Miinukset: "The flight left 19 minutes early, stranding 7 people who were connecting from New Orleans. We ran across the entire airport and made it to the gate before departure time. The employee at Lufthansa Senator lounge was nice enough to tell us that the crew must have felt like leaving early. She was very nonchalant about the whole issue. She also refused to assist us, and told us we needed to exit the airport and reenter through the ticketing counter. I upheld my end of the deal by reaching the gate in time. This situation needs to be rectified."

The lady at the counter sent me to the wrong gate and left me there for over one hour then told me oops I forgot to tell you the gate changed. You need to hurry your flight leaves out of terminal E17 I was in c37"

Miinukset: "My experience on the second flight was completely different from the first. Staff was not as friendly. Food was bad. No entertainment due to short flight time. Not as good of an experience."

Miinukset: "More a problem of the San Francisco airport than the airlines, but getting through passport control/customs involved multiple VERY long, slow-moving lines with very few people working to process the crowds. Then, even though my bags were checked all the way through to my final destination, I had to pick up my luggage and re-check it, and go through security again--and that also seemed poorly organized and/or short-staffed."

Miinukset: "They didn't notify me in time on a delay and didn't suggested a different route. Therefore I was able to flew just the following day as my connection to the oversea flight was more then an hour delay. It happened with me flying to Budapest, and also flying back from Budapest. Make you better understand, that does it mean for me: in Budapest I missed the first part of my conference, and with the flying back one day later I lost one payed work day. As I have family in Budapest I decided to stay for the night there, and not at Munich, but just rescheduling my flight and providing me a taxi drive was so complicated, that it took two and half extra hrs at the airport, Also Lufhansa put me in my rescheduled back trip the MUC-IAD flight on the 45C seat, what was the worst seat on the plane. Not just that. When they have plenty of empty seat in all of the section, and they wanted to sell it the economy plus seats for more than hundred dollars, I mentioned to the fight attendance my misery ,and how I don't like the seat what I got, and she laughed on me, and I heard her telling her colleagues,this kind of funny way as they were behind me. That's no how they need to treat passenger, Also on flying back they didn't react fast, and they missed to put me on the Frankfurt plane, what could be an alternative route, on the same day, instead they sent me desk to desk."
Miinukset: "My return travel was on lufthansa but due t delays in departing I missed my flight to the US. We were treated very poorly and slowly by service center representatives. The flight we missed was still at the gate but the door had closed. We were told the flight was oversold so it benefited the airline that we missed it. It’s muxh cheaper to put us in a horrible hotel with disgusting food and fly us out the next day, then pay people to choose a new flight. I had two small children at home and Diebel to this incompetence missed my 4 year olds birthday. He was devastated all thanks to your airline."

They weren't particularly large people, just average men but their arms were in my space all the time. Also if I drop something, I cannot pick it up, there's no room. For transatlantic flights the seats should be bigger."
Plussat: "It was trouble free - check in was quick and efficient in Budapest, boarding was no trouble, and transfer in Frankfurt problem-free. Cabin crew were good, flight was nice."

Miinukset: "The entertainment system in my seat was not working. The crew was very helpful in terms of trying to fix the issue, but unfortunately the system was not fixed. The seats were difficult to push back. We tried several times to push back the seat for the passenger travelling with me, however the seat would not go as far as everyone else's. Unfortunately the flight was not as comfortable for her as it was for the rest of my party traveling with me. For such a large aircraft, Lufthansa should consider boarding economy by seat section. For example, starting with the persons who sit in the back first and then forward. It would speed up the boarding process and alleviate any lines in the aisles in the aircraft. Last but not least, my parties baggage was not transferred during our quick layover from Frankfurt to Krakow. Priority should be given to passengers whose final destination is not Frankfurt. We found out that our luggage's remained in Frankfurt when our names were called by baggage pickup in Krakow. The attendant who was helping us was very cold and treated us as of we were the ones who caused this inconvenience through his tone of voice, as well as his short comments. Lufthansa needs to work on their customer service in Krakow. We were rushed by the agent and it seemed like he wanted to get rid of us asap even though there was no line. We needed to understand where our baggage was and the options available to us, especially because our baggage was carrying important items for my sister in laws bacholerette party that night. We left not knowing when we were going to receive our luggage or if it would even make it to Krakow that night. We called the Number provided to us several times during the Day, however the line did not seem to be actively monitored by an individual. The website we were provided to track our luggage offered little to no insight on the whereabouts of our luggage. We finally found out that the luggage had arrived in Krakow and would be sent by carrier. The carrier arrived late in the evening, right before we were leaving for the bachelorette party thankfully. Better communication in these types of situations would greatly alleviate the stress one feels when their luggage is missing. Aldo surprised that the airline doesn't distribute a care package (I.e. toothbrush, paste, facewash) to passengers whose luggage was left behind."

Miinukset: "The seat pitch is inhumane. I could barely fit into the seat without hitting my knees on the seat in front. And that was before the person ahead of me reclined. It's not like Lufthansa is a budget airline. It's a full-fledged major carrier charging full-fledged prices. Seriously, I was expecting more."

Flight from Dulles to Dubai was excellent but from Dubai to Sialkot totally different. Shame Emirate Airlines having double standards. You serving and respecting people coming from west excellently but terrible for poor people of Pakistan. Some of them were elderly coming from Umra on connecting flight and air hostesses were almost screaming at them. Shame Emirate Shame."

This was my 5th Flydubai flight and I have not had an in-seat entertainment screen that worked yet. The food options are limited, and they're usually out of stock."

Miinukset: "i am 6'8 tall so normal seats are not for me just wondering why having a free row ( no 15) of exit seats in the flight from Dubai to Zanzibar i needed to pay for it and on my way back row 15 was free of charge? one way charge one way not? something is far from easy to understand..and why having a combined flights (Emirates and Flydubai) i couldnt check in online? and will i get any response?"

Miinukset: "I was surprised to learn you had to pay for tea, coffee, food, and movies. I was offered one water on the 4 hour trip, which seemed out of line compared to all other international flights I have taken."
Plussat: "There was flight entertainment but had to be purchased. Food had to be purchased. For international flight, I found it very inconvenient to travel with this airline. Worst of all, I did not realize that in order for me to continue to my connection flight to Dubai, I had to get my luggage, apply for Turkey visa and leave the transit area and check-in again. There was no assistance on the flight nor outside when we arrived to guide passengers to the connecting flights. Overall, i would not recommend this airline nor, Easyjet (Amsterdam-London) and Skypicker the company that booked my flights to anyone. I found overall experience, frustrating, unprofessional, delays, luggage weight limitation, unnecessary visa requirement, etc."
