Miinukset: "Did you know the flight was changed?? It moved from Nov 24 to Nov 25. I was never informed of this change that was supposedly made in October.. Even you (kayak) didn’t know bc you still think I took the flight that I booked on your site! I was forced to rebook with another airline and will be expecting a refund and then some and possibly dispute the charge all together."
Plussat: "I didn’t like a thing. The crew from the gate all the way to the end was rude and nasty. The crew scanning people to get on the plane were so rude at the beginning it was the worst and I fly for my work and I’ll never fly TAP air Portugal again."
Miinukset: "Train the staff to be nice and pleasant"
Plussat: "Crew was awesome, seat spacing comfort not so much."
Miinukset: "Need to have seat upright to use trays to eat on flight"
Plussat: "Good crew. No crying or screaming children is always good. Dinner was decent & nice that it comes with a glass of wine if you wish."
Miinukset: "Packed in a sardine can for 9 hours is not fun. Being bussed out to a remote location for a wide bodied plane is crazy. At least at ORD we had a gate."

Miinukset: "In old section of Lisbon airport, and inadequate space to conduct orderly and efficient boarding Both deplaning and re boarding done via movable ramps and passage to and from exposed to weather (thankfully not raining)."

Miinukset: "It took a long time to board the plane and there was literally no line at the boarding gate. When I mean there was no line, its not that there were no people, its that we stood grouped together, because there was not enough space for everyone, so no line could form. So people simply cut in front of each other and there was quite a bit of anger and tension.Once we were on board, and seated, they came through and provided a meal. However after about 3 hours, I wanted to get some water to take medicine and I pushed the call light to get the flight attendant to come over and it was literally 45 minutes before anyone came into the economy portion. All of the flight attendants were either in first class, or hiding somewhere else. As one point 5 call lights were on and no one came. My wife got up and started looking for someone and finally I got water to take my pills. Almost an hour after I hit the call button. When the flight attendant came, I asked her if it was possible to purchase a soda, crackers, or anything as my blood sugar was low. She said there is nothing available for purchase, and did not offer anything. The only help I received was from a fellow passenger who offered a candy bar. I can not believe that there was nothing the attendant could offer me. I was willing to pay 10 euros for a soda, and they still said no. That is unacceptable."
Miinukset: "The airline staff closed the gate and would not let all passengers board, causing over 30 to have to be rebooked on flights the next day."
Plussat: "Extremely friendly flight crews, never hesitate to help with a smile on their face!"
Miinukset: "The layover situation needs to be improved. When you give 50 minutes, there really isn’t enough time to deplane, get through the check point, and make it to the terminal. We were told to run like animals in the airport in order to not miss the flight."
Plussat: "Would appreciate a voucher for how bad the Flight was. Seriously UAL is using a plane last built in 2004? UAL only cares about taking people’s money not a wonderful flying experience!!!"
Plussat: "We really enjoyed TAP Air Portugal and expect to fly with them again. Comfortable seats, pillow, blanket, and MEALS! Good ones with actual silver! USB charging port at every seat, with a good selection of movies. Great airline for a great price!"
Miinukset: "Better service, comfy seats with recline and entertainment"

Plussat: "Not much. Check in luggage charges destroyed the experience, this was not disclosed on the ticket itinerary"
Miinukset: "TAP charges $120 1st checkin bag, this was not disclosed on the itinerary or kayak site when we book the ticket. We expect kayak to refund this."
Plussat: "Seats are comfortable and room for pack pack under seats"
Miinukset: "A little too warm but not unbearable. We paid extra for seats together but did not get to pick them. We would have preferred a window but were in the middle 2 of 4."
Plussat: "We were lucky that the flight was not full, more space and comfort. Our special meals ordered in advance were provided how ever a little limited Flight was generally smooth and we arrived earlier than scheduled even though we have left later than scheduled. Great service. New, Clean and comfortable aircraft The process while in transit at Lomé was fast and simple."
Miinukset: "The fasten seatbelt was constantantly on (not only while in turbulence) Though we had two full rows available for us, the seat handles could not be lifted; hence the full row could not be utilized... No entertainment at all. This can be advised ahead for you to come with adequate tablet."
Miinukset: "We called the day before to ask about baggage and was told was included in price of ticket. Only to get to airport and be told was not included and cost 95 euro per bag. absolutely unacceptable and will warn all future associates that travel to Portugal"
Miinukset: "The flight was delayed and I missed my next flight. They charged me for the next flight (from Lisbon to Porto) full price but put me on wait list, contrary to their representation (Tap Air as well)."
Miinukset: "Boarding took longer than expected. Flight was delayed then was delayed a second time once everyone was boarded. Smaller plane than the usual TAP planes, but okay flight."
Plussat: "Food and staff"
Plussat: "The staff was kind and polite and the flight was on time and without occurrences. The entertainment was good."
Miinukset: "The seats were really uncomfortable, the food was just ok and they did not advertise the shrimps to the allergics, the beverages were rare for a flight so long, so we got headaches and dehydration. The price to dispatch the luggage and to book the seats in advance was insanely expensive!"
Plussat: "The staff were very friendly and helpful"

Miinukset: "The hospitality of the airline crew is very poor as they are extremely rude to their customers. The planes I flew on were very out of date and not comfortable for international travel. I have flown on many airlines, but these planes were by far the worst. Cheap price, for a reason. The seats didn’t recline, the food was terrible, no options were given for food, and the movies were pre-picked. No one had a choice in what they watched. Very outdated. I had 2.5 hours to board my connecting flight and they caused me to miss it. As I waited in the customs line entering Lisbon, I asked a TAP representative if I’d have to get out of the line up and go right through as my flight left at 2:10 pm. They said you will make it, stay in line. I get near the front of the line 2 hours later... hundreds of people were in this line and they only had 2/10 customs agents available!!! I ask another representative how far my gate is since my flight leaves in 30 min and she told me “no you missed it. but don’t worry others will be missing it too”. So no I did not miss it, you caused me to miss it cause I already asked if I would and you people told me no. I run to the gate, which has now changed to the other end of the airport, so I run to that gate and it is 10 min before the flight is to take off. I ask the desk agent at the gate and he tells me the flight has already left. Others had missed it too due to the insane customs line up. So the plane left 20 mins earlier than scheduled with only half it’s passengers..... unbelievable!!! When I went to the service desk they did not show any sympathy or apologetic behaviours whatsoever."
Plussat: "Customer Service was excellent."
Miinukset: "Viewing options in 38E where i sat, were terribly uncomfortable. The screen i had to look at was off to the left and i had to sit sideways to see the screen."
Miinukset: "TAP seems to have trouble landing at its own global hub. Three hours wasted in Porto before the traffic over LIS had cleared up. First time TAP, last time TAP."
Plussat: "The crew was very nice, we boarded on time and landed a bit early which was nice. We recieved little snack packs that had a sandwich and a granola bar or fruit snacks and a juice."
Miinukset: "The seats were not very comfortable to sleep on for 6 hours as they didn't recline back too much but that is to be expected in 2nd class seats."
Plussat: "I got to Lisbon on time."
Miinukset: "just another bus ride"
Plussat: "Flight was on time, crew very friendly, check in process easy"
Miinukset: "Seats are very unconfortable and the space limited. baggage policy isn't very clear; I had to pay 20 extra euros for a checked bag"
Plussat: "Disorganised boarding and staff not efficient Plane was not cleaned until passengers arrived at plane and waited in buses while they finished cleaning, waited standing approximately 30 minutes at plane on bus"
Plussat: "Food, seats, flight attendants & in flight entertainment were all very good."
Miinukset: "The terminals they use have no express lanes for biz travel. Very stressful particularly if short layover time."

Miinukset: "I didn't like that on a 3:30 hour delay the passengers did not get information about the delay. Line for check-in was too long. More then 2 hours on the line to check-in. Uncomfortable seats (too tight)"
Miinukset: "The seats did not recline. It was impossible to get comfortable enough to sleep any at all, even though it was an overnight flight. It was also the first intercontinental flight I have ever taken which offered no entertainment whatsoever. I really don't understand why TAP used a plane with non-reclining seats for a five-hour overnight flight."
Plussat: "Well done...when other airlines offer nothing!"

Miinukset: "La calidad del entretenimiento, pésimo. Calidad de sonido y video. Los asientos no tiene para cargar los aparatos. Adicionalmente, no llego un paquete que embarcamos en Madrid con conexión en Lisboa."
Plussat: "Exceptional service and professionalism of crew. Food was delicious...Aircraft was clean. Left on time...landed half hour early. It was a perfect flight."
Miinukset: "My husbands snoring. LOL."

Miinukset: "Once we entered the boarding area we weren't allowed back out to get a sandwich, souvenir, etc. This was absolutely unacceptable. I felt like a prisoner in that area. I can't believe they thought this was OK."
