Plussat: "We were traveling from IAH gto FRA with two dogs. One in a crate and one in a small carry on dog bag. Lufthansa handled the process very well. They expected us at the airport, helped us through the entire checkin with a smile, helpful information and care. They brought us and our dog to TSA and after boarding confirmed that our dog had been loaded and safely taken care of. The cabin crew also checked on us and our in cabin dog. I don't know any other airline that makes traveling with a dog so easy and pleasant."
Miinukset: "My bag was lost, exsept close I lost life-saving drags like insulin and other. I not live in Finland and don’t have there my medical record that can go in farmasy without medical prescription to buy medicin. Today is my 70 years burthday. This is a good present to celebrate. Thank you"

Miinukset: "comfort was awful. seats in the cattle section are awfully uncomfortable and space is at premium. food was bad. the cleanliness of the bathrooms leaves a lot to the desire. the Frankfurt airport is just plain awful. overall, I would not recommend Lufthansa, it was just that I did not have a choice."

Miinukset: "The disjointed announcements which kept disrupting the movie we were watching. It would be helpful to have one single announcement instead of breaking it up into several smaller units. We had a serious issue with a passenger in front of us who kept jamming his seat back into our knees. The flight staff did a great job of trying to resolve the issue. But the bottom line is that the seats are way too close together for such a long flight."

Miinukset: "The crew we had was very impatient and irritated quickly. The flighy attendent name was Jorge. Starting at the beggining of the flight before we took of I asked him about the head phones. One child had one on tye chair and I asked him if its suppose to be on the seat or given later on. He said it will be passed later and then with a patronizing manner he gave another head phone set and said: "I guess we havw an emergency". On the flight, every time he with the food and drinks he just stood there next to me talking over my head with the passenger begind me. Very uncomfortable, especially when it happens 6 or 7 times. When asking what drink we wanted ( the first time), i replied apple and orange juicewith no ice. He replied, with a patronizing manner "this it European company, not American company. Here we don't put ive if you do not ask for it".The incident that bother me the most is one that involved my kids also. My daughter (3 years old) was a bit scared of the flight, tired and did not want to sit on her chair. We tried to keek her on the chair buy she started crying laying down on the floor infront of our seats. Jorge the flight attendant saw her and told me to put her on the seat. Not in a manner I expect out of soneone in the service industry. I told him we are working on it and we will have her on the chair as soon as we can. When I said that he got irritated and a bit aggressive. For no reason the situation became hostile. The flight attendent on the other side (do not know his name). Can over and asked us what we needed amd if we need help. I told the other flight attendant we need 5 minutes and he said OK. After a few minutes she calmed down. Anotger passenger asked Jorge what beer it is and he replied, with contempt, " its German beer, its good"."

Plussat: "Food was just OK. Crew was nice."
Miinukset: "The München terminal by the gate has two antic wending machine that work only with cash. Nothing around once you pass security in that part of the terminal. Internet wasn't working either. Poor Germans, they lack ideas and money.... Then the plane had issues, we left 2 hours late because some Computer on board malfunctioned. Many people lost the connecting flights. Overall, I will avoid this airport, and flight path in the future."
Plussat: "I liked it overall"
Miinukset: "I absolutely hated and was very surprised at the completely illogical step of making people who have connection flights wait. Lufthansa was the one that scheduled two of my flights so close together, not letting people with connection flights to un-board first is completely counterproductive. Most other airlines let people with connecting flights unboard first."
Plussat: "Everything was pretty good. Except for the seats."
Miinukset: "On the long haul flight the seats started to hurt after a few hours. The seats on the short haul flight felt more comfortable."
Miinukset: "It took 90 (ninety!) minutes to get my suitcase at SFO. What a shitty, second-world airport. "Love" the crt tvs playing awfully low-quality "welcome to the US" videos. Way to showcase Silicon Valley's technical advances. Laughable."
Miinukset: "I lost my flight because your oufol servise.at first i had an issue with my passport and i lost the flight so i booked another flight, and then the Your people confirmed me officialy on phone that i can use my ticket to come back to tlv but I couldn't do check in and this time on phone your people told me that i cant get it and they dont gave what to do with it so order another!!! Ticket at the last time and didnt make it to the holiday meal so i really disappointed and going to do something with it. That was turrible and i lost a lot of money!!!"
Plussat: "Very friendly and accommodating crew, efficient service, nice breakfast pastry for the short flight to Frankfurt"
Miinukset: "Would have been nice to have an entertainment option, but I had a book, so the 2.5 hrs went fast enough."

Miinukset: "Budapest airport has tricky terminal for the Wizzair planes. You have to go outside the main terminal to get to the Wizz terminals and then you have to go outside again to get to the plane. It was really weird but I understand that as it is a low budget flight provider. The thing that made me really upset was that we all (passengers) left the terminal to get to the plane and we had to wait outside till we could start entering the plane. I really don’t understand why someone made us to wait outside while it’s freezing cold when the doors are not open or plane is not ready. That was unreasonable and ruined my trip."
Miinukset: "Gate announcement was only a few minutes before cut off!!"
Miinukset: "I paid 3 tickets for my kids from Prishtine to Budapest online through Kayak and when they went to check in they didn’t accept the tickets!!! They made them to buy new tickets because they didn’t accept those that I bought online.!! When I asked why they it happen they lady From call center turned the phone off."

Plussat: "Hats off for the pilots! They did a great job to land the plane during the night on a very-very thick fog. Actually, we were the first plane to land safely in CLJ airport in three consecutive days apart all the other diverted landings to other airports."
Miinukset: "6 hours delay due to bad weather."
Plussat: "I think some of the issues were passenger related, and passengers not listening to the crew. So it wasn't so much I liked it but some of the crew's attitudes were warranted based on the passengers."
Miinukset: "We were loaded onto the bus to take us to the plane and then stood on the bus for 45 minutes! Then were delayed even longer. With zero explanation the entire time. Additionally having to pay for even water is a bit much, especially when I came prepared, but drank more because it was hot on the bus."
Miinukset: "Better organization on the boarding process, i.e. separate lines for priority and normal."
Miinukset: "Both flues were really delay really disappointed"
Plussat: "The flight was on time, even though it left with almost 30 mins' delay (despite the fact that boarding was complete with a few minutes before the schedule take off time)."
Miinukset: "Seat comfort - the seats are tied with Ryanair for worst comfort (rigid and very cramped). Worst of all, though, as with Ryanair - seat allocation. Please, stop this "even though you're travelling together, you may be seated separately unless you pay to choose your seats" nonsense. It's ridiculous!"
Miinukset: "Not accusing the customer of not having a priority booking when they do, not having an hour long wait, and not accusing the customer of having a bag too big when it wasn’t."
Miinukset: "I had priority and my partner who did not was on plane first! My suitcase was miles away from me (what caused delays on getting out) because next to my seat was not empty slots! After the bus took us to plane crew did not allowed us to use rare entrance (I was seat 37!)! That was chaos!"
Plussat: "Clean aircraft with good on board staff. Flight departed on time and arrived early. Overall they are good value for a low cost carrier."
Miinukset: "Wizz are a bit disorganised at bag check in, disorganised with overhead storage. Don't like the random seat assignment used if you don't want to pay the high price for assigned seats."

Plussat: "The staff - friendly, polite,, helpful and a nice uniform! No silly uncomfortable and unsuitable as in some airlines. Reasonably clean. Good price for a glass of wine and pac of dry fruit."
Miinukset: "Unable to understand tanoi messages - mumbling & too fast. Could not make out most of what staff said including why there was an hour's delay and safety procedures. If i were to bring an oversized and too heavy handluggage on board no doubt I wouldn't get away with it ! However the number of large and heavy bags passengers brought on board last night was ridiculous . It was a real struggle for people to find lockers for.their bags. Some people had quite a few. Delays take off and creates unnecessary chaos. Couldn't understand why I had to pay to check in online, obviously missed that when bookrd. Although I recall reading that it will cost if you check in the airport- so most likely my error. No facility or button to print boarding pass once checked in. No contact us button - I would like to change seat I booked for return but cannot see how to do this on line."

Please book a full fair on a major carrier instead of hidden fee fiasco at the airport. headaches before a flight. Keep in mind no wizz staff to talk to before flight or in Budapest. Private contractors from airport do all the check in process and departures."

Plussat: "I was lucky to be seated next to the emergency door so I had a very comfortable seat. Also, the crew was very attentive."

Miinukset: "i would seem that evey Wiss-Air Flight on the route we were on is always late, stuck on the tarmac in a bus in 30degs with NO aircon is not on."
Plussat: "Nice clean plane, friendly airline staff (as friendly as they get, we all know how they have that teflon attitude), OK food, I sat between 2 Bulgarian passengers which were very well behaved, one screaming baby nearby (as there always is) and no-one playing football with the back of my seat all the flight (you know who you are - hope someone does it to you), and no-one fidgeting all flight so all in all a good experience."
Miinukset: "Bit slow in opening the gate for people to get on. They expect to cram you like sardines on a hot staircase with no where to go when there is other people being checked in to board behind you, really stupid and possibly sadistic."
Plussat: "Staff aboard the aircraft were very nice and so was the passengers."
Miinukset: "Bought a ticket two weeks ago to travel to Romania. Didn't have internet to check in, so I went to the airport to check in. When I got there because I was within 3 hours of boarding they had given away my ticket and made me a last priority boarder. I happened to get really lucky otherwise I wouldn't have gotten to fly on a flight I had previously paid for and was on time to."
Miinukset: "Despite long delay, there were no announcements by the staff about the delay until we were already almost 40 minutes past our original departure time. No water or food was distributed to the passengers despite the delay. Delay was not wizzair's fault but there was no customer service to speak off."
Plussat: "There really isn't a lot to like except the base ticket fare."
Miinukset: "They ticketing agent lost my luggage, after misreading the "package" I had to purchase just to check a bag. They had a push cart in which they sold perfumes and cosmetics. They charged for everything, including coffee and water."
Plussat: "On time and a comfortable flight."

Plussat: "They charged me for not checking in 3 hrs prior and didn't really make that clear before when I purchased the ticket. Even if they did, I never seen a airline do that. It's a borderline scam. Then the flight attendant continued to swipe my card when it was declining since I had restrictions on it. In which in return had my card shut off. Never will I fly Wizz Air again."

Plussat: "because Wizzair needs a way to terrorize psdsengers about luggage size. It did not affect me personally, but it is shooting and scary how Wizzair bitches about 1cm oversized bsgs"
Miinukset: "Wizzair has the worse reputstion ehen it comes to checkin and boarding. People still fly because it is cheap and poor people are willing to take a lot of terror to save a few bucks."
Plussat: "Horrible. Website won't take payment for baggage. Charge over twice as much at airport. Black list this company."

Plussat: "Near new aircraft and O.K. seating. Flight crew was helpful and spoke excellent English. On time departure."
Miinukset: "WIZZAIR website is user unfriendly. To make matters worse, in order to check in on the Internet, one has to register with WIZZAIR. Fares are competitive, but long list of extra charges is annoying. Boarding was chaotic at airport, with no attempt at crowd control. No water was served on flight."
Miinukset: "We were made to wait for some 40 minutes in a glorified cattle shed with no seating before boarding. Will never fly with this airline again, however cheap it might be!"
Plussat: "I liked that everything ran smoothly for the most part. I'd definitely fly with them again."
Miinukset: "I didn't realize I had to check-in 3 hours prior to my flight or else I'd have to pay almost 50$ extra for a boarding pass!!! One of the women at the counter was extremely rude about it (while the gentleman was very nice and helpful). There was no entertainment on the plane, but I didn't expect any, but I didn't realize how short the leg room would be... my knees literally were shoved into the seat in front of me the entire fight."
