Waited 7 hours at the airport and now I have no way to locate my luggages because they were checked with tags to a flight that was delayed twice and then canceled last minute. I was told my luggages would be routed to my final destination but they’re not here .
The flight to and from Amsterdam was organized and smooth. I had no issues or complaints. Thank you!

They weren't particularly large people, just average men but their arms were in my space all the time. Also if I drop something, I cannot pick it up, there's no room. For transatlantic flights the seats should be bigger."

Miinukset: "My seat (33A) was would not recline. I alerted the stewardess early on, she called a male colleague, both smiled and reassured me that they will deal with it later on. The uncomfortable seat became even more cramped as at the end of the dinner service the passenger ahead reclined his seat. I tried to catch the attention of the cabin crew - in vain. On disembarkation I saw the stewardess and reminded her of her promise of help . She sweetly wished me a "pleasant weekend". The cabin crew did not seem to care much over the discomfort of an elderly traveler in economy class."

Miinukset: "No seating area at or near the gate we boarded at, and as boarding was delayed, many people ended up standing for some time because we did not wish to wander too far and then be late for boarding."

Miinukset: "I wasn't even on this airline my booking reference said that I was. I had this airlines flight number I go to the gate to check in, and then for me I'm on Air Canada. This was a mass from the start I will never use this airline or Air Canada again they ruin my login and told me it's still usable we had a delayed for three hours on the plane. Never never again!"
Plussat: "Service was good, boarding was fast, no other issues."
Miinukset: "The seat pitch is inhumane. I could barely fit into the seat without hitting my knees on the seat in front. And that was before the person ahead of me reclined. It's not like Lufthansa is a budget airline. It's a full-fledged major carrier charging full-fledged prices. Seriously, I was expecting more."
Plussat: "Crew worked hard to make the journey pleasant, including the second crew for my connection to New York JFK, a much longer flight. Even some of the food was edible."
Plussat: "First Time on Lufthansa and came away extremely impressed. I'm a million miler on Delta so I know a little about flying a mainline carrier. Lufthansa blew me away with the level of service and friendliness. It was a short (90 minute) flight but they still offered a free breakfast sandwich along with the beverages. Flight Attendants can switch from German to English without hesitation and were very professional. Look forward to flying with them again."

The walk and ride took us to a new terminal where we walked and walked and I am 78 and hard to keep up. Then we were off and a nice flight and we made up a bit of time. Upon arrival in Aspen and there was not gate for us so we had to wait 25 minutes to deplane, The staff and pilots were terrific and tried to make the best of it. At least we got there. Snacks and water would have been nice with all the waiting we did....Linda Decatur"

Miinukset: "No one knew what was going on. We boarded late, then sat there for 40 minutes with no communication, then we had to de-plane. But they couldn't get the jet way to work, so it took forever."
Miinukset: "I could not pre-check or request different seats on the CP website. I think that this was because of issues with the website, apparently due to IT system communication between American Airlines and Cathay Pacific.......on all six flights. On the transfer in San Francisco, Customs was closed when we arrived in San Francisco and we had to haul all of our baggage from one terminal to the other. There was no direction on how to handle this issue of Customs being closed while on the flight to San Francisco. I had to explain the issue of to the CP customer service crew in SF. The CP desk and they had never heard of it. American Airlines was equally poorly trained. I will also say that while at the CP customer service, there were three young adult males that we're not busy at the time and the watched us unload the baggage carts onto the scales and conveyor and then reloaded on to the carts to push to the AA terminal. We handled the bags two additional times because the CP staff did not know what to do and how to handle it. Other passengers were confused as well."

Miinukset: "The aircraft was extremely hot and it took a extraordinary long time to resolve the issue. Dont understand why the aircraft was not checked prior to the flight so alternate plans could be made. Upon connecting the crew in the terminal and at the gate was not very accommodating. Very disappointed with American airlines and this experience"
Miinukset: "We waited on the check - in line for 3 hours because only 2 customer service reps were there to check-in customers. In 3 hours, only 2 people were assisted, causing us to miss our flight. I was traveling with my infant daughter on her first flight, I wasn't able to nurse her or change her. What a terrible experience. Are you working with American Airlines to improve their customer service? Surely, because you offer their flights in your site you support their practices. I just wanted a comfortable and reliable flight for my family. It's been very frustrating so far..."

She was polite but told the mobs that try to use the premium line to wait their turn."
Miinukset: "I asked for upgrades to and from Chicago. I’m a gold member and fly for leisure fairly often. There are so many people looking for an upgrade these days that you’re rarely getting the opportunity"
Plussat: "None of the experience was pleasant"
Miinukset: "First flight was delayed causing us to miss the 2nd flight and we ended sleeping on a chair at the airport waiting for a morning flight. AMERICAN AIRLINES didn't even have the decency to put us in a hotel for the night due to their delay. Then they added a 2nd lay over which was delayed for hours also. Traveling was to visit my mother who had cancer and I was sick so this made the trip even more distasteful."

Plussat: "The pasta coming out of Frankfurt that was served on the plane was actually phenomenal I have never had that kind of cheese spaetzle in an aircraft before absolutely excellent. The desert choice of the crumble tart was also very good. The roll was cold as usual in economy class. The rap served as pre arrival meal was also very good. This was by far the best food I have ever had and economy class I have never encountered this food traveling from the US to Europe but traveling back from Europe the food is often better. This one was phenomenal."
Miinukset: "Selecting the entertainment choices was very very sluggish to the point where I just discontinued trying to find a show to watch. On both flights, going to Frankfurt and then returning from Frankfurt those international flights, the video or entertainment was very slow to select. I also noticed in some seats it wasn't working or people also just gave up. I did however like the fact that some shows we're closed captioned, that is really helpful because sometimes it is difficult to adjust the sound to to be able to clearly hear the conversations in the movie. Subtitles definitely help. I wish all of them had subtitles. The boarding is okay and I understand all the emeralds and rubies and platinum's Etc, but sometimes by the time group for get seated there's not always enough room in the overhead compartments because people tend to put all their bags their. And some people still take oversized bags that should probably be checked this is quite a nuisance."

Miinukset: "The 90 min delay and multiple postponements were a huge problem. The fact that there was such a long delay that there was another flight to the same place leaving approx 5 min later and then an hour later is pretty sad. And loading from the gate consisting of walking through cattle gates across the Tarmac was slightly irritating. In the future if you can't find enough working aircraft, make better arrangements."

I actually wouldn’t have minded paying around $50 more for my ticket and hand the bag included than be misled into thinking I could take luggage and finding out after it’s too late that I have to pay for my luggage. I think it’s a really sleazy business tactic (akin to resort fees). Fortunately for me however, I don’t travel with luggage so it doesn’t directly affect me. Still think it’s. Shitty way to do business though."

My flight was held from disembarking in order for the forms to be delivered upon landing, then distibuted to a plane full of.passengers pulling out carry-ons while asking to borrow ballpoint pens to fill out the forms before de-planing. I've been a Hawaii Island resident for 36 years and a State employee for 25 years. The effort required to input and process this data had better be rewarding for the state population and not another State 'make-work' chokehold on the travel industry. I realize the danger of invasive species in the state but does it really require a Completed form for Every passenger on Every flight to make a difference? Airline employees took their task Very seriously, BTW. Why?"
Plussat: "I fly weekly, but try never to book United because there are always issues with my support animal. Without fail, regardless of the city, the agents at check-in do not know what to do. Each time I'm met with annoyance at having to check me in, and I usually end up calling either the disabilities desk and handing the agent my phone, or asking for the CRO. I have to leave an extra 45 minutes to accommodate flying United every time -- ridiculous. This time I also got a load of unprofessional gate agents cooing and awwing at my my support animal, and trying to pet him. When this happens I always simply state, "please don't" and this was key with rudeness as well. United please provide us with more professional and adequately trained staff at the airports. Once we're on the planes it's fine. But you seem to have VERY low hiring standards for airport staff"
Miinukset: "Canceled flight with none other available online (did receive advance notice via email, but had to go to airport at 5am anyway, /8!?3 no options available on app). Told to come back next day 5am (no offer to pay hotel, etc). Next day 5am rerouted through 2 more cities. Already 35 hours late. New flight delayed so missed another connection. Finally made it with no bags. Bags showed up next day, ripped apart. All in, this trip cost me 12 extra hours and 2 days with no bags on first leg and 40 hours plus a day with no bag (later destroyed bag) on return. Incurred $500+ in extra expenses because UA canceled flights / delayed flights / lost bags"

Plussat: "It was quiet, and the crew was nice."
Miinukset: "Well off the start the air on the aisle seat is horrible, the controls are set underneath the window seat so if you had window or middle you had the perfect seat for air. my seat wasnt working, the seat was finicky and would recline, also the TV controls are in a bad spot but that i really didnt care about. The absolute worst was my tray was broken on the right side so it couldnt hold the weight of my drink or anything so i was forced to hold my drink food etc. I had to prop my leg under the tray so it could hold my laptop so i can finish my work which i didnt get to finish because it was to uncomfortable for my leg. Needless to say ive never had a bad experience flying and i used to say that all the time but i guess i just jinxed myself because that was bad. All it was missing was a crying baby."

Worst trip to Aspen, ever."
