Miinukset: "I loved everything about Turkish Airlines. Their food is one of the best! You can eat it all and actually tastes good! The level of individual service, unbiased service, is amazing. The crew is polite, well kept, and dare I say very good looking. All my flights with them departed and arrived as scheduled, always!"

Miinukset: "flights were delayed significantly and in Tbilisi the staff did not show up until about 10 minutes before the plane was supposed to depart. Crew had not been inside the new airport and could not answer questions about transfers."

Miinukset: "A frightful flight due to the footstomping, loud, singing, annoying, intimdating andintoxicated English football fan onboard; who were heading from Istanbul to Ukraine for football finals between Liverpool and Madrid I believe. Their behavior made the trip the worst I have ever experienced. As I was seated in the business class section, I can only comment about what I saw and heard there. In that cabin, the cabin crew served alcohol to people that were clearly drunk, yet continued to provide more alcohol. The finale was when the rear section of the plane broke out in vulgar and loud football songs; being picked up by the drunken holigans in the business class section. At this point I was fearful for my physical safety knowing the history of footballers fueled by alcohol. In addition, had there been an onboard emergency, a planeful of drunk passengers would have added to the potential for disaster."

Plussat: "Awesome service, comfy business cabin! The Atlanta employee who managed the laptop return was one of the best employees/representative of a company I have seen. He was open, friendly and communicative keeping everyone informed of the process of laptop retrieval and was organized despite it all. I wish I got his name!"
Miinukset: "Checking laptop in Istanbul was very inconvenient, and retrieving it in Atlanta took a lot of time as we had to wait at baggage for it to arrive. Not Turkish rule, but still a consideration for future flights."
Plussat: "Almost everything but the checkin process at JFK with Turkish Air agent speaking poor English and casting doubt that everything is going to be fine with my trip. Instead she was reacting "the rules are changing every day" and didn't not weather I should need visa for my native country (?!) although I have showed I was born in that country (Macedonia) and the holders of US passports (which I am) -- do not need entry visa to that country. Everything else was good or excellent -- especially food and airplane crew."

Plussat: "1.The in flight entertainment options such as movies, TV programs and music, offered in flight were very good. Many recent movies and TV programs 2. For long international flights, the airline still provides disposable slippers, toothbrush, and eye cover for every passenger 3. Crew members on board were friendly and service oriented"
Miinukset: "1. Poor support for passengers with international transfers. We took Turkish airline to fly from Rome to San Francisco with an overnight stopover in Istanbul. The airline promised overnight stay and transportation. When we got into Istanbul airport after 11:00pm as scheduled, there was no support from the airline. Different airline staff provided different answers. Very confusing. The on-site transfer desk support was unfriendly and not helpful. 2. Tight seat configurations for international flights. For our 13-hour flights, the seats were not comfortable."

Plussat: "Besides the birth of my daughter, this trip to Italy through Istanbul was the greatest THING that I've experienced, EVER! My flight with Turkish Airlines was a HUGE part of that odyssey!"
Miinukset: "Because of my delayed flight from Atlanta, I missed my connecting flight from Turkey to Rome! So, in the future (yes I plan on flying through Turkish Airlines exclusively for international travel), I will book my flightts with a larger "gap" between flights! Otherwise....Turkish Airlines is PERFECTO!☺"

Miinukset: "I'm not home yet. The flight was cancelled but the airline never informed us so we spent $50 going to the airport only to be told when we got there that the flight was cancelled. We are still waiting to get home and they've told us 3 days until we can get out. We understand that weather is an issue but the airline has been completely unwilling to communicate, refusing to speak in person at local sales office, not answering phone calls, etc. Hoping they make this right because this has been. A horrible experience"

Miinukset: "I've been flying to Greece for many years and this was the worst flight I've ever had! The flight was over packed. My fiancé and I did not get the seats I originally selected. Seats were so small and extremely uncomfortable. We had to wait for about 30' before we took off WITHOUT air conditioning!! That was miserable!!!! Last, I found HAIR in my food!!! Although, the flight we took from Atlanta to Instanbul was one of the best flights I've ever have taken. Mixed emotions.."

Plussat: "I have been flying with Turkish Airline for over 24 years. And they are the best ever. If they have flights to my destination I sure fly with them."

Plussat: "The planes were pretty comfortable, especially the first one. Even with the delays, there was overall a good turnaround time, though we still landed four hours late. The captain kept people from panicking, which was good."
Miinukset: "We had an engine failure during the first ten minutes or so of our flight that required us to turn around and head back to Istanbul, then wait for another plane, then reboard and try again. Our first flight was in the air an hour or so. Engine failure is always a concern - why was this issue not found during a routine maintenance check-up?"

Plussat: "The crew at the Tokyo airport was very attentive and friendly."
Miinukset: "I was not allowed to checkin online.I called they said they assigned my chosen seats, I got to the airport and nothing was assigned. I wrote a formal complaint, all I received was "I am very sorry". And this happened on all 4 flights: Basel to Istanbul, Istanbul to Osaka, Tokyo to Istanbul and Istanbul to Basel. Just one of the worst experiences ever. The crew on the flight from Tokyo to Istanbul, also very rude and cold. The food was really bad, the egg was terrible!"
Plussat: "The service was outstanding, this is one of the best airlines I have ever flewn. Considering its elegancy and exquisite service. My twelve hours from Miami to Istanbul turned out to be less because of the amazing service I recieved. Very happy that this airline exist and cannot wait to go back and experience this great airline again."

Plussat: "The flight from Istanbul to Prague was fairly basic but everything worked well and was comfortable. The flight was on time. The bags were delivered quickly. There were no problems on the flight as it was relatively quiet. Overall, no complaints."
Miinukset: "The boarding in Istanbul was via bus, which is not only uncomfortable but impossible to socially distance on. In Prague we deplaned via a jetway. In Istanbul the gate control person was overly vigilant in checking documents. It was very disturbing :("

Miinukset: "The boarding pass , they opened my baggage like 3 times and start making chaos in it and ruin many things inside it , plus it always delayed in time"
Plussat: "The fares are cheap and they charge for luggage. Check-in was smooth, boarding was as well, and the crew was smiling just a bit. But then that's the Turkish attitude I have noticed all these years. Not bad over all. My luggage made it all the way to my destination with no problems, even though there was a connection flight."
Miinukset: "The seats did not recline which makes it a little difficult to relax if the flight is longer than two hours. No entertainment and no food served (not even water) unless you pre-order or purchase it in flight."

Miinukset: "Oh wow there’s a long list: -flight was late -no food or drinks were offered -seats were dirty -plane was dirty -staff spoke very limited English -every single food we ordered was “sold out” -credit. At cpayments we’re not accepted -toilets were not clean I could continue but the above suffices."

Plussat: "Flight started late and even I was threatened not to be boarded and to be moved to a later flight (midnight) because "I had arrived late at the gate" which is twice absurd because: 1st I arrive slightly late - but still on time for the regular borading - only because the previous flight - operated by the same company was LATE 2nd the flight left 1h and 1/2 late, so my delay - if any - in coming at the gate was irrelevant"

Miinukset: "The plane wasn't cleaned and empty bottle, used tissues and remainders of the meal served on previous flight were on our seats. People were not helped to stow carry ons and many should have been requested to check large carryon bags. They were out of beer even though beverages had just been loaded. Attendants could not clearly communicate the price of a beverage."
Plussat: "Absolutely nothing"
Miinukset: "Bad customer support, unwillingness to correct an error in the first name appearing on one of the tickets. This forced us to cancel all 5 tickets and purchase tickets for a different airline at 4 times the cost."
Miinukset: "Problem communicating with counter crew who spoke none to little of English and probably because of me complainig about that they might have decided not to send one of my baggages. I finally retrieved it in different airport in three days."
Plussat: "Connecting flight to Stockholm was cancelled. Had to fly to Copenhagen and perchuse another flight with SAS When complaining to their staff the answer I received was that no other airline would even give me an option to fly to Copenhagen (where I was not headed by the way) in short - paid another 300$, got to Stockholm 3 hours late and will never fly them againb"

Miinukset: "Boarding was delayed and there were no announcements about when we would be boarding. Also the ticket check at the gate to board the buses was not the most well-organized/efficient."

Miinukset: "Crew lacks professionalism and courtesy. Distance, between rows, is small, a few cms (5-7) more, will bring great benefit. The bathroom was dirty and out of paper, towards the end of the flight. It wasn't very clean to star with."
Plussat: "It was a fast flight, flights have a low bar for comfort and food. The seats were fine and I slept through the flight so I cannot comment on the food but everything was clean and the staff was polite. The style of the aircraft is what shocked me. It seemed modern and almost like they hired an interior design person for style not function."

Plussat: "As long as I arrive safely, price is the most important thing about a flight..."
Miinukset: "Ticket agent was short with us and was bothered hat she had to check us in and questioned our flight. We had a cursing drunk guy in the boarding line for 20 minutes with no staff anywhere to help the passengers he was harassing. we left the airport late and heard horror stories from many other passengers about the lack of customer service."

Miinukset: "The crew conducting the extra security to Tel Aviv did not announce that everyone had to go through the extra security check. People just haphazardly asked or found out from someone else that they had to comply. The checked some passports and tickets prior to the flight to help in boarding but it was a mess. At one point they held the buses because they lost a passenger associated with a ticket and were yelling inside the bus looking for her. Never experienced such disorganization."
