Further, I found it inexplicably that almost every seat was taken on this flight. If LH knows that the flight is booked close to capacity I would have expected they do their part and due diligence by swapping to a bigger aircraft to help protect people and their customers, it’s not that they wouldn’t have other aircrafts grounded and ready to go... But, in my case, it was an overweight and obese lady, who didn't fit in her seat and just slipped into half of mine. I was stuck with half a seat with her arm bumping mine for a 12-hour flight. I landed with a bruised arm. It was a round trip flight. When I had submitted a complaint, Lufthansa refunded me a 100$, which is nice of them, but I think they should have upgraded me for my return flight instead to make up for the first flight being uncomfortable. 2. I paid for the internet service and was charged double for it. Again, had to submit a complaint and was refunded the money. Check-in: The online system wouldn't allow me to check in online because my passport wasn't biometric."

There was a two hour delay because of incompetence in scheduling fuel truck. Further, upon arrival in Roanoke, hand baggage was sent to baggage claim. We carry hand baggage because it contains valuable or sensitive materials that we do not want going through the baggage system. This is very poor and United needs to perform better.

And they cancelled my ticket, then I did not get any other choice than buy a new ticket at more than $700 just from Abidjan to New York. But some other airline companies, when you miss your flight they find a next one for you and you just pay the fee, but not to cancel your ticket. This last case can happen only if the traveller does not show up and doesn't call."

Miinukset: "1. During check in, they change my seat number that i choose during the reservation process from a front window seat to a rear isle seat 2. Flight was supposed to land in Hamburg. Because of a storm, they went to Hannover. They announced that the time we will stay in Hannover is unknown. Maybe 2 hours... but then no news from the crew during our stop. 3. Several passeNgers asked to get out in Hannover. The crew said they will ask if possible. After one hour waiting in Hannover they did not even ask the airport authorities. Passengers insisted. The crew then said no because they do not want to go through the luggage finding process. 4. Weather was too hot. Waiting time was too long. Passengers Needed drinks and food. Crew only sold these without even offering free snacks, sandwitches, or drinks. 5. Babies and kids were there. No food nor drinks. They survived during 5 extra hours on the plane schedule on biscuits and water. Personnel did not even think of ordering food from hannover airport while waiting there. They only SOLD the snacks they have. 6. We returned to humburg with 5 hours delay over our original schedule. Stayed 2 hours until we got our luggages on the belt 7. Some passengers had to go back to hannover by train. We discover that all trains were stopped die to problems caused by the storm on the railway. They had the choice either to take very expensive taxis or to sleep over in Hamburg!! 8. This could have been avoided if brussel airline had some good will to at least help those passengers get their luggage and leave in Hannover! 9. Overall: very bad experience and crue attitude in Brussel Airlines!"

My girlfriend experienced sudden and traumatic pain due to the pressure change on the descent and so I hit the call button and when the flight attendant came over and saw what was going on she knew exactly what to do: she ran to the back of the plane to gather some cups and fill them with hot water-soaked napkins then sprinted back to give them to my girlfriend to show her how to hold them. She was so fast, so kind, and so effective. I wish I knew her name so I could tell her thank you one last time. Please pass this along to her if possible!"

L'avion a eu presque 2h de retard et nous avons été enfermé dans l'avion pendant les 1h50 sans un verre d'eau et avec très peu de ventilation alors que nous devions porter des masques. C'était inhumain et inadmissible. Ils savaient que l'avion ne pouvait pas partir tout de suite (ils avaient annoncé 2h de retard), pourtant ils choisissent de nous faire entrer dans l'avion. Nous avions très peu d'informations et aucune information sur le pourquoi du retard. C'est une expérience que je ne souhaite pas renouveler.
Several major issues which would customer services to look at. Firstly kiwi,com booking websites had issues, causing me to loose my return flight, Website also lost checked in luggage selection resulting in no self serve drop off no baggage label So my luggage had to be manually checked in by staff at airport. This seems to have resulted in my luggage not being fully checked for all three hops to Auckland, so my luggage is now delayed/lost tree days arrival. Another issue was boarding passes. While in Korean Air boarding area in Barcelona, I was called to come to boarding desk. I was issues with new boarding passes for last two legs and was told the reason that the website hadn't supplied full details, sufficient for Korean Air.
I appreciated that they explained why it was delayed. The boarding process was a little complicated. People in line already who were not part of Group 1 and then you have to move around them and struggle to get to the real line.

We were sent to Malaga instead of Granada due to weather. Although we were bussed to Granada, arriving 4 hours later, there was no further assistance or information from a representative. More communication would have been helpful and appreciated.

There was no logic or ability to board before economy and indeed my boarding pass stated economy. The woman that was added to the oversold seat got intoxicated and was half in my seat. I will never fly this again and it's not worth the stress to fight for some refund but I was taken advantage of with charging me a 300+ euro seat for this joke of a flight in a "better" level of service."
