Plussat: Polite and friendly service

Miinukset: Not necessary to buy a business class ticket, as all the new planes have standard economy seats in the front as well.

Plussat: The seats were bigger across the shoulder area and had more padding than some other budget airlines.

Miinukset: Wish there was more elbow room in the seat. I am a big guy and I was having to squish myself so as to not interfere with my neighbor

Plussat: The crew was terrific.

Miinukset: I was catching a flight in Paris to Aberdeen after arriving from Malaga. The time between flights was not enough 55 mins as the gate closed 20 mins before departure and it takes at least 15 minutes from arrival to taxi to the terminal and then get off the plane. I had to change from terminal F to E which was well sign posted but I only made it with 4 minutes to spare

Miinukset: The seats were so uncomfortable for such a long flight. And they was not enough space between rows. I felt like cattle. It was in humane. My legs were numb several times during flight. My chair would not recline properly. I’m exhausted. Won’t be booking aireuropa ever again.

Miinukset: The chain in was slow an tedious.

Plussat: The only thing I liked was the company of the people sitting next to me on the flight and the fact that we arrived safely.

Miinukset: The service at the check in counter could have been better. The online booking should have clearly stated that there will be a additional charge for check in luggage The crew on the flight used my overhead storage for their own bags and I had to put my bag under my legs. I barely fit in the seat

Plussat: The crew was awesome

Miinukset: Seat angle adjustment was not the most comfortable for sleeping.

Plussat: The cabin crew were amazing and the seats very comfortable, even in economy. I'm not a super comfortable flyer so I loved that the pilot would always warn when we were getting into turbulence. 2 thumbs up. I will fly Air France again

Miinukset: I'd appreciate a better selection of food and drinks, even if I have to pay for the drinks.

Miinukset: Flight was delayed for 4+ hours

Plussat: Crew was great but at the airport they had us weight our carry on and then made us check it for 90 euro.

Miinukset: They have a terrible communication problem, they never communicated why the flight was late, they never communicated what they were doing or what was happening. Bad customer service. Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing.

Miinukset: I may be wrong but these days, the staff curtsy and overall well coming approach is lacking! Just a smile and a few cheerful words can transform passengers’ mood greatly!! This becomes particularly important when one is traveling for > 9 hours back to back flights!! One can extra charge for it!!
