10 hour delay flight which made me miss my connection flight terrible and will not book again
Miinukset: "Considering that we’re in the middle of a pandemic no LH ground staff at Heathrow Airport was leading by example wearing protective equipment such as mask or gloves. Further, I found it inexplicably that almost every seat was taken on this flight. If LH knows that the flight is booked close to capacity I would have expected they do their part and due diligence by swapping to a bigger aircraft to help protect people and their customers, it’s not that they wouldn’t have other aircrafts grounded and ready to go... A reduced beverage service is all you can do, really? LH - very disappointing once again"

Miinukset: "The online check-in using my wife's iPad's browser in a don't have a printer scenario (which is the case when you're not home), was difficult to navigate. My wife wound up with my boarding pass on her phone and not one for herself. We did get our boarding passes at the kiosk, but then mine had my TSA-precheck but my wife's didn't and she had to go through an extra layer of security (near the gate area) because of this at the Munich airport."

International gates are usually closer than that. On the flight: 1. The armrests pull up, which is great if you're traveling with family or a significant other. But, in my case, it was an overweight and obese lady, who didn't fit in her seat and just slipped into half of mine. I was stuck with half a seat with her arm bumping mine for a 12-hour flight. I landed with a bruised arm. It was a round trip flight. When I had submitted a complaint, Lufthansa refunded me a 100$, which is nice of them, but I think they should have upgraded me for my return flight instead to make up for the first flight being uncomfortable. 2. I paid for the internet service and was charged double for it. Again, had to submit a complaint and was refunded the money. Check-in: The online system wouldn't allow me to check in online because my passport wasn't biometric."
Plussat: "Lufthansa was great . It was just that the weather did not cooperate in Boston."

SAS is an extremely neat and organized airline, clear on its promises and very communicative. Of course COVID-19 caused some changes in service levels and available items (water is an optional and paid item while coffee and tea (because of them being hot) complimentary. Attendants were very clear in pointing this out which is highly appreciated.
I was bumped to this flight because SAS canceled the direct flight from Copenhagen then the flight was delayed for an hour because of the new Covid forms and the slow processing from the staff Flight comfort and service was good

Plussat: "This is obviously a very well-run airline. Boarding was efficient, the crew were warm and professional, and the overall feel of the aircraft was very Scandinavian-cool. I was most impressed with the meal service. We were served twice on our 9 hour flight, and both meals were hot, healthy, and the best I’ve had during a flight. The passenger in front of us was having a hard time with her sinuses, and the flight attendant (whose name I wish we had gotten) was very attentive and concerned for the comfort and well-being of the passenger. She insisted on doing anything she could to alleviate the woman’s difficulty. It is clear that the crew care about the passengers’ experience."
Miinukset: "We were unable to sleep at all during our overnight flight and landed pretty exhausted. Our seats were comfortable (complete with a moldable headrest to keep your head from bobbing around) but we felt too upright to fall asleep. The passenger in front of us reclined, but we were concerned about reclining into the already tight space of the passenger behind us. So we weren’t able to sleep, despite trying to get comfortable/somewhat horizontal. It seemed to be a mixed bag of asleep and awake passengers on the flight, so some people were unaffected by this issue."
Plussat: "I was running late to my flight, and I found the SAS customer service line exceptionally helpful in helping me make the right decisions regarding how best to deal with the risk of missing my flight. In the end, I made my flight in time, but I found customer service critical in making the best decisions regarding my pre-flight transportation. Additionally, the flight was smooth and enjoyable."

I ended up paying 140 additional Euros for two bags. It appears that SAS's pricing is gaming the system when searching for flights or that Kayak is not being up-front about the type of fare they are advertising."

I finally emailed vayamas/kayak to cancel and 5 days later received a reply that there was no cancellation refund. Apparently Kayak provides a no communication/no refund policy. My travel companion had the opposite experience with Expedia."

I had to rush though customs then run to check in baggage didn't have time just to drop off and run to shuttle then run to terminal security check in then run to my gate to catch my flight I was 2 minutes before my gate closed. I barely made the flight. I am also still waiting on United Airlines to find my luggage, they are supposed to call me and drop off my luggage."

Miinukset: "You only get one free non-alcoholic drink on this flight and that's really stingy for a 7+ hour a long haul. Drinks should be free on a long haul, especially non-alcoholic ones. There aren't any free small snacks like chips or peanuts. You have to pay for everything and the menu is exorbitantly over priced. It's a cheap and insulting customer strategy. They can save a few bucks in overhead on each customer this way, but they are losing money in the long run because I'll never book with them again due to their tawdry actions. I doubt I am alone."

When I got to the airport, they told me I had a bag on my connecting flight from Copenhagen to Helsinki but not on my flight to Copenhagen from LHR. At the airport I was charged 60 pounds for a small bag. Crazy! Completely unreasonable. Never flying SAS again if I can avoid it."

We were all trapped on board for about 4 or so hours without much communication from the crew or captain which made me very anxious. We arrived 5 hrs late and it put my whole trip in jeopardy. Based on this experience, I eont be inclined to use this airline again for future trip planning. This airline will need to work hard to earn my trust back because i felt physically and emotionally unsafe throughout the experience, many times."

Seats were okay but no recline and underseat storage was small. (Backpack wouldn't fit underseat and had to be stored in overhead.) Passengers crowding from back of plane upon arrival made it hard to deplane and felt rude."

I was in flights from sap paulo <-> Madrid, the last one 11/15/21, That takes around 10:30 hour. Can you imagine that is served only a POOR meal after one hour of flight and nothing more??? We don’t have any service (besides in the morning a payed kart) or crew working in anything more than masks control. You need to pay for water / coffee is reasonable ? Even if you consider as low cost flights that you payed around U$ 700, courtesy and education should be showed by crew, things that Air Europe should learn to their employees on the airplane, a very rude people!!! It was not with me, but a complain for a lot people around. I have never been treated Like this before. Air Europa your journey will be short walking in this road. I, a constant traveler, will never more flight with you. I don’t need this kind of services!
Plussat: "The crew was very nice and professional. They sat me in the last roll on the left with 2 seats. I could not recline the seat and I had to travel sitting up right all the way from Spain to Brazil. Horrible!"
Miinukset: "They should have offered the empty seats to the passenger as soon the plane closed to take off."
Miinukset: "Took half hour extra to board an have us waiting for the bus from the terminal to the plane on the stairs"
Plussat: "Nothing and already didn’t have muy baggage"
Miinukset: "AirEuropa wouldn't let me board because was my passport will be due in 2 months although I was traveling to the country were I actually live. I will file a complain for full reimbursement, not to mention having to stay in Madrid for one day to wait for Iberia next flight to Guatemala which I took."

Miinukset: "L’avion utiliser pour faire la traverser de l’atlantic Était en mauvaise état au niveau des sièges, pas de moyen de charger les téléphone pas de télé long quand il y a 9:00 de vol"

Plussat: "First flight on Air Europa biz class to AMS. Easy check in. Great lounge st Madrid with plenty of food/drinks. Leather seats with blocked middle seat. FAs were friendly and efficient. Landed ahead of time. Bags were first off. Great value with these services"

Miinukset: "Delayed. Smelly. Overall love flying but the takeoff and landing were terrible! Service wasn’t great either- crew had major attitude problems."
Plussat: "They give you free pillows and blankets."
Miinukset: "First, this airlines charges up to $150 for the first checked bag. They don’t even inform you of this at any moment while purchasing you ticket. You find this out when you get to the airport. Second, they charge you for everything in this flight. They say the entertainment is complementary, but you have to pay for headphones. On the shorter flights, they even charge you for water!"

Plussat: "Overall was good. Seats, tv. The captains were perfect and the landings awesome. Thank you for that."
Miinukset: "Some of the crew lacks interpersonal relations and after some time they stoped their rounds. The flight office said there are 3 meals and we have been served barely 2. One hot meal and one piece of brad after. They gave others snacks but didnt offered to all the same."

Plussat: "The seats had a power station so I could charge electronics in flight. Boarding was quick."
Miinukset: "We took off 30 minutes late without an explanation. The crew never spoke to me or asked if I needed anything. I was bumped many times by crew members as they walked past."
Miinukset: "I tried to pay an extra suitcase and the website didn't give me access .. then I read than to southamerica was allow two suitcases, when I arrived to the airport, aireurope surprised me with 150 euros por one package extra"
Plussat: "In-flight entertainment selection was good, hot meal was good, staff was knowledgeable and courteous."
Miinukset: "In-flight wifi pricing per MB transmitted should be reduced based on the value the service provides (slow data rates)."
Plussat: "Good service and comfortable flight"

Plussat: "Ordered a special meal and it was far superior than the regular in flight meal. This was the only highlight."
Miinukset: "The bathroom was extremely dirty at the beginning of the flight, had to hold it because it was so disgusting. The crew ignored requests, they skipped us on the beverage run twice, and walked past us when trying to giving them the trash (on their trash run). The crew keep bumping the food carts on the seats, repeatedly, during service. I was given water twice and both times they spilled water all over my clothes, it was not bumpy at all. The entertainment screen was broken, the images were pixelated and going in a crazy pattern. Even if you turned it off anytime there was an announcement it would turn on. Plane was delayed. We sat in a warm plane for over an hour."

Miinukset: "Flight was late. Boarding attendant was lacking communication skills. Crew was fine, but I asked for a sleeping mask and although the flight attendant said he'd see to help me, he never returned. Not even to say, he didn't couldn't help me. Food (I only ate breakfast) was less than appealing. Movies were all old. Seat was so slim, every time we touched our tv or pocket, the passenger in the front seat was upset."
Plussat: "After reading the reviews I was apprehensive about our flight. The crew was efficient, considerate and well spoken. The airplane was clean, entertainment good, and even the two meals were decent. I would recommend based on the flight."

Miinukset: "The line for checking in with previous online check in is redicouslously long, what is the point with doind online check in if you have to be standing 1 hour just to drop the bags? It happened in both flights to rhe point that we almost lost our flight from madrid to lisbon"

Miinukset: "The seats almost didn't reclined. Dome of the personnel was a tad rough."
Miinukset: "Do not offer connections with less than two hours, Madrid Airport is busy and complicated....there is no room for mistakes or little delays when layover is less than two hours."
Plussat: "- I like the economic price. - I like that I was flying in economic class and I was allow to carry two luggages. That makes the difference with any other airline."
Miinukset: "There was one hour delay because the Madrid airport was foggy and they never told the passengers what was going on. When the airplane was almost landing at the Madrid airport with the normal low speed, then suddenly accelerated and start going up to flying around Madrid, then they put music and they never told the passengers what happened or what was going on again."
Plussat: "It is always a pleasure to flight in Air Europe. How can I get discounts on Air Europe, I am travelling many times a year to Spain or Rumania. I also like to know if you have facilities to bring my baby dog (7 months) from Rumania. thank you Delia"
Plussat: "Nothing. Totally dissatisfied."
Miinukset: "They could have made a better effort to get me on that plane in London. After the facts unfolded, I got the impression it was a race thing."

Miinukset: "The airport terminal in Barajas has nothing to offer compared to other terminals! I wished the airplane could offer individual access for flight entertainment!very good service"

Miinukset: "One TV for each 20 people with bad resolution. Only one movie presented with communication problems started 3 times and never gone to the end. Very long, long long and boring flight... NO MORE OPTIONS FOR ENTERTAINMENT. Only one cabin bag!!! If you have another one you will be charged for an Extra 60 Euros."
