Miinukset: "We were not offered veg and non veg options. We were only offered a vegetarian meal. A minute later, the gentleman behind us was presented the two options. We disregarded this on the first flight, but when it happened on the next flight similarly, we asked if we could get our children the chicken meal. The air hostess explained they had no more. But she presented the two options to the fellow passenger behind us. We were extremely offended by the way we were treated. The airlines offers no entertainment for children as do other airlines. In fact, one air hostess went so far as to ask me to tell my Lil one to MUTE the volume of his ipad."

Miinukset: "Ticket check in was unclear, apparently we had to verify our tickets at the gate but there was no sign or previous instruction from the check in counter. I waited through the boarding line only to be told to first verify my ticket. My bags were lost on the Madrid to frankfurt flight, the first part. Unacceptable, if the airline can not schedule flights at their own hub that guarantee swift transfer it us pathetic."

Miinukset: "The cabin needs better climatization (air conditioning). It was unacceptably hot at the very beginning, immediately after boarding the flight"

Miinukset: "The plane was full of immigrants and they left a HUGE MESS everywhere. Half eaten chocolates, wrappers, cups and you name it strewn all over the floor and aisles. It was disgusting to sit through 10.5 hours of. Somehow though, they knew how to watch Baywatch."

Miinukset: "The seats in the economy class are too small. Not once did I have someone sitting next to me who could actually fit in his seat. They weren't particularly large people, just average men but their arms were in my space all the time. Also if I drop something, I cannot pick it up, there's no room. For transatlantic flights the seats should be bigger."

Miinukset: "I did like that my whole family including two children 2 ad 6 were sitting all separately all over the plane. Children 12 and under should not be seated separately. And that should be the job during the check in. Not during birding."
Miinukset: "The head flight attendant was very brusque with clients/passengers - demanding we hand back trays in a certain way, demanding people do not get up and stand during a 3 hour flight. At one point she rushed along the aisle to the front of the plain, bumping and hurting my shoulder, but did not bother to apologize. In front of me, was a mother with a child with special needs. The mother had to stand up for some time to have the child curl up and lie in a comfortable position - the attendant rudely commanded her to sit down and strap the child to the seat, instead of finding out how they could help. She could have achieved it with a better attitude and choice of words. The crew did not bother beyond the bare minimum - it was painful to observe."

Miinukset: "1. The seats were extremely uncomfortable without sufficient cushioning. It felt like sitting on a plank. My back still hurts. We also had to straighten up the seats during meals because it was so bad for the person behind. 2. Boarding is a bit disorganized. Perhaps try splitting the boarding process into zones so it isn't a mad house free for all after the initial boarders. 3. On my flight to Frankfurt, the plane was half empty, yet my seat was changed from row 8 where I would have had almost no one near me back to row 23 where they had cramped all the passesngers into one area of the plane. This was done without request or explanation."

In the second flight a baby was crying and they did nothing to remediate the situation for those that were around him. In the end I had a very bad flight"

Plussat: "SAS generally has better planes and more space than most airlines especially in economy class. Seats were comfortable, not too tight. Food was good. Most SAS planes are really nice and new. On this flight they had a problem and had to use one of their older planes. It was still pretty nice, but the entertainment system on the older plane was a little dated."

Also, the wine selections were not the standard fan favorite. Not many enjoy Zinfandel or the white wine they were serving."
Plussat: "Everything about the flight was fine. Boarding, flying and retrieving luggage were all standard and went smoothly."
Miinukset: "I was upset that neither Kayak nor SAS provided any information about our ticket being a basic, basic ticket, by which I mean, did not include any checked luggage allowance in the price of the flight. I ended up paying 140 additional Euros for two bags. It appears that SAS's pricing is gaming the system when searching for flights or that Kayak is not being up-front about the type of fare they are advertising."
Plussat: "Good programming on the tv. Staff was mostly nice. Cabin was updated, but as usual in the "cheap seats" - too small!"
Miinukset: "They canceled our flight and then were unable to rebook us for the same day flying to Chicago. We were told by the SAS rebooking agent that no flights available on ANY flights from ANY carriers at ANY airport in all of Europe. Unless you were the couple at the other end of the counter - they were rebooked just fine. What do we do? SAS agent says, "Not my problem." So we have to stay an extra day. We ask - will you be putting us up in a hotel? Agent told us every hotel was sold out. "What do we do?" SAS agent: "Not my problem"."
Plussat: "This was a direct Copenhagen to Boston flight run by SAS for Privatair. It was a small aircraft with only 70 total seats. That being said, the seats were comfortable, the service was wonderful, and the flight was smooth."
Miinukset: "Inflight entertainment consisted of an iPad with very limited options. Only one non-alcoholic drink included with dinner, and purchase price of wine was the highest I have ever seen on a flight."

Miinukset: "The only thing that I felt was not appropriate was that they made me check in my carry-on at the gate. Apparently, the airline requested 55 passengers to check their carry-on bags...but they just selected the first people who were closest to the gate. I purposely did not check a bag because I had limited time to make a train connection at my final destination, plus I had to go thru customs and I knew that in itself would be time consuming. I explained this to the airline staff, but they did not care. I think they should have first asked for volunteers; and if still needed, then randomly select people to check in the carry-on. Also they only were making people with the “suitcase” carry-on to check them in....anyone with a duffle-looking bag was not even bothered. Luckly, I’m mange to make my train connection, but I was running to do this...not fun at all."

I talked to several TAP representatives and none were helpful or apologetic and they offered me nothing for the problems they caused. I missed my only day in Seville due to this. This trip turned out to be a disaster."

Miinukset: "The seats did not recline. It was impossible to get comfortable enough to sleep any at all, even though it was an overnight flight. It was also the first intercontinental flight I have ever taken which offered no entertainment whatsoever. I really don't understand why TAP used a plane with non-reclining seats for a five-hour overnight flight."
Plussat: "Plane was delayed. Crew made no effort to keep us informed. Had to stand in the hot sun for almost an hour."
Plussat: "Entertainment! Loved having such a wide selection of things to watch on the screen at my seat. Such a nice luxury to be able to watch a movie, a show, check the status of the flight/plane/distance/time/map, and more."
Miinukset: "The food wasn't that appetizing. It actually gave me upset stomach for the rest of the flight. I was in the bathroom 3x during the flight and I usually don't use the restroom more than once during any given flight. I didn't like that when asking for a drink of water, they only give a half full cup of room-temperature water. On an 8 hour flight, I get dehydrated and could drink 2 water bottles alone. I don't like to be a nuisance to the attendants so I only asked for water twice. I just wish they would provide small personal bottles per customer. I also have never flown on TAP before so I wasn't aware of anything like how to call an attendant using the touch-screen or even that watching movies was free. It should be said over the intercom at the beginning of the flight."

I arrived at the airport over two hrs in advance and then had to run a significant distance through the airport and sweat and be unnecessarily anxious waiting on the customs line only to arrive at the gate at 11:20am, to have my bags checked for a second time and then be unable to get any food or coffee before a flight that did not begin boarding for another 40 minutes. I did and still do not see the need for that additional luggage/security check and then being held at the gate for almost an extra hour for seemingly no reason at all."

Miinukset: "Our tickets said our flight was at 11. We got to the airport two hours early but found out our flight was actually at 10 (they wouldn't let us to try to make it). The airline didn't take into account / adjust the local time when we booked. Multiple customers experienced the same issue. We had to buy tickets on another airline."
Plussat: "Crew did a good job of keeping their cool when my flight was canceled and merged with another. After 4 hours of delay because the Pope was traveling to the same place we were and having to hand out all new boarding passes to confused and anxious passengers, the crew were always friendly and helpful."

Plussat: "This was a cut-price flight. Considering what we paid, the flight was amazing value for money. The plane was new. There was plenty of overhead space. The seat pitch was adequate. We took our own food. We slept for most of the flight. We arrived on time. If Norwegian can continue to keep the price low, I'll happily choose to fly with them again."

Miinukset: "Typically an international flight that cost 1000+$ would come with food and drinks, given that they cost next to nothing compared to the ticket. But apparently for Norwegian one has to purchase food and drinks on top of the ticket, otherwise you don't even get served water in a 7 hour flight, which is completely ridiculous. Do you really the 2$ from a passenger for some water? Btw, I pre-purchased food and water. It's the fact that the people who sat next to me didn't get served water when I received food and drinks that made me very uncomfortable."

Miinukset: "Had to walk 3 days to get to the gate. It was a joke. I didn't see any golf carts transporting anyone down to those gates. All I kept thinking about is ," Im glad I'm not an elderly person or I would never make it to the gate". Shame on this airline. They need to do something about this."

The airline neglected to offload my checked luggage, refused to do accommodate me with a change fee and now has lost my bag and has no idea where it is."

I'm beyond disgusted with these clowns."

The flight was late leaving Oakland and the pilot didn't make up any time, so I nearly missed my connection in Stockholm. Aalanda airport was part of that problem as transfer security had a single line with one really slow person manning it! That all added up to a long line of very anxious travelers!"

Attendants do seem a little pissy if you ask otherwise you have to buy the $3 bottle from the snack bar. I know its not premium but 12 hours is a long time to only be offered two small cups of water. The passenger behind me was difficult the entire flight and kept hoisting himself up using my seat so it was hard to sleep the entire flight. The crew seemed to put up with him very well so I give them props for that."

Miinukset: "Not made clear that this trip did not include food unless purchased separately but spotted It day before so purchased our own to take on board. Was actually better as we had what we wanted and most importantly could eat/sleep when it suited us. Not offered any drink not even water but had our own. Nearly slipped up with baggage as did not purchase bags coming back as missed the point while booking. How many people book return flights and don't bring bags back? Should have been an 'are you sure' check."
Plussat: "Aircraft was new and in good condition. Quick boarding and arrived about 20 mins early"
Miinukset: "Air was extremely dry, but worst part is that the seat virtually does not recline. Very uncomfortable ride, fortunately the plane was only half full. Would have been torture if someone was next to me. You have to buy water/drinks, which I knew and was ok with, but did not realize that it was only available for part of the flight (at least the ordering system though the infotainment unit said that the snack shop was closed and I could not order. I did not attempt to call over an attendant to ask in person)"
Plussat: "Newer planes but don't be fooled. Unless you Pay Premium fare, be prepared to be "nickled and dimed" to death and pretty much treated like second class citizens. I fly several times a year and this was my worst flying experience to date. The new planes and fancy entertainment on seat backs doesn't make up for the crowded seating and poor service/treatment"

Paid extra for food- you get nothing to eat or drink- not even water- unless you pay. If you don't pay for food, the crew ignores you. Paid extra for baggage-Sizes/weighs allowed for baggage is less than American air carriers"
Plussat: "Just a short flight, but boarding was smooth anefficient. They opened the back door to the plane to allow those at the back to board near their seats. Genius! And none of the zoned-boarding mumbo-jumbo. Love Norway and Norwegian!"

Couldn't talk to customer service until Monday when they opened. Bad customer satisfaction;("

My ticket said light & tasty meal and when I tried searching for this on the Norwegian site all I could find is that I could purchase a meal on board or in advance. So of course I brought my own snacks on board and was surprised when the staff said they had prepared a meal for me. This really needs to be more clear. I'm tired of wasting money or food. I also had seen all of the movies already so I wish there was a bigger selection."
