Hot hand wipes were provided. Hundreds of video entertainment options and fairly friendly English speaking flight attendants. I recommend paying the small upcharge to choose seats with extra legroom. totally worth it on the long haul"

KLM offer a superior flight experience - it is a shame their terrestrial customer servic does not match it!"

First bag arrived a day late, second after I had left Billund and it was six days before the bag with my clothes reached me. I was told I will have 100 euro credit for clothing, but in the winter and for 6 days, this was not even close to the amount I needed for clothing and necessities, to have my time here."
Miinukset: "KLM can't seem to figure out the order of boarding the plane. Should be business - priority - everyone else. Instead they do priority first, and that's usually two-thirds of the passengers. Also, really tired of the fake business class on these flights..."

Several parents were there with the request to let us through to the toilet with small children and she smiled in our face and said "no, we will finish first and than you can go". She might be not fit for the job anymore, but KLM can't afford this kind of treatment."

She then very rudely told me I had to pay for what I was trying to order, even though I was reading it off the menu? She acted as if I was stupid because I don’t speak swedish, but she did not speak the language of our destination, and it was a connecting flight."

Miinukset: "My husband was unable to check in on line. SAS when contacted by phone which was difficult to do because it is hard to locate their number had no explanation other than maybe due to security. We missed a tour due to the time spent (unsuccessfully) trying to solve this problem."

Miinukset: "I was upset that neither Kayak nor SAS provided any information about our ticket being a basic, basic ticket, by which I mean, did not include any checked luggage allowance in the price of the flight. I ended up paying 140 additional Euros for two bags. It appears that SAS's pricing is gaming the system when searching for flights or that Kayak is not being up-front about the type of fare they are advertising."
Plussat: "Good programming on the tv. Staff was mostly nice. Cabin was updated, but as usual in the "cheap seats" - too small!"
Miinukset: "They canceled our flight and then were unable to rebook us for the same day flying to Chicago. We were told by the SAS rebooking agent that no flights available on ANY flights from ANY carriers at ANY airport in all of Europe. Unless you were the couple at the other end of the counter - they were rebooked just fine. What do we do? SAS agent says, "Not my problem." So we have to stay an extra day. We ask - will you be putting us up in a hotel? Agent told us every hotel was sold out. "What do we do?" SAS agent: "Not my problem"."
Plussat: "My Plus ticket brought me an excellent cold lunch despite the shortness of the flying time (only 1:10). The seats need more recline!"

That's ok but then we sat on the plane waiting which resulted in leaving later than the original time of departure and therefore a large run for my connection at Copenhagen. Was badly organized clearly."
Plussat: "The seats were comfortable. Two meals offered for the 10.5 hour nontstop flight between San Francisco and Copenhagen."
Miinukset: "A little more leg room. Ability to change seat once reservation made online. The SAS website does not show your seat relative to entire place seat availability. Would have liked 24 hour customer service by phone option. They are actually closed for phone calls at night."

Miinukset: "The crew didn't seem to care much. The entertainment systems didn't really work and the response was simply deal with it. The food was terrible. The crew did not handle the passengers at all as they were up consistently and taking stuff out of the overhead containers."

It was not clear from iceland air website that i had to checkin with SAS. First stood in line for iceland air then had to go stand in line again for company handling SAS. Spent way too much time online doing this. Otherwise trip was fine."

Miinukset: "No entertainment at all, no food at all, unless you are willing to pay 10 euros for a sad looking sandwich. You got water or coffe, or you overpaid. And it's not like they're giving the seats away!"
Plussat: "It was the only non-stop flight for our needs. Timing was great too. It was nice to have 2 seats to ourselves."
Miinukset: "Going over our flight was cancelled at the last minute. We paid more for a non-stop flight we did not receive, lost wages because we both worked half-days to accommodate this flight departure time, and lost half a day of our trip. When we did fly on SAS to return, I found the service and amenities lacking. Why serve drinks well before your meal time and then not come back through with drinks again? Overall, it was not the best flight experience."

Miinukset: "The snacks that were handed out prior to landing were not very good and it looked as though a lot of people in our section felt the same way. Also, there were a lot of empty seats in the comfort and premium sections, but non of our gold medallions were offered an upgrade."
Miinukset: "Placed in last row w/ non-reclining seats, even though bought tix 7 months early. We travel w/ only carry-on bags. AF allows 35 kg each but only 12 kg in cabin. I asked, online, twice, if we could have a couple of extra kg for hand pieces. Rec’d only auto. luggage policy. Forced to check both bags."

Miinukset: "More chose in meals. I flew to and from within a week. All I had were chicken, chicken and chicken for snack too."

Miinukset: "Airport experience was inefficient. Long unattractive walk, boarding was tedious: the automatic check-in was not helpful and required so many more staff. Random security check was redundant and chaotic."

Plussat: "We were a little delayed, so I read my book. Not for long though as I was really tired after my flight from Los Angeles. I fell asleep right after take-off and didn't wake until we landed. Best way to fly :-)"
Miinukset: "Very little legroom for a 6'1" guy. Would have liked a bit more space, but I guess I was too tired to let it bug me."
Miinukset: "Air France delayed our JFK to CDG flight. That caused us to miss our connection flight afterwards from CDG to MUC. We got a later flight luckily but one of our bags got lost and is still currently lost!!!"
Plussat: "Flight crew, pilot,food and entertainment options were great"
Miinukset: "Baggage took a while to reach baggage claim but maybe a bit impatient after a long day"
Plussat: "That we were heading home. Nice seats. Good food. Lots of entertainment choices. Power plugs ( USB and European power) were appreciated. Wine as a choice with meal was appreciated and brandy after the meal."
Miinukset: "Some of the shows and movies were a bit 'trashy'. Long flight. I was in the middle seat next to an inattentive octanegarian who was nice but kept calling the flight crew to fix her mess up of the video system. No air controls on this plane - so it was overly warm. 10 hours of overly warm makes for a stinky passenger. Oof."
Miinukset: "Flight was delayed, seated in the last row and non adjustable seating, so very little leg room. Dis-enbarkment was very slow."

Miinukset: "The seat seemed smaller and space was very uncomfortable. The boarding process was very painful because we had to wait for a longtime."

Plussat: "The crew took care with calm and kindness of a man in deep distress and erratic behavior. Impressive. More generally , the crew showed respect and attention to all passengers. Not frequent."
Plussat: "Punctual, not crowded."
Miinukset: "Even though the plane was far from full, passengers were allowed only 1 carry-on item (no personal item), contrary to policy published online by Air France. This policy applied even to people with Economy Premium for the rest of the trip (which allows 2 carry-on suitcases, not a useful feature if one cannot begin with this number to reach the transoceanic flight)."
Miinukset: "The airlines didn’t even notify the passengers with the connecting flight. As the arrival was little late, all the passengers have missed their connection flights in Toronto and there was no notification or communication made on the new flight. When I went to the Air France counter in the airport, the staff has gone for the day and trying to get a hold of telephone rep took 2-3 hours and I by the time I found about my new connection, I was already late. Somehow I managed to get to the Terminal 1 and when I spoke to the lady (indian) at the Check-In counter, she has refused me to Check-In because i slipped the line up. The people in the lineup didn’t have any objection and they let me go first for Check-In as I’m already late to my flight. I wante to say something to her, but I’ve controlled my frustration. Luckily the other person in the Check-In counter offered to help me Check-In. Here is my word to the Indian lady staff “F**k You B***h” - learn some people skills."
Plussat: "The seats are spacious. They give you great amenities such as a toothbrush, etc. The crew was very nice. The food was also superb for airplane food."
Miinukset: "The check in process was terrible at SFO. We all felt like cattle being herded on. It was such a mess. The seats are surprisingly uncomfortable in premium economy. The headrest is not conducive to sleeping."

Plussat: "We were on a 9 hour flight which is pretty exhausting on its own. However, Air France provided you with a pillow and blanket, as well as headphones, so that you can make the best of the long trip."
Miinukset: "The chairs, for whatever reason, after just not that comfortable. Too squishy and they make noise when you adjust your position. I fidget a lot on flights so I felt like I was making a lot of noise. Also the plane didn't have cold air, do you get toasty pretty quick."
Plussat: "Nothing..worst experience ever. Simply apologising for delayed doesn't help"
Miinukset: "Flight into and out of indiapolis was delayed by 2 hours. Missed my connection flight to LHR because of the delay. never had such a flying experience. Flight was operated by Delta. I won't be flying them again."
Plussat: "I like service of AF"
Plussat: "I had a choice of movies, games and music that was very appealing. My concerns about not receiving the correct meal was handled professionally and promptly during the flight. I was surprised they couldn't discover I only ordered it for the second leg of my flight."
Miinukset: "Being placed into a window seat at 6' 5". Although I opted for general seating rather than paying for a extra leg room which is out of my budget. Not getting an aisle seat was disturbing at my height. Then there was the guy in front of me not willing to forego putting his seat back on my knees for over half the flight. It would be nice if the seat assignments for general boarding considered the height of the person being assigned."
Plussat: "The crew was very comfortable speaking two languages and friendly. They also had air conditioning! This was great because it was strangely hot in Paris and we were sweating profusely. And our last air france experience we were so hot and it was aweful. Even though it was like an hour and a half flight they still served us sandwiches ,really good."

Plussat: "Boeing 777 had a lot of space. Good legroom. Timely departure and arrival, hassle free, safe trip all the way. Enjoyed the red wine; very delicious!"
Miinukset: "Seat didn't recline. The entertainment unit was very difficult to dislodge and raise to use (We were in the front). Movies were kind of older ones but I had reading to do so entertainment wasn't that important."

Plussat: "Our flight was slated for 3:35pm departure. But hours before the flight, the guessing game started as to how delayed and for what reason the flight was delayed. We ended up leaving 4 hours later and with one feeble apology from the captain..."

A meager €8 voucher that didn't even cover a meal and a poorly informed gate agent that couldn't provide any information because the head office wouldn't provide any information. To top it all off, the lie as to why the flight was delayed was not maintained by either ground staff nor the crew. Unbelievable"

Miinukset: "Couldn’t checkin online due to having an Australian passport, very odd and meant we got stuck in a very slow moving que!"

Miinukset: "The whole booking experience and costs incurred in our 4PAX booking. Should cost €350 and went to almost €800 when we changed start of trip by one day even though we booked weeks in advance."

Miinukset: "It got deleyed i missed a bus because of that. It goy delayed because of a error with some luggage from other flight thatbwas sent to that flight."

Plussat: "Great flight once I was in the air. Didn’t like the drama getting to my plane!"

Plussat: "I was super tired and fell sound asleep before we even took off. When I woke up they were providing beverage service and the attendant was so sweet and quietly asked if I felt okay. I found that to be so sweet and like they were genuinely concerned."
Miinukset: "They overbooked the flight. We were a party of eight and half of us got to go on the 12pm flight and myself my husband and 2 children had to wait! We were told we could get on a 4pm flight and were rebooked for a 9pm flight!! Then they lost all my luggage and when I did get it we only got 2bags! My kids while suitcase went missing for two days! Totally unacceptable! Worse thing is the lack of direction to handle the situation. Their answer was by law were allowed to overbook! Seriously! I know this is true but these airlines should. It be allowed to do that it’s disruptive to people’s lives that have paid money to be on these flights. So our 4day vacation is now down to 3 and of those 3days we spent one day waiting on partial delivery of our luggage!"
Plussat: "I didn’t have the issues checking in that many have mentioned. I did have pay 140€ to check my bags because it wasn’t included in my fare. My advice is prepay for baggage, it’s much cheaper."
Miinukset: "It was late and no one told us anything... until we were close to landing that's when the pilot told us why they were late one hour at the gate! unacceptable!"
Plussat: "The crew was nice and polite."
Plussat: "The electronic check-in was breathtakingly simple but this airlines excels at optimal usage of available space - to the extreme discomfort of its clients. I am of average height and my flight was an exercise in pain endurance."
Miinukset: "Zero legroom"

Miinukset: "Our luggage did not arrive with the plane, we were not informed of the situation and waited for at least one hour before a passenger was told the luggage was left behind. The luggage did arrive after 90 minutes, still no explanation from the Vueling"

Miinukset: "1hr late with zero explanations or apologies. Like nothing happened. Slow boarding process as well. Never again vueling"
Plussat: "Was an ok flight for a budget airline"
Miinukset: "I'd booked it and paid more as it was supposed to be British Airways. This was rather misleading by kayak as I booked with them via the British airways website then forward to vueling. Could have paid less if I'd chosen vueling from the options."
Plussat: "No tv or entertainment system which makes more sitting space. I like this."
Plussat: "We got to our destination smoothly and a few mins early."
Miinukset: "The seats and space on the plane were extremely small, there was no space to breath or sit. The seats did not recline back. There were no complementary drinks. The shuttle to the flight had way too many people. We had to print our boarding passes before checking in or we would be charged 15 Euros."
Miinukset: "After flight was booked they canceled our reservations."
Plussat: "clean aircraft. smiling smart and friendly staff. on time departure. ultra quick bag retrieval. would highly reccomend"
Miinukset: "Apparently Vueling, Iberia's cheap cousin, saves a middle seat in row 1 and charges more. A lot more! I was pressured in Helsinki into letting Swissair, the contracted boarding agent it seems, fill that seat, 1/2 of which is what you get for paying 'business' in a plane that has all economy seating. There was no logic or ability to board before economy and indeed my boarding pass stated economy. The woman that was added to the oversold seat got intoxicated and was half in my seat. I will never fly this again and it's not worth the stress to fight for some refund but I was taken advantage of with charging me a 300+ euro seat for this joke of a flight in a "better" level of service."
