding and replanting, the captains spoke to us to tell us what was going on. Food was good."
Miinukset: "My tv screen was broken, meal service was pretty late and drinks were not served before, as a result the lights were only off in the flight for a very brief while."

Plussat: "Constant ability to have water, decent selection of beverages. Food wasn't spectacular but was adequate."
Miinukset: "As a non Canadian I found the entertainment selection to be lacking. The movies and games were good however I have never heard of any of the musical artists and I found the tv selections lacking. Why only 2-3 episodes per show? The middle seat in economy had armrests narrower than my shoulders making it painful on my elbows"

Plussat: "Was too short of a deadline needs to be 90 min. You need to be excused/allowed if you pay for and check in a head of time... Also carry on size is small."

Plussat: "The flight went basically smoothly and we arrived on time."
Miinukset: "On our flight from Toronto to Barbados a flight attendant named Miranda was so incredibly rude. She was not helpful and would not even styamptt o smile. I could not believe how she treated the passengers. Our airplane was dirty and on both flights I found food in the pouch on the pack of the seat in front of me. There was no food served and when I asked for a hot tea when the beverage cart came around miranda gave me cold water. Not impressed st all."

Miinukset: "Small child violently kicked me seat the entire flight. I asked the parent (politely) to ask his son to stop but he didnt think he should have to. (They also thought it was fine for their toddler daugther to crawl into another sleeping passengers lap during flight. The crew was no help. I get that kids are kids but this was excessive. A crying baby would have been a welcone change. I think the crew should have stepped in."

Plussat: "The seevice of the staff was impeccable."

Plussat: "Flight was not full and reservstions mde some time ago but we were seated several rows apart. inexcusable!! Several others were also seated apart so we talked among us and people moved around so that family and couples were together, no thanks to airline. Service and food were second class at best."

Miinukset: "On my flight from Toronto to Vancouver on September 15 only one earphone worked and on the flight from Calgary to Toronto in September 21 the sound was patchy"

Plussat: "I feel the entertainment and crew are very good."
Miinukset: "I think you should provide breakfast to passengers free."

Miinukset: "No leg room. Horrible food, issues with hot beverages. No screens!!! On transatlantic flight? No movies??? Never again"

Plussat: "Feel safe on the plane,I took direct flight which flu very quick & smooth,my heavy suitcase was taking care properly,hostess did theirs job nicely."
Miinukset: "Nothing,I was happy with my trips"

Plussat: "We loved watching the movie "Keanu" together on the rented iPad. The soundtrack was hard to hear on the earbuds though."

Plussat: "Air Canada is the worst, another late flight, mechanical problem and missed my connection to Calgary. I made it, but my bag didn't so they wouldn't let me on the plane."
Miinukset: "Please see my other comments in the first box. Over the last 5 flights to Calgary, I have been late 3 times by more than an hour, missed my connection and they have lost my bags twice. Both times I was on the plan and my bag wasn't? How can they can send me on my flight without my bags, yet, they screwed up and I get there on time without my bags and they will not let me on the plane."

Plussat: "The good, each seat has a tv."
Miinukset: "Waiting over 72 hours and my bag has still not arrived. Both planes were delayed, even with the 2nd flight being delayed I still had to run in order to make it. Being on time is not something Air Canada has figured out."

Plussat: "The ticket agent in Cincinnati was courteous and informative. Very helpful"

Plussat: "Lovely crew."
Miinukset: "Coach seating on the 777 is tight for anyone with long legs over 6 feet tall."

Miinukset: "Someone else was sitting in our seats and when asked they said they had lost their boarding pass and hence don't know their seat number. I called the flight attendant for help and he checked our boarding passes and asked us to wait at the back of the plane. He stood there for another 10-15 minutes and we were not helped. Finally, another flight crew member came down to the back and asked us to sit in a row almost to the back with barely any legroom. I am 6'2" and was cramped into the seat. It was horrible!!"

Plussat: "the flight actually went"
Miinukset: "our gate was switched and then there were no updates until after the original boarding time passed"

Plussat: "The staff where friendly and easy going, the boarding was also organized and because the flight was really full of you gave the carry on to be checked they allowed you to priority board"
Miinukset: "The food countinues to be and issue I flew the same airline 2 years ago and the meal options had not changed. The salad was so bland I was certain that I was eating plastic food."

Plussat: "It was an easy flight and went smoothly."

Plussat: "It was great"
Miinukset: "My "window" seat was beside a wall. So i actually didn't even have a wi dow seat, not really."

Plussat: "Everything was as expected which was wonderful. No stress makes flying more enjoyable for me. I appreciate the hard work that goes into making the flight safe and comfortable. Thank you."

Miinukset: "Flight was delayed for hours first without any communication, later with very unclear communication. Spent multiple hours at the airport just to have to fly out next morning at 6:30am. Wasted day, wasted night. Delays can happen, but according to the finally communicated cause this could all have been communicated early on (crew not available in Cleveland, that was two flight legs earlier)."

Miinukset: "Flight was delayed four hours. After landing, sat on the runway for one hour waiting for a gate. horrible."

Plussat: "The food was good"
Miinukset: "I was put in overbooking, and was concerned about not being able to get on the flight. Everything worked out fine in the end, but still did not appreciate this. Given the risk of not being able to board, I will likely not use this airline in the future."

Miinukset: "How can you operate a plane with no operable washroom? I left the plane in pain. I hope Air Canada execs have the same pain one day! Shame on you!"

Plussat: "I . was impressed with the food and service.over all the whole trip was very good"
Miinukset: "there was nothing I did not like"

Plussat: "The crew was all wonderful, friendly and efficient."

Plussat: "That we made it there."
Miinukset: "Delays, old plane requiring app for entertainment, more delays, terrible low class food, the worst of any overseas flight, no drinks, though I don't drink much."

Plussat: "Leg space was very tight and overall seating cramped.."
Miinukset: "One bag was delayed from Montreal to Venice. Required an airport return next day. Flight was not full so we could use several seats to sleep."
