Koneen tarjoilun hinnat olivat kalliita
Sopiva lämpötila, tilava economy ja leffojen lisäksi myös sarjoja. Ruoka oli ihan ok, eikä tietysti voi miellyttää kaikkia.
Matkustamohenkilökunnan toiminta ja käytös ala-arvoista
Tuntui kuin lentokenttävirkailijat olisi olleet TET-harjoittelussa. Ongelma ei tietty ole Finnairin henkilökunnassa vaan Münchenin kentän virkailijoissa. Oli kuin kaikki olisivat ensimmäistä päivää töissä. Todella heikkoa toimintaa.
Check in Pariisissa oli vanhanaikasta. Jos on matkatavara menossa rumaan, tai haluaa boardingpassi paperiversiona joutuu odottamaan että check in avautuu.
Henkilökunta oli ihan ystävällistä. Koneeseennousu oli hidas. Tarjottavat ovat nolla-arvoisia, vain lasi vettä ilmaiseksi, ei ole toimiva konsepti ollenkaan.
Kone lähti myöhässä ja henkilökunnalla turha puheripuli kovaäänisiin
Ostettiin lentolippu yhdessä, ei siis pitänyt olla epäselvää, että ollaan pariskunta. Meidät kuitenkin sijoitettiin istumaan koneessa kauas toisistamme. Pärjäämme toki itsenäisesti, mutta moinen homma vaikuttaa lähinnä kiusanteolta. Eikä suinkaan asiakaspalvelulta. Terveiset siis Finnairille tai muille, jotka olivat järkkäilleet istumapaikat.
Palvelu oli erinomaista, kone oli siisti ja aikataulut pitivät hyvin. Ihan pieni suma syntyi koneeseen noustessa kun eri boarding-ryhmät sumppuuntuivat putkeen. Pieni tauko boarding-ryhmien välissä olisi tehnyt siirtymästä vielä asteen sujuvamman.
Hyvä, nopea lento, Hki lentoasemalla hyvä palvelu
Finnairilla hyvä henkilökunta, kaikki sujui tosi hienosti lennolla.
lentoemännät hoiti tehtävänsä hyvin. Koneen ilmastoinnissa oli vikaa, tuli vilu.
Premiere economy -luokkaan voisi kuulua ruoka
Tehokasta, mukavaa, uutta ja miellyttävää. Homma toimi. Hyvät unet!

Vähän myöhässä muuten kaikki sujui loistavasti
Finnair on lentoyhtiönä nykyään aivan perseestä! Siirtävät esim lentoja 2 päivällä eteenpäin eivätkä kerro matkustajille edes syytä! Laitoin kyselyä asiakaspalveluun jo maaliskuussa 2022 ja lentomme oli 27.5 ja en ole vieläkään saanut vastausta miksi lentoa siirrettiin.
Lento myöhässä 9h ja lähtö seuraavan vuorokauden puolella. Ei mitään tietoa finnairilta kuinka toimitaan, miten yöpyminen hoidetaan, mitä korvataan jne. Surkea suoritus.
Asiakkaita suositellaan menemään kentälle hyvissä,ajoin, mutta finskin lähtöselvitys ja bag drop portit avautuvat, aina, liian myöhään. (munchen)
Tämä nykyajan "turvatarkastusteatteri" on aivan absurdia matkustajien kiusaamista. EI voi mitenkään olla perusteltua että joutuu jonottamaan yli 2 tuntia sitä että käsimatkatavarat tutkitaan. Matkustajista 99.99999% on rehellisiä asiallisia ihmisiä eikä heidän kiusaamisensa moisella teatterilla edistä mitenkään lentoturvallisuutta. Parannusehdotus turvallisuuspäällikölle potkut tehtäviensä hoidon täydellisestä epäonnistumisesta. Esim lennollani 2 oli vain läpivalaisulaitetta käytössä ja jonossa tuhansia ihmisiä. Ilman lennon myöhästymistä olisimme missanneet lentomme tämän pelleilyn johdosta! Kyllä moiset tarkastukset pitää pystyä järjestämään siten ettei matkustajan tarvitse seisoskella jonossa tuntikausia. ( tämä jonottaminen tarkoittaa myös sitä ettei kukaan voinut käyttää kentän palveluita, eli myös heidän business kärsii tästä typeryydestä)
Lento oli tunnin myöhässä.
Edelleen toivoisin edes kahvia maksutta, Air France osaltaan tarjoaa jopa pientä syötävää ja muuta juotavaa.
Koneen kapteeni ei kertonut mitään muuta lennosta kuin lähtiessä lennon kesto. Olisin halunnut tietoa esim lentoreitistä.
Lento oli lähes 3 tuntia myöhässä emmekä saaneet mitään tietoa mistään. Emme saaneet myöskään vouchereita.
Finnair arpoi edellisenä iltana check-in:ssä mieheni riville 29 ja minut riville 16 eikä näitä voinut muuttaa. Finnair rahastaa kaikesta, vaikka ei tietääkseni ole ’halpalentoyhtiö’. Mustikkamehumukillinen on ainut, mikä kuuluu hintaan. Menolennolla KLM tarjosi suolaisen ja makean välipalan kaikkine juomineen (kahvi, mehu, virvoitusjuoma, olut, viini). Kännykän voi ladata. For free.
Nopeaa toimintaa, kaikki sujui hyvin.
Kaikki toimii suunnitellusti, ruokaa tai viihettä en käyttänyt.

Kun Finnair ei tarjoa muuta kuin mehua ja vettä niin olisi mukavaa että edes voisi ostaa jotain vähän laadukkaampaa syötävää kuin nuudeleita!

Lentokentällä saimme apua kahdesta pisteestä.
Tällä lennolle kaikki sujui hienosti. Henkilökunta toimi ammattitaitoisesti ja lentäjät olivat huippu ammattilaisia, nousut ja laskut olivat hallittua. Kiitos Finnair.
Jokin ongelma saapuessa jolloin bussikuljetus ja kävely toisesta päästä kenttää… kangasmaski käskettiin vaihtaa kesken lennon vaikka osa oli ilman saapuessakin koneeseen Lentolippujen kaivaminen oli haastavaa,sitten keksin liittää finskin appiin
Minulla oli aivan kova nälkä ja halusin ostaa lentokoneessa leivän mutta valitettavasti minä olen nuori enkä omista luottokorttia ja en saanut koneesta mitään koska normaali electron maksu kortti ei kelvannut eikä käteinen kelvannut..

Boarding the plane in Lisbon was a bad experience with lengthy lines and long waits. Aircraft crew could have been more proactive in offering drinks and snacks and the meals should include some greens
4 Dollars for a cup of tea is not hosting or welcoming

Carry on items have to weight less than 8 kg (normally is 12 kg), and to check your bag you have to pay. No personal tv/entertainment."

Surprisingly TAP told me that they could pay the hotel in Newark, but not in Lisbon.. Go figure! Called TAP Customer Service 4 times, 2 from Lisbon 2 from Newark... all cases more than 1 hour wait... AND THEY NEVER EVER ANSWERED!?!?!"

Plussat: "The staff were really friendly and the flight was as comfortable for me as a transatlantic journey in stage class can be. The food was surprisingly tasty and that Portuguese wine was offered for free made me and the passengers around me feel welcomed and well taken care of."
Miinukset: "My flight arrived late, apparently, as myself and people on two other connecting tap flights all deplaned after our respective boarding calls had begun. There was no announcement for people with tight connections or about what to do if we couldn't make them. That tap didn't plan out sufficient connection times for the conditions of the airport, and that it was security, not to itself, that did anything to try to expedite is through passport control, etc was disappointing and resulted in several extra hours stuck in the airport for me and for those on one of those other missed flights having to wait overnight for another seat"
Miinukset: "We missed our connection Lisbon to Venice because our plane out of Boston was delayed. We flew TAP Lisbon to Rome and then Alitalia to Venice. Our fight to Rome was delayed. We were never told the plane was delayed or how long we should expect to wait. We just stood at the gate waiting to board and time ticked further and further past the boarding time listed on our tickets."

Miinukset: "Delay caused my group of 12 to miss transfer to hotel so we are tired and hungry"
Plussat: "The Magnum ice cream was a great touch."
Miinukset: "We thought that $35 per bag is a bit too much when other airlines are $25."

Miinukset: "The captain had fasten seatbelt on because of turbulence. As soon as it came off the crew insisted on doing the service instead of waiting for desperate people to use the restroom. They made everyone sit back down so they could serve sandwiches and drinks. There was plenty of time and they should have waited. The only time the crew smiled was when the flight was over"
Plussat: "Flight was just crappy all the way. New airplane...seats d ont recline."

Plussat: "The new Business Class is phenomenal! Best seats I've experienced in a Business Class thus far. Too bad the transatlantic flight from New York to Lisbon is too short to enjoy it longer."

Plussat: "Flight attendants were very kind to all passengers."
Miinukset: "Although the flight crew was patient and kind, considering it was a late flight that arrived in Dakar around 2 am, it would've been helpful for them to assist talking with the passengers that were inconsiderate and unreasonably loud throughout the whole flight. Majority of the passengers were trying to sleep or enjoy their flight, which was difficult due to this situation. Additionally, the children of this family continued to kick seats and even stood during landing, and were yelled at by another passenger. I understand that the flight attendants can't see everything that happens, but the noise level was unacceptable."

Miinukset: "The airplane was small for a 8-9 hours trip, the seat were super small, I'm not a big person and I was very uncomfortable in them, the crew wasn't very nice, the food was a mess the girl next to me was a vegan and they give her a cheese sandwich, entertainment didn't work well there were only 4 channels, comparing to AirEuropa very mediocre and awfull airplane, really I'm from Venezuela and even there the airplanes are better, not worthy the 600$ one way ticket I got."

I'm not happy at all with this flight, and over 12 hours later, I feel disgusting, and my first day in Barcelona has been miserable because of it. I place all of the blame on the Lisbon connecting terminal. I am not happy."

With Ryan Air you get what you get - a low advertised fare, no frills cattle car with up charges for everything using secondary airports but if you can travel very light and price is by far most important decision factor (or if they are your only option to your destination) it works. It gets you from A to B dependably.
Fuimos con retraso. La compañia me obligo a pagar 45€ extra de equipaje cuando la mochila que llevaba entraba perfectamente debajo del asiento (me dijeron que "sobresalia un poco la rueda"). Una verguenza. Nunca más volveremos a volar con ésta compañia.

Miinukset: "The flight was delayed by almost four hours."
Miinukset: "Was one of the worst flights I’ve ever taken. No information, no updates, no announcements until 15 minutes after flight was supposed to leave. No ground staff apart from one lady who worked for the airport who was incredibly rude and unhelpful. They loaded the Dublin flight through the same gate we were supposed to be flying from and we’re putting them on buses keeping them there 10 minutes pulling them off the buses, putting them back on the buses. It was an absolute joke. On the flight the cabin crew were slow, again no information at all. Just stood there looking useless and chatting ignoring passenger call lights. We landed in Stansted and they couldn’t open the gate as the ground staff “couldn’t find the key” keeping us on the plane for an extra 10-15 minutes with no AC. Terrible experience would never book Ryanair ever again."

Miinukset: "Flight was delayed 3 times, no information given why. We were in priority and allowed down the stairs then kept there for 10-15 minutes. Boarded a bus to the plane then we couldn't get on as there was an issue with the steps. Took off after the final delayed time. On landing, we were told the airport was short of ground crew so we had to wait to steps and once off had to wait for 15-20 minutes for the baggage lane to be announced."
Miinukset: "Huge immigration lines at Luton - so bad"
Miinukset: "Issues getting checked in. Multiple lines which we were ushered from and to only to be told to go back to self check kiosk. By the time we get to self check kiosk for the 2nd time our gate is closed and we’ve missed our flight. Not sure why the person at the check in counter couldn’t check our bags for us and get us moving through security??? No offer of any reimbursement and additionall cost for new flight later in the day at more than twice the cost of the flight we missed. Lack of clear direction or any semblance of customer service. I guess you get what you pay for..."
Plussat: "The most relaxed Ryanair flight I have ever been on"
Miinukset: "Flight was an hour late! They were working on the plane while we were on board. Scary!"

Miinukset: "Cost of seat and priority far too expensive, got caught out or wouldn’t have purchased. Flight really cold next to window. Boarding sign went up and our plane had not even arrived. Got everyone standing in lines far too early, my husband can’t stand for long periods, so back was sore before even on flight."

Miinukset: "if you come on board with babies, put them in the back, not in the middle of the plane. not everyone needs to suffer!!!!"
Plussat: "Relatively smooth flight, boarding, checking in, arrival, etc. Typical of small crafts. I chose this flight more for the time (it fit with our needs)."
Miinukset: "It was difficult to figure out the extra baggage fees, what was allowed and not allowed. I think the money I saved on the tickets overall was eated up by the extra 60$ we had to pay for our baggage."
Plussat: "I randomly was allocated the emergency exit aisle so not all bad, however my bag was placed in the hold therefore delaying the experience home."
Miinukset: "Blunt staff, poor check in process, sold too for the whole fights. Sat away from my misses although there was a spare seat next to me."
Plussat: "Once boarding began, it was efficient. Service was polite and efficient."
Miinukset: "Narrow seats, poor selection of drinks and food."
Miinukset: "Ryanair boarded the plane only for us to be stuck inside a dirty stinky tunnel with no plane at the end of it. Crying children, moaning kids, no air conditioning, for about 1.5 hours. Ryanair as a company KNEW they'd be delayed, yet they board us into a disgusting tunnel to sit on the floor with no toilets no water nothing. We then board but at this point I was deathly ill and Ryanair didn't take care of us at all with any free refreshments like they should have for being late. Disgusting service. Won't be flying with them ever again this happens way too often."

Miinukset: "They charged 3 times more on the actual ticket for CHECK-IN at the airport and PRINTING BOARDING PASSES. Sent us to the cashier two times separately to pay for checkin bags and for the boarding passes. When we did not understand the extra round trips to the cashier the agent yelled at us. If you must fly RyanAir -make sure you pay for every thing on line ahead of the tIme and unless you are a back packer do not think you are getting a bargain price."

Plussat: "I found the bright yellow advertising obnoxious. I didn't like the hard core sell of products on board. There were a ton of kids on board and it was loud but that can't be helped."
Plussat: "They didn't make me check my bag on the first flight but did on the second. It cost me 50 Euro, which is more than I paid for the flight. Overall, good airline if you pack light."

Miinukset: "The fact that a carry on on any other airline would be free except with Ryanair! Be prepared to pay extra for your carry on!"
Plussat: "Boarding for small lower priced airline went well on return from Santori i to Athens. Seats comfortable . My daughter travelled with me also. To check bsg in waz little expensive over 25 Euro. First flight 2 days prior when we flew from Athens to Santorini was almost a heart attack. I did not know that once you check in that you cannot view boarding pass and tried at vomputer diwnstairs and people at desk upstairs at Athens airport says common with Ryanair."
Miinukset: "I woukd like you to mention to encorage people to print out boarding passes the same time you check on on your email. Otherwise 2 hrs prior yo boarding everything locks up on you and we had to go to 2 lines to write up reservation flight info and then stand in another line to psy for the cost of printong out boarding pass which was over 30 Euro for 2 people."
