The bathroom floors were coated in urine. Such an unpleasant aspect of the trip
I am a vegetarian and the food was not palatable.. ! Sorry!
Flight was delayed at IAD Washington. Passengers were anxious as there was delay announcing about it.
Good food, comfortable seating, excellent service throughout. Professional, yet friendly and nice crew. My first experience with Qatar airlines, I would select Qatar for my future travels and recommend the service to my friends. Thank you.

Plussat: "The food was good. Supposed to be Halaal (Kosher) for the Muslim population who have dietary restrictions. The economy cabin was comfortable enough. The cabin crew was friendly and helpful. We had a very short connecting time (1 hour) at Doha. They put a ground staff to receive all the ten passengers who needed to make that connection."

Miinukset: "Crew only helpful when pushed to help. My child was sick and the cabin crew tried to give me food. I said that my child had just vomited but there was no offer to help me clear it up they just continued serving food to other passengers. I had to search for someone to help me to clear up and then I felt as though I was an inconvenience. I then had to look for someone to bring food for myself and other child. My other child is 1yr and 11 months and I was told they were only allowed baby food not a child meal. Although there were a few spare seats on the plane I was squashed into a full row with a 3 yr old and one year old on my lap. I appreciate that there may not have been any bassinet seats left but would have been helpful not to be on a full row as a single adult travelling with two small children. No offers for assistance with bags."

Miinukset: "-my seat did not recline, which I understand that I was close to the emergency exit but the person in front of me could still put their seat back way farther than they should be able to and I was unable to do simple things like put my glass of water on my tray -I had a vegetarian meal which was literally just rice and ground up brown mush-I have no idea what that much was -I asked twice for new headphones because my was broken but they forgot -When the flight attendant was coming around with water and she looked me to see if I wanted any and I said yes, she just skipped over me. I didn't pay a few hundred dollars extra for this."
Miinukset: "The process of checking in is difficult because qatar codes are different from asiana, therefore I couldn't do an online check in."
Miinukset: "Hi I travelled on 7/16 from Philadelphia to Cairo through the Jordanian airline . Unfortunately the luggages didn't reach to Cairo airport with me . 3 days later they told me that the luggages in Jordan and I have to travel from Alexandria city to Cairo to receive my luggages . When I went their , I found my luggages were opened and missing much items . I made reports on the airport. The employees in the airport they wondered why the opened the selling box , and the box looks empty. The weight for this box was 32 kilograms in the time of shipping. And I paid $400 for extra weight . But when I received it was like 20 kilograms. Plus I paid $350 for Qater airline for shipping 3 luggage . That's means I paid $750 for shipping 3 luggages and I received it looks empty . I need refund for all shipping and $5000 for damages items , or I will complain this airlines through the American court . Thank you"
Plussat: "The flight was on time. The crew was very accommodating. The food is better than some other airlines. The entertainment provided had a lot of choices I had an 8 1/2 hour layover in Doha. They booked me a short stay in a hotel at no extra charge. This included a car and driver to and from the hotel. It was a nice hotel close to the airport."
Miinukset: "I was sitting in economy. I booked too late to get any type of upgrade for extra legroom. For Economy it was OK, but cramped and hard to get comfortable on a 13+ hour flight."
Plussat: "Everything was excellent as I have come to expect. The business class seat was not one of those new diagonal ones, but made a full width flat bed, so I could sleep for a few hours. Food and service excellent."

Miinukset: "Kayak/priceline re-booked my flight for my sister and I from SAA to BA, but failed to completely reissue us tickets. When we checked in for the flight, we had no ticket for the first leg of the flight, but we had tickets for the remaining flights. We immediately called to fix this problem, but due to slow customer service, we weren't issued tickets in time and the flight left without us. We missed all remaining connecting flights and were forced to buy New tickets. Now we have to work with kayak/priceline to get all my money back due to their error. We came back a day later than expected and missed going back to work."
Plussat: "Qatar airways always seems to handle busy flights and crammed seats calmly, efficiently and on time. It's a long haul - 16+ hours, and if you have to go economy as a 6 foot tall person, their seats recline well, seemingly better than many. You have to plan your long layovers, and they do offer assistance with hotel transfers, but they don't advertise this very clearly - so do your homework before flying!"

WHEN WE GET THERE THEY TOLD US NO, IT IS ONLY FOR BUSINESS TRAVELERS AND WHEN WE EXPLAIN THAT PASSPORT CONTROL SENT US HERE WITH THIS PAPER THEY RESPONDED NO, WE NEED A HOTEL VOUCHER AND WE NEED TO GO BACK. WHEN WE ASK HER TO CALL PASSPORT CONTROL (BECAUSE THEY ARE THE ONES WHO SENT US TO THEM) TO SPEAK TO THEM YOURSELF, SHE SAYS "IT'S NOT OUR PROBLEM" WHICH THEN MADE ME SNAP AT HER AND TELL HER WTF DO YOU MEAN ITS NOT YOUR PROBLEM? Miinukset: "Connection time between arrival time from Tel Aviv to Miami was very short. We had to sprint from the transit security area, through the crowded main terminal, to gate 705 to our sole connecting flight to Miami. A bus or other form of transportation should be provided to gates that are very far away. We were the last ones to board. Private security staff at the gate prior to boarding the bus to take us to the plane confiscated my Bluetooth headphones under the assumption that they fell under TSA's prohibited electronic devices (which they do not). When on board the plane, I noticed another passenger with similar headphones which were not confiscated- selective enforcement."

Went to the wrong gate for my connecting flight, Turkish air rep at the gate checked my boarding pass, didn't say a word about me being at the wrong gate. Tgere was no announcement of any kind (found out later, Turkish sir doesn't do announcement at the Istanbul airport. No clue as to why). Thought, tgere was another delay and by the time I asked, it was too late to catch my flight and that's when I got a full dose of every single person w Turkish air trying to stiff me with the most outrageous penalty for changing Nguyen my ticket. Started out at $1114 on a $758 ticket, then went down to $925 and if I stay over night, down to $750. Seriously? Rude, talking down at me and telling me that if I don't pay the penalty, my return ticket will be cancelled. I keep getting bounced from one person to another being told to wait here and wait there then I finally got so sick of all of it, bought a new connecting flight online, spending the night in Istanbul and will see what will happen w my return flight to the US. I call this 'theft' as, if i buy an entire new ticket from Istanbul to Cairo then back to the US online, it will cost me less than the penalty they're trying to get me to pay. Shame on you Turkish airline!! You'd think w all the issues they're having w tourism in their country these days they'd care about not doing this kind of mistreatment of their clients."

This caused massive confusion and I ended up running around the airport to get to my gate. Also there should not have been a second flight listed on the boards because there was no second flight. Very frustrating..."

My twelve hours from Miami to Istanbul turned out to be less because of the amazing service I recieved. This flight got cancelled. Aegean had sent notification to the travel agency, but they had sent no communication to my email whatsoever. I was at the heraklion airport for 2 hours trying to get on another flight, and to coordinate with my connecting flights, which was impossible in the end. Had I received any notifications, I would have caught the earlier flight available to Athens. Thankfully, the agent in Heraklion was so helpful in finding me a completely new flight. She was awesome! So was her partner in the morning shift. But, I was very disappointed with kayak and chatdeal. Never booking through chat deal again.

Miinukset: "As I was flying from London Heathrow back to Vienna, I had a carry-on that was allowed on my flight with Austrian from Vienna to London. My carry-on weighed 8 kg, like is required by the rules. While boarding my flight, the woman at the counter told me my bag had to be checked because there were too many carry-ons on the flight. I asked her that I keep my bag because I had medication in there, and she didn't listen to me at all. She just kept repeating that i have to check my bag, and then took my bag from me and gave it to the baggage crew there. I didn't want to make a huge scene because the flight is only 2 hours and I hoped i Could deal without my medication during that time, but I found it incredibly, incredibly rude and awful to not listen to a passenger."

Miinukset: "On the arrival at Toronto, there was no one at the gate to roll out the gangway bridge. So we waited on the plane 10 minutes. We were flying on to LAX on Air Canada. It took 1 3/4 hours for our luggage to clear the US Customs pre check. Unsatisfactory."

Miinukset: "The flight attendants did a satisfactory job of distributing meals and snacks only if you were awake during their service round. I was resting on one occasion and missed the snack. I was total ignored when I asked for a serving. The boarding process was disorganized and the flight was delayed about an hour. Seat way too small for transatlantic. I weight 62kg and was sitting in a middle seat. Next time I'll have to get an upgrade."
Plussat: "It would be nice to see AUA learning from other airlines on how to board a plain. To date it is chaotic, unorganized, messy and unnecessarily unfriendly. Interestingly enough it compares well to the non-existing system for lining up at Skilifts in Austria: Use force to squeeze everybody around you or cheat your way in sidewise. Not exactly my cup of tea."

Miinukset: "That was the most uncomfortable flight I have had. It was hard fora short flight, though sitting so close to another passenger, side and front was stressful. Plus, my back was killing me by the end of the short flight- and the long flight from Europe to the US was hard. It was pretty much knocking elbows with the passenger next to me when eating. And mind you- no passenger in my row as any larger than the average person. The seat recline was fine and marginally helpful in relieving back strain- except it did put you in the lap of the passenger behind you. The passenger across the aisle from me shoved the seat in front of her and told the passenger in front of her he could NOT recline. The passenger next to her (I assume her husband) joined in with the shoving. I finally felt a need to intervene and calm them down as it began to escalate- and I did want the flight to continue. Note- while I think the passengers shoving the seat were a bit rude- the crowded nature of the seating with the recline was hard, so I understand. But the person in front had a reason (and a NEED given the discomfort) to lean his seat back. The seats were simply too uncomfortable to keep them upright. I helped them find a recline for both passengers that was reasonably okay. I also tried to get my recline somewhere between comfortable for me (impossible) and reasonable in space for the person behind me, This is an airline problem. And when people wonder about the rise in passenger rage... this cramming in is it. I had to use Austrian because of a last minute need to book a flight- given the inability to relax even a little and the residual back and leg pain ... thus my ability to immediately jump into work during a busy work and travel schedule means that I will definitely not take this airline again. If you are shorter than 5' 5 and weigh about 100 lbs- this might be okay. Otherwise, expect to be a lot of rats shoved in a cage."

Miinukset: "The boarding in Budapest was not efficient. The gate was not announced until it was almost time to board. Hurry-up for me who arrived at the airport in plenty of time to avoid rushing. But I indeed had to rush because of the late gate posting."

Plussat: "On the airline website the price of the ticket was $3000 and I bought it for $750 on Kayak, I expected delays, cancellations or something to go wrong and justify that price drop. Nothing of that sort happened! It was a comfortable and on time trip with no problems!"

Furthermore, there was no entertainment on the plane and the food was horrible. Add to this the very cramped seat space and no carry ons in the plane (unless you speak German)"
Plussat: "Overall, the main leg to Frankfurt was fine for entertainment and boarding; the staff was pleasant; but, the seats on all legs were ridiculously tight, and the planes were packed like sardines. I was stuck on window seats on 2 of 3 legs, despite requesting window seats, and the comfort on all legs was terrible. In future, I will take advantage of an upgrade offer from the Airline."

Miinukset: "Dear sir or Madam, I’m writing this complaint as I feel so mistreated and so disrespected, I had a ticket# 2208688265549 with a confirmation# WP6DHB travelling from Tulsa , OK, USA to Cairo, Egypt. Everything was great as expected and recommended by my uncle who travels with your respected company at least twice a month till I got to Frankfort airport to take flight# 0582 from Frankfort to Cairo. I was stopped while heading to the plan by the flight manager as he called himself later, and told me that I have to only have one item on the plan, I already had one carry on and my hand bag that has my laptop and the charger, I told him that I was told by Lufthansa customer service the night before traveling to confirm the luggage weight and size that I’m allowed one carry on plus personal item like a hand bag or lap top bag and they have to meet specific dimensions. I even offered to call the customer service number for verification, he replied ‘’I don’t care, I’m the flight manager and you will do what I say’’. His words were really hurting, I showed him the tag on my carry on that I got from the previous flight it said (approved carry on) don’t remember exactly what it said, he reached to my carry on and tare that tag, I didn’t think that was appropriate even if the tag had no value he doesn’t have any right to touch my luggage without my approval, then he tried to grab my ticket from my hand saying I will get you off the flight, I got really upset and told him don’t touch my belongs. There was a moment of silence because I think I raised my voice (my apology to him and to the company for that), I realized that the conversation is not going any where so I decided to file a complaint (not because he wanted to me to only have one item but mostly because of his attitude) so I asked him for his employment ID number he walked away without saying anything, waited till he walked close enough that I can ask him again this time he refused to give me his employment ID number, asked him for his name he said it so softly, I asked him to spell because I didn’t hear it right he said it so softly he refused, then I had to look for his badge and the name on the badge I believe his first name started with P and last name started with T. I waited a few days till I got to talk to my uncle and told him what happened as he is the one who recommended Lufthansa and he has a lot of experience with your services he said that they might need to do that because the flight was complete and they want to offer luggage place for everybody, but what I surprising is there was many empty seats on the plan my seat was 032C and the 2 seats beside me (032A and 032B) were empty also there was a lot of carry-ons room everywhere. So I don’t know why he was this way with me, I’m really disappointed specially that is only my first flight with Lufthansa since 2015, that flight manager made me have an extremely rough experience. one more thing when I told him I’m going to compla"

Miinukset: "The only concern I have is regarding the diet. During the shorter flight, from Budapest to Frankfurt, the stewardess informed me that she couldn't get me gluten-free meal/snack. I understand that catering to special diet needs is not easy but following a gluten-free diet is not my choice, it is something I need to deal and live with on a daily basis. I felt disappointed since I had a long trip ahead of me, and I know that I, just like all the other passengers, had paid for the flight that should include the meal as well.
