Loved business class. Unfortunately I was travel sick on the flight as a little bumpy. The crew could have been better as asked for water and it never came. I waited until the breakfast was served and was able to ask again.
The staff was not really friendly. I have asked a cup of coffee, but I didn’t get it. I think the staff should pay more attention to the passengers.

You were late leaving from Venice to London Heathrow on August 1 which I barely made the flight to Glasgow and then coming back your flight is late leaving Edinburgh to Heathrow And my luggage doesn't make it again! You don't even serve water on the airplane which is ridiculous! Your flight crew were nice but you really need to be on time or not schedule flights with such short layover times! And I hope no one takes anything out of my suitcase! And I'm sure nothing will be done so why do you even do a survey?"

I didn't use the online entertainment as I had my kindle with me but my daughter said hers was good with a lot of choices. Food a bit too spicy for me but everyone else seemed to love it and I'm very picky and plain with what I eat. Loved the foot rests on the seats. Can;t complain. I'd use them again."

Miinukset: "I ordered a ginger ale onboard. When the stewardess took my order and went to swipe my card, he made a comment that sometimes they have difficulties with USA credit cards. He tried 3 different cards and then when nothing worded, he asked if I had pounds to pay with. I stated no, that I had Croatian crowns, Euros or US Dollars on me at that point in time. He then looked over at me and very rudely asked me why in the heck I ordered the drink to begin with. I was already embarrassed that he was having trouble with my cards so to yell at me in front of everyone so much to the point the lady in the next row heard hi and offered to buy my drink for me. I would like to point out that even he made the remark that the machine sometimes has difficulty taking US cards. How was I supposed to know that none of the three cards that I had on me wouldn't work. I never had any issues with either of those three cards after that incident. They worked just fine so it was clearly an issue with your machine not my cards. I feel it was very inappropriate for him to treat me that way (especially over a stupid soda). My luggage then didn't make it to Ibiza in time because it got stuck in London due to my short layover. If BA can't figure out how to get the luggage transferred within that short of a period, they should not offer flights that close to each other. Secondly, I left a really nice down pillow and bag on my flight from London to Ibiza and I checked the lost in found at the Ibiza airport and it was never turned in. I never recommend BA to anyone."

Miinukset: "Like the flight from Amsterdam to Philadelphia, the seats were extremely uncomfortable and wouldn't go back much at all. On this flight my tray was also broken so I couldn't ever put any drinks on it without them spilling everywhere. The flight attendants were the worst ones I have ever had on a flight. Very unpleasant and rude. They would barely pay attention to customers and would only gossip when they were making their rounds down the isles. One of them made an attempt to bump either my arm or my leg every time she walked paste me, not once apologizing. It was very clear that she was doing it on purpose. At one point she even kept bending over to get into one of her drawers on her cart and kept shoving her butt into my shoulder and in my face repeatedly without acknowledging me at all. I was returning from a trip overseas and my appearance was less than business casual but that is no excuse to treat me like that or any other customer riding on this airline. I enjoyed my flights with British Airways on my way to Europe. It's extremely unfortunate that these two airlines are sister companies and transfer people between them. From now on I will actively avoid taking any flights on a American Airlines unless I have absolutely no other option. Sadly, this may mean avoiding British Airways as well. It's sad when Allegiant Air offers better flights than such a reputable airline, such as this."
Plussat: "Boarding staff was confused and took al long time. The crew were nice enough but disinterested in serving us and were annoyed when I asked for a few crackers or bread to help with a stomach ache. Never got any. I had to get up several times to ask for water. Comfort was ok and plane was warm enough. There was several people who came and sat down next to me in the open seat, 6 or 7 different people who left their own seats elsewhere on the plane and came to sit next to me in the open seat. One woman brought her child over, asked me to love another seat over, so her child could lay down and put his feet in my lap. Then, when Inledt for the ladies room, she left him there to kick the seat in front of him and throw his tuna fish sandwich pieces on me and on the floor. I never agreed to play nanny to her child and after I'd paid $750 for a one way ticket from TPA to AMS, I didn't think I should have to. The mother gave me an earful of her bad language when I asked her to take care of her own child and take him and his fishy tuna sandwich back to his own designated seat. I had asked a male flight attendant to handle the situation, neither he nor the other staff, who stood by, cared that it was disturbing me, or that the other passengers were playing musical chairs with empty seats all night. I have flown British Air more than 100 times in my life. For 35 years it was my go to airline for step up in quality, service and class. This time I could have flown several other airlines that would have been $379, $400, 547, 650 for the same flight TPA to London Gatwick then AMS, instead I opted to pay a little more and thought I'd get a little more. Not any more on British Air. Other passengers on the flight were rested when they arrived. Not me, I was tired and disappointed and kicking myself for paying more to fly British Air. This is sadly understandable, as all quality is down with alot of airlines. But it's particularly disappointing that I'm saying that about British Air after all these years. I have only complained one time to an airline over 30 years. This will be my second time. I plan to send this complaint to British Air and ask for a refund."
Plussat: "Flight attendants are so very tentative and the pilot made numerous announcements. Great planes excellent service"
Plussat: "The flight itself went smoothly despite some windy conditions, and we were transported in one piece, without incident, from LHR to IAD. The crew members were pleasant in conversation and reasonable in frequency of food service. Once, when I pressed the attendant button, one of them came quickly to ask me what the problem was, and that kind of responsiveness is always a plus, in my opinion. The seats reclined a reasonable amount, not the mere 2-5 cm one sometimes experiences lately."
Miinukset: "The aircraft was aging at least a bit, and it was clear because my seat almost would not return to the upright position and stay there. Several times I tried to return it to upright as the end of the flight neared, and it would easily move but would return to reclined once I leaned back. It was as if I had been the whole time keeping my finger on the button that makes the seat movable. After I'd about given up, the seat finally stayed upright even when I put my weight back on it. My flight attendant misunderstood my drink request, but I let it go because the result was close to what I had asked for. It could have been that there was too much background noise - not sure."
