When the hostess came, she spoke to the white lady sitting next to him, the person told her it is not be that ranged it is him. He wants water, she walked away did not speak to him and never gave him the water. The only food they served was pasta. If you don’t eat that no other options. They will pump you off a flight that you purchased because they are over booked and expect you to be ok with it. No customer service at all."

However, after that, this was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. WHY WERE THE REST OF MY FLIGHTS CANCELLED? Plussat: "DC to Istanbul: Good food and nice flight experience. Helpful staff were always ready to help. Istanbul to DC: clean, maintained aitcraft, nice crew, good food."
Miinukset: "DC to Istanbul: Broken bathroom lock. Not very clean aisles. Very few English speaking crew. Istanbul to DC: Ran out of second option lunch. This seem to happen frequently. Most of the crew members were strangely not around. This resulted in two overworked crew members and lots of trays sitting on our laps for sometime. I was curios what all the other ones were doing."
Plussat: "While in Barcelona, Spain I needed to change my departure time, there was the usual long lines ahead of me when a THY Associate questioned me about my travel plans. I explained to her that I needed to change my departure time and she took me out of line and escorted me to the correct window. Standing now at the correct window I was able to quickly make the desired changes. I was so happy I was able to avoid the long lines. THY is a Class A operation indeed. Thank you, Rudy"
Plussat: "Although there was only one option for meals, they were good nevertheless. The entertainment on Turkish Airlines is the best I've ever seen on any international airline. There are so many options and the layout is new and modern."
Miinukset: "Compared to my flight from New York to Istanbul, my flight from Istanbul to New York was less wonderful. The crew was not as attentive and was not helpful in assisting the grandmother who was sitting next to me with her 2-year-old grandson who wanted to know if another seat was available. There was only once choice for the meals, which I found odd on a long international flight, but I did enjoy the meals. The plane was older than the one I took from New York and were less comfortable. I don't usually have a problem with legroom (I'm pretty average height at 5'5"), but the legroom on this flight was noticeably smaller."

Miinukset: "Poor crew service--amazingly slow (my general THY service experience has been great, but in this leg crew did not respond to calls for almost 20-30 minutes). After meals, most people took their own empty trays to return them behind (because the crew had not picked up after 30+ minutes). The meals arrived cold as well. My entertainment set froze after 4 hours in a 13 hours trip, and was not attended to after repeated calls. One conscientious Turkish stewardess was very helpful in the 9th hour (literally), even if the entertainment did not come back on. To top these, I was sandwiched between a teenager on front and teenagers on right, who were loud and generally weird (obviously not the airlines fault). So, it ended up being a mediocre experience overall."

No online check-in, so not ideal for business travellers having to queue to check-in at Zurich airport

The de-planing process could have been better in Buenos Aires - it took a long time before the aero bridge was connected - not the fault of Air France..

Plussat: "The seats were much more comfortable then my last flight. The entertainment system was also updated from the 1980’s remote and cord ones on my flight from DC to Paris."
Miinukset: "There was no food between the two meals on an 8 hour flight. I had a flight attendant rudely tell me that there is nothing to offer until the next meal. No one reached out to me about the horrible flight and comments I made from the last flight."

Miinukset: "Air France should not sell tickets for which the connection flights are almost impossible to catch. My luggage was not transferred to my connecting flight. I had to run to catch the flight to Bucharest. At CDC there were only two custom officers for checking passport of EU citizens, on a Saturday morning with hundreds and hundreds incoming travelers. On top of it, one female officer was rude. Typical french :("

Miinukset: "Wish there was more elbow room in the seat. I am a big guy and I was having to squish myself so as to not interfere with my neighbor"
Miinukset: "Boarding (by bus) was a total chaos. I had to stand for about 50 minutes, either on the crowded bus or, after climbing with great difficulty three flights of stairs to a high jet-bridge (I am 76), standing there forever with 200 persons waiting to get access to the plane. Totally unacceptable. They started the boarding process early (50 minutes before departure), but passengers were allowed to actually board the plane at the time it was supposed to take off."

Miinukset: "Entertainment screen did not work; in neighboring seat it could not be switched off when we wanted to sleep; sourly employees everywhere (re-booking counter an exception); food close not being edible and cold; I forgot my watch on when going through security in the Air France terminal; when I started to say "sorry" I was yelled at by the screener who said that she will do the talking; she sent me back through the scanner twice without my watch, then once more with the carry-on and made sure that I went to the end of a very long line to wait for another screening rather than having me just go through the scanner without my watch. Needless to say, there was nothing else suspicious about me once the watch was removed. Eager to exercise her power, the security person did not seem to consider that she slowed down a long line of people waiting to be screened. I should add that I am 73 yrs old grey haired female who has traveled a lot both for pleasure and business during my entire life, often to some difficult places and that I do not argue with or provoke those in power in a situation like this. The yelling and the sending me repeatedly through the scanner, which did not beep once the watch was removed, was beyond anything I had experienced anywhere else. The sending me to the very end of the line seemed outright spiteful. (I did miss the plane connection.)"
Plussat: "Crew and boarding were very good. Very helpful to foreigners. Thank you Coffe was really good didn’t eat food. Sleeping."
Miinukset: "Business class seats weren’t comfortable and too narrow no entertainment."

Miinukset: "The premium economy seat is not reclined at all. The neighbor's seat is too much flexible. This is a maintenance problem. We report these problems to the crew, though there ignored... I should have chosen an economy class seat."

The folks in Prague couldn't fix this, they moved one ticket to a different exit row, not together, different part of the plane. In Paris, but ONLY after I located my receipt on my phone, they moved us to the seats we had paid for."

Plussat: "The aircrew are very friendly. The staff at CDG were very helpfull with our connecting flight."

Plussat: "there were problems getting the tickets issued in Rome. the worker at checkin kept us for 20 minutes without telling us what was going on. the flight left the gate on time, but then we sat for an hr before leaving. no information was given as to why the flight attendants were rude. after landing we sat for an hr on the runway waiting for a gate to be available."

The requirements were very vague and I don't understand how you could bring something on the first flight perfectly fine, and then get stopped on the return flight."

Delta sky lounge in terminal 2 is a disaster!

A Latam crew member at the Trujillo airport singled me out (racism??) and falsely claimed that my carry-on bag was too big and needed to be checked. Clearly it is not. It is specified as carry-on sized bag and I carried it on my trip into Peru without any problems. It was comparable in size to everyone else's bag around me. But, I was not about to get into an argument at the airport in a foreign country and, thus risk my safety or jeopardize my journey home to the States. So, I checked it begrudgingly. In Lima, my seat number was changed and I was never notified. The actual crew on the airplanes were nice. The movie selection was good but needs closed captioning in English. The food was disgusting.

I hope there's more room for our legs in Flights longer than 6 hours but I guess that has a cost. The food was excellent and crew very helpful.

Plussat: "When we arrived at airport to check in there was no internet and only people who had checked in much earlier on their phones could go to the boarding area. A large number of people had to wait for "somebody" to write (!) boarding passes. All of this was quite a mess and took a long time."

We solved it swapping seats with other passengers. We were 4 with 3 carry-on bags. The person who was in charge was very rude. They don't allow us to carry any of them in the cabin and 1 arrived broken. I had no problems like this before, With full flights like this is normal to have to send some luggage that you expect in the cabin to the hold, but in this case the crew was very unclear and rude. The food: it was a short flight and they give us our snack just seconds before the landing. Finally, they lost 1 of our bags. Waiting to see if it appears."

After the 3 hours passed they were only announcing in Portuguese to board the original plane. They never changed planes or provided a clear explanation to the passengers. Many of us refused to board. This was one of the worse experiences I have ever had. The staff was disrespectful and would not help us. We ended up taking another flight until the following night!!"

Plussat: "This was my 5th flight on LAN. All have been consistently excellent. The food in-flight was simple as these were all flights < 3hrs, but very very good and staff was terrific. Logistically no problems at all."

Plussat: "We travel with bicycles and the people at the desk were sympathic and helpful. We got charged more than what I understood from the official website but it was still decent price so didn´t say anything. We got twice the same snack on the flight of 3h30. Good thing the chocolate was good. I thought it could have been different and a bit bigger."
Miinukset: "We flown in few electric storms, suffered from a lot of bumps, and landed in a pretty cowboy way in clear sky. Didn´t appreciate the flying at all. Felt like the pilot was either not enough eperienced either not caring about passenger´s comfort. We had to collect our luggage and bicycle boxes at transit in Buenos Aires airport. One bicycle box got bumped and a piece of bicycle was exposed. Later on after the flight, we got problems on that piece (a front wheel) because of that bump and needed to repair it. We saw how the the crew was handling our boxes : didn´t care at all and placed it in all possible positions while it should stay in the same position. We arrived at AEP at 10:14PM and had a connection flight at 4:40AM the next day. Had to collect our luggage (and huge bicycle boxes) and wait until 2AM to check-in. It was a pain to carry everything and to live all over again the check in, and to not being able to do everything allready at arrival, espacially at that time of the night."
Miinukset: "We were delayed for 3.5 hours with no communication. We originally were told it was on time and we were boarding. After waiting in line to board they told us they didn't know when we would take off and would have more information in an hour. One hour became two hours and eventually three hours. I asked the cause for the delay and they did not give me an answer. We were in the boarding area with no food, water, wifi or electrical outlets. There was no room to sit, many people sat on the floor or had to stand. There was absolutely no communication. It was a terrible experience."
Miinukset: "Our flight was delayed more than three hours and we received minimal communication about what was going on. Initially it was only delayed 30 minutes, then we were told an hour, then one more hour, then one more hour. The entire time we sat in a pre-boarding area with no food, water, wifi, or electrical outlets. We ended up missing one of our tours in Buenos Aires (which we had already paid for) due to the delay. Extremely disappointing after having otherwise positive experiences with LAN."
Plussat: "I was traveling by myself from southern Chile to California and not too confident in my Spanish skills or knowing how my 6 month pregnant body would do on the long flight. The women and men who were the flight attendants took such amazing care of me and they helped so much to make the flight as comfortable as possible."

Miinukset: "I am very tall and luckily I got an emergency exit seat. If I had a regular middle aisle seat, I would have been miserable. Also what is with the thimbles of wine? Poor a real glass! The flight is 11 hours. Be more generous with the water. I go to the galley to get a glass. The crew pours me a small cup when I need about liter for 11 hour flight. When I ask for a second glass of water the flight attendants look at me like they want to call the sky marshals. Here is an idea: leave bottles of water and cups out and let people self serve."

Entertainment did not work for us

No entertaiment at all, it can be a little better

The flight was three hours delayed and instead of having us wait to board we waited two hours in the plane before take off. For the future if they know connection flights are delayed they should have us wait outside

When asked to see if wevcould bd placed together she sarcastically commented that we had bought our flight through expedia and if we had dome it directky with AA we might have been together. Shame on her comment! AA offers their flights to many companies snd I now wonder if her comment is true, which makes me consider next time I choose an airline. In Buenos Aires when We checked in something similar happened and we could not book our seats the day before bcause they were all taken . The answer was if we wanted a better seat we’d have to pay because only back seats are available in economy and AA waits forbthose whi pay first and only then they”ll give us a seat. I”ve travelled several times with AA and feel the service is not worth the money I pay for it. The food on our flight back to BA was not good st all. However , I have to point out that all my flights BA to N Y, N Y to Mia and Mia BA left on time. On the whole it was good but I believe AA cares onñy about money and I feel disappointed"

I would think at a major airport like DFW where American Airlines has a hub, they would make sure to staff that longer. Just getting to keep my shoes on, while having to drag all my electronics and liquids out, take my coat and belt off, etc. is not acceptable. AA should put the pressure on DFW to treat their customers better!"

As such, neither Qantas nor American Airlines would allow me to buy premium seats so we could have extra leg room. They said the 'code share' blocks seat sales! Be ware Also found out that American Airlines does not serve meals on flights from Toronto to LAX. I was told they only serve meals on "international flights" but that I could buy a sandwich or snack. Unfortunately they only had 4 sandwiches on board , which sold within the first 2 rows of the plane!"

There are so many expats in Buenos Aires and they all buy tickets in Argentina to go to Uruguay within 3 months. Upon showing the immigration of Argentina my USA passport at the entry, they have NEVER asked me for any kind of proof that I would be leaving within 3 months. At first I started to purchase a ticket to Uruguay by boat and the attendant even asked me the website of the boat because she told me that these problems come up all the time for expats going to Argentina for longer than 3 months. You are ONLY AN AIRLINE. YOU ARE NOT THE IMMIGRATION OF ARGENTINA. Having this said, I never plan to fly Avianca again."

Miinukset: "i decided to purchase a separate direct flight at a different time instead of changing my flight, only to be informed later when i tried to hop on the back end of my original flight, that they had canceled my ticket since i hadnt boarded on the front end of that flight. i had spoken to a customer service rep about my option before purchasing the extra ticket, and she did not mention that this would be an issue. then i had to pay extra to get back on my original flight."

The screen wasn’t working and the food has no taste

It was very good and have a good time and felt safe.

The plane was grubby looking which may have e been due to its age! Windows were sold they were beay opaque & difficult to see thriugh. Impossible to rate food & entertainment as very short flight & none available

Next she refused to let me take my carry on bag saying it was too large even though it fit on all flights to Montreal. Once I proved it would fit with the luggage sizer she had moved on to another customer and ignored me for 10 minutes while I stood there even though my boarding passes were printed. When I got to the flight, I found it could have been gate checked but there was no need as the flight was NOT FULL and my bag fit with no problem at all in the overhead bins. In 35 years of flying this was the worst experience I've ever had."

I was so looking forward to that 787 flight. Ended up on an A320. I had to have a mad scramble to change my seat assignment as them moved me to a middle seat. I need an aisle seat because of a handicap so I got that changed just in time. Then When I got my boarding pass printed I got a gate number. Which got changed between the printing of the boarding pass and the walk to the gate. The flight was fine. Just getting to the flight was an adventure. Then I forgot my neck pillow."

Resulting in me having to hold the headphones in place the entire flight -the first time the attendant went by with the food selections for purchase she walked right past me and went on to run out of food by the time I finally got her attention. -I had to ask the people behind me several times to please stop their child from kicking the back of my seat. Although the attendant made eye contact me one of the times she made no intervention on my behalf. - my return flight was in short: neglectful and arduous. I probably wouldn't recommend Air Canada after a flight like that."

The frustrating part was when we were on the flight, there were multiple rows which only had 1 person seated. There did not seem to be any empathy, understanding or patience for our situation and it did not feel great to be treated with annoyance and disdain."
